Der Begri „Gerät“ oder „Produkt“ in den Warnungen und

Beschreibung des Handbuchs bezieht sich auf die Fried Ice

Cream Machine. Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht in Räumen

mit sehr hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit/in unmittelbarer Nähe

von Wasserbehältnissen. Lassen Sie das Gerät nicht nass

werden. Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlags! Lufteingänge

und Luftausgänge nicht abdecken. Legen Sie keine Hände

oder Gegenstände in das laufende Gerät!

2.1. ELEKTRISCHE SICHERHEIT

a Der Gerätestecker muss in die Steckdose passen.

Ändern Sie den Stecker in keiner Weise. Original-

Stecker und passende Steckdosen vermindern das

Risiko eines elektrischen Schlags.

b) Vermeiden Sie das Berühren von geerdeten

Bauteilen wie Rohrleitungen, Heizkörpern, Öfen und

Kühlschränken. Es besteht das erhöhte Risiko eines

elektrischen Schlags, wenn Ihr Körper durch nasse

Oberächen und in feuchter Umgebung geerdet ist.

Wasser, das in das Gerät eintritt, erhöht das Risiko

von Beschädigungen und elektrischen Schlägen.

c) Verwenden Sie das Kabel nicht in unsachgemäßer

Weise. Verwenden Sie es niemals zum Tragen

des Geräts oder zum Herausziehen des Steckers.

Halten Sie das Kabel von Hitze, Öl, scharfen

Kanten oder beweglichen Teilen fern. Beschädigte

oder geschweißte Kabel erhöhen das Risiko eines

elektrischen Schlags.

d) Wenn sich die Verwendung des Geräts in feuchter

Umgebung nicht verhindern lässt, verwenden Sie

einen Fehlerstrom-Schutzschalter (RCD). Mit einem

RCD verringert sich das Risiko eines elektrischen

Schlags.

2.2. SICHERHEIT AM ARBEITSPLATZ

a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz sauber und gut

beleuchtet.

1. ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG

Diese Anleitung ist als Hilfe bei der sicheren und zuverlässigen

Nutzung gedacht. Das Produkt wurde strikt nach den

technischen Vorgaben und unter Verwendung modernster

Technologien und Komponenten sowie unter Wahrung der

höchsten Qualitätsstandards entworfen und angefertigt.

VOR INBETRIEBNAHME MUSS DIE ANLEITUNG

GENAU DURCHGELESEN UND VERSTANDEN

WERDEN.

Für einen langen und zuverlässigen Betrieb des Geräts

muss auf die richtige Handhabung und Wartung

entsprechend den in dieser Anleitung angeführten

Vorgaben geachtet werden. Die in dieser Anleitung

angegebenen technischen Daten und die Spezikation sind

aktuell. Der Hersteller behält sich das Recht vor, im Rahmen

der Verbesserung der Qualität Änderungen vorzunehmen.

Unter Berücksichtigung des technischen Fortschritts und

der Geräuschreduzierung wurde das Gerät so entworfen

und produziert, dass das infolge der Geräuschemission

entstehende Risiko auf dem niedrigsten Niveau gehalten

wird.

HINWEIS! In der vorliegenden Anleitung sind

Beispielbilder vorhanden, die von dem tatsächlichen

Aussehen der Maschine abweichen können.

2. NUTZUNGSSICHERHEIT

2.3. PERSÖNLICHE SICHERHEIT

a) Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät im Zustand der

Ermüdung, Krankheit, unter Einuss von Alkohol,

Drogen oder Medikamenten zu betreiben, wenn

diese die Fähigkeit, das Gerät zu bedienen,

einschränken.

b) Um eine versehentliche Inbetriebnahme zu

vermeiden, vergewissern Sie sich, dass der

Schalter vor dem Anschließen an eine Stromquelle

ausgeschaltet ist.

2.4. SICHERE ANWENDUNG DES GERÄTS

a) Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn der EIN-/AUS-

Schalter nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert (nicht

ein – oder ausschaltet). Geräte, die per Schalter nicht

gesteuert werden können, sind gefährlich, können

nicht funktionieren und müssen repariert werden.

b) Vor dem Einstellen, dem Auswechseln von Zubehör

oder dem Beiseitelegen von Werkzeug, ziehen

Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose. Eine solche

vorbeugende Maßnahme verringert das Risiko einer

versehentlichen Inbetriebnahme.

c) Nicht verwendete Werkzeuge sind außerhalb

der Reichweite von Kindern sowie von Personen

aufzubewahren, welche weder das Gerät selbst, noch

die entsprechende Anleitung kennen. In den Händen

unerfahrener Personen können derlei Geräte eine

Gefahr darstellen.

d) Halten Sie das Gerät im einwandfreien Zustand.

Überprüfen Sie vor jeder Arbeit, ob allgemeine

Schäden vorliegen oder Schäden an beweglichen

Teilen (Bruch von Teilen und Komponenten oder

andere Bedingungen, die den sicheren Betrieb der

Maschine beeinträchtigen könnten). Im Falle eines

Schadens muss das Gerät vor Gebrauch in Reparatur

gegeben werden.

e) Halten Sie das Gerät außerhalb der Reichweite von

Kindern.

f) Reparatur und Wartung von Geräten dürfen nur

von qualiziertem Fachpersonal und mit Original-

Ersatzteilen durchgeführt werden. Dadurch wird die

Sicherheit bei der Nutzung gewährleistet.

Unordnung oder schlechte Beleuchtung kann zu

Unfällen führen. Seien Sie voraussichtig, beobachten

Sie, was getan wird und bewahren Sie Ihren

gesunden Menschenverstand bei der Verwendung

des Gerätes.

b) Im Falle eines Schadens oder einer Störung sollte

das Gerät sofort ausgeschaltet und dies einer

autorisierten Person gemeldet werden.

c) Wenn Sie nicht sicher sind, ob das Gerät

ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, wenden Sie sich an

den Service des Herstellers.

d) Reparaturen dürfen nur vom Service des Herstellers

durchgeführt werden. Keine Reparaturen auf eigene

Faust durchführen!

e) Bei Brand oder Feuer zum Löschen des Geräts nur

Pulver-Feuerlöscher oder Kohlendioxidlöscher (CO2)

verwenden.

f) Kinder und Unbefugte dürfen am Arbeitsplatz nicht

anwesend sein.

g) Um die vorgesehene Betriebsintegrität des Gerätes

zu gewährleisten, dürfen die werksmäßig montierten

Abdeckungen oder Schrauben nicht entfernt werden

h) Beim Transport und beim Verlegen des Gerätes

vom Aufbewahrungsort zum Einsatzort sind

die Sicherheits – und Hygienevorschriften für

die manuelle Handhabung für das Land zu

berücksichtigen, in dem das Gerät verwendet wird.

i) Vermeiden Sie Situationen, in denen das Gerät bei

laufendem Betrieb unter schwerer Last stoppt. Dies

kann zu einer Überhitzung der Antriebskomponenten

und damit zu einer Beschädigung des Gerätes

führen.

j) Das Gerät sollte nur horizontal gelagert, verwendet

und transportiert werden. Es ist verboten, das Gerät

um mehr als 45° zu kippen.

3. NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN

Die Roll-Eismaschine dient zur Herstellung von Rolleis aus

natürlichen Zutaten wie Milch, Kakao oder frischem Obst.

Als Eisbestandteil eignen sich auch Kekse, Joghurt und

sonstige Lebensmittel.

Das Gerät kann zu folgenden Zwecken nicht verwendet

werden:

• die Zubereitung von Speiseeis aus gesundheits –

oder lebensgefährlichen Stoen.

Für alle Schäden bei nicht zweckgemäßer Verwendung

haftet allein der Betreiber.

3.1. GERÄTEBESCHREIBUNG

Modell RCFI-1O, RCFI-1S

ACHTUNG: Das Modell RCFI-1S hat eine quadratische

Form bestehend aus Gefrieräche und Abdeckung.

4. Stellen Sie das Gerät auf einen geeigneten

Untergrund.

5. Klappen Sie das Pedal zum Aufheizen des

Gefriertisches (zwei Pedale für das Modell RCFI-

2O-6) in eine Position aus, in der es mit dem Fuß

erreicht werden kann.

6. Blockieren Sie die Räder, indem Sie auf ihre

Verriegelung drücken, um zu verhindern, dass sich

das Gerät bewegt.

7. Warten Sie ca. 1 Stunde vor der ersten

Inbetriebnahme des Geräts, um Schäden am

Kompressor zu vermeiden.

3.3. ARBEIT MIT DEM GERÄT

Vor der Herstellung von Speiseeis ist es notwendig, die

Zutaten, aus denen das Eis hergestellt wird, vorzubereiten.

