1. ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG
Diese Anleitung ist als Hilfe bei der sicheren und
zuverlässigen Nutzung gedacht. Das Produkt wurde strikt
nach den technischen Vorgaben und unter Verwendung
modernster Technologien und Komponenten sowie unter
Wahrung der höchsten Qualitätsstandards entworfen und
angefertigt.
VOR INBETRIEBNAHME MUSS DIE ANLEITUNG
GENAU DURCHGELESEN UND VERSTANDEN
WERDEN.
Für einen langen und zuverlässigen Betrieb des Geräts muss
auf die richtige Handhabung und Wartung entsprechend
den in dieser Anleitung angeführten Vorgaben geachtet
werden. Die in dieser Anleitung angegebenen technischen
Daten und die Spezikation sind aktuell. Der Hersteller
behält sich das Recht vor, im Rahmen der Verbesserung der
Qualität Änderungen vorzunehmen. Unter Berücksichtigung
des technischen Fortschritts und der Geräuschreduzierung
wurde das Gerät so entworfen und produziert, dass das
infolge der Geräuschemission entstehende Risiko auf dem
niedrigsten Niveau gehalten wird.

HINWEIS! In der vorliegenden Anleitung sind
Beispielbilder vorhanden, die von dem tatsächlichen
Aussehen der Maschine abweichen können.
Die ursprüngliche Bedienungsanleitung ist die
deutschsprachige Fassung. Sonstige Sprachfassungen sind
Übersetzungen aus der deutschen Sprache.
Der Begri „Gerät“ oder „Produkt“ in den Warnungen und
Beschreibung des Handbuchs bezieht sich auf die Slush
Eismaschine. Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht in Räumen
mit sehr hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit/in unmittelbarer Nähe
von Wasserbehältnissen. Lassen Sie das Gerät nicht nass
werden. Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlags! Lufteingänge
und Luftausgänge nicht abdecken. Legen Sie keine Hände
oder Gegenstände in das laufende Gerät!
3.1 Elektrische Sicherheit
a) Der Gerätestecker muss mit der Steckdose
kompatibel sein. Ändern Sie den Stecker in keiner
Weise. Original-Stecker und passende Steckdosen
vermindern das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlags.
b) Vermeiden Sie das Berühren von geerdeten
Bauteilen wie Rohrleitungen, Heizkörpern, Öfen und
Kühlschränken. Es besteht das erhöhte Risiko eines
elektrischen Schlags, wenn Ihr Körper durch nasse
Oberächen und in feuchter Umgebung geerdet ist.
Wasser, das in das Gerät eintritt, erhöht das Risiko
von Beschädigungen und elektrischen Schlägen.
c) Verwenden Sie das Kabel nicht in unsachgemäßer
Weise. Verwenden Sie es niemals zum Tragen
des Geräts oder zum Herausziehen des Steckers.
Halten Sie das Kabel von Hitze, Öl, scharfen
Kanten oder beweglichen Teilen fern. Beschädigte
oder geschweißte Kabel erhöhen das Risiko eines
elektrischen Schlags.
d) Wenn sich die Verwendung des Geräts in feuchter
Umgebung nicht verhindern lässt, verwenden Sie
einen Fehlerstrom-Schutzschalter (RCD). Mit einem
RCD verringert sich das Risiko eines elektrischen
Schlags.
3.2 Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz
a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz sauber und gut
beleuchtet. Unordnung oder schlechte Beleuchtung
können zu Unfällen führen. Seien Sie voraussichtig,
beobachten Sie, was getan wird und bewahren
Sie Ihren gesunden Menschenverstand bei der
Verwendung des Gerätes.
b) BenutzenSiedasGerät nichtin explosionsgefährdeten
Bereichen, zum Beispiel in Gegenwart von
brennbaren Flüssigkeiten, Gasen oder Staub. Geräte
können unter Umständen Funken erzeugen, welche
Staub oder Dämpfe entzünden können.
c) Im Falle eines Schadens oder einer Störung sollte
das Gerät sofort ausgeschaltet und dies einer
autorisierten Person gemeldet werden.
d) Wenn Sie nicht sicher sind, ob das Gerät
ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, wenden Sie sich an
den Service des Herstellers.
e) Reparaturen dürfen nur vom Service des Herstellers
durchgeführt werden. Führen Sie keine Reparaturen
auf eigene Faust durch!
ACHTUNG! Lesen Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und
alle Anweisungen durch. Die Nichtbeachtung der
Warnungen und Anweisungen kann zu elektrischen
Schlägen, Feuer und / oder schweren Verletzungen
oder Tod führen.

welche mindestens den Maßen des Gerätes entspricht. Die
Arbeitsäche sollte gerade sein, trocken und eine passende
Höhe haben, um eine optimale Arbeitsweise zu ermöglichen
und soll hitzebeständig sein. Die zulässige Neigung des Ge-
räts darf bis zu 10° betragen. Das Gerät ist für den Gebrauch
in Innenräumen vorgesehen. Die Lagertemperatur sollte in
einem Bereich von 0 bis 40 ° C liegen. Die empfohlene Um-
gebungstemperatur für das Gerät liegt im Bereich von 24
bis 32°C. Vor der ersten Anwendung sind das Gerät und alle
seine Bestandteile auszubauen und zu reinigen.
ACHTUNG! Es ist verboten, das Gerät in Wasser einzutauchen
oder es mit einem Wasserstrahl zu besprühen. ACHTUNG!
Es ist verboten, das Gerät mit leerem Behälter einzuschalten.
ACHTUNG! Reinigen Sie das Gerät regelmäßig, um perma-
nente Verunreinigungen und Ablagerungen zu vermeiden.
Montage des Gerätes
1. Packen Sie das gesamte Gerät aus.
2. Waschen Sie das gesamte Gerät vor jedem Gebrauch.
3. Stellen Sie das Gerät auf die entsprechende Oberäche.
4. Montieren Sie die Tropfschale am Gerät.
4.3 Arbeiten mit dem Gerät
Herstellung von Eis und kalten Getränken:
1. Bereiten Sie das zu kühlende oder einzufrierende
Produkt gem. den Empfehlungen des Herstellers
vor (z.B. wenn das Verhältnis von 1: 7 in den
Anweisungen für Konzentrat zu Granitor empfohlen
wird, sollten 1 Maß Konzentrat für den Granitor und
7 Maß Wasser gemessen werden).
2. Entriegeln Sie den Schutz der äußeren Abdeckung,
die am hinteren Abschnitt angeordnet ist, und
entfernen Sie dann die Abdeckung.
3. Entfernen Sie die innere Abdeckung.
4. Gießen Sie die Mischung zum Abkühlen / Einfrieren.
5. Schließen Sie die Abdeckungen und verriegeln Sie die
äußere Abdeckung. ACHTUNG! Das Gerät hat eine
Sicherheitseinrichtung. Bei schlecht geschlossener
oder nicht verriegelter Abdeckung funktioniert das
Gerät nicht!
6. Schließen Sie das Gerät an die Stromversorgung an.
7. Stellen Sie die Schalter 3a und 3b auf ON.
8. Schalten Sie den Netzschalter am Bedienfeld ein.
9. Stellen Sie den geeigneten Maschinenmodus für das
eingefüllte Produkt und die gewünschten Ergebnisse ein.
10. Abwarten, bis das Produkt die gewünschte
Temperatur oder Konsistenz erreicht hat.
11. Das fertige Produkt kann (durch Ziehen des Hebels
der Vorrichtung in die eigene Richtung) in geeignete
Behälter, z. B. Becher, abgegeben werden. Um die
Dosierung zu erleichtern, wird empfohlen, die „DISP“
– Funktion zu verwenden.
12. Nach Gebrauch immer das Gerät waschen.
HINWEIS! Gefrorenes Eis oder Getränke nehmen an
Volumen zu. Achten Sie darauf, die maximale Füllhöhe
des Behälters nicht zu überschreiten. Es wird empfohlen,
die Änderung des Volumens der in das Gerät eingefüllten
Mischung zu messen, wenn vom üssigen in den festen
Zustand übergegangen wird. Passen Sie auf diese Weise
die Befüllung des Gerätetanks mit einer entsprechend
kleineren Mischmenge an.
Anwendung des Bedienfelds
• Das Bedienfeld wird durch Drücken der Taste „POWER“
aktiviert. Um das Bedienfeld zu aktivieren, muss das
Gerät eingeschaltet sein (Taste 3a in der Position ON).
Beschreibung des Bedienfeldes
A. Anzeige des Drehzahlwerts der Maschine
B. Anzeige des Temperaturwertes / Anzeige der
Dosieruhr
C. POWER – Einschalten des Bedienfelds
D. MODE – Ändern der Betriebsart des Geräts oder des
Modus, für den Parameter eingestellt sind
E. DISP – Dosieren – Modus, der das Dosieren
erleichtert, abhängig von den eingestellten
Parametern; ändert die Geschwindigkeit des
Rührwerks für eine bestimmte Zeit
F. SET – Einstellungen – Eingabe des Einstellungsmodus
(Beschreibung der möglichen Einstellungen später
im Handbuch)
G. ADD – Erhöht den eingestellten Wert
H. SUB – Verringert den eingestellten Wert
I. Ice cream – Eiscreme-Diode informiert über die
Arbeit in der Art der Herstellung von Softeis, z. B.
Italienisches Eis
J. Granita – Diode, die über den Fortgang bei
Eiscremeproduktion mit kristalliner Struktur
informiert, zum Beispiel Eiscreme Slush
K. Chill – Diode, die über den Fortgang bei der
Herstellung von gekühlten Getränken informiert
L. Coctail – Diode, die über den Fortgang im
Produktionsmodus von gefrorenen Cocktails
informiert
M. Wash –Diode, die über den Fortgang beim
automatischen Waschen des Gerätes informiert (der
Mixer arbeitet alleine)
N. Dispensing – Diode, die über die Arbeit im
Dosiermodus informiert (aktiviert, wenn die
Einstellungen für den Dosiermodus ausgewählt sind
und wenn der Dosiermodus mit der entsprechenden
Taste ausgewählt wurde)
4.2 Vorbereitung zum Betrieb
Das Gerät sollte auf eine Arbeitsäche aufgestellt werden,

HINWEIS! Kinder und Unbeteiligte müssen bei der
Arbeit mit diesem Gerät gesichert werden.
3.3 Persönliche Sicherheit
a) Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät im Zustand der
Ermüdung, Krankheit, unter Einuss von Alkohol,
Drogen oder Medikamenten zu betreiben,
wenn diese die Fähigkeit das Gerät zu bedienen,
einschränken.
b) Seien Sie aufmerksam und verwenden Sie Ihren
gesunden Menschenverstand beim Betreiben
des Gerätes. Ein Moment der Unaufmerksamkeit
während der Arbeit kann zu schweren Verletzungen
führen.
c) Um eine versehentliche Inbetriebnahme zu
vermeiden, vergewissern Sie sich, dass der
Schalter vor dem Anschließen an eine Stromquelle
ausgeschaltet ist.
d) Tragen Sie keine lose Kleidung oder Schmuck.
Halten Sie Haare, Kleidung und Handschuhe von
beweglichen Teilen fern. Lose Kleidung, Schmuck
oder lange Haare können durch bewegliche Teile
ergrien werden.
3.4 Sichere Anwendung des Geräts
a) Überhitzen Sie das Gerät nicht. Verwenden Sie
geeignete Werkzeuge für die entsprechende
Anwendung. Richtig ausgewählte Geräte und der
sorgsame Umgang mit ihnen führt zu besseren
Arbeitsergebnissen.
b) Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn der EIN-/AUS-
Schalter nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert. Geräte,
die per Schalter nicht gesteuert werden können sind
gefährlich und müssen repariert werden.
c) Vor dem Einstellen, dem Auswechseln von Zubehör
oder dem Beiseitelegen von Werkzeug, ziehen
Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose. Eine solche
vorbeugende Maßnahme verringert das Risiko einer
versehentlichen Inbetriebnahme.
d) Nicht verwendete Werkzeuge sind außerhalb
der Reichweite von Kindern sowie von Personen
aufzubewahren, welche weder das Gerät selbst, noch
die entsprechende Anleitung kennen. In den Händen
unerfahrener Personen können derlei Geräte eine
Gefahr darstellen
e) Halten Sie das Gerät im einwandfreien Zustand.
Überprüfen Sie vor jeder Arbeit, ob allgemeine
Schäden vorliegen oder Schäden an beweglichen
Teilen (Bruch von Teilen und Komponenten oder
andere Bedingungen, die den sicheren Betrieb der
Maschine beeinträchtigen könnten). Im Falle eines
Schadens muss das Gerät vor Gebrauch in Reparatur
gegeben werden.
f) Reparatur und Wartung von Geräten dürfen nur
von qualiziertem Fachpersonal und mit Original-
Ersatzteilen durchgeführt werden. Dadurch wird die
Sicherheit bei der Nutzung gewährleistet.
g) Um die vorgesehene Betriebsintegrität des Gerätes
zu gewährleisten, dürfen die werksmäßig montierten
Abdeckungen oder Schrauben nicht entfernt werden.
h) Beim Transport und beim Verlegen des Gerätes
vom Aufbewahrungsort zum Einsatzort sind
die Sicherheits – und Hygienevorschriften für
die manuelle Handhabung für das Land zu
berücksichtigen, in dem das Gerät verwendet wird.
i) Vermeiden Sie Situationen, in denen das Gerät bei
laufendem Betrieb unter schwerer Last stoppt. Dies
kann zu einer Überhitzung der Antriebskomponenten
und damit zu einer Beschädigung des Gerätes führen.
j) Berühren Sie keine beweglichen Teile oder Zubehörteile,
es sei denn, das Gerät wurde vom Netz getrennt.
k) Es ist darauf zu achten, dass das Gerät nicht zu viel
Eis erzeugt, da ansonsten die Rotation des Mischers
verhindert wird. Sie sollten das Gerät in diesem Fall
ausschalten und warten, bis das Eis geschmolzen ist.
Andernfalls könnte das Gerät beschädigt werden.
l) Beim Transport der Maschine nicht an den Tanks, den
Spendern oder sonstigen Teilen greifen. Das Gerät
sollte transportiert werden, indem es unter der Basis
gehalten wird.
m) Bewegen oder transportieren Sie das Gerät nicht
während es in Betrieb ist.
n) Das Gerät darf nicht mit einem Hochdruckreiniger
gereinigt und nicht mit einem Wasserstrahl besprüht
werden.
o) Die Oberäche, auf der das Gerät aufgestellt wird,
darf nicht um mehr als 10 ° geneigt werden.
p) Stecken Sie nichts in den Wasserhahn des Geräts.
q) Es ist nicht erlaubt, die maximale Kapazität der
Behälter zu überschreiten, und es sollte auf
das Phänomen geachtet werden, dass sich die
Flüssigkeitsmenge nach dem Gefrieren ausdehnt.
4. Nutzungsbedingungen
Die Slush Eismaschine ist für die Herstellung von kalten
Getränken wie Eiskaee, Cappuccino, Joghurt, Cocktails
sowie für die Herstellung von Slush Eis oder italienischer
Eiscreme vorgesehen.
Für alle Schäden bei nicht sachgemäßer Verwendung
haftet allein der Betreiber.
4.1 Gerätebeschreibung

f) Zum Löschen des Gerätes bei Brand oder Feuer, nur
Pulver-Feuerlöscher oder Kohlendioxidlöscher (CO2)
verwenden.
g) Kinder und Unbefugte dürfen am Arbeitsplatz nicht
anwesend sein. (Unachtsamkeit kann zum Verlust
der Kontrolle über das Gerät führen).

