Assembly Instructions
The Pickworth Storage Box

Before you commence the assembly process we recommend that you read these instructions thoroughly
beforehand to familiarise yourself with the assembly process and to also check that you have the correct
components. If for any reason you need assistance, you can find our contact details on the final page of
these instructions.
We highly recommend that any assembly is carried out on a flat, level surface if possible and that you
use another person to assist you if necessary. Note: 38mm black screws are only included with door option.

12 x Short green screws
6 x Long green screws
2 x Spacer blocks
Electric screwdriver with No2 Pozidrive bit

Ensure that you have all of the correct parts as listed
on the front page of these instructions, including any
fixings.
Stand the left-hand end panel upright on a flat, level
surface and using the spacer blocks provided align
the back panel so that it is vertical and the battens
are flush with the inner face of the rear corner post.
Fix into place with 3 x short green screws.
Step 3

Slide the base panel fully into the slots in the side
panel…
…and then locate the right-side panel slots over the
end of the base and slide fully home. Align the back
panel so that it is vertical and the battens are flush
with the inner face of the rear corner post and fix
into place with 3 x short green screws.

Secure the base in place with a long green screw
through the base edge into the rear posts as shown.
Working from the rear of the storage box, remove
the spacer blocks. Now slide the front panel
between the front posts, aligning the top edge so
that it flush with the post tops. Fix into place with 3
short green screws into each post as shown. Use a
long green screw to secure the base to each post.

Lower the lid onto the storage box, make sure it is
centred and then fix into place with a long green
screw through the rear rail into each post.
Your Pickworth Storage Box is now complete.