ACHTUNG! Die Zutaten dürfen nicht heiß sein.

Bei den Modellen RCFI-1O-6 und RCFI-2O-6 können die

Zutaten in die im Tisch eingebetteten GN-Behälter gelegt

werden.

1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die On/O-Tasten auf

„O“ stehen. Schließen Sie das Gerät an die

Stromversorgung an.

2. Die Modelle RCFI-1O-6 und RCFI-2O-6 verfügen

über eine Vorkühlfunktion über die Taste (9).

3. Schalten Sie die Kühläche mit der Taste (8)

ein. Beim Modell RCFI-2O-6 kann die Kühlung

zweier Gefrierächen mit den Tasten (8a) und (8b)

unabhängig voneinander gesteuert werden.

4. Legen Sie die für die Zubereitung von Eis

vorbereiteten Zutaten auf eine gekühlte

Gefrieräche.

5. Das Eis und die anderen Zutaten eine Weile einfrieren

lassen, dann mit einem Spatel abkratzen (die Zutaten

können mit einem Spatel in kleinere Stücke zerdrückt

werden) und leicht umrühren, bis sie plastisch

werden. Falls die Masse übermäßig gefriert und nicht

verkratzt oder gerührt werden kann, drücken Sie das

Pedal, um den Gefriertisch für 2 bis 5 Sekunden zu

erhitzen.

6. Eis kann in den Bechern, auf den Tellern oder unter

Anwendung der anderen Behälter serviert werden.

7. Schalten Sie nach dem Gebrauch die Kühlung aus,

indem Sie die On/O-Taste (8), (8a) und (8b) (je nach

Modell) sowie für die Modelle (RCFI-1O-6 und RCFI-

2O-6) auf „O“ stellen (9). Trennen Sie dann das

Gerät von der Stromquelle. Lassen Sie das Gerät vor

der Reinigung auf über 0 °C erwärmen.

3.4. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG

• Vor jedem Reinigungsvorgang und auch bei

Nichtgebrauch den Netzstecker ziehen und das

Gerät auf Raumtemperatur bringen.

• Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem weichen, mit einem

geeigneten Reinigungsmittel getränkten Tuch und

wischen Sie es anschließend mit einem weichen, mit

Wasser getränkten Tuch ab. Wischen Sie das Gerät

nach diesen Arbeiten trocken.

• Das Gerät darf nicht mit Wasser besprüht werden.

• Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen der Oberäche

ausschließlich Mittel ohne ätzende Inhaltsstoe

• Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung des Gerätes nur

milde Reinigungsmittel zur Reinigung von

Lebensmittelkontaktächen.

HINWEIS! Kinder und Unbeteiligte müssen bei der

Arbeit mit diesem Gerät gesichert werden.

3.2. VORBEREITUNG ZUM BETRIEB

Platzierung des Gerätes

Die Temperatur der Umgebung sollte nicht höher als 45°C

sein und die relative Luftfeuchtigkeit sollte 85% nicht

überschreiten. Stellen Sie das Gerät so auf, dass eine gute

Luftzirkulation gewährleistet ist. Es ist auf allen Seiten ein

Mindestabstand von wenigstens 30 cm einzuhalten (Es

muss ein Mindestabstand von 1,5 m zum Warmluftauslass

eingehalten werden). Halten Sie das Gerät von allen heißen

Flächen fern. Betreiben Sie das Gerät stets auf einer ebenen,

stabilen, sauberen, feuerfesten und trockenen Fläche und

außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern oder Personen mit

geistigen Behinderungen. Platzieren Sie das Gerät so, dass

der Netzstecker jederzeit zugänglich und nicht verdeckt ist.

Achten Sie darauf, dass die Stromversorgung des Gerätes

den Angaben auf dem Produktschild entspricht

Achtung! Vor dem ersten Gebrauch sind alle Komponenten

auszubauen und zu waschen, ebenso wie das gesamte

Gerät. Alle Wärmequellen über 70°C müssen mindestens

50 cm vom Gerät entfernt sein. Setzen Sie das Gerät

weder Regen noch direkter Sonneneinstrahlung aus. Es

muss ein Mindestabstand von 1,5 m zum Warmluftauslass

eingehalten werden. Die Oberäche, auf der das Gerät

installiert werden soll, muss stark genug sein, um das

Gewicht des Geräts samt Inhalt zu tragen und den sicheren

Betrieb des Geräts zu gewährleisten. Die Oberäche, auf

der sich das Gerät während des Betriebs bendet, darf nicht

mehr als um 5° geneigt sein.

Einbau des Gerätes

1. Packen Sie die gesamte Einheit aus.

2. Legen Sie die Abdeckung des Gefriertisches an einen

sicheren Ort.

3. Waschen Sie das gesamte Gerät vor jedem Gebrauch.

• Halten Sie das Gerät sauber.

Whenever „device“ or „product“ are used in the warnings

and instructions, it shall mean Fried Ice Cream Machine. Do

not use in very humid environments or in the direct vicinity

of water tanks. Prevent the device from getting wet. Risk

of electric shock! Do not cover air inlets / outlets. When in

use, do not put your hands or other items inside the device!

2.1. ELECTRICAL SAFETY

a) The plug must t the socket. Do not modify the plug

in any way. Using the original plugs and matching

sockets reduces the risk of electric shock.

b) Avoid touching earthed elements such as pipes,

heaters, boilers and fridges. There is an increased risk

of electric shock if the earthed device is exposed to

rain, in direct contact with a wet surface or operating

in a humid environment. Water ingression into the

device increases the risk of damage to the device

and of electric shock.

c) Use the cable only in accordance with its designated

use. Never use it to carry the device or to pull the

plug out of a socket. Keep the cable away from heat

sources, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged

or tangled cables increase the risk of electric shock.

d) If using the device in a humid environment cannot

be avoided, a residual current device (RCD) should

be applied. The use of an RCD reduces the risk of

electric shock.

2.2. SAFETY AT THE WORKPLACE

a) Make sure the workplace is orderly and well lit. A

messy or poorly lit workplace may lead to accidents.

Try to anticipate what may happen, observe what is

going on and use common sense when working with

the device.

b) Upon discovering damage or irregular operation,

immediately switch the device o and report it to a

supervisor without delay.

c) If there are any doubts as to the correct operation

of the device, contact the manufacturer‘s support

service.

d) Only the manufacturer‘s service point may repair the

device. Do not attempt any repairs independently!

2. USAGE SAFETY

In case the mass froze excessively and could not be

scratched or mixed. It is necessary to press the pedal

to heat the freezing table for 2 to 5 seconds.

6. Ice cream can be served to cup, plates or other

dishes.

7. After use, turn o the cooling by setting the On/

O switch (8), (8a) or (8b), depending on the model,

to the O position, and for models RCFI-1O-6 and

RCFI-2O-6 set switch (9) to O. Then, disconnect the

device from the power source. Allow the device to

warm up to above 0°C before cleaning.

3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Before each cleaning and if the device is not in use, it

is necessary to pull out the mains plug and to allow

the device to reach room temperature.

• Clean the device by means of a soft cloth moistened

with a suitable detergent, then wipe the device with

a soft cloth moistened with water. After doing these

actions, wipe the device dry.

• The device may not be sprayed with a water jet.

• Use cleaners without corrosive substances to clean

each surface.

• Only mild cleaning agents designated for cleaning

surfaces having in with food are allowed to clean the

device.

• Keep the device clean.

• When the device is not in use, the freezing table

should be covered with a lid. This will protect it

against accidental mechanical damage as well as dirt

and dust.

• The device must be cleaned before use and also

immediately after each use. In particular, all parts

having contact with the ice mass must be cleaned.

• Dry all parts well after cleaning before the device is

used again.

• Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture

and direct exposure to sunlight.

2.3. PERSONAL SAFETY

a) Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the

inuence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which

can signicantly impair the ability to operate the

device.

b) To prevent the device from accidentally switching on,

make sure the switch is on the OFF position before

connecting to a power source.

2.4. SAFE DEVICE USE

a) Do not use the device if the ON/OFF switch does not

function properly (does not switch the device on and

o). Devices which cannot be switched on and o

using the ON/OFF switch are hazardous, should not

be operated and have to be repaired.

b) Make sure the plug is disconnected from the

socket before attempting any adjustments, tool

replacements or before putting the device aside.

Such precautions will reduce the risk of accidentally

activating the device.

c) When not in use, store in a safe place, away from

children and people not familiar with the device, who

have not read the user manual. The device may pose

a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.

d) Maintain the device in a good technical state. Before

each use check for general damage and especially

check for cracked parts or elements and for any other

conditions which may impact the safe operation of

the device. If damage is discovered, hand over the

device for repair before use.

e) Keep the device out of the reach of children.

f) Device repair or maintenance should be carried out

by qualied persons, only using original spare parts.

