STEP 2: Placement Of Locking Straps
A. Locate Anchor points on vehicle roof (Fig. 2.a).
Unscrew existing button head bolts with the Red Key
supplied, to reveal threaded Anchor points.
B. Locate the Rubber Washer and Retaining Strap over
the Anchor Point.
C. Use the M8x20mm Button head bolts and Spring
Washers supplied to secure Retaining Strap to each
Anchor Point (Fig.2.b). Tighten Bolts with Red key
provided, to secure Retaining Strap to vehicle.
A firm hand tightness is adequate.

STEP 1:Fitting End
Support to Cross-bar
A. Insert End Support into
Cross-bar.
B. Insert Nut into Bottom Slug
and then slide both
components into the
cross-bar.
C. Loosely fasten using Bolt,
Spring Washer and Flat
Washer.
Assemble as shown in Fig.1
D. Fit End Cap to each end
of cross-bar.
NOTE: Your purchased kit contains
either the “Commercial Series” parts or
the “Sports Series” parts. Please refer to
diagrams on the right.

A. Place Cross Bar Assembly onto appropriate Retaining
Straps and align end supports. Loosely fit M6x20mm
Security Bolts through End Support and engage Cage
Nut. Tighten two or three turns with Security Key
provided. Go to other side of the Vehicle and fit other
End Support the same (Fig.3.a).
B. Measure overhang of Cross Bar past end support and
adjust Cross Bar till it equally overhangs on either
End Support. Tighten End Support M8 Hex head Bolts.
Ensure all other bolts have been adequately tightened.
STEP 4: Measuring Undercover Strip
STEP 5: Fitting Undercover Strip
A. Using a tape measure, obtain a
size for Dimension X (Fig.4).
B. With the Undercover Strip on a flat
surface, mark and cut the length
obtained in StepA; using strong
scissors.
Note: Caution should be taken
when using sharp blades.
A. Place one side of the Undercover Strip
into the position under the Cross Bar as shown
(Fig.5.a)
B. Apply pressure along the opposite edge of the
Undercover Strip until the whole length is clipped
securely into position (Fig.5.b).