6. Nehmen Sie den Wasserhahn ab. Lösen Sie die
Mutter von der Spindel, die den Hebel in Position
hält, entfernen Sie die Spindel und ziehen Sie den
Kolben aus dem Zapfrohr. Es wird empfohlen, die
Zapfenteile in einem Bad in ein Desinfektionsmittel
zu legen, das für die Reinigung von Kontaktächen
mit Lebensmitteln bestimmt ist. Das Bad sollte
entsprechend den Anweisungen des Herstellers des
Desinfektionsmittels durchgeführt werden.
7. Entfernen Sie die Tropfschalen.
8. Wischen Sie den Verdampfer mit einem weichen
Tuch ab und trocknen sie ihn gut.
9. Waschen Sie alle Teile des Geräts, die mit
Getränken oder Eis in Berührung kommen
können. Zur Reinigung wird empfohlen, ein
mildes Reinigungsmittel zu verwenden, das für die
Reinigung von Kontaktächen mit Lebensmitteln
bestimmt ist. Waschen Sie nach dem Säubern
mit dem Reinigungsmittel alle zerlegten Teile mit
Wasser, und reinigen Sie die Teile, die am Gerät
verblieben sind, mit einem in Wasser getränkten
Schwamm.
10. Setzen Sie das gereinigte und getrocknete Gerät
in der umgekehrten Reihenfolge der Demontage
zusammen. Verwenden Sie ein Schmiermittel für den
Lebensmittelbereich für die Dichtungen und sich
nicht überlappenden Komponenten das erleichtert
die Montage.
11. Reinigen Sie regelmäßig die Belüftungsönungen
des Geräts mit einem Pinsel oder einer Bürste. Die
Lüftungsönungen dürfen nicht blockiert sein.
c. Verwenden Sie einen Staubsauger zum entfernen
des Staubs auf dem Kondensator.
ACHTUNG! Verwenden Sie niemals einen
Schraubenzieher oder einen scharfen Gegenstand,
um den Kondensator zu reinigen.
d. Schrauben Sie das demontierte Element wieder fest.
Desinfektion
Es wird empfohlen, den Waschvorgang mit warmem
Wasser (ca. 40°C) und einem Desinfektionsmittel, das für
Lebensmittel geeignet ist, zu wiederholen.
HINWEIS: Tauchen Sie die Teile in ein Desinfektionsmittel für
nicht länger als 15 Minuten ein.
Lassen Sie die Geräteteile nach dem Waschen und / oder
Desinzieren trocknen.
Austausch von Dichtungen
Ersetzen Sie alle Dichtungen, die Anzeichen von Verschleiß
oder Lecks aufweisen.
Spezielle Wartung
Eine besondere Wartung sollte vom autorisierten Service
des Herstellers durchgeführt werden. Einmal im Monat wird
empfohlen, eine spezielle Wartung durchzuführen, bei der
die inneren Teile des Geräts und vor allem der Kondensator
gereinigt werden. Der Kondensator sollte mit einer Bürste
gereinigt werden.
Lagerung des Gerätes im Winter oder bei niedriger
Umgebungstemperatur.
1. Trennen Sie das Gerät von der Stromversorgung.
2. Demontieren, reinigen und desinzieren Sie alle
Teile, die mit Eiscreme / Getränken in Berührung
gekommen sind.
3. Reinigen Sie alle externen Komponenten des Geräts.
4. Trocknen Sie alle Teile des Geräts.
5. Das gesamte Gerät wieder zusammensetzen.
6. Verpacken Sie das Gerät in der Originalverpackung
oder decken Sie es so ab, dass es vor Staub und
anderen Verunreinigungen geschützt ist.
7. Lagern Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen Ort,
der keiner Sonneneinstrahlung ausgesetzt ist.

2. Entfernen Sie die beiden Schrauben an der
Vorderseite des Tanks in der Nähe des Hahns des
Spenders.
3. Entfernen Sie das Zubehör zum Formen von Eis.
4. Entfernen Sie den Tank, indem Sie den vorderen
Teil von den Haken heben und ziehen Sie dann den
gesamten Tank nach vorne heraus.
5. Schrauben Sie die Mutter ab, die das Rührwerk hält.
Entfernen sie dieses und dann die Dichtung(en)
vorne und hinten am Verdampfer.
HINWEIS! Entfernen Sie beim Reinigen sämtliche
Dichtungen, um die Gefahr des Wachstums von
Bakterien zu minimieren.
a. Schalten Sie das Gerät aus und trennen Sie es vom
Stromnetz.
b. Ziehen Sie die Schrauben an der Rückseite
des Gerätegehäuses an und entfernen Sie das
abgeschraubte Element.

• Um die Betriebsart auszuwählen, drücken Sie die
Taste „MODE“. Die Diode leuchtet für die gewählte
Betriebsart auf.
• Durch Drücken der Taste „DISP“ wird der Dosiermodus
zu der in den Einstellungen festgelegten Zeit
aufgerufen. Nach einer bestimmten Zeit (Countdown
der Zeit auf der Uhranzeige) geht das Gerät in den
vorherigen Betriebsmodus zurück, z.B. „Eiscreme“.
• Durch Drücken der „SET“ – Taste gelangen Sie in den
Einstellmodus. Das Aufrufen des Einstellungsmodus
beeinträchtigt nicht den aktuellen Betrieb des Geräts.
Die einstellbaren Parameter sind in der folgenden Tabelle
enthalten. Der Modus, in dem der Benutzer die Einstellungen
ändern möchte, sollte durch Drücken der Taste „MODE“
ausgewählt werden. Die Diode leuchtet für die gewählte
Betriebsart auf. Die Anzeige in der Geschwindigkeitsanzeige
blinkt – stellen Sie den Parameterwert mit den Tasten „ADD“
und „SUB“ ein. Um zu den Temperaturparametereinstellungen
(oder Zeit für die „Dispensierfunktion“) zu gelangen,
drücken Sie einmal die „SET“ – Taste. Um die Einstellungen
zu speichern, 10 Sekunden warten. Nach Auswahl des
Programms wird es empfohlen, die höchstmögliche
Temperatur einzustellen und schrittweise abzusenken, bis
die gewünschte Konsistenz und Temperatur erreicht ist.
• Die Reinigung und Desinfektion sollte jeden Tag und
so oft wie gesetzlich vorgeschrieben an dem Ort, an
dem das Gerät benutzt wird, durchgeführt werden.
• ACHTUNG! Um eine ordnungsgemäße Reinigung
und Desinfektion des Geräts durchzuführen, sollte
die Person, die diese Tätigkeiten ausführt, die Hände
gründlich waschen und desinzieren.

Nach Auswahl des Programms wird es empfohlen, die

4.4. Reinigung und Wartung
• Vor jeder Reinigung, Wartung oder Reparatur
und wenn das Gerät nicht benutzt wird, ziehen
Sie den Netzstecker und lassen Sie das Gerät auf
Raumtemperatur abkühlen.
• Besprühen Sie das Gerät nicht mit Wasser, lassen Sie
die elektrischen Teile der Maschine nicht nass werden.
• UmdasWachstumvon Bakterienim Gerätzu verhindern,
verwenden Sie nur spezielle Reinigungsmittel, die für
die Reinigung von Oberächen aus Kunststo und in
Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln bestimmt sind.
• Reinigen Sie die Maschine niemals mithilfe eines
automatischen Geschirrspülers, da dies die Teile
beschädigen kann.
• Verwenden Sie niemals aggressive Desinfektionsmittel
oder ätzende Reinigungsmittel.
• Es ist notwendig, das Gerät regelmäßig und gründlich
zu reinigen und zu desinzieren.
• Falls das Gerät nicht im Gebrauch ist, sollte dieses
demontiert, gewaschen und getrocknet werden.
Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen,
vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
geschütztem Ort auf.
3. Entfernen Sie die äußere Abdeckung und dann die
innere Abdeckung.
4. Gießen Sie lauwarmes Wasser in den Behälter.
5. Montieren Sie beide Abdeckungen am Gerät. Das
Gerät schaltet sich nicht ein, wenn die Abdeckung
nicht angebracht ist.
6. Schalten Sie das Gerät mit der Taste 3a ein; schalten
Sie die Kühlung noch nicht ein (Taste 3b)
7. Aktivieren Sie den Modus „Wash“ mit der Taste
„MODE“.
8. Lassen Sie das Gerät einige Minuten im „Wash“ –
Modus arbeiten.
9. Entfernen Sie das schmutzige Wasser aus dem Tank,
indem Sie es durch einen Wasserhahn ablassen.
Führen Sie dann alle Vorgänge mehrmals durch,
um das Gerät gründlich zu spülen. Wiederholen Sie
diese Vorgänge, bis das aus dem Gerät austretende
Wasser sauber ist.
10. Entleeren Sie danach das Wasser aus dem Gerät,
schalten Sie das Gerät aus und trennen Sie es von
der Stromversorgung.
11. Entfernen Sie beide Abdeckungen des Geräts und
lassen Sie es trocknen.

1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The user manual is designed to assist in the safe and
trouble-free use of the device. The product is designed
and manufactured in accordance with strict technical
guidelines, using state-of-the-art technologies and
components. Additionally, it is produced in compliance
with the most stringent quality standards.

To increase the product life of the device and to ensure
a trouble-free operation, use it in accordance with this user
manual and regularly perform the maintenance tasks. The
technical data and specications in this user manual are up to

Whenever „device“ or „product“ are used in the warnings
and instructions, it shall mean Mini Soft Ice Cream
Machine. Do not use in very humid environments or in
the direct vicinity of water tanks. Prevent the device from
getting wet. Risk of electric shock! Do not cover air inlets/
outlets. When in use, do not put your hands or other items
inside the device!
3.1 Electrical safety
a) The plug has to t the socket. Do not modify the
plug in any way. Using original plugs and matching
sockets reduces the risk of electric shock.
b) Avoid touching earthed elements such as pipes,
heaters, boilers and fridges. There is an increased
risk of electric shock if the earthed device is exposed
to rain, in direct contact with a wet surface or
operating in a humid environment. Water ingression
into the device increases the risk of damage to the
device and of electric shock.
c) Use the cable only in accordance with its designated
use. Never use it to carry the device or to pull the
plug out of a socket. Keep the cable away from heat
sources, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged
or tangled cables increase the risk of electric shock.
d) If using the device in a humid environment cannot
be avoided, a residual current device (RCD) should
be applied. The use of an RCD reduces the risk of
electric shock.
3.2 Safety at the workplace
a) Make sure the workplace is orderly and well
lit. A messy or poorly lit workplace may lead to
accidents. Try to anticipate what may happen,
observe what is going on and use common sense
when working with the device.
b) Do not use the device in an explosion hazard zone,
for example in the presence of ammable liquids,
gasses or dust. The device generates sparks which
may ignite dust or fumes.
c) Upon discovering damage or irregular operation,
immediately switch the device o and report it to
a supervisor without delay.
d) If there are any doubts as to the correct operation
of the device, contact the manufacturer‘s support
service.
e) Only the manufacturer‘s service point may repair the
device. Do not attempt any repairs independently!
f) If a re starts, use solely powder or carbon dioxide
(CO2) re extinguishers suitable for use on live
devices to put it out.
g) Children or unauthorised persons are forbidden
from entering a work station. (A distraction may
result in a loss of control over the device).
2. USAGE SAFETY
Electrical equipment
ATTENTION! Read all safety warnings and all
instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and
instructions may result in an electric shock, re and/
or serious injury or even death.
REMEMBER! When using the device, protect children
and other bystanders.
3.3 Personal safety
a) Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the
inuence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which can
signicantly impair the ability to operate the device.
n) The device must not be cleaned with a pressure
washer and must not be sprayed with a water jet.
o) The surface on which the device will be set may not
be deviated from the level more than 10 °.
p) Do not insert anything into the tap of the device.
q) It is not allowed to exceed the maximum capacity
of tanks and attention should be paid to the
phenomenon of increasing the volume of liquid after
freezing.
4. Use guidelines
The Mini Soft Ice Cream Machine is intended for the
production of granita and cold drinks, such as iced coee,
cappuccino, yogurt, cocktails and for making slushy ice-
cream or Italian ice-cream.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
nonintended use of the device.
4.1 Device description

b) When working with the device, use common sense
and stay alert. Temporary loss of concentration
whilst using the device may lead to serious injuries.
c) To prevent the device from accidentally switching
on, make sure the switch is on the OFF position
before connecting to a power source.
d) Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair,
clothes and gloves away from moving parts. Loose
clothing, jewellery or long hair may get caught in
moving parts.
3.4 Safe device use
a) Do not overload the device. Use appropriate tools
for the given task. A correctly selected device will
perform the task for which it was designed better
and in a safer manner.
b) Do not use the device if the ON/OFF switch does not
function properly (does not switch the device on and
o). Devices which cannot be switched on and o
using the ON/OFF switch are hazardous, should not
be operated and have to be repaired.
c) Make sure the plug is disconnected from the
socket before attempting any adjustments, tool
replacements or before putting the device aside.
Such precautions will reduce the risk of accidentally
activating the device.
d) When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device,
who have not read the user manual. The device may
pose a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
e) Maintain the device in a good technical state. Before
each use check for general damage and especially
check for cracked parts or elements and for any other
conditions which may impact the safe operation of
the device. If damage is discovered, hand over the
device for repair before use.
f) Device repair or maintenance should be carried out
by qualied persons, only using original spare parts.
This will ensure safe use.
g) To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory tted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
h) When transporting and handling the device between
the warehouse and the destination, take into account
the occupational health and safety principles for
manual transport operations which apply in the
country where the device will be used.
i) Avoid situations where the device halts during
use due to excessive loading. This may result in
overheating of the drive elements and device
damage.
j) Do not touch articulated parts or accessories, unless
the device has been disconnected from a power
source.
k) It is necessary to pay attention so that the device
will not produce too much ice to which prevents the
agitator from rotating. Then it is necessary to turn
o the device and wait for the ice to melt. Otherwise,
the device may be damaged.
l) When transporting the device, it is not allowed to
hold it with containers, dispensers or other parts.
The device must be transported by holding it with
the base.
m) Do not move or transport the device while it is in
operation.

The mode in which the user wants to change the settings
should be selected by pressing the „MODE“ button, the
diode will light for the selected operating mode. Indication
on the display of the rotational speed will ash, the
parameter value should be set by means of the „ADD“ and
„SUB“ buttons. In order to go to the temperature parameter
settings (or the time for the „dispensing“ function), it is
necessary to press the „SET“ button once. In order to save
the settings, it is necessary to wait 10 seconds.