This will ensure safe use.

g) To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do

not remove factory tted guards and do not loosen

any screws.

h) When transporting and handling the device between

the warehouse and the destination, take into account

the occupational health and safety principles for

manual transport operations which apply in the

country where the device will be used.

i) Avoid situations where the device halts during use due

to excessive loading. This may result in overheating of

the drive elements and device damage.

j) The device should be stored, used and transported

only in a horizontal position. DO NOT tilt the device

at an angle greater than 45°.

3. USE GUIDELINES

The Fried Ice Cream Machine is designed to produce stir-

fried ice cream from natural ingredients such as milk, cocoa

or fresh fruit. As an ice cream ingredient, you can also use

cookies, yoghurts and other food products.

The device may not be used for:

• preparation of ice cream from substances that may

endanger health or life.

e) If a re starts, use solely powder or carbon dioxide

(CO2) re extinguishers suitable for use on live

devices to put it out.

f) Children or unauthorised persons are forbidden

from entering a work station.

3.1. DEVICE DESCRIPTION

PLEASE NOTE: The RCFI-1S freezing surface and lid are

square.

REMEMBER! When using the device, protect children

and other bystanders.

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE

Appliance location

The environment temperature must not be higher than

40°C and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.

Ensure good ventilation in the room where the device is

used. The distance between each side of the device and the

wall or other objects should be at least 30cm( A distance of

at least 1.5 m must be kept from the hot air outlet ). Keep

the device away from hot surfaces. Operate the device

on at, stable, clean, refractory and dry surfaces out of

the reach of children and people with mental disabilities.

Install the device making sure that constant access to the

main plug is ensured. The power cord connected to the

appliance must be properly grounded and correspond to

the technical details.

NOTE! Before the rst use it is necessary to dismantle all

elements and to wash them as well as to wash the entire device.

All heat sources above 70°C must be located at least 50 cm

away from the device. The device should not be exposed

to rain and to direct sunlight. A distance of at least 1.5 m

must be kept from the hot air outlet. The surface on which

the device will be set must be suciently strong in order to

hold the weight of the device, the mass of ice cream and to

ensure safe work with the device. The incline of the surface

on which the device is positioned during operation must

not exceed 5°.

Assembling the device

1. Unpack the entire device.

2. Put the freezing table cover in a safe place

3. Clean the entire device before each use.

4. Place the device on the appropriate surface.

5. Arrange the pedal for heating the freezing table

(two pedals in case of the RCFI-2O-6 model) to the

position that allows pressing it with foot.

6. Lock the wheels by pressing the wheel lock to

prevent the device from moving.

7. Wait about an hour before the rst start-up of the

device to avoid damage to the compressor.

3.3. DEVICE USE

Before producing the ice cream it is necessary to prepare

the ingredients from which the ice cream will be made.

NOTE! The ingredients must not be hot.

For RCFI-1O-6 and RCFI-2O-6 models, the ingredients can

be placed in GN containers embedded in the table.

1. Make sure the On/O switches are in the O

position. Connect the device to the power supply.

2. Models RCFI-1O-6 and RCFI-2O-6 have a pre-

cooling function initiated by pressing button (9).

3. Turn the cooling of the freezer surface on by pressing

button (8). In the case of RCFI-2O-6, the cooling

of the two freezing surfaces can be controlled

independently using buttons (8a) and (8b).

4. Place the prepared ice cream ingredients on the

chilled freezing surface.

5. Wait a moment for the ice mass and other ingredients

to freeze, then scrape them with a spatula (ingredients

can be broken into smaller parts using a spatula) and

mix gently until they become plastic.

The user is liable for any damage resulting from non-

intended use of the device!

3. ZASADY UŻYTKOWANIA

Maszyna do lodów tajskich przeznaczona jest do

wytwarzania lodów tajskich z naturalnych składników

takich jak mleko, kakao lub świeże owoce. Jako składnik

lodów można użyć także ciastek, jogurtów oraz innych

produktów spożywczych.

Urządzenia nie można używać do:

5. Rozłożyć pedał do podgrzewania stołu mrożącego

(dwa pedały w przypadku modelu RCFI-2O-6) do

pozycji umożliwiającej wduszenie go nogą.

6. Zablokować kółka wciskając ich blokadę, aby

uniemożliwić przesunięcie się urządzenia.

7. Odczekać ok. 1h przed pierwszym uruchomieniem

urządzenia, aby uniknąć uszkodzenia kompresora.

3.3. PRACA Z URZĄDZENIEM

Przed wytwarzaniem lodów należy przygotować składniki z

których powstaną lody.

UWAGA! Składniki nie mogą być gorące.

W przypadku modeli RCFI-1O-6 oraz RCFI-2O-6 składniki

można umieścić w pojemnikach GN osadzonych w stole.

1. Upewnić się, że przełączniki On/O są w pozycji O.

Podłączyć urządzenie do zasilania.

2. Modele RCFI-1O-6 oraz RCFI-2O-6 posiadają funkcję

wstępnego schładzania włączaną przyciskiem (9).

3. Włączyć chłodzenie powierzchni mrożącej

przyciskiem (8). W przypadku modelu RCFI-2O-6

chłodzeniem dwóch powierzchni mrożących można

sterować niezależnie przyciskami (8a) i (8b).

4. Umieścić przygotowane do zrobienia lodów składniki

na schłodzonej powierzchni mrożącej.

5. Odczekać chwilę aby masa lodowa i pozostałe

składniki zamarzły, następnie zdrapać je za pomocą

łopatki (składniki można pokruszyć na drobniejsze

części za pomocą łopatki) i delikatnie mieszać, aż

staną się plastyczne. W przypadku gdyby masa

zamarzła nadmiernie i nie dała się zdrapać lub

mieszać należy wcisnąć pedał do podgrzewania stołu

mrożącego przez 2 do 5 sekund.

6. Lody można serwować do kubków, talerzy lub innych

naczyń.

7. Po zakończeniu użytkowania należy wyłączyć

chłodzenie ustawiając przełącznik On/O (8), (8a)

i (8b) (w zależności od modelu) w pozycji O oraz

dla modeli (RCFI-1O-6 oraz RCFI-2O-6) ustawić

w pozycji O przełącznik (9). Następnie odłączyć

urządzenie od źródła zasilania. Odczekać, aż

urządzenie ogrzeje się do temperatury powyżej 0°C

przed przystąpieniem do czyszczenia.

3.4. CZYSZCZENIE I KONSERWACJA

• Przed każdym czyszczeniem, a także jeżeli urządzenie

nie jest używane, należy wyciągnąć wtyczkę sieciową

i pozwolić aby urządzenie osiągnęło temperaturę

pokojową.

• Czyścić urządzenie za pomocą miękkiej ścierki

nasączonej odpowiednim detergentem, a następnie

przetrzeć urządzenie miękką ścierką nasączoną

wodą. Po wykonaniu tych czynności należy wytrzeć

urządzenie do sucha.

• Urządzenie nie może być polewane strumieniem wody.

• Do czyszczenia powierzchni należy stosować

wyłącznie środki niezawierające substancji żrących.

• Do czyszczenia urządzenia wolno stosować tylko

łagodne środki czyszczące przeznaczone do

czyszczenia powierzchni mających styczność z

żywnością.

• Urządzenie należy utrzymywać w czystości.

• Gdy urządzenie nie jest używane, stół mrożący

powinien być przykryty pokrywą. Zabezpieczy to go

3.2. PRZYGOTOWANIE DO PRACY

Umiejscowienie urządzenia

Temperatura otoczenia nie może przekraczać 45°C a

wilgotność względna nie powinna przekraczać 85%.

Urządzenie należy ustawić w sposób zapewniający dobrą

cyrkulację powietrza. Należy utrzymać minimalny odstęp 30

cm od każdej ściany urządzenia. Urządzenie należy trzymać

z dala od wszelkich gorących powierzchni. Urządzenie

należy zawsze użytkować na równej, stabilnej, czystej,

ognioodpornej i suchej powierzchni i poza zasięgiem dzieci

i osób chorych umysłowo. Urządzenie należy umiejscowić

w taki sposób, by w dowolnej chwili można się było dostać

do wtyczki sieciowej. Należy pamiętać o tym, by zasilanie

urządzenia energią odpowiadało danym podanym

na tabliczce znamionowej! Przed pierwszym użyciem

zdemontować wszystkie elementy i umyć je jak również

umyć całe urządzenie. Wszelkie źródła ciepła po wyżej 70°C

muszą znajdować się co najmniej 50 cm od urządzenia.

