Section 4 - How to Use
On power up, the CardioWall Pro-X Elite will sound a ‘laugh’ and will turn to its idle state.
The monitor may be on standby after power up - the monitor indicator light will show as red. To switch on,
tap the bottom right-hand side button on the monitor. The light will turn to blue and the monitor will turn on.
The User Interface (UI) will display the Menu Screen (this may take up to a minute to appear after power
up.)
Introduction
The CardioWall Pro-X can be operated in two different ways:
1. Directly from the pods – Menu limited to QuickStart programs.
2. From the User Interface – Superior menu options: choose playing time and level.
The CardioWall Pro-X has four QuickStart programs as standard:
1. ClearOut – Stamina
2. ClusterShot – Hand & Eye, Stamina
3. Chaser – Reaction Time
4. CardioBeat

Operating the User Interface (UI)
The User Interface (UI) is touchscreen operated. The UI runs the FitMakr Software.
Use the UI to access superior menu options for all games: choose playing time and/or level. Capture
performance data effortlessly and analyse it immediately after use. On screen graphing and heat maps
enable quick and simple diagnosis of weaknesses (i.e. left/right imbalance, vision errors, pace).
Add your name to your score to appear on the leaderboard, or login to individual or team accounts to save
scores and view game history. Create motivation and excitement by accessing the leaderboard.
After 2 minutes of no interaction, the UI will always return to its screensaver mode. To exit the screensaver
mode and return to the Menu, simply touch the screen.
To assess whether the FitMakr Software is connected to a network, view the Menu screen. In the bottom
left-hand corner, there is a RI logo. When this shows green, FitMakr Software is connected to a network. If
the RI logo is red, the FitMakr Software is not connected to a network.