After choosing the program, it is recommended to set the
highest possible temperature and gradually lower it until the
desired consistency and temperature are obtained.
4.4. Cleaning and maintenance
• Before each cleaning, maintenance or repair activity,
and also if the device is not in use, pull out the mains
plug and allow the device to reach room temperature.
• Do not pour the device with water or do not allow the
electrical parts of the machine get wet.
• In order to prevent any bacteria from developing in
the device, it is necessary to only use special cleaning
agents designed for cleaning surfaces made of
plastics and having contact with food.
• Never clean the machine with an automatic
dishwasher as this may cause damage to parts.
• Never use aggressive disinfectants or corrosive
detergents for cleaning.
• It is necessary to regularly and thoroughly clean and
disinfect the device.
• For the period of switching o the device from use, it
should be disassembled, washed and dried. Store the
unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture and direct
exposure to sunlight.
• Cleaning and disinfection should be carried out every
day and as often as it required by law binding in the
place where the device is used.
• NOTE! In order to properly clean and disinfect the
device, the person performing these activities should
thoroughly wash and disinfect their hands.
Automatic cleaning of the device:
1. Empty the device tank.
2. Unlock the protection of the outer cover located in
the back part of it.
3. Remove the outer cover and then remove the inner
cover.
4. Pour lukewarm water into the device tank.
5. Mount both covers on the device. The device will not
turn on if the cover is not installed.
6. Turn on the device by means of the button 3a, do not
turn on the cooling (button 3b)
7. Switch on the „Wash“ mode by means of the „MODE“
button.
8. Allow the device to operate in the „Wash“ mode for
several minutes.
9. Remove the dirty water from the tank by draining it
with a tap, and then perform all the activities again
several times in order to thoroughly rinse the device.
Repeat these activities until the water owing out of
the device is clean.
10. After performance of these activities it is necessary
to empty the device from the water, switch o the
device and disconnect it from the power supply.
11. Remove both covers of the device and allow it to dry.
Cleaning
1. Perform the steps 1-3 from the point related to the
Automatic washing of the device.
2. Unscrew two screws located in the front part of the
tank near the dispenser tap.
3. Remove the accessory giving shape to ice cream.
4. Remove the tank by lifting its front part from the
hooks, and then slide out the entire tank by pulling
towards the front of the device.
5. Unscrew the nut holding the agitator, and then slide
out the agitator and remove the gaskets / gasket
located in the front and rear part of the evaporator.
NOTE! It is necessary to remove all gaskets during
cleaning in order to minimize the risk of bacterial
growth.

NOTE! It is forbidden to switch on the device with an empty
tank. NOTE! Regularly clean the device in order to prevent
permanent deposition of impurities.
Assembly of the device
1. Unpack the entire device.
2. Wash the entire device before each use.
3. Set the device on the appropriate surface.
4. Mount the drip tray to the device.
4.3 Device use
Production of ice cream and cold drinks:
1. Prepare the product intended for cooling or freezing
according to recommendations of its manufacturer
(e.g. if the ratio of 1: 7 is recommended in the maker
concentrate instructions , measure out 1 part of the
concentrate and 7 measures of water).
2. Unlock the protection of the outer cover located at
its back part and then remove the cover.
3. Remove the internal cover.
4. Pour the mixture prepared for cooling / freezing.
5. Close the covers, lock the outer cover. NOTE!: The
device has a protection, in case of a badly closed
cover or even not installed cover the device will not
operate!
6. Connect the device to the power supply.
7. Set switches 3a and 3b to the activated position.
8. Turn on the Power button on the control panel.
9. Set the machine mode suitable for the poured
product and the intended results.
10. Allow the product to reach its preferred temperature
and consistency.
11. The nished product can be dispensed (by pulling the
lever of the device tap towards its direction) into suitable
containers, e.g. cups. In order to facilitate dispensing, it is
recommended to use the „DISP“ function.
12. After nishing the use, it is necessary to always wash
the device.
NOTE! Frozen ice cream or drinks increase its volume. Be
careful not to exceed the maximum level of lling the tank
of the device. It is recommended to measure the change
in the volume of the mixture poured into the device in the
course of changing from liquid to solid physical state. On
this basis, it is necessary to adjust the lling of the device
tank with a correspondingly smaller quantity of mixture.
Control panel operation
• The control panel is activated by pressing the
„POWER“ button.
• In order to switch the control panel, the device must
be switched on (button 3a in the activated position).
• In order to select the operating mode, it is necessary
to press the „MODE“ button. The diode will light for
the selected operating mode.
• Pressing the „DISP“ button will activate the dosing
mode for the time set in settings.
• After the lapse of a given time period (countdown
of the time on the clock display), the device will go
to the mode functioning previously, e.g. „Ice cream“
• Pressing the „SET“ button activates the setting mode.
Moving to the settings mode does not interfere with
the current operation of the device.

the mode of automatic washing of the device (the
agitator operates alone)

in dosing mode (activated when the dosing mode
settings are selected and when dosing mode is
selected by means of the appropriate button)
4.2 Preparing for use
The work surface where the device will be located must be
suitable for the size of the appliance, please refer to the
measurements. The work surface must be levelled, dry,
heat-resistant and at a tting height from the ground to
enable a proper use of the device. The permissible tilting
of the device is 10°. The device is intended for indoor
use. Storage temperature should be in the range above 0
to 40°C. The recommended ambient temperature for the
device is in the range from 24 to 32°C. Before the rst use,
remove all elements and clean them along with the entire
device.
NOTE! It is forbidden to immerse the device in water or to
pour it with a stream of water.

3.1 Bezpieczeństwo elektryczne
a) Wtyczka urządzenia musi pasować do gniazda.
Nie modykować wtyczki w jakikolwiek sposób.

rury, grzejniki, piece i lodówki. Istnieje zwiększone
ryzyko porażenia prądem, jeśli twoje ciało jest
uziemione urządzenia na bezpośrednie działanie
deszczu, mokrej nawierzchni i pracy w wilgotnym
otoczeniu. Przedostanie się wody do urządzenia
zwiększa ryzyko jego uszkodzenia oraz porażenia

6. Disassemble the tap. Unscrew the nut from the
mandrel holding the lever in position, remove the
mandrel and pull the piston out of the tap pipe. It
is recommended to put the tap parts into bath in
a disinfectant intended for cleaning surfaces having
contact with food. The bath should be carried out in
accordance with the instructions of the disinfectant
manufacturer.
7. Remove the drip trays.
8. Wipe the evaporator with a soft cloth, wipe dry.
9. Wash all parts of the device that may have
contact with drinks or ice cream. For cleaning, it is
recommended to use a mild detergent designed for
cleaning the surfaces having contact with food. After
washing with detergent, it is necessary to rinse all
disassembled parts with water, and those elements
that remained fastened to the device should be
wiped with a sponge soaked in water.
10. Mount the washed and dried device in the order
reverse to the disassembly process. Apply a lubricant
onto gaskets and components overlapping them in
order to facilitate assembly.
11. Regularly clean the ventilation openings of the
device by means of a brush or tuft. Do not allow to
clog the ventilation openings.
a. Turn o the device and disconnect it from the power
supply.
b. Unscrew the screws on the back part of the device
housing and remove the unscrewed element.
c. Using a dust extractor or vacuum cleaner, remove
the dust that has accumulated on the condenser.
Disinfection
It is recommended to repeat the washing activities using
warm water (approximately 40°C) and a disinfectant
suitable for the surfaces having contact with food.
NOTE! Submerge the parts in the disinfectant for a
maximum of 15 minutes.
After washing and / or disinfection it is necessary to allow
the parts to dry.
Replacement of seals
Replace any seal which has obvious signs of wear, or is
leaking.
Special maintenance
Special maintenance should be carried out by the
authorized service of the manufacturer.
Once a month, it is recommended to carry out a special
maintenance consisting in cleaning the internal parts of the
device, and above all the condenser. The condenser should
be cleaned with a brush.
Storage of the device during winter or low ambient
temperature.
1. Disconnect the power supply from the device.
2. Disassemble, clean and disinfect all parts that have
been in contact with ice cream / beverages.
3. Wash all external components of the device.
4. Dry all parts of the device.
5. Reassemble the entire device.
6. Pack the device into the original packaging or cover
it in such a manner as to protect it from dust and
other impurities.
7. Store the device in a dry, cool place, not exposed to
solar radiation.

ciepła. Dopuszczalne przechylenie urządzenia wynosi
10°. Urządzenie przeznaczone jest do użytku wewnątrz
pomieszczeń. Temperatura przechowywania powinna
mieścić się w zakresie powyżej 0 do 40°C. Rekomendowana
temperatura otoczenia dla użytkowania urządzenia mieści
się w zakresie od 24 do 32°C. Przed pierwszym użyciem
zdemontować wszystkie elementy i umyć je jak również
umyć całe urządzenie.
UWAGA! Zabrania się zanurzania urządzenia w wodzie
lub polewania strumieniem wody. UWAGA! Zabrania się
włączania urządzenia z pustym zbiornikiem. UWAGA!
Należy regularnie czyścić urządzenie, aby nie dopuścić do
trwałego osadzenia się zanieczyszczeń.
Montaż urządzenia
1. Odpakować całe urządzenie.
2. Przed każdym użyciem należy umyć całe urządzenie.
3. Ustawić urządzenie na odpowiedniej powierzchni.
4. Zamontować tackę ociekową do urządzenia.
4.3 Praca z urządzeniem
Wytwarzanie lodów i zimnych napoi:
1. Przygotować produkt przeznaczony do schłodzenia
lub zmrożenia wg. zaleceń jego producenta (np.
jeżeli instrukcji koncentratu do granitora zalecana
jest proporcja 1:7, należy odmierzyć 1 miarę
koncentratu do granitora i 7 miar wody).
2. Odblokować zabezpieczenie zewnętrznej pokrywy
znajdujące się w jej tylnej części, a następnie zdjąć
pokrywę.
3. Zdjąć wewnętrzną pokrywę.
4. Wlać przygotowaną do schłodzenia/ zmrożenia
mieszankę.
5. Zamknąć pokrywy, zablokować zewnętrzną pokrywę.
UWAGA!: Urządzenie posiada zabezpieczenie,
w przypadku źle zamkniętej lub w ogóle nie
założonej pokrywy urządzenie nie będzie działało!
6. Podłączyć urządzenie do zasilania.
7. Włączniki 3a i 3b ustawić w pozycję włączoną.
8. Włączyć przycisk Power na panelu sterowania.
9. Ustawić tryb maszyny odpowiedni do wlanego
produktu oraz zamierzonych efektów.
10. Odczekać, aż produkt osiągnie preferowaną
temperaturę oraz konsystencję.
11. Gotowy produkt można dozować (pociągając dźwignię
kranu urządzenia w swoim kierunku) do odpowiednich
pojemników np. kubków. W celu ułatwienia dozowania
zaleca się korzystanie z funkcji „DISP”.
12. Po zakończeniu użytkowania należy zawsze umyć
urządzenie.
UWAGA!: Zamarznięte lody lub napoje zwiększają swoją
objętość. Należy uważać, aby nie przekroczyć maksymalnego
poziomu zalania zbiornika urządzenia. Zaleca się zmierzenie
zmiany objętości mieszaniny wlewanej do urządzenia
podczas zmiany stanu skupienia z ciekłego na stały. Na tej
podstawie dostosować napełnianie zbiornika urządzenia
o odpowiednio mniejszą ilość mieszany.
Obsługa panelu sterowania
• Panel sterowania włącza się przyciskając przycisk
„POWER”. Aby włączyć panel sterowania urządzenie
musi być włączone ( przycisk 3a w pozycji włączonej).

4.2 Przygotowanie do pracy
Urządzenie powinno się ustawić na powierzchni roboczej,
która pod względem wymiarów będzie co najmniej
odpowiadała wymiarom urządzenia.

3.3 Bezpieczeństwo osobiste
a) Niedozwolone jest obsługiwanie urządzenia w stanie
zmęczenia, choroby, pod wpływem alkoholu,
narkotyków lub leków, które ograniczają w istotnym
stopniu zdolności obsługi urządzenia.
b) Należy być uważnym, kierować się zdrowym
rozsądkiem podczas pracy urządzeniem. Chwila
nieuwagi podczas pracy, może doprowadzić do
poważnych obrażeń ciała.
c) Aby zapobiegać przypadkowemu uruchomieniu
upewnij się, że przełącznik jest w pozycji wyłączonej
przed podłączeniem do źródła zasilania.
d) Nie należy nosić luźnej odzieży ani biżuterii. Włosy,
odzież i rękawice utrzymywać z dala od części
ruchomych. Luźna odzież, biżuteria lub długie włosy
mogą zostać chwycone przez ruchome części.
3.4 Bezpieczne stosowanie urządzenia
a) Nie należy przeciążać urządzenia. Używać narzędzi
odpowiednich do danego zastosowania. Prawidłowo
dobrane urządzenie wykona lepiej i bezpieczniej
pracę dla którego zostało zaprojektowane.
b) Nie należy używać urządzenia jeśli przełącznik ON/
OFF nie działa sprawnie (nie załącza i nie wyłącza
się). Urządzenia, które nie mogą być kontrolowane
za pomocą przełącznika są niebezpieczne, nie mogą
pracować i muszą zostać naprawione.
c) Przed przystąpieniem do regulacji, wymiany osprzętu
lub odłożeniem narzędzia należy wyciągnąć wtyczkę
z gniazda. Taki środek zapobiegawczy zmniejsza
ryzyko przypadkowego uruchomienia.
d) Nieużywane urządzenia należy przechowywać
w miejscu niedostępnym dla dzieci oraz osób
nie znających urządzenia lub tej instrukcji
obsługi. Urządzenia są niebezpieczne w rękach
niedoświadczonych użytkowników.
e) Utrzymuj urządzenie w dobrym stanie technicznym.
Sprawdzaj przed każdą pracą czy nie posiada
uszkodzeń ogólnych lub związanych z elementami
ruchomymi (pęknięcia części i elementów lub
wszelkie inne warunki, które mogą mieć wpływ na
bezpieczne działanie urządzenia). W przypadku
uszkodzenia, oddaj urządzenie do naprawy przed
użyciem.
f) Naprawa oraz konserwacja urządzeń powinna być

użyciu wyłącznie oryginalnych części zamiennych.

h) Przy transportowaniu i przenoszeniu urządzenia

może dojść do uszkodzenia urządzenia.
l) Pod czas transportu urządzenia nie wolno chwytać
go za zbiorniki, dozowniki lub inne części. Urządzenie
należy transportować trzymając je za podstawę.
m) Nie wolno przesuwać lub transportować urządzenia
w trakcie jego pracy.
n) Urządzenia nie wolno czyścić za pomocą myjki
ciśnieniowej oraz nie wolno polewać strumieniem
wody.
o) Powierzchnia, na której ustawione będzie urządzenie
nie może być odchylona od poziomu bardziej niż 10°.
p) Niewolno niczego wkładać do kranu urządzenia.
q) Nie wolno przekraczać maksymalnej pojemności
zbiorników oraz należy zwrócić uwagę na zjawisko
zwiększenia objętości cieczy po zamarznięciu.
4. Zasady użytkowania
Granitor przeznaczony jest do wytwarzania granity oraz
zimnych napojów, takich jak mrożona kawa, cappuccino,
jogurt, koktajle oraz do wytwarzania lodów slushy lub
włoskich.
Odpowiedzialność za wszelkie szkody powstałe
w wyniku użytkowania niezgodnego z przeznaczeniem

4.1 Opis urządzenia

g) Na stanowisku pracy nie mogą przebywać dzieci

6. Rozmontować kran. Należy odkręcić nakrętkę
z trzpienia utrzymującego dźwignię na pozycji,
wyjąć trzpień i wysunąć tłok z rury kranu. Zaleca
się aby części kranu włożyć do kąpieli w środku
dezynfekującym przeznaczonym do czyszczenia
powierzchni mających kontakt z żywnością. Kąpiel
należy przeprowadzić zgodnie z zaleceniami
producenta środka dezynfekującego.
7. Wyjąć tacki ociekowe.
8. Wymyć parownik za pomocą miękkiej ściereczki,
wytrzeć do sucha.
9. Należy całkowicie umyć wszystkie części urządzenia,
które mogą mieć styczność z napojami lub lodami.
Do mycia zaleca się użycie delikatnego detergentu
przeznaczonego do mycia powierzchni mających
kontakt z żywnością. Po umyciu detergentem należy
opłukać wszystkie zdemontowane elementy wodą,
a te które pozostały przytwierdzone do urządzenia
należy przetrzeć gąbką nasączoną wodą.
10. Umyte i wysuszone urządzenie należy zamontować
w kolejności odwrotnej do procesu demontażu. Na
uszczelki i elementy urządzenia na nie nachodzące
w celu ułatwienia montażu należy zaaplikować
lubrykant.
11. Należy regularnie czyścić otwory wentylacyjne
urządzenia za pomocą szczotki lub pędzla. Nie wolno
dopuścić do zapchania się otworów wentylacyjnych.
a. Wyłączyć urządzenie i odłączyć od zasilania.
b. Okręcić śruby na tylnej części obudowy urządzenia
i zdjąć odkręcony element.
c. Używając odsysacza pyłu lub odkurzacza usunąć
kurz, który zebrał się na skraplaczu.