Urządzenie nie należy wystawiać na działanie deszczu oraz

2.1. ELEKTRICKÁ BEZPEČNOST

a) Zástrčka zařízení musí odpovídat zásuvce. Zástrčku

neupravujte žádným způsobem. Originální zástrčky a

příslušné zásuvky snižují nebezpečí úrazu elektrickým

proudem.

b) Nedotýkejte se uzemněných předmětů jako jsou

trubky, topidla, kamna a chladničky. Je-li tělo

uzemněno, existuje zvýšené nebezpečí úrazu

elektrickým proudem v následku působení deště,

mokrého povrchu a práce se zařízením ve vlhkém

prostředí. Proniknutí vody do zařízení zvyšuje

nebezpečí jeho poškození a úrazu elektrickým

proudem.

c) Napájecí kabel nepoužívejte na jiné účely, než na

které je určen. Nikdy jej nepoužívejte k přenášení

zařízení nebo k vytahování zástrčky ze síťové

zásuvky. Držte jej mimo dosah tepla, oleje, ostrých

hran nebo rotujících dílů. Poškozené nebo zamotané

elektrické napájecí kabely zvyšují nebezpečí úrazu

2.3. OSOBNÍ BEZPEČNOST

a) Nepoužívejte elektrické nářadí, jste-li unaveni nebo

pod vlivem drog, alkoholu nebo léků, které mají

značný vliv na schopnost obsluhovat zařízení.

b) Zabraňte náhodnému spuštění. Ujistěte se, že je

spínač ve vypnuté poloze před připojením zařízení k

napájecímu zdroji.

2.4. BEZPEČNÉ POUŽÍVÁNÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ

a) Zařízení nepoužívejte, pokud ho nemůžete spínačem

zapnout a vypnout. Zařízení, které nelze ovládat

spínačem, je nebezpečné a musí být opraveno.

b) Vytáhněte zástrčku ze zásuvky před jakýmkoliv

seřízením, výměnou příslušenství nebo odložením

zařízení. Toto opatření snižuje riziko náhodného

zapnutí.

c) Nepoužívaná zařízení uchovávejte mimo dosah dětí

a osob, které nejsou seznámeny se zařízením nebo

návodem k obsluze. Zařízení jsou nebezpečná v

rukou nezkušených uživatelů.

d) Zařízení udržujte v dobrém technickém stavu.

Kontrolujte před každou prací, zda není celkově

poškozeno nebo nejsou poškozeny rotující díly

(popraskané součásti nebo jiné okolnosti, které

mohou mít vliv na chod zařízení). V případě

poškození dejte zařízení opravit před použitím.

e) Zařízení chraňte před dětmi.

f) Opravu a údržbu zařízení musí provádět kvalikovaní

opraváři pouze s použitím originálních náhradních

dílů. Zajistí to bezpečné používání.

g) Pro zachování navržené mechanické integrity

zařízení neodstraňujte předem namontované kryty

nebo nevyšroubovávejte šrouby.

h) Při přepravě a přenášení zařízení z místa skladování

na místo používání berte v úvahu zásady bezpečnosti

a ochrany zdraví při práci pro manuální přenášení

platné v zemi, ve kterém se zařízení používá.

i) Zabraňte situaci, kdy se zapnuté zařízení zastaví

vlivem velkého zatížení. Může to způsobit přehřátí

hnacích součástí a v následku poškození zařízení.

j) Zařízení by mělo být skladováno, používáno a

přepravováno pouze vodorovně. Sklopit zařízení pod

úhlem větším než 45° je zakázáno.

3. ZÁSADY POUŽÍVÁNÍ

Zařízení na výrobu thajské zmrzliny je určeno k výrobě

thajské zmrzliny z přírodních surovin, jako je mléko, kakao

nebo čerstvé ovoce. Jako složku zmrzlin můžete také použít

sladkosti, jogurty a jiné potraviny.

Zařízení nepoužívejte k:

• přípravě zmrzlin ze složek, které mohou ohrozit

zdraví nebo život.

Odpovědnost za veškeré škody vzniklé v důsledku

použití zařízení v rozporu s určením nese uživatel.

d) Opravy zařízení může provádět pouze servis výrobce.

Opravy neprovádějte sami!

e) V případě vzniku požáru k hašení zařízení pod

napětím používejte pouze práškové nebo sněhové

hasicí přístroje (CO2).

f) Na pracovišti se nesmí zdržovat děti a nepovolané

osoby.

V případě, že hmota příliš zmrzla a nelze ji seškrábat

nebo míchat, stlačte pedál pro zahřívání mrazicího

stolu na 2 až 5 sekund.

6. Zmrzlinu můžete servírovat do hrníčků, na talířky

nebo na jiné nádobí.

7. Po ukončení provozu zařízení vypněte chlazení

nastavením vypínače On/O (8), (8a) a (8b) (v

závislosti na modelu) do polohy O (vypnuto). U

modelů (RCFI-1O-6 a RCFI-2O-6) vypněte chlazení

nastavením vypínače (9) do polohy O (vypnuto).

Následně odpojte zařízení od zdroje napájení. Před

čištěním zařízení počkejte, až se zařízení ohřeje na

teplotu vyšší než 0 °C.

3.4. ČIŠTĚNÍ A ÚDRŽBA

• Před každým čištěním a také když zařízení

nepoužíváte, vytáhněte zástrčku ze síťové zásuvky a

umožněte zařízení dosáhnout pokojové teploty.

• Zařízení čistěte měkkým hadříkem navlhčeným

čisticím přípravkem a pak otřete měkkým hadříkem

navlhčeným vodou. Na závěr zařízení otřete do

sucha.

• Zařízení nepolévejte proudem vody.

• K čištění povrchu používejte výhradně prostředky

neobsahující žíravé látky.

• K čištění zařízení používejte pouze jemné čisticí

přípravky určené pro čištění povrchů přicházejících

do styku s potravinami.

• Zařízení udržujte v čistotě.

• Pokud zařízení nepoužíváte, mrazicí stůl

zakryjte víkem. Chrání to stůl proti náhodnému

mechanickému poškození, znečištění a prachu.

• Zařízení čistěte před použitím a také ihned po jeho

použití. Zejména čistěte všechny části přicházející do

styku se zmrzlinovou hmotou.

• Po každém čištění je nutno všechny prvky dobře

osušit, než bude zařízení opět použito.

• Zařízení skladujte na suchém a chladném místě,

chráněném proti vlhkosti a přímému slunečnímu

záření.

3.2. PŘÍPRAVA K PRÁCI

UMÍSTĚNÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ

Teplota okolí nesmí být vyšší než 45°C a relativní vlhkost

nesmí být vyšší než 85%. Zařízení postavte takovým

způsobem, aby byla zajištěna dobrá cirkulace vzduchu.

Vzdálenost zařízení od stěny by neměla být menší než 30

cm (Zajistěte alespoň 1,5 m volného prostoru od výstupu

horkého vzduchu). Zařízení se musí nacházet daleko

od veškerých horkých povrchů. Zařízení musí být vždy

používáno na rovném, stabilním, čistém, žáruvzdorném a

suchém povrchu, a mimo dosah dětí a osob s mentálním

postižením. Zařízení umístěte takovým způsobem, abyste

v každém okamžiku měli nerušený přístup k elektrické

zásuvce. Pamatujte na to, aby hodnoty proudu, kterým

je zařízení napájeno, byly shodné s údaji uvedenými na

technickém štítku zařízení!

UPOZORNĚNÍ! Před prvním použitím odmontujte všechny

podsestavy a vyčistěte je a také vyčistěte celé zařízení.

Veškeré tepelné zdroje s teplotou vyšší než 70 °C se musí

nacházet alespoň 50 cm od zařízení. Zařízení nevystavujte

působení deště a přímému působení slunečního světla.

Zajistěte alespoň 1,5 m volného prostoru od výstupu

horkého vzduchu. Povrch, na kterém bude stát zařízení,

musí být dostatečně pevný, aby udržel hmotnost zařízení,

zmrzlinové směsi a zajistil bezpečnou práci se zařízením.

Povrch, na kterém je zařízení během provozu umístěno,

nesmí být nakloněn pod úhlem větším než 5°.

Montáž zařízení

1. Vybalte celé zařízení.

2. Víka mrazicího stolu odložte na bezpečné místo.

3. Celé zařízení před každým použitím umyjte.

4. Zařízení postavte na vhodný povrch.

5. Rozložte pedál pro ohřívání mrazicího stolu (dva

pedály u modelu RCFI-2O-6) do polohy umožňující

stlačení nohou.

