INTENDED USE
GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS
The battery-operated grease gun is intended exclusively for pumping grease (NLGI 1 / NLGI 2) for general lubrication applications. Do not exceed the
operating ranges of the technical specifications.
• Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas
may cause accidents.
• Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the
presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create
sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
• Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces, such as pipes,
radiators, stoves and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric
shock if your body is earthed or grounded.
• Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a
power tool will increase the risk of electric shock.
• Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when
operating a power tool. Do not use a power tool while you are tired or
under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of
inattention while operating the power tool may result in serious
personal injury.
• Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection.
Protective equipment such as a dust mask, safety gloves, non-skid
safety shoes, hard helmet or hearing protection used for appropriate
conditions will reduce personal injuries.
• Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position
before connecting to power source and/or battery pack, picking up or
carrying the tool. Carrying power tools with your finger on the switch or
energising power tools that have the switch on invites accidents.
• Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your
application. The correct power tool will do the job better and safer at
the rate for which it was designed.
• Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off. Any
power tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and
must be repaired.
• Remove the battery pack from the power tool before making any
adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools. Such
preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool
• Store power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons
unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to operate the

• Avoid forced postures. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
This enables better control of the power tool in unexpected situations.
• Wear suitable work clothing. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery.
Keep your hair and clothing away from moving parts. Loose clothes,
jewellery or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
• Do not let confidence gained from frequent use of tools allow you to
ignore tool safety principles. A careless action can cause severe injury
within a fraction of a second.
• Maintain power tools and accessories in good working conditions.
Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts
and any other condition that may affect the power tool’s operation. If
damaged, have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents
are caused by poorly maintained power tools.
• Use the power tool and accessories in accordance with these
instructions, taking into account the working conditions and the work to
be performed. Use of the power tool for operations different from those
intended could result in a hazardous situation.
• Keep handles and grasping surfaces dry, clean and free from oil and
grease. Slippery handles and grasping surfaces do not allow for safe
handling and control of the tool in unexpected situations.
• Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool.
Distractions can cause you to lose control of the power tool.
• If operating a power tool in a damp location is unavoidable, use a
residual current device (RCD) protected supply. Use of an RCD
reduces the risk of electric shock.

GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR BATTERIES AND CHARGER
• Recharge only with the charger provided by the manufacturer. A
charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk
of fire when used with another battery pack.
• Use power tools only with specifically designated battery packs. Use of
any other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.
• Rarely, under abusive conditions, liquid may spill from the battery;
avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid
contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid spilled from the
battery may cause irritation or burns.
• Have your power tool serviced by a qualified technical service using
only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the
power tool is maintained.
• Although not continuously, portable grease power tools can generate
pressures up to 10,000 psi (700 bar) in certain situations. During the
operation always use gloves and eye protection. Keep your hands
away from the grease nipple.
• Some components of the tool or the hose may break due to high
pressure and may cause a risk of serious injury. Before use, always
inspect the tool and the flexible hose to identify possible damage or
wear. Never use the tool if any of its parts is damaged or worn.
• High pressure can cause damage to the hose or nozzle grease supply.
Use only appropriate grease hoses for use with this tool and follow its
instructions for use and safety warnings.
• Suitable for general split battery pack.
• Do not charge or use batteries in explosive atmospheres, such as
presence of flammable liquids, gases or powders. Inserting or
removing the battery unit from the charger may cause gases or dust to
ignite.
• Use only the charger supplied with the tool. This charger has been
specially designed for Lithium-Ion batteries used with this tool.
• Do not charge a damaged battery, replace it immediately.
• Do not store batteries in places where the temperature
can exceed 40ºC.
• Charge the battery only at room temperature between 10ºC and 40ºC
(50ºF and 104ºF).
• Do not charge batteries in wet or damp environments.
• Perform selective collection when disposing of battery packs. This
product should not be disposed with other household waste.
• Do not expose a battery or a battery-powered tool to fire or excessive
temperature. Exposure to fire or temperatures above 130°C (265ºF)
may cause an explosion.
• Do not use the provided batteries with other tools.
• The battery charger is intended for indoor use only.
• Use the provided charger to charge only the batteries supplied.