Po umyciu lub/ i odkażaniu należy pozwolić aby części
urządzenia wyschły.
Wymiana uszczelek
Należy wymieniać każdą uszczelkę która nosi wyraźne ślady
zużycia lub jest nieszczelna.
Specjalna konserwacja
Specjalną konserwacją powinien zajmować się autoryzowany
serwis producenta.
Raz na miesiąc zaleca się przeprowadzenie specjalnej
konserwacji polegającej na czyszczeniu wewnętrznych części
urządzenia, a przede wszystkim skraplacza. Skraplacz należy
czyścić za pomocą szczotki.
Przechowywanie urządzenia w czasie zimy lub obniżonej
temperatury otoczenia.
1. Odłączyć zasilanie od urządzenia.
2. Rozmontować, wyczyścić i zdezynfekować wszystkie
części które miały kontakt z lodami/ napojami.
3. Umyć wszystkie zewnętrze elementy urządzenia.
4. Wysuszyć wszystkie części urządzenia.
5. Złożyć całe urządzenie.
6. Zapakować urządzenie do oryginalnego opakowania
lub okryć w taki sposób aby zabezpieczyć je przed
kurzem i innymi zanieczyszczeniami.
7. Przechowywać urządzenie w suchym, chłodnym
miejscu nie narażonym na promieniowanie
słoneczne.

2. Odkręcić dwie śruby znajdujące się w przedniej
części zbiornika w pobliżu kranu dozownika.
3. Usunąć akcesorium nadające kształt lodom.
4. Wyjąć zbiornik unosząc jego przednią część
z haków, a następnie wysunąć cały zbiornik ciągnąc
w kierunku frontu urządzenia.
5. Odkręcić nakrętkę trzymającą mieszadło, a następnie
wysunąć mieszadło oraz zdjąć uszczelki/uszczelkę
znajdujące się w przedniej i tylnej części parownika.
UWAGA! Należy usunąć wszelkie uszczelki podczas

Wskazanie na wyświetlaczu prędkości obrotowej będzie
migało, wartość parametru ustawić za pomocą przycisków
„ADD” i „SUB”. Aby przejść do ustawień parametru
temperatury ( lub czasu dla funkcji „dispensing”) należy
jednokrotnie przycisnąć przycisk „SET”. W celu zapisania
ustawień należy odczekać 10 sekund.
• UWAGA! Aby wykonać poprawnie czyszczenie
i dezynfekcję urządzenia osoba dokonująca tych
czynności powinna dokładnie umyć i zdezynfekować
ręce.

Po wyborze programu zaleca się ustawienie najwyższej
możliwej temperatury i stopniowe jej obniżanie aż do
uzyskania pożądanej konsystencji i temperatury.
4.4 Czyszczenie i konserwacja
• Przed każdym czyszczeniem, czynnością konserwacyjną
lub naprawą, a także jeżeli urządzenie nie jest używane,
należy wyciągnąć wtyczkę sieciową i pozwolić aby
urządzenie osiągnęło temperaturę pokojową.
• Nie należy polewać urządzenia wodą lub dopuścić do
zamoczenia elektrycznych części maszyny.
• Aby nie dopuścić do rozwoju żadnych bakterii w urządzeniu
należy używać tylko specjalnych środków przeznaczonych
do czyszczenia powierzchni wykonanych z tworzywa
sztucznego oraz mających kontakt z żywnością.
• Nigdy nie myć części maszyny za pomocą
automatycznej zmywarki do naczyń ponieważ może
to doprowadzić do uszkodzenia części.
• Nigdy nie używać do czyszczenia agresywnych
środków dezynfekujących lub żrących detergentów.
• Niezbędne jest regularne i dokładne mycie oraz
dezynfekowanie urządzenia.
• Na okres wyłączenia urządzenia z użycia należy
je rozmontować, umyć i wysuszyć. Urządzenie
należy przechowywać w suchym i chłodnym
miejscu chronionym przed wilgocią i bezpośrednim
promieniowaniem słonecznym.
• Mycie i dezynfekcja powinna być przeprowadzana
każdego dnia oraz tak często jak nakazuje prawo
obowiązujące w miejscu używania urządzenia.
3. Zdjąć zewnętrzną pokrywę, a następnie zdjąć

10. Po wykonaniu tych czynności należy opróżnić
urządzenie z wody, wyłączyć urządzenie i odłączyć je
od zasilania.
11. Zdjąć obie pokrywy urządzenia i pozostawić je do
wyschnięcia.

3.3 Osobní bezpečnost
a) Nepoužívejte elektrické nářadí, jste-li unaveni
nebo pod vlivem drog, alkoholu nebo léků, které
významně snižují schopnost ovládat zařízení.
b) Při práci se zařízením buďte pozorní, řiďte se
zdravým rozumem. Chvilka nepozornosti při práci
může vést k vážnému úrazu.
c) Zabraňte náhodnému spuštění. Ujistěte se, že je
spínač ve vypnuté poloze před připojením zařízení
k napájecímu zdroji.
d) Nenoste volné oblečení nebo šperky. Vlasy, oděv
a rukavice udržujte v bezpečné vzdálenosti od
rotujících dílů. Volný oděv, šperky nebo dlouhé vlasy
mohou zachytit rotující díly.
3.4 Bezpečné používání zařízení
a) Zařízení nepřetěžujte. Pro daný úkol používejte vždy
správný typ nářadí. Správně zvolené nářadí lépe
a bezpečněji provede práci, pro kterou bylo navrženo.
b) Zařízení nepoužívejte, pokud spínač pro zapnutí a/
nebo vypnutí zařízení nefunguje správně. Zařízení,
které nelze ovládat spínačem, je nebezpečné a musí
být opraveno.
c) Vytáhněte zástrčku ze zásuvky před jakýmkoliv
seřízením, výměnou příslušenství nebo odložením
zařízení. Toto opatření snižuje riziko náhodného
zapnutí.
d) Nepoužívaná zařízení uchovávejte mimo dosah
dětí a osob, které nejsou seznámeny se zařízením
nebo návodem k obsluze. Zařízení jsou nebezpečná
v rukou nezkušených uživatelů.
e) Zařízení udržujte v dobrém technickém stavu.
Kontrolujte před každou prací jeho celkový stav
i jednotlivé díly a ujistěte se, že je vše v dobrém
stavu, a nehrozí tak uživateli při práci se zařízením
žádné nebezpečí. V případě zjištění poškození

f) Opravu a údržbu zařízení by měly provádět
pouze kvalikované osoby za výhradního použití
originálních náhradních dílů. Zajistí to bezpečné
používání zařízení.
g) Pro zachování navržené mechanické integrity
zařízení neodstraňujte předem namontované kryty
nebo neuvolňujte šrouby.
h) Při přemisťování zařízení z místa skladování na místo
používání berte v úvahu pracovní zásady bezpečnosti
a ochrany zdraví v rámci přenášení břemena platné
v zemi, ve které se zařízení používá.
i) Zabraňte situaci, kdy se zapnuté zařízení zastaví
vlivem velkého zatížení. Může to způsobit přehřátí
hnacích součástí a v následku poškození zařízení.
j) Pokud zařízení nebylo odpojeno od napájení,
nedotýkejte se rotujících dílů nebo součástí.
k) Dávejte pozor, aby v zařízení nevzniklo příliš mnoho
ledu znemožňujícího otáčení míchadla. Vypněte
pak zařízení a nechte led roztát. Jinak by se mohlo
zařízení poškodit.
l) Zařízení při přenášení nedržte za vany, dávkovací
kohoutky nebo jiné části. Zařízení přenášejte tak, že
jej budete držet za podstavec.
m) Zařízení nepřesunujte nebo nepřenášejte za provozu.
n) Zařízení nečistěte pomocí tlakového čističe
a nepolévejte proudem vody.
o) Povrch, na kterém bude stát zařízení, nesmí být
nakloněn o více než 10°.
p) Do dávkovacího kohoutku zařízení nic nevkládejte.
q) Nepřekračujte maximální objem van a dávejte pozor
na zvětšení objemu zmrzlé vody.
4. Zásady používání
Výrobník ledové tříště je určen pro výrobu ledové tříště
a studených nápojů, jako jsou mražená káva, cappuccino,
jogurty, koktejly, a také pro výrobu italské zmrzliny nebo
krému slushy.
Odpovědnost za veškeré škody vzniklé v důsledku
použití zařízení v rozporu s určením nese uživatel.

TECHNICKÉ ÚDAJE
Pojem „zařízení“ nebo „výrobek“ v bezpečnostních
pokynech a návodu se vztahuje na <Výrobník ledové
tříště. Zařízení nepoužívejte v prostředí s velmi vysokou
vlhkostí/v přímé blízkosti nádrží s vodou. Zařízení
nenořte do vody. Nebezpečí úrazu elektrickým proudem!
Nezakrývejte vstupní a výstupní otvory vzduchu. Pokud
je zařízení v provozu, nevkládejte do ně jen ruce ani jiné
předměty!
3.1 Elektrická bezpečnost
a) Zástrčka zařízení musí odpovídat zásuvce. Zástrčku
neupravujte žádným způsobem. Originální zástrčky
a příslušné zásuvky snižují nebezpečí úrazu
elektrickým proudem.
b) Nedotýkejte se uzemněných předmětů jako jsou
trubky, topidla, kamna a chladničky. Pokud je
zařízení uzemněno, existuje zvýšené nebezpečí
úrazu elektrickým proudem v následku působení
deště, mokrého povrchu a práce se zařízením ve
vlhkém prostředí. Proniknutí vody do zařízení zvyšuje
nebezpečí jeho poškození a úrazu elektrickým
proudem.
c) Napájecí kabel nepoužívejte na jiné účely, než na
které je určen. Nikdy jej nepoužívejte k přenášení
zařízení nebo k vytahování zástrčky ze síťové
zásuvky. Držte jej mimo dosah tepla, oleje, ostrých
hran nebo rotujících dílů. Poškozené nebo zamotané
elektrické napájecí kabely zvyšují nebezpečí úrazu
elektrickým proudem.
d) Pokud není možné vyhnout se práci se zařízením
ve vlhkém prostředí, používejte přitom proudový
chránič (RCD). Používání RCD snižuje nebezpečí
úrazu elektrickým proudem.
3.2 Bezpečnost na pracovišti
a) Na pracovišti udržujte pořádek a dobré osvětlení.
Nepořádek nebo špatné osvětlení mohou vést
k úrazům. Buďte předvídaví a sledujte, co se během
práce kolem vás děje. Při práci se zařízením vždy
zachovávejte zdravý rozum.
b) Se zařízením nepracujte ve výbušném prostředí,
například v přítomnosti hořlavých kapalin, plynů
nebo prachu. Zařízení vytváří jiskření, skrze které
může dojít ke vznícení prachu nebo výparů.
c) Pokud zjistíte, že zařízení nepracuje správně, nebo
je poškozeno, ihned jej vypněte a poruchu nahlaste
autorizované osobě.
d) Pokud máte pochybnosti o tom, zda zařízení funguje
správně, kontaktujte servis výrobce.
e) Opravy zařízení může provádět pouze servis výrobce.
Opravy neprovádějte sami!
f) V případě vzniku požáru k hašení zařízení pod
napětím používejte pouze práškové nebo sněhové
hasicí přístroje (CO2).
g) Na pracovišti se nesmí zdržovat děti a nepovolané
osoby. (Nepozornost může způsobit ztrátu kontroly
nad zařízením).

• Abyste zabránili rozvoji bakterií v zařízení, používejte
pouze speciální přípravky určené pro čištění plastových
povrchů a přicházejících do styku s potravinami.
• Stroj nikdy nemyjte v myčce nádobí, protože se
mohou poškodit jeho součásti.
• K čištění nikdy nepoužívejte agresivní dezinfekční
přípravky nebo leptavé čisticí prostředky.
• Zařízení pravidelně čistěte a dezinkujte.
• Pokud zařízení nebudete používat, rozmontujte jej,
vyčistěte a osušte. Zařízení skladujte na suchém
a chladném místě, chráněném proti vlhkosti
a přímému slunečnímu záření.
• Mytí a dezinfekci provádějte každý den a tak často,
jak to nařizuje právo platné v místě používání zařízení.
• UPOZORNĚNÍ! Abyste provedli správně čištění
a dezinfekci zařízení, důkladně si umyjte
a vydezinkujte ruce.
Automatické čištění zařízení:
1. Vyprázdněte vanu zařízení.
2. Odjistěte pojistku vnějšího víka nacházející se v jeho
zadní části
3. Sejměte vnější víko a pak sejměte vnitřní víko.
4. Do vany zařízení nalijte vlažnou vodu.
5. Nasaďte obě víka na zařízení. Zařízení se nezapne,
pokud nenasadíte víko.
6. Zařízení zapněte přepínačem 3a, nezapínejte
chlazení (tlačítko 3b).
7. Zapněte režim „Wash“ pomocí tlačítka „MODE“.
8. Zařízení nechte pracovat v režimu „Wash“ několik
minut.
9. Vypusťte špinavou vodu z vany dávkovacím
kohoutkem a pak opět proveďte všechny činnosti
několikrát, abyste důkladně vypláchli zařízení. Tyto
činnosti opakujte, dokud nebude voda vytékající ze
zařízení čistá.
10. Po provedení těchto činností vypusťte ze zařízení
vodu, vypněte jej a odpojte od napájení.
11. Ze zařízení sejměte obě víka a nechte je uschnout.
Čištění
1. Proveďte kroky 1–3 z bodu Automatické čištění
zařízení.