6. Zablokujte kolečka stisknutím jejich zámků, abyste

zabránili přesouvání zařízení.

7. Před prvním spuštěním zařízení počkejte asi 1

hodinu, aby nedošlo k poškození kompresoru.

3.3. PRÁCE SE ZAŘÍZENÍM

Před výrobou zmrzliny připravte složky, ze kterých vznikne

zmrzlina.

UPOZORNĚNÍ! Složky nesmí být horké.

U modelů RCFI-1O-6 a RCFI-2O-6 mohou být ingredience

umístěny v nádobách GN umístěných v zařízení.

1. Ujistěte se, že přepínače On/O jsou v poloze O

(vypnuto). Připojte zařízení k napájení.

2. Modely RCFI-1O-6 a RCFI-2O-6 mají funkci

předchlazení, která se aktivuje tlačítkem (9).

3. Tlačítkem (8) zapněte chlazení mrazící plochy.

V případě modelu RCFI-2O-6 lze chlazení dvou

mrazících ploch ovládat nezávisle, a to pomocí

tlačítek (8a) a (8b).

4. Umístěte přísady pro výrobu zmrzliny na vychlazenou

mrazící plochu.

5. Počkejte chvíli, aby hmota zmrzliny a ostatní složky

zmrzly, pak je seškrábejte lopatkou (složky rozdrťte

na drobnější kousky lopatkou) a opatrně míchejte, až

budou tvárné.

2. SÉCURITÉ D‘EMPLOI

Appareils électriques:

ATTENTION! Lisez attentivement toutes les

consignes de sécurité et toutes les instructions. Le

non-respect des avertissements et instructions peut

entraîner des chocs électriques, des incendies et/

ou des blessures graves ou la mort.

Le terme « appareil » ou « produit » dans les avertissements

et la description du manuel se rapporte à la machine

à crème glacée frite. N‘utilisez pas l‘appareil dans des

pièces où l‘humidité est très élevée/à proximité immédiate

de récipients d‘eau. L‘appareil ne doit en aucun cas être

mouillé. Danger de choc électrique! Ne pas recouvrir les

entrées et sorties d‘air. Ne pas poser les mains ou des

objets dans l‘appareil en fonctionnement!

2.1. SÉCURITÉ ÉLECTRIQUE

a) La che de l‘appareil doit être adaptée à la prise de

courant. Ne modiez d‘aucune façon la che. La che

d‘origine et la prise adaptée réduisent le risque d‘un

choc électrique.

b) Évitez de toucher à des éléments mis à la terre tels

que des conduites, des radiateurs, des fours et des

réfrigérateurs. Le risque d‘un choc électrique est plus

élevé si votre corps est mis à la terre en présence des

rayons directs du soleil, sur des surfaces mouillées

et dans un environnement humide. De l‘eau

s‘introduisant dans l‘appareil augmentent le risque

de dommages et de chocs électriques

c) N‘utilisez pas le câble de façon inappropriée. Ne

l‘utilisez jamais pour porter l‘appareil ou ne tirez pas

dessus pour retirer la che. Placez le câble à l‘abri

de la chaleur, de l‘huile de bords coupants ou de

pièces mobiles. Des câbles endommagés ou soudés

augmentent le risque d‘un choc électrique.

d) Lorsque vous utilisez l’appareil dans un

environnement humide, utilisez un disjoncteur

diérentiel (RCD). Un RCD réduit le risque

d’électrocution.

2.3. SÉCURITÉ PERSONNELLE

a) Il n‘est pas autorisé de faire fonctionner l‘appareil

en état de fatigue, de maladie, sous inuence

d‘alcool, de drogues ou de médicaments, si ces états

réduisent l‘aptitude à se servir de l‘appareil.

b) An d‘éviter une mise en marche accidentelle,

assurez-vous que l‘interrupteur est en position

d‘arrêt avant de connecter l‘appareil à une source

d‘alimentation.

2.4. UTILISATION SÛRE DE L‘APPAREIL

a) N‘utilisez pas l‘appareil si l‘interrupteur de Marche/

Arrêt ne fonctionne pas correctement (ne s‘allume

ou ne s‘éteint pas). Les appareils qui ne peuvent pas

être contrôlés par interrupteur sont dangereux et

doivent être réparés.

b) Avant le réglage, le remplacement d‘accessoires ou

la mise de côté d‘outils, retirez la che de la prise.

Une telle mesure préventive réduit le risque d‘une

mise en marche accidentelle.

c) Les outils non utilisés sont à conserver hors de portée

des enfants ainsi que des personnes ne connaissant

ni l‘appareil lui-même ni la notice correspondante. De

tels appareils peuvent représenter un danger s‘ils sont

placés entre les mains de personnes inexpérimentées.

d) Gardez l‘appareil dans un parfait état. Avant chaque

travail, vériez qu‘il ne présente pas de dommages

généraux ou des dommages aux pièces mobiles

(pièces ou composants cassés ou autres conditions

qui peuvent nuire à un fonctionnement sûr de la

machine). En cas de dommage, il faut faire réparer

l‘appareil avant de l‘utiliser.

e) Gardez l‘appareil hors de portée des enfants.

f) La réparation et l‘entretien d‘appareils doivent être

exclusivement eectués par un personnel spécialisé

qualié et avec des pièces de rechange originales.

Une utilisation en toute sécurité est ainsi garantie.

g) An de garantir l‘intégrité de fonctionnement prévue

de l‘appareil, les couvercles et vis montés en usine ne

doivent pas être retirés.

h) Lors du transport et du déplacement de l‘appareil du

lieu de stockage au lieu d‘utilisation, les consignes de

sécurité et d‘hygiène pour la manutention manuelle

pour le pays dans lequel l‘appareil va être utilisé sont

à prendre en compte.

2.2. SÉCURITÉ SUR LE LIEU DE TRAVAIL

a) Gardez votre poste de travail propre et bien éclairé. Un

désordre ou un mauvais éclairage peuvent conduire à

des accidents. Soyez prévoyant, observez ce qui est fait

et utilisez l‘appareil avec un peu de bon sens.

b) En cas de dommage ou de dysfonctionnement,

l‘appareil doit immédiatement être mis en arrêt et

une personne autorisée doit être prévenue.

c) Si vous n‘êtes pas sûr que l‘appareil fonctionne

correctement, adressez-vous au service du fabricant.

d) Les réparations doivent exclusivement être faites

par le service du fabricant. Ne pas eectuer de

réparations soi-même!

e) En cas d‘incendie ou de feu, n‘utiliser que des

extincteurs à poudre ou à dioxyde de carbone (CO2).

f) Les enfants et personnes non autorisées ne doivent

pas être présentes sur le lieu de travail (une inattention

peut entraîner une perte du contrôle de l‘appareil).

i) Évitez les situations dans lesquelles l‘appareil

arrête de marcher en plein fonctionnement

sous une lourde charge. Ceci peut entraîner une

surchaue des éléments de transmission et donc un

endommagement de l‘appareil.

j) L‘appareil doit être stocké, utilisé et transporté

uniquement en position horizontale. Il est interdit

d‘incliner l‘appareil de plus de 45°.

3. CONDITIONS D‘UTILISATION

La machine à crème glacée frite est conçue pour produire

de la crème glacée frite à partir d‘ingrédients naturels tels

que le lait, le cacao ou les fruits frais. Des biscuits, du yaourt

et autres aliments sont également appropriés comme

constituants de glaces.

L‘appareil ne peut pas être utilisé dans le but suivant:

• la préparation de crème glacée à partir de substances

dangereuses ou nuisibles à la santé

L‘utilisateur est seul responsable de tout dommage

causé par une mauvaise utilisation.

3.1. DESCRIPTION DE L‘APPAREIL

Modèle RCFI-1O, RCFI-1S

ATTENTION: La surface de congélation et le couvercle sont

carrés sur le modèle RCFI-1S.

5. Dépliez la pédale de chauage du plateau givrant

(deux pédales pour le modèle RCFI-2O-6) dans une

position telle qu‘elle soit accessible avec le pied.

6. Bloquez les roues en activant le frein pour empêcher

l‘appareil de bouger.

7. Attendez environ 1 heure avant le premier

démarrage de l‘appareil pour éviter d‘endommager

le compresseur.

3.3. TRAVAIL AVEC L‘APPAREIL

Avant la fabrication de crème glacée, il est nécessaire de

préparer les ingrédients à partir desquels la glace va être

fabriquée.

ATTENTION! Il ne faut pas que les ingrédients soient

chauds.

Pour les modèles RCFI-1O-6 et RCFI-2O-6, les ingrédients

peuvent être placés dans les bacs GN intégrés dans la table.