• Do not use a battery pack or tool that is damaged or modified.
Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behaviour
resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
• Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery pack or
tool outside the temperature range specified in the instructions.
Charging improperly or at temperatures outside the specified range
may damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.
• Never service damaged battery packs. Service of battery packs should
only be performed by the manufacturer or authorized service providers.
• The vibration emission value during actual use of the power tool can
differ from the declared value depending on the ways in which the tool
is used. Factor that can affect this value are: how the tool is used, the
tool being in good condition and well maintained, use of the correct
accessories in good condition, tightness of the grip on the handles, the
tool being used as intended by its design and these instructions, and if
any anti vibration accessories are used.
• This tool may cause hand-arm vibration syndrome if its use is not
adequately managed. To be accurate, an estimation of exposure level
in the actual conditions of use should also take account of all parts of
the operating cycle such as the times when the tool is witched off and
when it is running idle but not actually doing the job.
• Do not expose the charger to rain, snow or ice.
• Do not abuse the power cable of the battery charger. Keep cable away
from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. The cables damaged or
tangled increase the risk of electric shock.
• The charger plug must match the socket power. Never modify the plug
in any way. Plugs not modified and matching sockets will reduce the
risk of electric shock.
• Do not use the charger if the cable or plug is damaged. Never try to
repair the cable or plug.
• Never try to disassemble the battery charger.
• Do not cover the charger or battery while charging.
• Do not use the charger with other batteries.
• When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects
such as paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal
objects that can make a connection from one terminal to another.
Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.
Only for EU countries:
• Useless power tools as well as damaged or worn out batteries must be
collected separately to be subject to ecological recycling according to
the European Directives 2012/19/EU and 2006/66/EC, respectively.

BATTERY CHARGING AND INSTALLATION
GREASE FILLING
The battery is supplied partially charged. Before using the tool for the first
time, the battery should be fully charged in the charger.
Interruption of the charging process does not affect the battery.
To remove the battery (9), press the release button (10) and pull back the
power tool’s battery. Do not proceed too abruptly.
Make sure that the supply voltage is within the range specified
on the charger.
1. Plug charger into the socket.
2. Insert the battery into the charger. The indicator light on the
charger will change showing the status of the charging process.

3. Disconnect charger from power source and remove the battery
from the charger after charging is complete.
DISASSEMBLING THE BATTERY
CHARGING PROCESS
INSTALLATION OF A GREASE CARTRIDGE
WARNING: Charge the battery in a clean and dry place with
temperatures between 10ºC and 40ºC.The temperature of the
battery and charger may increase slightly during the
charging process.
!The battery may not be fully charged if it is charged immediately after
being used for a long period. Allow the battery to cool to room temperature
before recharging.
1. Pull the pulling rod (13) out until it is fully extended and lock the rod
with the tab (14).
2. Unscrew the grease tube (12) from the gun body.
3. Remove the plastic cap from the grease cartridge and insert it into the
tube (12) with the open end first. Then remove the seal from the other
end of the grease cartridge.
4. Screw the grease tube back into the gun and tighten it securely.
5. Unlock the rod (13) from the grease tube and insert it into the tube.
6. Purge any air the gun may contain. See the section “Grease gun priming”.
7. Set the meter on the display to zero.

