Voraussetzung für den Einbau und Einstellung des Rückmeldepotentiometers
Pre-conditions required for installation and adjustment of the feedback potentiometer
Conditions préalables pour l´installation et le réglage du potentiomètre de recopie
-der Stellantrieb muss vollständig auf das Regelventil aufgebaut und eingestellt sein
-the actuator must be mounted and adjusted on the control valve.
-le servomoteur doit être monté et ajusté sur la vanne de contrôle.
Abstandsbolzen (Stellantrieb) mit Ventildeckel verbinden.
Fasten the actuator to the valve bonnet using the pillars.
Connecter entretoise (servomoteur) et couvercle de la vanne
Antriebsspindel mit Ventil (Kegelstange) verbinden.
Connect the valve plug to the actuator spindle using the connecting piece as shown.
Connecter la bielle de commande avec la vanne (tige de clapet).
Endschalter (AUF/ ZU) vom Stellantrieb auf Nenn-Hub vom Regelventil einstellen.
d.h. Antrieb muss in den Endlagen sicher abschalten.
Abschaltart beachten!(Weg oder Kraft)
Set the limit switches to the real stroke of the control valve
i.e. It must be certain that the actuator switches off when the end position has been
reached.
pls. note cut off modes (limit or torque switch)
Régler les interrupteurs de fin de course de la vanne de contrôle, c.-à-d. on doit être
certain que le servomoteur se désactive lorsque la position finale a été atteinte.
Respecter le processus de mise hors tension (interrupteur de fin de course ou
limiteur de couple)

Kunststoffdistanzscheibe auf Potentiometerachse schieben.

First place the washer over the thread, then place the nut on
the thread and turn 1 complete time. Push the plastic
distance ring on the potentiometer shaft. as shown
Positionner l´écrou de fixation et la rondelle. Pousser la
rondelle d´écartement sur l´arbre du potentiomètre. Voir
illustration.
das ausgewählte Ritzel (bezüglich Nenn-Hub
des Regelventils)auf Potentiometerachse stecken.
Push the correct pinion on the potentiometer shaft.
Ficher le pignon sélectionné (selon la course nominale de la
vanne de contrôle) sur l´axe du potentiomètre.

Potentiometer in Befestigungsführung schieben
Install the potentiometer into the mounting bracket
as shown
Installer le potentiomètre dans le support de montage
comme illustré ci-contre.
Potentiometerritzel und Zahnrad formschlüssig
zusammenführen. (nicht anpressen)
Potentiometer mit Befestigungsmutter fixieren.
Make sure that the teeth on the pinion mesh with the teeth
on the gear wheel.
Do not exert any extra force on the potentiometer.
Connecter le pignon du potentiomètre et la roue
d´engrenage à la forme finale. (ne pas forcer!)
Brider le potentiomètre à l´aide des boulons de fixation.

Stellantrieb in Endlage 0% Hub fahren.
Drive the actuator in 0% stroke position as shown.
Amener le servomoteur à la position de course finale 0%.

Anfangswiderstand einstellen (0% Hub)
Potentiometerachse (nicht Ritzel) drehen bis
der Widerstand gemessen zwischen der grauen und roten
Ader 100Ω±20Ωbeträgt.
Adjust the potentiometer resistance when the actuator stroke
is at 0%.
Rotate the potentiometer shaft (not the pinion)
until the value measured between the grey and red wire
shows 100Ω±20Ω.
Régler la résistance initiale (course 0 %).
Faire pivoter l´arbre du potentiomètre (pas le pignon)
jusqu´à ce que la valeur de résistance mesurée entre les fils
gris et rouges soit d´environ 100Ω±20Ω.

Fixierung der Potentiometerachse mit den beiliegenden
Sicherungsringen. siehe Bild
Fix the potentiometer pinion to the shaft using the locking
rings provided.
Bridage de l´arbre du potentiomètre à l´aide des bagues de
retenue fournies. Voir illustration.
Antrieb in Endlage 100% fahren
Drive the actuator to the 100% stroke position as shown.
Amener le servomoteur à la position finale 100%.

Endwiderstand in Endlage 100% Hub prüfen.
Der Wert gemessen zwischen der roten und grauen Ader
muss während der Fahrt in die Endlage 100% Hub
kontinuierlich steigen.
Der Endwert sollte ca. 500Ω-950Ωbetragen.
Check resistance while the actuator is being driven to the
100% position.
The value measured between the red and grey wire should
rise steadily.When the actuator reaches 100% stroke the
value should be approx.500Ω-950Ω.
Vérifier la résistance finale lorsque le servomoteur est
amené à la position 100%.
La valeur mesurée entre les fils rouge et gris devrait
augmenter constamment jusqu´à ce que le servomoteur
atteigne la position 100%. La valeur finale devrait se situer
entre 500Ωet 950Ω.
Potentiometer gemäß Anschlussplan anschließen.
Connect the potentiometer according to the valid wiring
diagram.
Connecter le potentiomètre selon le diagramme électrique
fourni.

Voraussetzung für den Einbau und Einstellung des Rückmeldepotentiometers

Conditions préalables pour l´installation et le réglage du potentiomètre de recopie
-der Stellantrieb muss vollständig auf das Regelventil aufgebaut und eingestellt sein

-le servomoteur doit être monté et ajusté sur la vanne de contrôle

Befestigungsschraube von Getriebekasten
lösen und entfernen.
Loosen the mounting bolt of the gear box and remove the
bolt.
Desserrer la vis de fixation de la boîte d´engrenage et la
retirer.
Befestigungswinkel ausrichten und festschrauben.
Install the mounting bracket and tighten the mounting bolt.
Régler l´équerre de fixation et la brider.

Potentiometer in Befestigungsführung schieben
Install the potentiometer into the mounting bracket as
shown.
Installer le potentiomètre dans le support de montage

Potentiometer befestigen.
Ritzel und Zahnstange(Endschalterführung)
formschlüssig verbinden.-> nicht anpressen!
Potentiometer mit Befestigungsschraube fixieren
Mount the Potentiometer using the nut provided. Make sure
the teeth on the pinion mesh with the teeth on the gear rack
(cam-plate). Do not exert any extra force onthe
potentiometer.
Brider le potentiomètre.
Connecter pignon et crémaillère (guidage de l´interrupteur
de fin de course) à la forme finale -> ne pas forcer!
Brider le potentiomètre à l´aide des vis de fixation.