1. Assurez-vous que les interrupteurs On / O sont en

position O. Branchez l‘appareil.

2. Les modèles RCFI-1O-6 et RCFI-2O-6 possèdent une

fonction de prérefroidissement activée par le bouton

(9).

3. Activez le refroidissement de la surface de

congélation à l’aide du bouton (8). Dans le cas du

modèle RCFI-2O-6, le refroidissement de deux zones

de congélation peut être contrôlé indépendamment

à l‘aide des boutons (8a) et (8b).

4. Placez les ingrédients préparés pour la fabrication

de la crème glacée sur la surface de congélation

réfrigérée.

5. Laisser congeler un moment la glace ainsi que les

autres ingrédients, puis gratter avec une spatule (les

ingrédients peuvent être écrasés en petits morceaux

avec une spatule) et remuer légèrement jusqu‘à ce

qu‘il épaississent. Si la masse congèle trop et ne peut

pas être grattée ou remuée, appuyez 2 à 5 secondes

sur la pédale pour réchauer le plateau givrant.

6. La glace peut être servie dans les coupes, sur les

assiettes ou dans d‘autres récipients.

7. Après utilisation, arrêtez le refroidissement en

plaçant l‘interrupteur On / O (8), (8a) et (8b) (selon

le modèle) en position O et pour les modèles

(RCFI-1O-6 et RCFI-2O-6) placez l‘interrupteur (9) en

position O. Ensuite, débranchez l‘appareil. Laissez

l’appareil atteindre une température supérieure à 0

°C avant de le nettoyer.

3.4. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN

• Avant chaque nettoyage et en cas de non utilisation

de l‘appareil, débranchez l‘appareil et laissez-le

refroidir complètement.

• Nettoyez l‘appareil avec un chion doux imbibé d‘un

produit de nettoyage approprié, puis essuyez-le

avec un chion doux imbibé d‘eau. Séchez ensuite

l‘appareil.

• L‘appareil ne doit pas être arrosé avec de l‘eau.

• Utilisez uniquement des produits de nettoyage sans

substances corrosives pour nettoyer la surface.

• Pour le nettoyage des surfaces de contact avec des

aliments, n‘utilisez que des produits doux.

• Maintenez l‘appareil propre.

• En cas de non utilisation, le plateau givrant doit être

recouvert d‘un couvercle. Ceci permet d‘éviter des

endommagements mécaniques accidentels ainsi que

les salissures et les poussières.

3.2. PRÉPARATION AU FONCTIONNEMENT

Positionnement de l‘appareil

La température ambiante ne doit pas être supérieure à

l‘appareil de telle manière qu‘une bonne circulation d‘air

soit garantie. Il faut laisser de chaque côté une distance

minimale de 30 cm (il doit y avoir une distance minimale

de 1,5 m par rapport à la sortie d‘air chaud). Veuillez

tenir l‘appareil éloigné de toutes surfaces chaudes. Faites

toujours fonctionner l‘appareil sur une surface plane,

stable, propre, ignifuge et sèche et hors de portée des

enfants et des personnes ayant un handicap mental.

Positionnez l‘appareil de telle manière que la che soit

accessible à tout moment et non cachée. Veillez à ce que

l‘alimentation électrique de l‘appareil corresponde aux

fasi del processo produttivo sono state eseguite nel pieno

rispetto di elevati standard qualitativi.

2. NORME DI SICUREZZA

Dispositivi elettronici:

ATTENZIONE! Leggere attentamente tutte le

istruzioni di sicurezza. La mancata osservanza delle

seguenti avvertenze può provocare scosse elettriche,

incendi, lesioni gravi o condurre alla morte.

Il termine „dispositivo“ o „prodotto“ riportato nelle

avvertenze e nella descrizione del manuale si riferisce alla

macchina per gelato fritto. Non utilizzare il dispositivo

in ambienti eccessivamente umidi o nelle immediate

vicinanze di contenitori d‘acqua. Non bagnare il dispositivo.

Attenzione! Pericolo di folgorazione! Non coprire i punti

d´ingresso e di uscita dell‘aria. Quando la macchina per

gelato è in funzione tenere le mani o altri oggetti lontano

dal dispositivo!

2.1. SICUREZZA ELETTRICA

a) La spina del dispositivo deve essere compatibile

con la presa. Non cambiare la spina del dispositivo

in nessun caso. Spine e prese adeguate riducono il

rischio di scosse elettriche.

b) Evitare di toccare componenti su cui è stata eettuata

una messa a terra come tubature, termosifoni, forni

e frigoriferi. Sussiste l´elevato rischio di una scossa

elettrica se il corpo è a contatto con superci bagnate

o ambienti umidi. Se l`acqua entra in contatto con il

dispositivo ciò aumenta il rischio di lesioni e scosse

elettriche.

c) Non utilizzare il cavo in modo non appropriato. Non

utilizzare mai il cavo per trasportare il dispositivo o

per rimuovere la spina. Mantenere il cavo lontano

da spigoli taglienti, olio, fonti di calore e dalle parti

in movimento del dispositivo. Cavi danneggiati o

saldati aumentano il rischio di scosse elettriche.

d) Se non si può evitare di impiegare il dispositivo

in un ambiente umido assicurarsi di utilizzare

un interruttore dierenziale/salvavita (RCD).

L´interruttore dierenziale riduce il rischio di scosse

elettriche.

2.2. SICUREZZA SULL´AMBIENTE DI LAVORO

a) Mantenere l´ambiente di lavoro pulito e ben illuminato.

Un ambiente di lavoro disordinato e con scarsa

illuminazione può aumentare il rischio d´incidenti.

Durante l´impiego del dispositivo prestare la massima

attenzione e ricorrere sempre al buon senso.

2.3. SICUREZZA DELLE PERSONE

a) Non è permesso l‘uso del dispositivo in stato di

aaticamento, malattia, sotto l‘inuenza di alcol,

droghe o farmaci. Queste condizioni potrebbero

limitare la capacità di attenzione e concentrazione.

b) Per evitare la messa in funzione accidentale

del dispositivo, prima di collegare la spina di

alimentazione alla presa, accertarsi che l´interruttore

di accensione sul dispositivo non sia azionato.

2.4. UTILIZZO SICURO DEL DISPOSITIVO

a) Non utilizzare il dispositivo se l‘interruttore ON/

OFF non funziona correttamente (non accendere o

spegnere). Dispositivi che non rispondono ai comandi

degli interruttori sono pericolosi, non funzionano

correttamente e devono essere dunque riparati.

b) Prima di impiegare o sostituire gli accessori staccare

la spina dalla presa. Queste misure di sicurezza

riducono il rischio di una messa in moto accidentale

del dispositivo.

c) Gli utensili inutilizzati devono essere tenuti fuori dalla

portata dei bambini e delle persone che non hanno

familiarità con il dispositivo e che non hanno letto

questo manuale. Nelle mani di persone inesperte

questo dispositivo può essere pericoloso.

d) Mantenere il dispositivo in perfette condizioni. Prima

dell´utilizzo assicurarsi che il dispositivo non presenti

componenti danneggiate e che le parti mobili

funzionino correttamente (qualsiasi guasto o difetto

potrebbe compromettere la sicurezza dell´utente).

Se il dispositivo è danneggiato è necessario ripararlo

prima dell´utilizzo.

e) Tenere il dispositivo fuori dalla portata dei bambini.

f) La riparazione e la manutenzione del dispositivo

devono essere eseguite esclusivamente da personale

qualicato e impiegando soltanto parti di ricambio

originali. Ciò rende questa macchina per gelato un

dispositivo sicuro.

g) Per garantirne il corretto funzionamento non

rimuovere le componenti e le viti assemblate durante

il processo di fabbricazione del dispositivo.

h) Durante il trasporto assicurarsi di rispettare le

normative in materia di sicurezza e igiene vigenti nel

Paese in cui si utilizza questo dispositivo.

i) Evitare situazioni per cui il dispositivo se viene

sovraccaricato si arresta. Ciò può causare il

surriscaldamento dei suoi componenti, nonchè

danneggiare il dispositivo.

b) In caso di guasti o difetti spegnere immediatamente

il dispositivo e segnalare il problema a personale

qualicato.

c) Se non si è sicuri del corretto funzionamento

del dispositivo rivolgersi al Servizio Clienti del

produttore.

d) Soltanto i tecnici del Servizio Clienti del produttore

sono autorizzati a riparare il dispositivo. Non riparare

il dispositivo autonomamente!

e) In caso di incendio utilizzare per l´estinzione delle

amme solo estintori a polvere o ad anidride

carbonica (CO2).

f) Mantenere i bambini e le persone non autorizzate

lontane dall´ambiente in cui si utilizza il dispositivo.