2. Vyšroubujte dva šrouby umístěné v přední části vany
u dávkovacího kohoutku.
3. Odstraňte lis na tvarování zmrzliny.
4. Vytáhněte vanu nadzvednutím její přední části
z háčků a pak vysuňte celou vanu zatažením ve
směru přední strany zařízení.
5. Vyšroubujte matici upevňující míchadlo
a pak míchadlo vysuňte a sejměte těsnění umístěné
v přední a zadní části výparníku.
UPOZORNĚNÍ! Při čištění odeberte všechno těsnění,
abyste minimalizovali nebezpečí rozvoje bakterií.
6. Rozmontujte kohoutek. Vyšroubujte matici z trhu
udržujícího páčku v poloze, vytáhněte trn a vysuňte
píst z trubky kohoutku. Součásti kohoutku vložte
do dezinfekčního přípravku určeného pro čištění
povrchů přicházejících do styku s potravinami. Lázeň
proveďte podle návodu výrobce dezinfekčního
prostředku.
7. Vyjměte odkapávací tácy.
8. Výparník vyčistěte měkkým hadříkem, otřete do
sucha.‘
9. Úplně vyčistěte všechny součásti zařízení, které
mohou přijít do styku s nápoji nebo s tříští. K čištění
používejte jemný čisticí přípravek určený pro čištění
povrchů přicházejících do styku s potravinami. Po
vyčištění opláchněte všechny rozmontované součásti
vodou, a ty, které zůstaly na zařízení, otřete houbou
namočenou do vody.
10. Vyčištěné a osušené zařízení smontujte v opačném
pořadí než při demontáži. Abyste si usnadnili
montáž, naneste mazivo na těsnění a k němu
přiléhající součásti.
8. Stiskněte tlačítko Power na ovládacím panelu.
9. Natavte provozní režim vhodný pro nalitou směs
a předpokládaný účel.
10. Počkejte, až výrobek dosáhne požadované teploty
a konzistence.
11. Hotový výrobek můžete dávkovat (přitažením páčky
dávkovacího kohoutku směrem k sobě) do vhodných
nádob, např. kelímků. Abyste si usnadnili dávkování,
použijte funkci „DISP“.
12. Po ukončení používání vždy vyčistěte zařízení.
UPOZORNĚNÍ! Zmražené zmrzliny nebo nápoje zvětšují
svůj objem. Dávejte pozor, abyste nepřekročili maximální
hladinu naplnění vany. Objem směsi nalévané do vany
změřte při změně skupenství z kapalného na pevné. Podle
výsledku naplňte vanu zařízení menším množstvím směsi.
Obsluha ovládacího panelu
• Ovládací panel se zapíná stisknutím tlačítka
„POWER“. Chcete-li zapnout ovládací panel, zařízení
musí být zapnuto (přepínač 3a v poloze zapnuto).
• Chcete-li vybrat provozní režim, stlačujte tlačítko
„MODE“. Pro vybraný provozní režim se rozsvítí
kontrolka.
• Stisknutím tlačítka „DISP“ přejdete v režimu
dávkování na nastavený čas. Po uplynutí daného
časového intervalu (odpočítávání času na displeji
hodin) se zařízení přepne do předchozího aktivního
režimu, např. „Ice cream“.
• Stisknutím tlačítka „SET“ přejdete do režimu
nastavení. Vstup do režimu nastavení nezasahuje do
aktuálního provozu zařízení.
Parametry možné pro nastavení jsou uvedeny v tabulce
níže. Režim, ve kterém chcete provést nastavení, vyberte
stisknutím tlačítka „MODE“, pro vybraný provozní režim
se rozsvítí kontrolka. Indikace na displeji rychlosti otáček
bude blikat, hodnotu parametru nastavte pomocí tlačítek
„ADD“ a „SUB“. Chcete-li přejít na nastavení parametru
teploty (nebo času pro funkci „dispensing“), stiskněte jednou
tlačítko „SET“. Chcete-li uložit nastavení, počkejte 10 sekund.

4.2 Příprava k práci
Zařízení by mělo být umístěno na provozní ploše, jíž
rozměry odpovídají rozměrům zařízení. Za účelem umožnit
optimální provoz zařízení, by měla být provozní plocha
rovná, suchá, na odpovídající výšce a odolná vůči teplu.
Přípustné naklonění zařízení činí 10°. Zařízení je určeno pro
použití ve vnitřních prostorách. Teplota pro uschování musí
činit 0 až 40 °C. Doporučovaná okolní teplota pro zařízení
činí 24 až 32 °C. Před prvním použitím umyjte všechny
odmontované díly a také celé zařízení.
UPOZORNĚNÍ! Zařízení neponořujte do vody ani
nepolévejte vodou.
UPOZORNĚNÍ Zařízení nezapínejte s prázdnou vanou.
UPOZORNĚNÍ! Zařízení pravidelně čistěte, aby se zabránilo
trvalému usazování nečistot.
Montáž zařízení
1. Zařízení zcela vybalte.
2. Před každým použitím umyjte celé zařízení.
3. Zařízení postavte na vhodný povrch.
4. Do zařízení namontujte odkapávací tác.
4.3 Práce se zařízením
Výroba zmrzlin a studených nápojů:
1. Výrobek určený k chlazení nebo zmrazení připravte
podle návodu výrobce (např. pokud je v návodu
koncentrátu do výrobníku doporučený poměr 1:7, je
třeba odměřit 1 odměrku koncentrátu do výrobníku
a 7 odměrek vody).
2. Odjistěte pojistku vnějšího víka nacházející se v jeho
zadní části a pak sejměte víko.
3. Sejměte vnitřní víko.
4. Nalijte směs připravenou k chlazení/zmrazení.
5. Zavřete víka, zajistěte vnější víko. UPOZORNĚNÍ!
Zařízení má ochranu, v případě nesprávně zavřeného
nebo nenasazeného víka nebude zařízení fungovat!
6. Zařízení připojte k napájení.
7. Přepínače 3a a 3b přepněte do polohy zapnuto.

Po zvolení programu doporučujeme nastavit nejvyšší
možnou teplotu a postupně ji snižovat až do dosažení
požadované konzistence a teploty.
4.4. Čištění a údržba
• Před každým čištěním, údržbou nebo opravou
a také, pokud zařízení nepoužíváte, vytáhněte zástrčku ze
zásuvky a umožněte zařízení dosáhnout pokojové teploty.
• Zařízení nepolévejte vodou nebo zabraňte namočení
elektrických součástí stroje.

c. Pomocí odsavače nebo vysavače odstraňte prach
nahromaděný na kondenzátoru.
UPOZORNĚNÍ! K čištění kondenzátoru nikdy
nepoužívejte šroubovák nebo špičaté předměty.
d. Odebranou součást zašroubujte.
Dezinfekce
Opakujte činnosti čištění s použitím teplé vody (asi 40
°C) a dezinfekčního prostředku vhodného pro povrchy
přicházející do styku s potravinami.
UPOZORNĚNÍ! Jednotlivé součásti neponořujte do
dezinfekčního prostředku déle než 15 minut.
Po vyčištění a/nebo dezinfekci nechte součásti uschnout.
Výměna těsnění
Měňte každé těsnění, které má výrazné stopy opotřebení
nebo netěsní.
Speciální údržba
Speciální údržbu provádí autorizovaný servis výrobce.
Jednou za měsíc se doporučuje provést speciální údržbu
spočívající v čištění vnitřních součástí zařízení, především
kondenzátoru. Kondenzátor čistěte kartáčem.
Úschova zařízení v zimě nebo při snížené okolní teplotě.
1. Zařízení odpojte od napájení.
2. Rozeberte, vyčistěte a vydezinkujte všechny díly,
které přišly do styku se zmrzlinami/nápoji.
3. Vyčistěte všechny vnější součásti zařízení.
4. Všechny díly zařízení osušte.
5. Celé zařízení poskládejte.
6. Zařízení vložte do originálního obalu nebo zakryjte tak,
aby bylo chráněno proti prachu a jiným nečistotám.
7. Zařízení uchovávejte na suchém, chladném místě
chráněném proti slunečnímu záření.
11. Pravidelně čistěte větrací otvory zařízení kartáčem
nebo štětcem. Zabraňte ucpání větracích otvorů.

DÉTAILS TECHNIQUES
Le terme « appareil » ou « produit » dans les avertissements
et la description du manuel se réfère à la machine de
glace fondante. N‘utilisez pas l‘appareil dans des pièces
où l‘humidité est très élevée / à proximité immédiate
de récipients d‘eau. L‘appareil ne doit en aucun cas être
mouillé. Danger de choc électrique! Ne pas recouvrir les
entrées et sorties d‘air. Ne pas poser les mains ou des
objets dans l‘appareil en fonctionnement!
3.1 Sécurité électrique
a) La che de l‘appareil doit être adaptée à la prise de
courant. Ne modiez d‘aucune façon la che. La che
d‘origine et la prise adaptée réduisent le risque d‘un
choc électrique.
b) Évitez de toucher à des éléments mis à la terre tels
que des conduites, des radiateurs, des fours et des
réfrigérateurs. Le risque d‘un choc électrique est plus
élevé si votre corps est mis à la terre en présence des
rayons directs du soleil, sur des surfaces mouillées
et dans un environnement humide. De l‘eau
s‘introduisant dans l‘appareil augmentent le risque
de dommages et de chocs électriques
c) N‘utilisez pas le câble de façon inappropriée. Ne
l‘utilisez jamais pour porter l‘appareil ou ne tirez pas
dessus pour retirer la che. Placez le câble à l‘abri
de la chaleur, de l‘huile de bords coupants ou de
pièces mobiles. Des câbles endommagés ou soudés
augmentent le risque d‘un choc électrique.
d) Lorsque vous utilisez l’appareil dans un
environnement humide, utilisez un disjoncteur
diérentiel (RCD). Un RCD réduit le risque
d’électrocution.

2. SÉCURITÉ D‘EMPLOI
Appareils électriques:
ATTENTION! Lisez attentivement toutes les
consignes de sécurité et toutes les instructions. Le
non-respect des avertissements et instructions peut
entraîner des chocs électriques, des incendies et/
ou des blessures graves ou la mort.

L‘inclinaison admissible de l‘appareil est de jusqu‘à 10°.
L‘appareil est destiné à une utilisation en intérieur. La
température de stockage doit être comprise entre 0
et 40°C. La température ambiante recommandée pour
l‘appareil est comprise entre 24 et 32°C. Avant la première
utilisation, l‘appareil et tous ses composants doivent être
démontés et nettoyés.
ATTENTION! Il est interdit de plonger l‘appareil dans l‘eau
ou de le nettoyer avec un jet d‘eau.
ATTENTION! Il est interdit de mettre l‘appareil en marche
lorsque le réservoir est vide.
ATTENTION! Nettoyez régulièrement l‘appareil pour éviter
les impuretés et les dépôts permanents.
Installation de l‘appareil
1. Déballez entièrement l‘appareil.
2. Lavez entièrement l‘appareil avant chaque utilisation.
3. Placez l‘appareil sur la surface appropriée.
4. Montez le bac d‘égouttage sur l‘appareil.
4.3 Travail avec l‘appareil
Production de la crème glacée et des boissons froides:
1. Préparez le produit à réfrigérer ou à congeler selon
les recommandations du fabricant (par exemple,
si le rapport recommandé dans les instructions du
concentré pour machine à slush crème glacée est de
1:7 vous devez mesurer 1 mesure de concentré pour
machine à slush crème glacée et 7 mesures d‘eau).
2. Déverrouillez l’élément de protection du couvercle
extérieur situé sur la partie arrière, puis retirez le
couvercle.
3. Retirez le couvercle intérieur.
4. Versez le mélange à réfrigérer / surgeler.
5. Fermez les couvercles et verrouillez le couvercle
extérieur.
ATTENTION! L‘appareil est équipé d‘un dispositif
de sécurité. Si le couvercle est mal fermé ou non
verrouillé, l‘appareil ne fonctionne pas!
6. Connectez l‘appareil à l‘alimentation électrique.
7. Mettez les interrupteurs 3a et 3b sur ON.
8. Mettez en marche l‘interrupteur d‘alimentation sur le
panneau de commande.
9. Réglez le mode de fonctionnement approprié pour
le produit rempli, ainsi que les résultats souhaités.
10. Attendez jusqu’à ce que le produit atteigne la
température ou la consistance souhaitée.
11. Le produit ni peut être versé (en tirant le levier de
l’appareil dans la direction où on se trouve) dans des
récipients appropriés, par exemple les tasses. Pour
faciliter le dosage, il est recommandé d‘utiliser la
fonction „DISP“.
12. Lavez toujours l‘appareil après utilisation.
REMARQUE! La glace ou les boissons congelées
augmentent en volume. Veillez à ne pas dépasser le niveau
de remplissage maximal du récipient. Il est recommandé
de mesurer le changement de volume du mélange rempli
dans l‘appareil, lorsqu’il passe de l‘état liquide à l‘état
solide. Remplissez en conséquence le réservoir de l’appareil
avec une quantité de liquide plus petite.
Utilisation du panneau de commande
• Le panneau de commande est activé par la pression
sur la touche „POWER“. Pour activer le panneau
de commande, l‘appareil doit être mis en marche
(touche 3a en position ON).

de production des boissons fraîches

de production des cocktails surgelés
M. Wash – Diode qui informe sur la progression du
processus de lavage automatique de l‘appareil (le
mixeur seul fonctionne)
N. Dispensing – Diode qui informe sur le travail en mode
dosage (activée lorsque les paramètres du mode
dosage sont sélectionnés et lorsque le mode dosage
est sélectionné avec la touche correspondante)
4.2 Préparation au fonctionnement
L’appareil doit être placé sur une surface de travail, qui
correspond au moins aux dimensions de l‘appareil. La
surface de travail doit être plane, sèche, résistante à la
chaleur et à une hauteur appropriée pouvant permettre un
fonctionnement optimal de l’appareil.

