Please read instructions before beginning installation. Check the kit hardware against the kit contents shown below. Be
sure you have all needed parts and know where they go.
If question exist, please call us @1-800-222-7023. We will be happy to answer any questions concerning this product.
Check all fasteners for proper torque. Check to ensure for adequate clearance between all components.
Periodically check all hardware for tightness.

Installation Instructions
1. Working from one side to the other, slide the supplied H molding onto one of the roof sections. Leave some of the
molding overhanging on each side, to be trimmed flush with the edge after the roof assembly is
complete. See Photos 1 & 2.

2. Working from one side to the other, slide the second roof half into the H molding. Make sure to get the roof
halves tight together. See Photos 3 & 4.
3. Place the assembled roof onto the ROPS cage as seen in Photo 5.
4. Start with the outside assembly part. Transfer the ¼" hole through the roof with the hand drill one at a time putting in
the supplied ¼"-20 x ¾" bolts with a ¼" washer on the top and bottom securing them with the acorn nuts. See Pho-
tos 6 & 7.

5. Transfer the center assembly part holes through the roof and secure in place with the 1/4"-20 x 3/4" bolts with a 1/4"
washer on the top and bottom securing them with the acorn nuts. See Photo 8
6. Using a knife or scissors, cut the H molding off flush with the roof edge. See Photo 9.
7. Place the assembled roof on top of your UTV.
8. Place the (4) supplied P-clamps on the ROPS, in the furthest most locations possible, in the corners of the roof
where you can put a supplied bolt through with the 1” fender washers. Mark these locations on the roof.
9. Place the remaining (2) P-clamps on the ROPS, as close to the H molding where the roof halves come together and
to the edge of the UTV. Mark these locations on the roof.
10. Using a 1/4” drill, drill the marked locations from steps 8 & 9.
11. Install the supplied 1/4” x 1” bolts through the supplied 1” fender washers then through the roof and the P-clamp.
Install the supplied 1/4”-28 nylock nuts on the bolts. Tighten using a 7/16” socket and wrench.