3. CONDIZIONI D‘USO

La macchina per gelato è progettata per la produzione di

gelato in stile thai con ingredienti naturali come latte, cacao

o frutta fresca, biscotti, yogurt o altri generi alimentari.

Non utilizzare il dispositivo per:

• preparare gelati contenenti sostanze dannose per la

salute e rischiose per la vita.

L‘utente è il solo e unico responsabile dei danni causati

da un utilizzo improprio del dispositivo.

3.1. DESCRIZIONE DEL DISPOSITIVO

Modello RCFI-1O, RCFI-1S

NOTA: nel modello RCFI-1S la supercie di congelamento e

il coperchio hanno una forma quadrata.

j) Il dispositivo deve essere stoccato, utilizzato e

trasportato solo orizzontalmente. È vietato inclinare

il dispositivo con un'angolazione superiore a 45°.

3.2. PREPARAZIONE ALL‘USO

Posizionamento del dispositivo

La temperatura dell‘ambiente non deve eccedere i 45°C

e l‘umidità relativa dell‘aria non deve essere superiore

all‘85%. Posizionare il dispositivo in un ambiente ben

ventilato. Mantenere su tutti i lati una distanza minima di

30 cm (mantenere una distanza minima di 1,5 m dal punto

di fuoriuscita dell´aria calda). Tenere il dispositivo lontano

dalle fonti di calore. Riporre il dispositivo su superci

piane, stabili, pulite, non inammabili e asciutte. Tenere il

dispositivo lontano dalla portata dei bambini e dai portatori

di handicap. Posizionare il dispositivo in modo da avere in

qualsiasi momento accesso alla presa elettrica. Assicurarsi

che l‘intensità della corrente corrisponda al valore indicato

sulla targhetta del prodotto.

ATTENZIONE! Prima del primo utilizzo rimuovere tutti i

componenti e pulirli insieme al dispositivo.

Mantenere tutte le fonti di calore che superano i 70°C a

una distanza minima di 50 cm dal dispositivo. Non esporre

il dispositivo sotto la luce diretta dei raggi solari o sotto

la pioggia. Mantenere una distanza minima di 1,5 m dai

punti di fuoriuscita di aria calda. Per garantire il massimo

della sicurezza, posizionare il dispositivo su una supercie

sucientemente solida in grado di reggerne il peso e il

suo contenuto. La supercie su cui viene posizionato il

dispositivo durante il funzionamento non deve essere

inclinata di più di 5°.

Assemblaggio del dispositivo

1. Rimuovere l´imballaggio dal dispositivo.

2. Posizionare la copertura del refrigeratore in un punto

sicuro.

3. Prima di ogni utilizzo pulire l´intero dispositivo.

4. Posizionare il dispositivo su una supercie adatta.

5. Per riscaldare il refrigeratore pressare il pedale (due

pedali nel modello RCFI-2O-6).

6. Bloccare le ruote premendo sul blocco per impedire

al dispositivo di muoversi.

7. Attendere circa 1 ora prima del primo avvio del

dispositivo per evitare danni al compressore.

3.3. UTILIZZO DEL DISPOSITIVO

Preparare tutti gli ingredienti necessari per la preparazione

del gelato.

ATTENZIONE! Gli ingredienti non possono essere caldi.

Per i modelli RCFI-1O-6 e RCFI-2O-6, gli ingredienti

possono essere collocati nei contenitori GN incorporati nel

tavolo.

1. Assicurarsi che gli interruttori On/O siano

in posizione O. Collegare il dispositivo

all‘alimentazione.

2. I modelli RCFI-1O-6 e RCFI-2O-6 hanno una funzione

di prerareddamento da attivare mediante il

pulsante (9).

3. Attivare il rareddamento della supercie di

congelamento con il pulsante (8). Nel caso del

modello RCFI-2O-6, il rareddamento di due

aree di congelamento può essere controllato

indipendentemente utilizzando i pulsanti (8a) e (8b).

4. Mettere gli ingredienti preparati per fare il gelato su

una supercie di congelamento refrigerata.

5. Lasciar congelare per un po´ il gelato e gli altri

ingredienti. Successivamente raschiare con una

spatola (con la spatola è possibile ridurre a

piccoli pezzetti gli ingredienti). Quindi mescolare

delicatamente no a quando non diventano morbidi.

Se la massa si congela eccessivamente e non è

possibile raschiarla o mescolarla, pressare il pedale

per riscaldare il tavolo refrigerato per 2 – 5 secondi.

6. Servire il gelato in coppette, piattini o altri

contenitori.

7. Dopo l‘uso, disattivare il rareddamento impostando

l‘interruttore On / O (8), (8a) e (8b) (a seconda del

modello) nella posizione O e per i modelli (RCFI-

1O-6 e RCFI-2O-6) impostare nella posizione O

l’interruttore (9). Quindi scollegare il dispositivo dalla

fonte di alimentazione. Attendere che il dispositivo si

scaldi a temperature superiori a 0 °C prima di pulirlo.

3.4. PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE

• Prima di compiere le operazioni di pulizia o quando

non si utilizza il dispositivo rimuovere la spina

dalla presa e portare il dispositivo alla temperatura

dell´ambiente.

• Pulire il dispositivo con un panno morbido inumidito

con un detersivo adatto. Quindi sciacquare con un

panno umido e morbido. Successivamente asciugare

il dispositivo.

• Non bagnare il dispositivo.

• Per la pulizia delle superci impiegare solo sostanze

non corrosive.

• Pulire il dispositivo soltanto con detersivi delicati

adatti per le superci che vengono a contatto con

gli alimenti.

• Mantenere il dispositivo pulito.

• Quando il dispositivo non viene utilizzato, coprirlo

con una copertura. In questo modo si evita di

danneggiare il dispositivo e si protegge la supercie

dalla polvere e sporcizia.

• Pulire il dispositivo prima e subito dopo ogni utilizzo.

Pulire in particolar modo i componenti che vengono

a contatto con il gelato.

• Dopo aver compiuto le operazioni di pulizia lasciare

asciugare tutti i componenti prima di utilizzare

nuovamente il dispositivo.

• Conservare il dispositivo in un luogo fresco e asciutto

e lontano dall‘esposizione diretta ai raggi solari.

2. SEGURIDAD

Dispositivos eléctricos:

¡ATENCIÓN! Lea todas las instrucciones e

indicaciones de seguridad. La inobservancia de

las advertencias e instrucciones al respecto puede

provocar descargas eléctricas, incendios, lesiones

graves o incluso la muerte.

Conceptos como „aparato“ o „producto“ en las advertencias

y descripciones de este manual se reeren a la máquina de

helado frito. No utilizar el aparato en locales con humedad

muy elevada/en las inmediaciones de depósitos de agua. No

permita que el aparato se moje. ¡Peligro de electrocución!

manos ni otros objetos sobre el aparato en funcionamiento!

2.1. SEGURIDAD ELÉCTRICA

a) El enchufe del aparato debe encajar en la toma de

corriente. No cambie la clavija bajo ningún concepto.

Las clavijas originales y los enchufes convenientes

disminuyen el riesgo de descarga eléctrica.

b) Evite tocar componentes conectados a tierra, como

tuberías, radiadores, hornos y refrigeradores. Existe

un mayor riesgo de descarga eléctrica si su cuerpo

está conectado a tierra bajo la luz solar directa

mediante supercies mojadas y en ambientes

húmedos. Si entrara agua en el aparato aumentaría

el riesgo de daños y descargas eléctricas.

c) No utilice el cable de manera inadecuada. Nunca

tire de él para tirar del aparato o para desconectarlo

del enchufe. Por favor, mantenga el cable alejado

de bordes alados, aceite, calor o aparatos en

movimiento. Los cables dañados o soldados

aumentan el riesgo de descargas eléctricas.

d) En caso de no poder evitar que el aparato se emplee

en un entorno húmedo, utilice un interruptor de

corriente residual (RCD). Con este RCD reduce el

peligro de descargas eléctricas.

2.2. SEGURIDAD EN EL PUESTO DE TRABAJO

a) Mantenga el lugar de trabajo limpio y bien

iluminado. El desorden o la mala iluminación pueden

provocar accidentes. Tenga cuidado, preste atención

al trabajo que está realizando y use el sentido común

cuando utilice el dispositivo.

2.3. SEGURIDAD PERSONAL

a) No está permitido utilizar el aparato en estado de

fatiga, enfermedad, bajo la inuencia del alcohol,

drogas o medicamentos, ya que estos limitan la

capacidad de manejo del aparato.

b) Para evitar una puesta en marcha accidental,

asegúrese de que el interruptor esté apagado antes

de conectarlo a una fuente de alimentación.