DISPLAY AND WORKING LIGHT
1. Unscrew the grease tube from the gun.
2. Insert the open end of the tube under the grease surface.
3. Slowly pull the pulling rod back while pressing the tube into the grease
surface of the container to prevent air from entering the tube.
4. When you have fully filled the tube and the rod is fully extended, lock
the rod with the locking tab. The tube supplied may vary depending on
the model of gun. If the tube does not have a locking tab then extend
the rod until a groove is visible and move the rod sideways to lock it.
5. Screw the tube into the grease gun and tighten it firmly.
6. Release the rod and insert it into the grease tube.
7. Slightly unscrew the gun tube until some grease comes out of the end
of the tube to eliminate possible air pockets. Tighten the
tube immediately.
8. Use the bleed valve to release any trapped air. See “Grease gun
priming”.
9. Clean the gun of any excess grease.
10. Reset the display meter.
1. Insert the rod completely into the tube.
2. Fasten the filling coupler on the gun filling valve (3).
3. Slowly start the filling pump and watch the rod move.
4. When the filling rod is fully extended, approximately 20 cm (8 inch),
stop the pump immediately. Never overfill!
1. Make sure the rod is not locked.
2. Insert the rod into the tube.
3. Loosen the screw on the bleed valve without removing it completely.
4. Pull the trigger for 10-20 seconds.
5. If no grease comes out of the hose end, repeat from step 3.
Pressing the gun trigger automatically activates the display and the
working LED light. To save energy, both are automatically switched off
after 20 seconds.
The LED light can be turned on and off independently by pressing
button “A” (16).
WARNING: The gun can be equipped with a low pressure filling
valve (3). Never mount a high pressure lubrication fitting, serious
damage can occur due to high pressure. Use only low pressure
couplings.
WARNING: Air pockets trapped in the grease can cause a lack or
loss of priming in the gun. Always remove air after refilling the
grease tube or when the gun loses priming and does not pump
grease.

5. Disconnect the charging coupler.
6. Use the bleed valve to release any trapped air. See “Grease gun
priming”.
7. Set the display meter to zero.
The display shows the grease level in the cartridge, the amount of grease
dispensed, the mode of operation, the units of measurement and the
battery charge level.

The gun is equipped with 2 operating modes, a LOW mode in which a
maximum flow rate of 100 g/min is obtained and a HIGH mode in which
flow rates of up to 160g/min are achieved (depending on the back
pressure and the type of grease and temperature). In both modes the
maximum working pressures of the gun can be reached, obtaining a
longer battery life in the LOW mode.
If LOW mode is active and a higher pressure is needed, the gun will
automatically change to HIGH mode.
To switch between the two operating modes, press button B, the display
will alternately show “H” (HIGH mode active) or “L” (LOW mode active).
When you are supplying grease, the display will show the amount of
grease dispensed in grams or ounces. To change units, press and hold
button A for 5” to toggle between the two units.
If during dispensing the gun detects a malfunction, the display will flash
in red to alert from this circumstance. These malfunctions can be mainly
due to priming loss or obstructions at the dispensing point (blocked
grease nipple). Once the anomaly disappears the display will no longer
flash in red.
The safety valve (18) is set at the factory to relieve the pressure if it
exceeds 500 bar (7250 psi). Grease leakage through the valve indicates
that this pressure has been reached due to a clogged fitting at the
lubrication point. If this is the case, check the line for the problem.
The grease gun is supplied with a shoulder strap for easy transport.
Attach the strap supplied to the strap mounts 6a and 6b. Adjust the strap
length to your needs.
The display shows 4 states of the battery charge level (15a) in graphic
form. When none of the bars are visible, recharge the battery according
to the recommended instructions.
This value is an approximate measurement and should not be used for
applications requiring high accuracy.
An estimate of the grease level in the tube is shown graphically on the
screen (15d). Pressing button “B” for 8” resets the counter to zero and
restores the full graphic grease level indicator (15d).
In the case of blocked grease fittings the gun is able to generate high
pressures trying to unblock it. If the obstruction persists, in addition to a
red flashing display, the motor might stop to avoid damage to the
equipment. If this occurs, stop dispensing and check the line or grease
fitting to proceed to repair or unblock it and once the issue is solved,
restart the dispensing.

NON-RETURN VALVE CLEANING
Dirt or particles may cause a failure of the grease dispenser. If the gun is
properly primed and grease delivery problems persist, perform the
following cleaning procedure:
1. Unscrew the safety valve.
2. Remove the spring and ball.
3. Clean the ball and valve seat.
4. Reassemble the ball and spring and tighten the safety valve.

