the attached training schedule.

• Turn off PT Board vibration dumbbell when
not in use.
• Never use PT Board vibration dumbbell if it is
damaged or improperly functioning.
• For warranty, always contact the dealer for
inspection and repair.
• Store dry and do not expose to excessive
heat or strong sunlight. This appliance is for
home use only.
• If you have any problems with your health,
contact your doctor before using this pro-
duct.
• If you have the following forecast, consult
your doctor before using the product:
• Pregnancy • Elastic Tartar
• Diabetes • Heart Disease
• Pacemaker
• If in any way soreness, rash or pain occurs,
discontinue use and contact your doctor.
• NEVER use this product directly in acute or
inflamed areas, skin rashes or open wounds.
• An exercise session longer than 15 minutes
is not recommended.