2.3. MANEJO SEGURO DEL APARATO

a) No utilice la unidad si el interruptor ON/OFF no

funcionara correctamente (no encendiera o apagara).

Los aparatos que no pueden ser controlados por

interruptores son peligrosos, por lo que deben ser

reparados.

b) Antes de ajustar o cambiar accesorios, o desmontar

herramientas, desconecte el enchufe de la toma

de corriente. Estas medidas preventivas reducen el

riesgo de una puesta en marcha accidental.

c) Mantenga las herramientas fuera del alcance de los

niños y de las personas que no estén familiarizadas

con el equipo en sí o no hayan recibido instrucciones

pertinentes para su uso. En manos de personas

inexpertas, este equipo puede representar un peligro.

d) Mantener el aparato en perfecto estado

de funcionamiento. Antes de cada trabajo,

compruébelo en busca de daños generales o en

piezas móviles (fractura de piezas y componentes

u otras condiciones que puedan perjudicar el

funcionamiento seguro de la máquina). En caso de

daños, el aparato debe ser reparado antes de volver

e) Mantenga la unidad fuera del alcance de los niños.

Esto garantiza la seguridad durante el uso.

g) A n de garantizar la integridad operativa del

dispositivo, no se deben retirar las cubiertas o los

tornillos instalados de fábrica.

h) Al transportar y trasladar el equipo desde su lugar

de almacenamiento hasta su lugar de utilización,

se observarán los requisitos de seguridad e higiene

para la manipulación manual en el país en que se

utilice el equipo.

i) Evite situaciones en las que el aparato haya de trabajar

en exceso. Esto podría ocasionar el sobrecalentamiento

de sus componentes y, con ello, daños en el equipo.

b) En caso de avería o mal funcionamiento, apague el

aparato y contacte con el servicio técnico autorizado.

c) Si no está seguro de que la unidad funcione

correctamente, póngase en contacto con el servicio

técnico del fabricante.

d) Las reparaciones solo pueden ser realizadas por

el servicio técnico del fabricante. ¡No realice

reparaciones por su cuenta!

e) En caso de incendio, utilizar únicamente extintores

de polvo o dióxido de carbono (CO2) para apagar el

aparato.

f) Se prohíbe la presencia de niños y personas no

autorizadas en el lugar de trabajo (la falta de atención

puede llevar a la pérdida de control del equipo).

3. INSTRUCCIONES DE USO

La plancha para helados está indicada para hacer helados

a la plancha a partir de ingredientes naturales como leche,

cacao o frutas frescas. Galletas, yogur y otros productos

también pueden ser utilizados.

El dispositivo no se puede utilizar para los siguientes nes:

• La preparación de helados a partir de sustancias

peligrosas para la salud.

El usuario es responsable de los daños derivados de un

uso inadecuado del aparato.

3.1. DESCRIPCIÓN DEL APARATO

Modelo RCFI-1O, RCFI-1S

ATENCIÓN: La supercie de congelación y la tapa del

modelo RCFI-1S son cuadradas.

j) Almacenar, usar y transportar el aparato solo en

posición horizontal. Se prohíbe inclinar el aparato en

un ángulo mayor a 45°.

3.2. PREPARACIÓN PARA EL FUNCIONAMIENTO

La temperatura ambiente no debe sobrepasar los 45 °C y

la humedad relativa no debe exceder el 85 %. El equipo

debe situarse de forma que una correcta ventilación esté

garantizada. Para ello, es necesario mantener una distancia

lateral mínima de 30 cm. Mantenga el aparato a 1,5 m de

supercies calientes. Póngalo en funcionamiento sobre una

supercie plana, estable, limpia, resistente al fuego y seca.

La máquina debe estar fuera del alcance de niños, así como

de personas con capacidades mentales reducidas. Ubique

el aparato de modo que el enchufe esté siempre accesible

y donde nada pueda cubrirlo. Asegúrese de que las

características del suministro eléctrico se corresponden con

las indicaciones que aparecen en la placa características del

artículo. Antes del primer uso, desmonte el aparato y limpie

todas sus piezas.

ATENCIÓN: Antes del primer uso, todos los componentes

deben ser retirados y lavados, al igual que toda la unidad.

Todas las fuentes de calor por encima de 70°C deben

estar a una distancia mínima de 50 cm del aparato. No

exponga el aparato a la lluvia ni a la luz solar directa. Debe

mantenerse una distancia mínima de 1,5 m hasta la salida

de aire caliente. La supercie sobre la que se va a instalar

la unidad debe ser lo sucientemente resistente para

soportar el peso de la unidad y su contenido y garantizar

un funcionamiento seguro. La supercie en la que se

coloque el aparato durante su funcionamiento no puede

tener una inclinación mayor a 5°.

1. Desembale toda la unidad.

2. Coloque la tapa de la plancha en un lugar seguro.

3. Limpie el equipo antes de cada uso.

4. No coloque el aparato sobre una supercie caliente.

5. Despliegue el pedal para calentar la plancha (dos

pedales para RCFI-2O-6) hasta una posición en la

que se pueda alcanzar con el pie.

6. Bloquee las ruedas presionando el freno para

impedir que el aparato se mueva.

7. Espere aproximadamente 1 hora antes de encender

el aparato por primera vez para evitar que se dañe

el compresor.

3.3. TRABAJO CON EL EQUIPO

Antes de preparar el helado, es necesario preparar los

ingredientes con los que se elabora el helado.

ATENCIÓN: Los ingredientes no deben estar calientes.

En el caso de los modelos RCFI-1O-6 y RCFI-2O-6, los

ingredientes se pueden colocar en los recipientes GN

integrados en la mesa.

1. Asegúrese de que los conmutadores On/O estén

en posición O. Conecte el dispositivo a la corriente.

2. Los modelos RCFI-1O-6 y RCFI-2O-6 cuentan con

una función de refrigeración inicial que se activa con

el botón (9).

3. Active la refrigeración de la supercie de congelación

con el botón (8). En el modelo RCFI-2O-6, la

refrigeración de las dos supercies de congelación

se puede controlar independientemente con los

botones (8a) y (8b).

4. Coloque los ingredientes preparados para hacer

helados en la supercie de congelación previamente

refrigerada..

5. Congele el helado y los demás ingredientes

durante un rato, luego raspe con una espátula (los

ingredientes se pueden triturar en trozos más

pequeños con una espátula) y revuelva suavemente

hasta que tengan una textura suave. Si la masa

se congela excesivamente y no se puede rayar o

agitar, pulse el pedal para calentar la plancha de

congelación durante 2 a 5 segundos.

6. El helado se puede servir en vasitos, platos u otros

recipientes.

7. Al acabar de usar el aparato, apague la refrigeración

colocando los conmutadores On/O (8), (8a) y (8b) (en

función del modelo) en posición O. Para los modelos

RCFI-1O-6 y RCFI-2O-6, ponga el conmutador (9) en

posición O. A continuación, desconecte el dispositivo

de la fuente de alimentación. Antes de limpiar el

aparato, espere hasta que alcance una temperatura

superior a los 0°C.

3.4. LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO

• Siempre desconecte el enchufe de alimentación y

lleve el aparato a temperatura ambiente antes de

limpiarla o cuando no esté en uso.

• Limpie el equipo con un paño suave empapado

con un detergente adecuado y luego límpiela con

un paño suave empapado en agua. Después de este

trabajo, seque la máquina.

• No rocíe agua sobre la unidad.

• Limpie todo el aparato con un producto de limpieza

sensitive y no corrosivo, y séquelo con un paño suave.

• Use solo productos de limpieza aptos para la

limpieza de supercies en contacto con alimentos.

• Mantenga el equipo limpio.

• Cuando no se utilice, la máquina debe cubrirse. De

este modo se evitan daños mecánicos involuntarios,

así como la suciedad y el polvo.

• Limpie la unidad antes e inmediatamente después

de cada uso. En especial todas las partes que entran

en contacto con el helado deben limpiarse.

• Después de cada limpieza deje que las piezas se

sequen completamente antes de volver a utilizarlo.

• Guarde el aparato en un lugar seco, fresco y

protegido de la humedad y la radiación solar directa.

rechtlichen Entsorgungsträger die Altgeräte auch bei den privaten Haushalten ab.

Bitte informieren Sie sich über Ihren lokalen Abfallkalender oder bei Ihrer Stadt – oder Gemeindeverwaltung über die in Ihrem

Gebiet zur Verfügung stehenden Möglichkeiten der Rückgabe oder Sammlung von Altgeräten.
