CONCRETE VIBRATOR ASSEMBLY
* Install the transmission shaft to the vibration end shaft.
* Install the transmission shaft shield (outer) to the vibration end.
* Install the transmission shaft to the engine shaft.
* Secure the transmission shaft nut to the threaded connections of the tool housing. The threaded
connections must be sealed with a FUM tape or sealant.
OPERATING
Before operating, make sure that:
- make sure that the gear connections of the motor, the housing of the vibration end, the transmission
shaft are firmly seated with the vibration end and the connection of the engine;
- the cable (wire) is in good working condition;
- the switch is in good working condition;
- make sure that the mains voltage and current frequency correspond to the frequency and frequency of
the motor,
- ON / OFF Press the switch to turn the device on.
* To lock the On state, lock the button in the pressed position with the key lock button.
* Release the button to turn off the device or press and release the button. Periodically, depending on the
frequency and operating conditions, lubricate the flexible shaft and the flexible shaft, which will extend the
life of the tool, with special grease inside.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
* Turn on the motor and make sure that the vibrator vibrates. To initiate the vibrating tip, tap the bottom
of the body 1-2 times on the mold, or the vibrating tip must be lowered to a solid surface from a height of
0.3 - 0.5 m under its weight.
* While working, the vibrating tip must be immersed in the concrete along the entire length of the
workpiece. Immerse yourself in concrete and remove the vibrating end from the concrete, but only when
the engine is on.
Not allowed during operation:
* armored tension and vertical folds of the transmission shaft (bending radius should not be less than 300
mm);
pinch the vibration end between the rods of the valve or between the valve and the mold (to prevent
engine overload and premature failure of the vibrator components).
MAINTENANCE
The power tool must be serviced only by qualified personnel at authorized service centers.
* Maintenance by unqualified personnel may damage the tool and cause personal injury. For example the
internal cables may be improperly installed and clamped, or the return springs on the protective housings
may not be installed properly. When servicing the power tool, use only the recommended replacement
supplies, attachments, and accessories.
* Use of unsupported supplies, accessories, and accessories may break the power tool or cause injury.
* The use of some cleaning products, such as gasoline, ammonia, etc., can damage plastic parts. Disconnect
the tool from the power source before installing or replacing accessories.
* Use only original spare parts when repairing the appliance.
* Follow the instructions in the Maintenance Manual.
* Unplug the device before carrying out any work on the device.
* Always keep the tool and ventilation holes clean for quality and reliable operation.
* Vibrator, transmission shaft armor and vibrator tip must be clean and dry.
* Store the vibrator in a safe, damp place out of the reach of children.
* During transport, place the unit in its original packaging or in a densely sized box.
* Do not use detergents or solvents that could damage the plastic parts of the equipment.
* In case of abnormal noise, vibration, smoke or equipment ignition, immediately turn off the device and
disconnect it from the power supply.