3.3 Sécurité personnelle
a) Il n‘est pas autorisé de faire fonctionner l‘appareil
en état de fatigue, de maladie, sous inuence
d‘alcool, de drogues ou de médicaments, si ces états
réduisent l‘aptitude à se servir de l‘appareil.
b) Soyez attentifs et faites preuve de bon sens en vous
servant de l‘appareil. Un moment d‘inattention
durant le travail peut conduire à des blessures
graves.
c) An d‘éviter une mise en marche accidentelle,
assurez-vous que l‘interrupteur est en position
d‘arrêt avant de connecter l‘appareil à une source
d‘alimentation.
d) Ne portez pas de vêtements amples ou de bijoux.
Gardez les cheveux, les vêtements et les gants loin
des pièces mobiles. Les vêtements amples, les bijoux
ou les cheveux longs peuvent être saisis par les
pièces mobiles.
3.4 Utilisation sûre de l‘appareil
a) Ne surchauez pas l‘appareil. Utilisez des outils
appropriés pour l‘application correspondante.
Un bon choix des appareils permet une meilleure
exécution du travail pour lequel ils sont prévus.
b) N‘utilisez pas l‘appareil si l‘interrupteur de Marche/
Arrêt ne fonctionne pas correctement (ne s‘allume
ou ne s‘éteint pas). Les appareils qui ne peuvent pas
être contrôlés par interrupteur sont dangereux et
doivent être réparés.
c) Avant le réglage, le remplacement d‘accessoires ou
la mise de côté d‘outils, retirez la che de la prise.
Une telle mesure préventive réduit le risque d‘une
mise en marche accidentelle.
d) Les outils non utilisés sont à conserver hors de portée
des enfants ainsi que des personnes ne connaissant
ni l‘appareil lui-même ni la notice correspondante.
De tels appareils peuvent représenter un danger
s‘ils sont placés entre les mains de personnes
inexpérimentées.
e) Gardez l‘appareil dans un parfait état. Avant chaque
travail, vériez qu‘il ne présente pas de dommages
généraux ou des dommages aux pièces mobiles
(pièces ou composants cassés ou autres conditions
qui peuvent nuire à un fonctionnement sûr de la
machine). En cas de dommage, il faut faire réparer
l‘appareil avant de l‘utiliser.
f) Gardez l‘appareil hors de portée des enfants.
g) La réparation et l‘entretien d‘appareils doivent être
exclusivement eectués par un personnel spécialisé
qualié et avec des pièces de rechange originales.
Une utilisation en toute sécurité est ainsi garantie.
h) An de garantir l‘intégrité de fonctionnement
prévue de l‘appareil, les couvercles et vis montés en
usine ne doivent pas être retirés.
i) Évitez les situations dans lesquelles l‘appareil
arrête de marcher en plein fonctionnement
sous une lourde charge. Ceci peut entraîner une
surchaue des éléments de transmission et donc un
endommagement de l‘appareil.
j) Ne touchez à aucune pièce ou pièce accessoire
mobile, à moins de déconnecter l‘appareil du réseau.
k) Il faut veiller à ce que l‘appareil ne produise pas
trop de glace, car la glace bloque le mouvement de
rotation du mixeur. Dans ce cas, arrêtez l‘appareil
et attendez jusqu’à ce que la glace fonde. Sinon,
l‘appareil pourrait être endommagé.
l) Lors du transport de la machine, ne touchez pas
les réservoirs, les distributeurs ou d’autres pièces.
L‘appareil doit être tenu par la base lorsqu’il est
transporté.
m) Ne déplacez ou ne transportez pas l‘appareil
pendant son fonctionnement.
n) L‘appareil ne doit pas être nettoyé avec un nettoyeur
haute pression ou avec un jet d‘eau.
o) La surface sur laquelle l‘appareil est installé ne doit
pas être inclinée de plus de 10 °.
p) N’introduisez pas d’objet dans le robinet de
l‘appareil. Il n‘est pas permis de dépasser la capacité
maximale des réservoirs, et il faut faire attention
au phénomène de dilatation du liquide après
congélation.
4. CONDITIONS D‘UTILISATION
La machine de glace fondante est conçue pour la
production de boissons froides telles que le café glacé,
le cappuccino, les yaourts, les cocktails ainsi que la crème
glacée fondante ou la glace italienne.
L‘utilisateur est seul responsable de tout dommage
causé par une mauvaise utilisation.
4.1 Description de l‘appareil

d) En cas d‘incendie ou de feu, n‘utiliser que des
extincteurs à poudre ou à dioxyde de carbone (CO2).
e) Les enfants et personnes non autorisées ne
doivent pas être présentes sur le lieu de travail (une
inattention peut entraîner une perte du contrôle de
l‘appareil).

6. Démontez le robinet. Retirez l‘écrou de la broche
qui maintient le levier en place, retirez la broche
et retirez le piston du tube de distribution. Il est
recommandé de mettre les pièces du robinet dans
un bain de désinfectant destiné au nettoyage des
surfaces en contact avec les aliments. Le bain doit
être eectué selon les instructions du fabricant du
désinfectant.
7. Retirez les bacs d‘égouttage.
8. Essuyez l‘évaporateur avec un chion doux et
séchez-le correctement.
9. Lavez toutes les parties de l‘appareil qui peuvent
être en contact avec les boissons ou la glace. Pour le
nettoyage, il est recommandé d‘utiliser un détergent
doux destiné au nettoyage des surfaces en contact
avec les aliments. Après le nettoyage avec un
détergent, lavez toutes les pièces démontées avec
de l‘eau et nettoyez les parties laissées sur l‘appareil
avec une éponge mouillée.
10. Montez l’appareil nettoyé et séché dans l‘ordre
inverse du démontage. Pour faciliter le montage,
utilisez un lubriant pour domaine alimentaire
pour lubrier les joints et les composants non
chevauchants.
11. Nettoyez régulièrement les orices de ventilation de
l‘appareil avec un pinceau ou une brosse. Les orices
de ventilation ne doivent pas être bloqués.
a. Arrêtez l‘appareil et débranchez-le de l’alimentation
électrique.
b. Desserrez les vis à l‘arrière du boîtier de l‘appareil et
retirez l‘élément dévissé.
ATTENTION! N‘utilisez jamais un tournevis ou un
objet pointu pour nettoyer le condenseur.
d. Vissez à nouveau l‘élément démonté.
Désinfection
Il est recommandé de répéter le processus de lavage avec
de l‘eau chaude (environ 40 ° C) et un désinfectant utilisé
pour le domaine alimentaire. REMARQUE: Ne plongez pas
les pièces dans le désinfectant pendant plus de 15 minutes.
Après le nettoyage et / ou la désinfection, laisser sécher
les pièces.
Remplacement des joints
Remplacez tous les joints présentant des traces d‘usure ou
des fuites.
Entretien spécial
Des travaux d’entretien particuliers doivent être eectués
par le service agréé du fabricant. Il est recommandé
d‘eectuer une fois par mois des travaux d’entretien
spéciaux, au cours desquels les parties internes de
l‘appareil et surtout le condenseur doivent être nettoyés.
Le condenseur doit être nettoyé avec une brosse.
Stockage de l‘appareil en hiver ou à température ambiante
basse.
1. Débranchez l‘appareil de l‘alimentation électrique.
2. Démontez, nettoyez et désinfectez toutes les pièces
ayant été en contact avec les glaces / boissons.
3. Nettoyez tous les composants externes de l‘appareil.
4. Faites sécher toutes les parties de l‘appareil.
5. Remontez entièrement l’appareil.
6. Emballez l‘appareil dans son emballage d‘origine ou
couvrez-le de sorte qu‘il soit protégé de la poussière
et des autres impuretés.
7. Rangez l‘appareil dans un endroit sec et frais, à l‘abri
de la lumière directe du soleil.

2. Retirez les deux vis xées sur la partie avant du
réservoir près du robinet du distributeur.
3. Retirez l‘accessoire de moulage de la crème glacée.
4. Retirez le réservoir en retirant sa partie avant des
crochets, puis tirez le réservoir vers l‘avant.
5. Dévissez l‘écrou qui maintient le mixeur. Retirez-
le, puis le (s) joint (s) à l‘avant et à l‘arrière de
l‘évaporateur.
REMARQUE! Lors du nettoyage, retirez tous les joints
an de réduire le risque de croissance bactérienne.

• Pour sélectionner le mode de fonctionnement,
appuyez sur la touche „MODE“. La diode s‘allume
pour le mode de fonctionnement sélectionné.
• En appuyant sur la touche „DISP“, le mode de dosage
est activé pour la durée programmée lors des
réglages. Après un certain temps (compte à rebours
sur l‘achage de l‘horloge), l‘appareil revient au
mode de fonctionnement précédent, par ex. „crème
glacée“.
• Appuyez sur la touche „SET“ pour accéder au mode
de réglage. Le passage au mode de réglage n‘aecte
pas le fonctionnement actuel de l‘appareil.
Les paramètres réglables sont indiqués dans le tableau
ci-dessous. Le mode dans lequel l‘utilisateur veut changer
les paramètres doit être sélectionné par la pression sur
la touche „MODE“. La diode s‘allume pour le mode de
fonctionnement sélectionné. L‘indicateur de vitesse
clignote sur l‘achage – réglez la valeur du paramètre avec
les touches „ADD“ et „SUB“. Pour accéder aux réglages des
paramètres de température (ou la durée de la „fonction de
distribution“), appuyez une fois sur la touche „SET“. Pour
enregistrer les paramètres, attendez 10 secondes.
• Le nettoyage et la désinfection doivent être eectués
quotidiennement et aussi souvent que la loi l’exige au
lieu où l‘appareil est utilisé.
• ATTENTION! Pour un nettoyage et une désinfection
appropriés de l‘appareil, la personne eectuant ces
activités doit se laver et se désinfecter soigneusement
les mains.
Nettoyage automatique de l‘appareil:
1. Videz le réservoir de l’appareil.
2. Déverrouillez l’élément de protection du couvercle
extérieur situé à l‘arrière du couvercle.

Après avoir choisi le programme, il est recommandé de
régler la température la plus élevée possible et de l‘abaisser
progressivement jusqu‘à obtenir la consistance et la
température souhaitées.
4.4 NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
• ATTENTION! Avant tous travaux de nettoyage,
d’entretien ou de réparation, et lorsque l’appareil
n‘est pas utilisé, débranchez le câble d‘alimentation
et laissez l‘appareil refroidir à température ambiante.
• N’aspergez pas d’eau sur l‘appareil, et ne laissez pas
les parties électriques de la machine se mouiller.
• Pour éviter la croissance des bactéries dans l‘appareil,
utilisez uniquement des détergents spéciaux destinés
au nettoyage des surfaces en plastique et en contact
avec les aliments.
• Ne nettoyez jamais la machine avec un lave-vaisselle
automatique, car cela pourrait endommager les
pièces de l’appareil.
• N‘utilisez jamais de désinfectants agressifs ou de
produits de nettoyage corrosifs.
• Il est nécessaire de nettoyer et de désinfecter
l‘appareil régulièrement et soigneusement.
• Lorsque l‘appareil n‘est pas utilisé, il doit être
démonté, lavé et séché. Gardez l‘appareil dans un
endroit sec et frais, à l‘abri de l‘humidité et de la
lumière directe du soleil.
3. Retirez le couvercle extérieur, puis le couvercle
intérieur.
4. Versez de l‘eau tiède dans le réservoir de l’appareil.
5. Remettez les deux couvercles sur l‘appareil. L‘appareil
ne fonctionne pas si le couvercle n‘est pas installé.
6. Mettez l‘appareil en marche avec la touche 3a;
n’activez pas encore la réfrigération (touche 3b)
7. Activez le mode « Wash » en appuyant sur la touche
« MODE ».
8. Laissez l‘appareil fonctionner en mode « Wash »
pendant quelques minutes.
9. Retirez l‘eau sale du réservoir en la vidant à travers
le robinet. Ensuite, eectuez toutes ces opérations
plusieurs fois an de bien rincer l‘appareil. Répétez
ces opérations jusqu‘à ce que l‘eau qui sort de
l‘appareil devienne propre.
10. Puis videz l‘eau de l‘appareil, arrêtez l‘appareil et
débranchez-le de l‘alimentation électrique.
11. Retirez les deux couvercles de l‘appareil et laissez-le
sécher.
Nettoyage

DETTAGLI TECNICI
Il termine „dispositivo“ o „prodotto“ riportato nelle
avvertenze e nella descrizione del manuale si riferisce
alla macchina per granite. Non utilizzare il dispositivo
in ambienti eccessivamente umidi o nelle immediate
vicinanze di contenitori d‘acqua. Non bagnare il dispositivo.
Attenzione! Pericolo di folgorazione! Non coprire i punti
d´ingresso e di uscita dell‘aria. Quando la macchina per
granite è in funzione tenere le mani o altri oggetti lontano
dal dispositivo!
3.1 Sicurezza elettrica
a) La spina del dispositivo deve essere compatibile
con la presa. Non cambiare la spina del dispositivo
in nessun caso. Spine e prese adeguate riducono il
rischio di scosse elettriche.
b) Evitare di toccare componenti su cui è stata eettuata
una messa a terra come tubature, termosifoni, forni
e frigoriferi. Sussiste l´elevato rischio di una scossa
elettrica se il corpo è a contatto con superci bagnate
o ambienti umidi. Se l`acqua entra in contatto con il
dispositivo ciò aumenta il rischio di lesioni e scosse
elettriche.
c) Non utilizzare il cavo in modo non appropriato. Non
utilizzare mai il cavo per trasportare il dispositivo
o per rimuovere la spina. Mantenere il cavo lontano
da spigoli taglienti, olio, fonti di calore e dalle parti
in movimento del dispositivo. Cavi danneggiati
o saldati aumentano il rischio di scosse elettriche.
d) Se non si può evitare di impiegare il dispositivo
in un ambiente umido assicurarsi di utilizzare
un interruttore dierenziale / salvavita (RCD).
L´interruttore dierenziale riduce il rischio di scosse
elettriche.
3.2 Sicurezza sull´ambiente di lavoro
a) Mantenere l´ambiente di lavoro pulito
e ben illuminato. Un ambiente di lavoro disordinato
e con scarsa illuminazione può aumentare il rischio
d´incidenti. Durante l´impiego del dispositivo
prestare la massima attenzione e ricorrere sempre al
buon senso.
b) Non utilizzare il dispositivo in ambienti a elevato
rischio di esplosioni come in presenza di liquidi,
polveri o gas inammabili. Questo dispositivo
potrebbe generare scintille. Le scintille a contatto
con la polvere o il vapore potrebbero provocare
incendi.
c) In caso di guasti o difetti spegnere immediatamente
il dispositivo e segnalare il problema a personale
qualicato.
d) Se non si è sicuri del corretto funzionamento
del dispositivo rivolgersi al Servizio Clienti del
produttore.
e) Soltanto i tecnici del Servizio Clienti del produttore
sono autorizzati a riparare il dispositivo. Non riparare
il dispositivo autonomamente!
3.3 SICUREZZA DELLE PERSONE
a) Non è permesso l‘uso del dispositivo in stato di
aaticamento, malattia, sotto l‘inuenza di alcol,
droghe o farmaci. Queste condizioni potrebbero
limitare la capacità di attenzione e concentrazione.
b) Prestare il massimo dell´attenzione e usare sempre
il buon senso durante l´utilizzo del dispositivo. È
suciente un momento di disattenzione durante
l´utilizzo del dispositivo per correre il rischio di gravi
lesioni.
c) Per evitare la messa in funzione accidentale
del dispositivo, prima di collegare la spina di
alimentazione alla presa, accertarsi che l´interruttore
di accensione sul dispositivo non sia azionato.
d) Non indossare vestiti larghi o gioielli. Mantenere
i capelli, gli indumenti e i guanti lontano dalle
componenti in movimento del dispositivo. Vestiti
larghi, gioielli o capelli lunghi possono impigliarsi
nelle componenti in movimento del dispositivo.
3.4 Utilizzo sicuro del dispositivo
a) Non surriscaldare il dispositivo. Utilizzare
attrezzature adeguate al tipo di impiego. Un utilizzo
corretto del dispositivo consente di ottenere migliori
risultati.
b) Non utilizzare il dispositivo se l‘interruttore ON/
OFF non funziona correttamente. Dispositivi che
non rispondono ai comandi degli interruttori sono
pericolosi e devono essere dunque riparati.
c) Prima di impiegare o sostituire gli accessori staccare
la spina dalla presa. Queste misure di sicurezza
riducono il rischio di una messa in moto accidentale
del dispositivo.
d) Gli utensili inutilizzati devono essere tenuti fuori
dalla portata dei bambini e delle persone che
non hanno familiarità con il dispositivo e che non
hanno letto questo manuale. Nelle mani di persone
inesperte questo dispositivo può essere pericoloso.
e) Mantenere il dispositivo in perfette condizioni. Prima
dell´utilizzo assicurarsi che il dispositivo non presenti
componenti danneggiate e che le parti mobili
funzionino correttamente (qualsiasi guasto o difetto
potrebbe compromettere la sicurezza dell´utente).
Se il dispositivo è danneggiato è necessario ripararlo
prima dell´utilizzo.
f) La riparazione e la manutenzione del dispositivo
devono essere eseguite esclusivamente da personale
qualicato e impiegando soltanto parti di ricambio
originali. Ciò rende questa macchina per granite un
dispositivo sicuro.
g) Per garantirne il corretto funzionamento non
rimuovere le componenti e le viti assemblate
durante il processo di fabbricazione del dispositivo.
h) Durante il trasporto assicurarsi di rispettare le
normative in materia di sicurezza e igiene vigenti nel
Paese in cui si utilizza questo dispositivo.
i) Evitare situazioni per cui il dispositivo se viene
sovraccaricato si arresta. Ciò può causare il
surriscaldamento dei suoi componenti, nonchè
danneggiare il dispositivo.
j) Non toccare nessuna parte mobile o accessorio
senza aver prima scollegato il dispositivo dalla presa
elettrica.
k) Fare attenzione anchè il dispositivo non produca
ghiaccio eccessivamente. Diversamente l´agitatore
potrebbe danneggiarsi e non ruotare corretamente.
Spegnere il dispositivo e attendere che il ghiaccio
si sciolga. Diversamente il dispositivo potrebbe
danneggiarsi.
l) Non trasportare il dispositivo dal contenitore,
l´erogatore o altre parti simili. Trasportare il
dispositivo mantenendolo da sotto.
m) Non spostare o trasportare il dispositivo quando è in
funzione.
n) Per la pulizia non utilizzare idropulitrici. Non
spruzzare acqua sul dispositivo.
o) Non inclinare più di 10° la supercie su cui
posizionare il dispositivo.
p) Non introdurre niente nel rubinetto.
q) Non eccedere la capacità massima dei contenitori.
Ricordarsi che l´acqua congelata aumenta di volume.
4. Modalità d‘uso
La macchina per granite è stata concepita per preparare
bevande fresche come creme al caè, cappuccino, yogurt,
cocktail, gelato o granite.
L‘utente è il solo e unico responsabile dei danni causati
da un utilizzo improprio del dispositivo.
4.1 Descrizione del dispositivo

