1. Park the vehicle on a smooth level surface.
2. Locate the 12 push pins that attach the radiator cover to the radiator support. See Photo 1.
3. Using a clip removal tool or flat screwdriver, remove the 12 push pins. Retain hardware for reuse. See Photo 2.
4. Remove the radiator cover by pushing to the rear and lifting up. See Photo 3.
5. Using a clip removal tool or a flat screwdriver, remove the push pin above the headlight. Save for reuse. See Photo

6. Using a 10mm socket, remove the bolt above the headlight. Save for reuse. See Photo 5.
7. Repeat on opposite side.
8. Remove the upper grille trim. See Photo 6.

Remove the radiator cover. Remove radiator cover push pins.
Remove radiator cover. Remove push pins above the headlight.
Remove bolts above the headlight. Remove upper grille trim.

9. Locate the 4 bolts that attach the top grille brackets to the radiator support. See Photo 7.
10. Using a 10mm socket, remove the 4 bolts from the upper grille brackets. Retain hardware. See Photo 8.
11. Using an 8mm socket, remove the front 4 bolts holding the fender flare. Retain hardware. See Photo 9.
12. Grab the upper bumper cover in the fender well and carefully pull out. You will have to unclip the cover at the grille
to remove. See Photo 10.
13. Repeat steps 11 & 12 on the opposite side of the vehicle.
14. Using a 10mm socket, remove the 3 lower grille bolts from each side. See Photo 11.
15. Carefully pull forward on the grille to remove from the vehicle. See Photo 12.

Locate the 4 upper grille bolts. Remove grille bolts using a 10mm.
Remove the front 4 fender flare bolts. Remove the upper bumper covers.
Remove the grille.Remove the 6 lower grille bolts.

16. Lay the grille face down.
17. Using an 8mm socket, remove the 7 bolts that attach the inner grille to the grille shell. Retain hardware. See Photo
13.
18. Using a flat screwdriver, unclip the grille frame from the grille shell. See Photo 14.
19. Remove the frame grille. See Photo 15.
20. Using a flat screwdriver, remove the inner grille from the grille shell. See Photo 16.
21. Remove the inner grille from the grille shell. See Photo 17.
22. Mark the inner grille as shown in Photo 18.

Remove grille frame hardware. Unclip grille frame from grille shell.
Remove grille frame. Unclip inner grille.
Mark inner grille for trimming.Remove inner grille.

23. Using a reciprocating saw, trim the inner grille where marked in step 22. See Photo 19.
24. Remove the cut portion and sand the cut edges smooth. See Photo 20.
25. Repeat steps 22-24 on the opposite side of the inner grille.
26. Clip the inner grille into the grille shell.
27. Attach the light to the supplied light bracket trim ring using the supplied hardware and Allen. See Photo 21.
28. Attach the supplied light bracket mount to the inside of the light bracket trim ring using the supplied 1/4” x 5/8” button
head bolt and nut. Do not tighten at this time. See Photo 22.
29. Place the light assembly into the front of the grille. You will have to rotate the light bracket mount to allow it to fit
through the grille opening.
30. Install the outer light bracket mount on the light trim ring using the supplied 1/4” x 5/8” button head bolt and nut.
Tighten both mounts using a 5/32” Allen and a 7/16” socket, making sure the mounts clip on the inner grille on both
sides. Photos 23 & 24.
Install light in trim ring.

Install outer mounting bracket. Tighten hardware.

31. Repeat steps 27-30 for the 2nd light.
32. Install the grille frame using the factory hardware. Tighten using a 10mm socket.
33. Wire lights according to instructions included with the lights.
34. Plug in the lights while installing the grille assembly using the factory hardware. Tighten using a 10mm socket. See
Photos 26 & 27.
35. Install the upper bumper covers. See Photo 28.
36. Install the factory fender flare hardware, tighten using an 8mm socket. See Photo 29.
37. Install the upper grille trim. See Photo 30.

38. Attach the upper grille trim using the factory hardware. Tighten using a 10mm socket. See Photo 31.
39. Install the factory push pins into the upper grille trim. See Photo 32.
40. Install the radiator cover using the factory push pins. See Photo 33.