CARGA DE GRASA
La batería se suministra parcialmente cargada.Antes de usar la herramienta
por primera vez, la batería debería cargarse completamente en el cargador.
Una interrupción del proceso de carga no afecta a la batería.
Para la extracción de la batería (9), presione la tecla el botón de
liberación (10) y tire hacia atrás el acumulador de la herramienta
eléctrica. No proceda con brusquedad.
Asegúrese de que la tensión de alimentación se encuentra dentro del
rango especificado en el cargador.
1. Conecte el cargador a la red eléctrica.
2. Inserte la batería en el cargador. La luz indicadora del cargador
cambiará mostrando el estado del proceso de carga.

3. Desconecte y quite la batería del cargador después de que la

DESMONTAJE DE LA BATERÍA

INSTALACIÓN DE UN CARTUCHO DE GRASA
ADVERTENCIA: Cargue la batería en lugar limpio y seco con
temperaturas entre 10ºC y 40ºC. La temperatura de la batería y
cargador pueden aumentar ligeramente durante el proceso
de carga.
!La batería puede no cargarse completamente si se carga inmediatamente
después de haber sido usada durante un largo periodo. Permita que la
batería en enfríe a temperatura ambiente antes de volver a cargarla.
1. Tire del mango de la varilla (13) hacia afuera hasta que esté totalmente
extendido y bloquee la varilla con la pestaña (14).
2. Desenrosque el tubo de grasa (12) del cuerpo de pistola.
3. Retire la tapa de plástico del cartucho de grasa e insértelo en el tubo
(12) con el extremo abierto primero. Después, retire el sello del otro
extremo del cartucho de grasa.
4. Vuelva a enroscar el tubo de grasa en la pistola y apriételo bien.
5. Desbloquee la varilla (13) del tubo de grasa e introdúzcala en el interior
del tubo.
6. Purgue el aire que pueda contener la pistola. Consulte el apartado
“cebado de la pistola de engrase”.
7. Ponga a cero el contador de la pantalla.

1. Desenrosque el tubo de grasa de la pistola.
2. Inserte el extremo abierto del tubo bajo la superficie de grasa.
3. Tire lentamente del mango de la varilla hacia atrás mientras presiona
el tubo en la superficie de grasa del recipiente para impedir la entrada
de aire en el tubo.
4. Cuando haya cargado totalmente el tubo y la varilla esté totalmente
extendida, bloquee la varilla con la pestaña de bloqueo. El tubo
suministrado puede variar según el modelo de pistola. Si el tubo no
posee pestaña de bloqueo entonces extienda la varilla hasta que sea
visible una ranura y mueva lateralmente la varilla para bloquearla.
5. Enrosque el tubo en la pistola de engrase y apriételo firmemente.
6. Libere la varilla e introdúzcala en el interior del tubo de grasa.
7. Desenrosque ligeramente el tubo de la pistola hasta que algo de grasa
salga por el extremo del tubo para eliminar posibles bolsas de aire.
Apriete inmediatamente el tubo.
8. Use la válvula de purga para liberar el aire que haya podido quedar
atrapado. Consulte el apartado “cebado de la pistola de engrase”.
9. Limpie la pistola de cualquier exceso de grasa.
10. Ponga a cero el contador de la pantalla.
1. Introduzca la varilla completamente en el interior del tubo.
2. Fije el racor de carga en la válvula de llenado de la pistola (3).
3. Arranque lentamente la bomba de llenado y fíjese en el movimiento de
la varilla.
4. Cuando la varilla se haya extendido completamente, aproximadamente
20 cm, pare la bomba inmediatamente. ¡Nunca realice un sobrellenado!
1. Asegúrese que la varilla no esté bloqueada
2. Introduzca la varilla en el tubo.
3. Afloje el tornillo de la válvula de purga sin extraerlo completamente.
4. Accione el gatillo durante 10-20 segundos.
5. Si no sale grasa por el extremo de manguera repita desde el paso 3.
La pulsación del gatillo de pistola activa automáticamente la pantalla y la
luz LED de trabajo. Para ahorrar energía ambas se apagan
automáticamente transcurridos 20 segundos.
La luz LED puede ser encendida y apagada independientemente
pulsando el botón “A” (16).
ADVERTENCIA: La pistola puede estar equipada con una
válvula de llenado de baja presión (3). Nunca monte un racor de
engrase de alta presión, serios daños pueden suceder debido a
la alta presión. Use sólo acoplamientos de baja presión.
IMPORTANTE: Las bolsas de aire atrapadas en la grasa pueden
causar una falta o pérdida del cebado de la pistola. Elimine
siempre el aire después de rellenar el tubo de grasa o cuando la
pistola pierda el cebado y no bombee grasa.