amme solo estintori a polvere o ad anidride

1. DESCRIZIONE GENERALE
Questo manuale è stato pensato per consentire di
utilizzare il dispositivo in tutta sicurezza. Il prodotto è stato
progettato e fabbricato seguendo rigorose speciche
tecniche e ricorrendo alle più recenti tecnologie.Tutte le
fasi del processo produttivo sono state eseguite nel pieno
rispetto di elevati standard qualitativi.

Montaggio del dispositivo
1. Rimuovere l´imballaggio dal dispositivo.
2. Prima di ogni utilizzo pulire l´intero dispositivo.
3. Posizionare il dispositivo su un`apposita supercie.
4. Inserire la vaschetta raccogligocce nel dispositivo.
4.3 Utilizzo del dispositivo
Produzione granita e bevande fredde:
1. Preparare il prodotto da rareddare o congelare
secondo le indicazioni fornite dal produttore (ad
es. nell’istruzione del concentrato al granitore si
consiglia il rapporto 1: 7, occorre misurare 1 unità di
concentrato sul granitore e 7 misure d‘acqua).
2. Sbloccare la protezione del coperchio esterno
situato sul retro; quindi rimuovere il coperchio.
3. Rimuovere il coperchio interno.
4. Versare la miscela da rareddare/congelare.
5. Chiudere il coperchio e bloccare il coperchio esterno.
ATTENZIONE! La macchina per granite è dotata di un
dispositivo di sicurezza. Se il coperchio non è stato chiuso
o bloccato correttamente, il dispositivo non funziona!
6. Collegare il dispositivo alla presa elettrica.
7. Posizionare l´interruttore 3a e 3b in posizione ON.
8. Azionare l´interruttore di alimentazione nel pannello
di controllo.
9. Selezionare la modalità di funzionamento in base al
prodotto e ai risultati desiderati.
10. Attendere che il prodotto abbia raggiunto la
temperatura o la consistenza desiderata.
11. Il prodotto nito può essere erogato in appositi
contenitori, come coppette. Per l´erogazione spingere
la leva nella propria direzione. Per facilitare il dosaggio
si consiglia di utilizzare la funzione „DISP“.
12. Dopo l´utilizzo, pulire sempre il dispositivo.
IMPORTANTE! Il gelato e le bevande congelate aumentano
di volume. Fare attenzione a non superare l‘altezza
massima di riempimento del contenitore. Si consiglia di
calcolare la variazione di volume del prodotto versato nel
contenitore, quando si passa dallo stato liquido a quello
solido. In questo modo è possibile adattare il contenuto
del contenitore e versare una quantità di prodotto
proporzionalmente inferiore.
Utilizzo del pannello di controllo
• Per attivare il pannello di controllo premere il tasto
„POWER“. Per attivare il pannello di controllo, il
dispositivo deve essere acceso (interruttore 3a in
posizione ON).
• Per selezionare la modalità prescelta, premere il
tasto „MODE“. Il diodo corrispondente alla modalità
prescelta inizia a lampeggiare.
• Premendo il tasto „DISP“ si accede alla modalità di
dosaggio secondo il tempo predenito. Trascorso
un determinato lasso di tempo (countdown del
tempo indicato sul display) il dispositivo ritorna nella
modalità precedentemente impostata, ad esempio
„Eiscreme“.
• Premere il tasto „SET“ per accedere alla modalità
impostazioni. Accedendo alla modalità impostazioni non
si interferisce sulla modalità di funzionamento corrente.

4.2 Preparazione all‘uso
Posizionare il dispositivo su una supercie adeguatamente
ampia. Riporre l‘apparecchio su superci piane, asciutte
e resistenti al calore. Il piano di lavoro deve avere anche
un‘altezza adeguata. Non inclinare la supercie su cui
poggia il dispositivo di più di 10°. Utilizzare il dispositivo
soltanto in ambienti chiusi. La temperatura di stoccaggio
deve essere compresa tra 0 e 40 °C. La temperatura
dell´ambiente circostante dovrebbe essere di 24-32°C.
Prima del primo utilizzo rimuovere tutti i componenti
e pulirli insieme al dispositivo.
ATTENZIONE! Non immergere il dispositivo nell´acqua.
Non spruzzare acqua sul dispositivo.

2. Rimuovere entrambe le viti sulla parte anteriore del
contenitore situate vicino al rubinetto.
3. Rimuovere l´accessorio che forma il ghiaccio.
4. Rimuovere il contenitore sollevando la leva dalla
parte anteriore. Quindi estrarre il contenitore verso
di sè.
5. Svitare il dado madre che mantiene l´agitatore.
Quindi rimuovere l´agitatore e successivamente
la guarnizione (le guarnizioni) situate nella parte
anteriore e posteriore dell´evaporatore.
IMPORTANTE! Per ridurre il rischio di proliferazioni
batteriche, rimuovere tutte le guarnizioni durante le
operazioni di pulizia.
I parametri disponibili sono consultabili nella seguente
tabella. Premere il tasto „MODE“ per modicare le
impostazioni e selezionare la modalità prescelta. Il diodo
corrispondente alla modalità prescelta inizia a lampeggiare.
Il display che indica la velocità inizia a lampeggiare
– impostare il valore dei parametri utilizzando i tasti
„ADD“ e „SUB“. Per accedere e impostare i parametri di
temperatura (o il tempo per la „funzione di erogazione“),
premere una volta il tasto „SET“. Per salvare le impostazioni,
attendere 10 secondi.

Dopo aver scelto il programma, si consiglia di impostare la
temperatura più alta possibile e di abbassarla gradualmente
no ad ottenere la consistenza e la temperatura desiderate.
4.4 Pulizia e manutenzione
• Prima di compiere le operazioni di pulizia,
manutenzione o riparazione e quando non si utilizza
il dispositivo, scollegare la spina dalla rete elettrica
e lasciar rareddare il dispositivo a temperatura
ambiente.
• Non spruzzare acqua sul dispositivo e non bagnare le
sue componenti elettriche.
• Per impedire la formazione di batteri nel dispositivo,
impiegare per la pulizia soltanto detersivi
appositamente pensati per il contatto con superci
di plastica e adatti per le attrezzature destinate
a contenere alimenti.
• Non pulire mai le componenti del dispositivo in
lavastoviglie. Diversamente le componenti del
dispositivo potrebbero danneggiarsi.
• Non impiegare mai per la pulizia disinfettanti
o detersivi aggressivi che potrebbero corrodere il
dispositivo.
• Pulire e disinfettare a fondo il dispositivo
regolarmente.
• Se non si utilizza il dispositivo, smontarlo e pulirlo;
quindi asciugarlo. Conservare il dispositivo in un luogo
fresco, asciutto, non umido e lontano dall‘esposizione
diretta ai raggi solari.
• Si consiglia di pulire e disinfettare il dispositivo ogni
giorno e con la frequenza richiesta dalle norme
vigenti nel luogo d´utilizzo del dispositivo.
• ATTENZIONE! Per eseguire correttamente la pulizia
e la disinfezione del dispositivo, prima di compiere
queste operazioni, la persona addetta dovrebbe
lavarsi e disinfettarsi le mani.
Pulizia automatica del dispositivo:
1. Svuotare il contenitore del dispositivo.
2. Sbloccare la protezione del coperchio esterno situata
sul retro.
3. Rimuovere il coperchio esterno e successivamente il
coperchio interno.
4. Versare acqua tiepida nel contenitore.
5. Reinserire entrambi i coperchi nel dispositivo. Se
i coperchi non sono stati reinseriti, il dispositivo non
si accende.
6. Accendere il dispositivo con il tasto 3a; Non azionare
ancora la funzione di rareddamento (tasto 3b).
7. Attivare la modalità „Wash“ con il tasto „MODE“.
8. Lasciare il dispositivo per qualche minuto in modalità
„Wash“.
9. Rimuovere l´acqua sporca dal contenitore attraverso
il rubinetto. Per risciacquare a fondo il dispositivo,
eseguire queste operazioni più volte. Ripetere
questa operazione no a quando dal dispositivo non
fuoriesce acqua pulita.
10. Svuotare il dispositivo. Quindi rimuovere l´acqua,
spegnere il dispositivo e scollegarlo dalla rete
elettrica.
11. Rimuovere entrambi i coperchi e lasciarli asciugare.
Pulizia
1. Per la pulizia del dispositivo seguire le seguenti
istruzioni.

6. Rimuovere il rubinetto. Allentare il dado madre
dal mandrino che mantiene in posizione la leva.
Rimuovere il mandrino ed estrarre il pistone
dall´ugello. Si consiglia di immergere i perni insieme
a un disinfettante adatto per la pulizia di superci
a contatto con gli alimenti. Quindi seguire le
istruzioni fornite dal produttore del disinfettante.
7. Rimuovere la vaschetta raccogligocce.
8. Pulire l´evaporatore con un panno morbido
e asciugarlo accuratamente.
9. Lavare tutte le parti del dispositivo che potrebbero
venire a contatto con bevande o ghiaccio. Per la
pulizia si consiglia di utilizzare un detersivo adatto
per le superci che vengono a contatto con gli
alimenti. Dopo l´impiego dei detersivi sciacquare
le componenti rimosse con acqua e pulire le parti
rimaste nel dispositivo con una spugna imbevuta
d´acqua.
10. Dopo aver pulito e asciugato il dispositivo,
rimontarlo seguendo l´ordine inverso eseguito per
smontarlo. Per facilitare il montaggio, utilizzare per
le guarnizioni un lubricante adatto per alimenti.
11. Pulire regolarmente le aperture di aerazione del
dispositivo con un pennello o una spazzola. Non
bloccare le aperture di aerazione.
a. Spegnere il dispositivo e scollegarlo dalla rete
elettrica.
b. Serrare le viti situate sul retro dell´alloggiamento del
dispositivo e rimuovere l´elemento svitato.
c. Utilizzare un´aspirapolvere per rimuovere la polvere
dal condensatore.
ATTENZIONE! Non utilizzare mai un cacciavite o un
oggetto appuntito per pulire il condensatore.
d. Serrare nuovamente l´elemento smontato.
Disinfezione
Si consiglia di ripetere il lavaggio con acqua calda (circa 40
°C) e un disinfettante adatto per alimenti.
IMPORTANTE: Non immergere le parti nel disinfettante per
più di 15 minuti.
Dopo il lavaggio e/o la disinfezione lasciare asciugare tutte
le parti.
Sostituzione delle guarnizioni
Sostituire tutte le guarnizioni che mostrano segni di usura
o perdite.
Manutenzione
Una manutenzione particolarmente accurata dovrebbe
essere eseguita dal Sevizio Clienti del produttore.
Si consiglia di eseguire una manutenzione accurata una
volta al mese. Pulire quindi le parti interne del dispositivo
e soprattutto il condensatore. Pulire il condensatore con
una spazzola.
Stoccaggio del dispositivo in inverno o in ambienti con
basse temperature.
1. Scollegare il dispositivo dalla rete elettrica.
2. Smontare, pulire e disinfettare tutte le parti che sono
entrate in contatto con le bevande e la granita.
3. Pulire tutti i componenti esterni del dispositivo.
4. Asciugare tutte le parti del dispositivo.
5. Riassemblare tutte le parti del dispositivo.
6. Reinserire il dispositivo nell´imballaggio originale
o coprirlo in modo da proteggerlo dalla polvere e da
altre impurità.
7. Posizionare il dispositivo in un ambiente asciutto
e fresco, non esposto alla luce del sole.

DATOS TÉCNICOS
Conceptos como „aparato“ o „producto“ en las advertencias
y descripciones de este manual se reeren a la máquina de
granizados. No utilizar el aparato en locales con humedad
muy elevada o en las inmediaciones de depósitos de agua.
No permita que el aparato se moje. ¡Peligro de
electrocución! No cubra las entradas ni las salidas de aire.
¡No coloque las manos ni otros objetos sobre el aparato en
funcionamiento!
3.1 Seguridad eléctrica
a) La clavija del aparato debe ser compatible con el
enchufe. No cambie la clavija bajo ningún concepto.
Las clavijas originales y los enchufes apropiados
disminuyen el riesgo de descarga eléctrica.
b) Evite tocar componentes conectados a tierra, como
tuberías, radiadores, hornos y refrigeradores. Existe
un mayor riesgo de descarga eléctrica si su cuerpo
está conectado a tierra mediante supercies mojadas
o en ambientes húmedos. Si entrara agua en el
aparato aumentaría el riesgo de daños y descargas
eléctricas.
c) No utilice el cable de manera inadecuada. Nunca tire
de él para desplazar el aparato o para desconectarlo
del enchufe. Por favor, mantenga el cable alejado
de bordes alados, aceite, calor o aparatos en
movimiento. Los cables dañados o soldados
aumentan el riesgo de descargas eléctricas.
d) En caso de no poder evitar que el aparato se utilice
en un entorno húmedo, utilice un interruptor de
corriente residual (RCD). Con este RCD reduce el
peligro de descargas eléctricas.
3.2 Seguridad en el puesto de trabajo
a) Mantenga el lugar de trabajo limpio y bien iluminado.
El desorden o la mala iluminación pueden provocar
accidentes. Tenga cuidado, preste atención al trabajo
que está realizando y use el sentido común cuando
utilice el dispositivo.
b) No utilice el aparato en atmósferas potencialmente
explosivas, p. ej. en la cercanía de líquidos,
gases o polvo inamables. Bajo determinadas
circunstancias, los aparatos generan chispas que
pueden inamar polvo o vapores circundantes.
c) En caso de avería o mal funcionamiento, apague el
aparato y contacte con el servicio técnico autorizado.
d) Si no está seguro de que la unidad funcione
correctamente, póngase en contacto con el servicio
técnico del fabricante.
e) Las reparaciones solo pueden ser realizadas por
el servicio técnico del fabricante. ¡No realice
reparaciones por su cuenta!
f) En caso de incendio, utilizar únicamente extintores
de polvo o dióxido de carbono (CO2) para apagar el
aparato.