5. Desconecte el racor de carga.
6. Use la válvula de purga para liberar el aire que haya podido quedar
atrapado. Consulte el apartado “cebado de la pistola de engrase”.
7. Ponga a cero el contador de la pantalla.
La pantalla muestra el nivel grasa en el cartucho, la cantidad de grasa
dispensada, el modo de funcionamiento, las unidades de medida y el
nivel de carga de la batería.

NIVEL DE CARGA DE LA BATERÍA
La pistola está equipada con 2 modos de funcionamiento, un modo LOW
en el cual se obtiene un caudal máximo de 100 g/min y un modo HIGH
en el que se alcanzan caudales de hasta 160 g/min (dependiendo de la
contrapresión, el tipo de grasa y la temperatura). En ambos modos se
pueden alcanzar las presiones máximas de trabajo de la pistola
obteniendo una mayor duración de batería en el modo LOW.
Si el modo LOW está activo y se necesita una presión más alta, la pistola
cambiará automáticamente al modo HIGH.
Para alternar entre ambos modos de funcionamiento pulse el botón B,
alternativamente en la pantalla se mostrará “H” (modo HIGH activo) o “L”
(modo LOW activo).
Cuando esté suministrando grasa, en la pantalla se mostrará la cantidad
de grasa dispensada en gramos u onzas. Para cambiar de unidades
mantenga presionado el botón A durante 5” para alternar
entre ambas unidades.
Si durante el suministro de grasa la pistola detecta un mal funcionamiento,
la pantalla parpadeará en rojo para alertar de esta circunstancia. Estas
anomalías pueden deberse principalmente a la pérdida de cebado o a
obstrucciones en el punto de dispensado (engrasador bloqueado). Una vez
que desaparezca la anomalía, la pantalla dejará de parpadear en rojo.
La válvula de seguridad (18) está tarada de fábrica para aliviar la presión
si se superan los 500 bar (7250 psi). La fuga de grasa por la válvula
indica que se ha alcanzado dicha presión debido a un atasco en el punto
de engrase. En tal caso, revise la línea para solucionar el problema.
La pistola de grasa se suministra con una correa para le hombro que
facilita su transporte. Fije la correa suministrada en las sujeciones 6a y
6b. Ajuste la longitud de correa según sus necesidades.
En la pantalla se muestra de forma gráfica 4 estados del nivel de carga
de la batería (15a). Cuando ninguna de las barras sea visible recargue la
batería siguiendo las instrucciones recomendadas.
Este valor es una medida aproximada y no debe utilizarse para
aplicaciones que requieran una gran precisión.
En la pantalla se muestra de forma gráfica una estimación del nivel de
grasa en el tubo (15d). La pulsación del botón “B” durante 8” pone a cero
el contador y restaura al completo el indicador gráfico de
nivel de grasa (15d).
En el caso de los engrasadores obstruidos, la pistola es capaz de generar
altas presiones tratando de desatascarlos. Si la obstrucción persiste,
además de una indicación roja intermitente, el motor podría detenerse para
evitar daños en el equipo. Si esto ocurre, deje de dispensar y revise la línea
o el engrasador para proceder a repararlo o desatascarlo y, una vez
resuelto el problema, reinicie el dispensado.

LIMPIEZA DE LA VÁLVULA ANTIRRETORNO
La suciedad o partículas pueden causar un fallo del dispensado de
grasa. Si la pistola está correctamente cebada y los problemas de
suministro de grasa persisten, realice el siguiente procedimiento de
limpieza:
1. Desenroscar la válvula de seguridad.
2. Extraer el muelle y la bola.
3. Limpiar la bola y el asiento del cuerpo.
4. Montar de nuevo la bola, el muelle y apretar la válvula de seguridad.