Asimismo, asegúrese que la supercie sea resistente al
calor. La supercie sobre la que se asiente el aparato no
debe tener una inclinación superior a 10°. El aparato ha
sido diseñado para uso en interiores. La temperatura del
almacenaje debe estar entre 0 y 40 °C. La temperatura
ambiente recomendada para el equipo está entre 24
y 32°C. Antes del primer uso, desmonte el aparato y limpie
todas sus piezas.
¡ATENCIÓN! Se prohíbe sumergir el equipo en agua
o rociarlo con líquido. ¡ATENCIÓN! Se prohíbe encender
el aparato con el contenedor vacío. ¡ATENCIÓN! Limpie el
equipo regularmente, para evitar impurezas y depósitos
permanentes.
Montaje del equipo
1. Desembale la totalidad del aparato.
2. Limpie la totalidad del aparato antes de su uso.
3. Coloque el equipo sobre una supercie apropiada.
4. Instale la bandeja recogegotas en el equipo.
4.3 Manejo del aparato
Elaboración de helado y bebidas frías:
1. Prepare el producto para enfriar conforme
a las indicaciones del fabricante (por ejemplo, si se
recomienda una proporción de 1: 7 en las instrucciones
de concentrado a granulador, se debe medir 1 medida
de concentrado y 7 medidas de agua).
2. Suelte la protección de la cubierta externa que se
encuentra en la parte posterior y retire la cubierta.
3. Retire la cubierta interna.
4. Vierta la mezcla para enfriar / congelar.
5. Cierre las cubiertas y je la protección externa.
¡ATENCIÓN! El equipo dispone de un dispositivo
de seguridad. ¡Si la cubierta no está correctamente
cerrada el aparato no funciona!
6. Conecte el aparato a la red eléctrica.
7. Coloque los interruptores 3a y 3b en ON.
8. Accione el interruptor de encendido en el panel de
control.
9. Seleccione el modo de funcionamiento apropiado
para el producto introducido y el resultado deseado.
10. Espere hasta que el producto haya adquirido la
temperatura o consistencia deseada.
11. Servir el producto elaborado (mediante el

la dosicación se recomienda utilizar la función „DISP“.
12. Lave siempre el aparato después de utilización.
¡ADVERTENCIA!: Los líquidos se dilatan al congelarse.
Tenga cuidado de no exceder el nivel máximo de llenado
del tanque. Se recomienda medir el cambio de volumen de
la mezcla (de líquido a hielo) a partir de la cual se desea
elaborar el producto nal. Adapte la cantidad de llenado
introduciendo un volumen inferior al que correspondería
al producto nal.
Uso del panel de control
• El panel de control se activa presionando la tecla
„POWER“. Para activar el panel de control el aparato
debe estar encendido (tecla 3a en posición ON).
• Para seleccionar el modo de funcionamiento
presione la tecla „MODE“. El diodo del modo de
funcionamiento correspondiente se enciende.
• Presionando la tecla „DISP“ se entra en el modo
dosicación para el ajuste del tiempo deseado.

funcionamiento del tipo de elaboración de helado
soft, por ejemplo, helado italiano
J. Granita – este diodo informa sobre el proceso de
producción de la crema con estructura cristalina, por
ejemplo, granizada
K. Chill – este diodo informa sobre el proceso de
producción de bebidas frías
L. Cocktail – diodo que informa sobre el proceso en
modo de cocktail frío
M. Wash – diodo, que informa sobre el proceso de
limpieza automática del aparato (solo funciona el
mezclado)
N. Dispensing – diodo que informa sobre el proceso en
modo de dosicación (activado, si los ajustes para
el modo de dosicación están seleccionadas y si el
modo de dosicación se ha seleccionado con la tecla
apropiada)
4.2 Preparación para la puesta en marcha
El equipo se debe instalar en una supercie de trabajo
que tenga por lo menos las mismas dimensiones que
el dispositivo. La supercie de trabajo debe ser plana,
seca y debe de tener una altura que permita trabajar
cómodamente.

3.3 Seguridad personal
a) No está permitido utilizar el aparato en estado de
fatiga, enfermedad, bajo la inuencia del alcohol,
drogas o medicamentos, ya que estos limitan la
capacidad de manejo del aparato.
b) Actúe con precaución y use el sentido común
cuando maneje este producto. La más breve falta de
atención durante el trabajo puede causar lesiones
graves.
c) Para evitar una puesta en marcha accidental,
asegúrese de que el interruptor esté apagado antes
de conectarlo a una fuente de alimentación.
d) No utilice ropa holgada o adornos, tales como joyas.
Mantenga el cabello, la ropa y los guantes alejados
de las piezas móviles. La ropa holgada, las joyas o el
cabello largo pueden quedar atrapados en las piezas
móviles.
3.4 Manejo seguro del aparato
a) No permita que el aparato se sobrecaliente. Utilice
las herramientas apropiadas para cada trabajo.
Debe seleccionarse el aparato adecuado para cada
aplicación y utilizarse conforme al n para el que
ha sido diseñado, para conseguir así los mejores
resultados.
b) No utilice la unidad si el interruptor ON/OFF no
funcionara correctamente (no encendiera o apagara).
Los aparatos que no pueden ser controlados por
interruptores son peligrosos, pueden y deben ser
reparados.
c) Antes de ajustar o cambiar accesorios, o desmontar
herramientas, desconecte el enchufe de la toma
de corriente. Estas medidas preventivas reducen el
riesgo de una puesta en marcha accidental.
d) Mantenga las herramientas fuera del alcance de los
niños y de las personas que no estén familiarizadas
con el equipo en sí o no hayan recibido instrucciones
pertinentes para su uso. En manos de personas
inexpertas este equipo puede representar un
peligro.
e) Mantenga el aparato en perfecto estado
de funcionamiento. Antes de cada trabajo,
compruébelo en busca de daños generales o en
piezas móviles (fractura de piezas y componentes
u otras condiciones que puedan perjudicar el
funcionamiento seguro de la máquina). En caso de
daños, el aparato debe ser reparado antes de volver
a ponerse en funcionamiento.
f) La reparación y el mantenimiento de los equipos
solo pueden ser realizados por personal cualicado
y siempre empleando piezas de repuesto originales.
Esto garantiza la seguridad durante el uso.
g) A n de asegurar la integridad operativa del
dispositivo, no se deben retirar las cubiertas o los
tornillos instalados de fábrica.
h) Al transportar o trasladar el equipo desde su lugar
de almacenamiento hasta su lugar de utilización,
se observarán los requisitos de seguridad e higiene
para la manipulación manual en el país en que se
utilice el equipo.
i) Evite situaciones en las que el aparato haya
de trabajar en exceso. Esto podría ocasionar el
sobrecalentamiento de sus componentes y, con ello,
daños en el equipo.
j) No toque ninguna pieza móvil o accesorio a menos
que el aparato haya sido desconectado de la
corriente.
k) Debe controlarse que el aparato no produzca
demasiado hielo, ya que esto podría impedir la
rotación del mezclador. En este caso, deberá apagar
el aparato y esperar hasta que el hielo se derrita. De
otra forma, podría dañarse la máquina.
l) Para transportar el aparato, nunca sujetar por el
tanque, el grifo u otras piezas. La máquina solamente
debe transportarse sosteniendo por la parte inferior
de la base.
m) No mueva ni transporte la máquina mientras esté en
funcionamiento.
n) El aparato no se puede limpiar con un dispositivo de
aire a presión ni puede rociarse con agua.
o) La supercie sobre la que se asiente el aparato no
debe tener una inclinación superior a 10 °.
p) No introduzca nada en el grifo del aparato.
q) No está permitido superar la capacidad máxima del
contenedor. Además, hay que tener en cuenta que el
líquido se expande conforme se congela.
4. Instrucciones de uso
La máquina para granizados está concebida para la
elaboración de bebidas frías como café helado, yogurt,
cappuccino o cocktails, así como para granizadas o helado
soft (suave).
El usuario es responsable de los daños derivados de un
uso inadecuado del aparato.
4.1 Descrizione del dispositivo

g) Se prohíbe la presencia de niños y personas no
autorizadas en el lugar de trabajo (la falta de
atención puede llevar a la pérdida de control del
equipo).

6. Desmonte el grifo de vaciado. Aoje la tuerca del
eje que mantiene la palanca en su posición, retire
el eje y extraiga el émbolo del conducto del grifo.
Se recomienda introducir las piezas del grifo en un
líquido desinfectante apropiado para supercies
que estén en contacto con alimentos. El baño
desinfectante ha de llevarse a cabo conforme a las
instrucciones del fabricante.
7. Retire las bandejas recogegotas.
8. Limpie el vaporizador con un paño suave
humedecido y séquelo bien.
9. Lave todas las piezas del aparato que hayan podido
entrar en contacto con bebidas o helados. Para ello
se recomienda un detergente suave apropiado para
la limpieza de supercies que estén en contacto con
alimentos. Enjuague después todas estas piezas
extraíbles y limpie las piezas que han quedado
jadas al aparato con una esponja mojada en agua.
10. Vuelva a montar el aparato ya limpio y seco en
orden inverso a como lo ha desmontado. Para
facilitar el montaje utilice un lubricante apto para
estar en contacto con alimentos en las juntas y en
los elementos que no puedan superponerse.
11. Limpie regularmente las aberturas de ventilación con
un pincel o escobilla. Las aberturas de la ventilación
no pueden estar bloqueadas.
a. Apague el aparato y desconéctelo de la red eléctrica.
b. Retire los tornillos de la parte trasera de la carcasa
y retire el elemento desatornillado.
c. Utilice una aspiradora para retirar el polvo del
condensador.
¡ATENCIÓN! Nunca utilice un destornillador ni un
objeto alado para limpiar el condensador.
d. Vuelva a atornillar el elemento desmontado.
Desinfección
Se recomienda repetir el proceso de enjuague con agua
caliente (aprox. 40 °C) y desinfectante apropiado para
elementos que estén en contacto con alimentos.
ADVERTENCIA: No sumerja las piezas en un desinfectante
durante más de 15 minutos.
Deje secar los componentes de aparato después de la
limpieza y/o desinfección.
Sustitución de juntas
Sustituya todas las juntas que presenten signos de
desgaste o fugas.
Mantenimiento especial
Reparaciones o un mantenimiento especial deben llevarse
a cabo únicamente por el servicio técnico del fabricante.
Se recomienda llevar a cabo un mantenimiento riguroso
una vez al mes, en el que han de limpiarse las piezas
interiores del aparato, especialmente el condensador. El
condensador se debe limpiar con un cepillo.
Almacenaje del equipo durante el invierno o expuesto
a bajas temperaturas.
1. ¡Desconecte el equipo de la fuente de alimentación!
2. Desmonte, limpie y desinfecte todas las piezas que
entren en contacto con las bebidas y/o el helado.
3. Limpie todos los componentes externos del aparato.
4. Seque todas las piezas del aparato.
5. Volver a montar la totalidad del aparato.
6. Introduzca el aparato en su embalaje original
o cúbralo para mantenerlo protegido del polvo
y otras impurezas.
7. Almacene el aparato en un lugar seco, fresco
y protegido de la radiación solar.

2. Retire los dos tornillos en la parte delantera del
tanque que se encuentran cerca del grifo.
3. Retire los accesorios para la elaboración de helado.
4. Extraiga el contenedor elevando la parte delantera
de los ganchos y tirando del tanque hacia adelante.
5. Desenrosque la tuerca que ja el mezclador. Retire
esta y después la junta anterior y posterior del
vaporizador.
¡ADVERTENCIA!: Al limpiar retire todas las juntas para
evitar el peligro de proliferación de bacterias.

Después de unos momentos (cuenta atrás del
tiempo en el indicador de tiempo), el aparato vuelve
al modo de funcionamiento, por ejemplo, „Eiscreme“.
• Presionando la tecla „SET“ se accede al modo de
ajustes. El acceso al modo de ajustes no interere con
en el funcionamiento del aparato en ese momento.
Los parámetros ajustables se encuentran en la siguiente
tabla. El modo en el que el usuario desea cambiar los
ajustes ha de seleccionarse con la tecla „MODE“. El diodo
del modo de funcionamiento correspondiente se enciende.
El aviso en el indicador de velocidad parpadea – introduzca
el valor deseado con las teclas „ADD“ y „SUB“. Para acceder
a los ajustes de temperatura (o de tiempo para la función
de dispensador) presione una vez la tecla „SET“.
Para memorizar los ajuste espere 10 segundos.

Al seleccionar el programa, se recomienda establecer la
temperatura más alta posible y bajarla gradualmente hasta
obtener la consistencia y temperatura deseadas.
4.4 Limpieza y mantenimiento
• Antes de cada limpieza, mantenimiento o reparación
y en caso de que no vaya a utilizar el equipo,
desconéctelo de la red eléctrica y déjelo enfriar
a temperatura ambiente.
• No rocíe el aparato con agua y no permita que los
componentes eléctricos del aparato se mojen.
• Para impedir la proliferación de bacterias en el
aparato, utilice productos de limpieza especiales para
supercies de plástico que estén en contacto con
alimentos.
• Nunca limpie la máquina ni sus componentes con
ayuda de una máquina lavavajillas, ya que esto podría
dañarlos.
• Nunca utilice desinfectantes agresivos ni productos
corrosivos para la limpieza.
• Es necesario limpiar y desinfectar el aparato
regularmente y a fondo
• En caso de que el aparato no esté en uso, este
debe desmontarse, limpiarse y secarse. Almacene el
aparato en un lugar seco, fresco y protegido de la
humedad y la radiación solar directa.
• Se recomienda limpiar y desinfectar a diario, además
de tan frecuentemente como lo estipulen las leyes
y normas vigentes para este tipo de aparatos en el
país correspondiente.
• ¡ATENCIÓN! Para lograr una limpieza y desinfección
apropiadas, la persona que realice esta operación
debe haberse lavado y desinfectado las manos
a fondo previamente.
3. Retire la cubierta exterior y después la interior.
4. Vierta agua templada en el contenedor.
5. Vuelva a montar las dos cubiertas del aparato. El
aparato no se encenderá si las cubiertas no han sido
colocadas correctamente.
6. Encienda el equipo con el interruptor 3a; no encienda
todavía el frío (mando 3b)
7. Active el modo „Wash“ (limpieza) con la tecla
„MODE“.
8. Deje trabajar al aparato unos minutos en modo
„Wash“.
9. Extraiga el agua sucia del tanque mediante el
grifo de vaciado. Repita este proceso varias veces
para enjuagar a fondo el aparato. Repita este
procedimiento hasta que solamente salga agua
limpia del aparato.
10. Vacíe entonces el contenedor de agua, apague el
aparato y desenchufe de la corriente eléctrica.
11. Retire ambas cubiertas del aparato y déjelo secar.
