加装桶装黄油：
1）旋开油枪头与枪筒分开。
2）将油枪后部从动把手，完全拉至枪筒底部，然后向边侧倾斜拉入油枪管底部的锁定装置。
3）把桶装黄油盖旋下，将桶装黄油完全放入枪筒内，撕开筒装黄油另一端封口。
4）拧上枪头但不要太紧。按住枪筒尾部的锁定片将从动把手直著推入枪筒内。
5）空载状态下将从动把手拉至底部再推回原位，这样反复几次，直到压出黄油为止。
6）旋紧枪筒，推动从动把手进入筒内。
★务必保证黄油筒的底部插入到黄油筒内，且黄油筒边缘没有损伤或挤压。否则黄油筒橡胶塞无法插入黄油筒内，
黄油无法挤出。如果这种情况发生，请纠正上述错误，只有以上事情都纠正，黄油枪才能打开黄油。
★切记不要再次使用已经使用过的空油桶。
★在油枪中适当加入一些黄油或其它润滑油将有助于黄油枪的使用和润滑。
注意：
枪头滤网是防止在油枪的重复使用过程中，以免进入颗粒，导致油枪损坏。
加装散装黄油：
1）旋开油枪头与枪筒分开。
2）将油枪头一头浸入黄油筒，一手紧抓黄油枪，一手从后拉从动杆，确保油枪开口始终浸在油里面，避免空气进入。
3）装上油枪头，按住枪筒尾部的锁定片将从动把手推入枪筒内。
出现问题的情况：
问题：
黄油枪操作正常油口并无黄油排出。
原因：
黄油枪内含有空气，形成空打现象，导致黄油无法排出。
解决方法：
1）将从动把手向后拉至枪筒尾部的适当位置，一手按住枪头上的排气孔，一手按下枪管尾部的锁定片将铁心拉柄
推入枪身内。
2）或将从动把手向后拉至枪筒尾部的适当位置 ,将枪头和枪筒拧松，按下枪筒尾部的锁定片将铁心拉柄推入枪身内。
3）试打几次黄油枪，如果还打不出黄油，再反复做以上动作 2-3 次，直到目视黄油正常排出。
4）锁紧枪头及枪筒。
5）轻轻按下排气按钮，直到出油后方可松手。
此种现象在散装黄油使用时较普遍发生：
问题 :
黄油枪出油口之配件锁合处有漏油现象。

原因 :
配件未适度锁紧。
解决方法：
1）黄油枪出油口之牙纹为斜度牙，为优良之特殊防漏设计，其旋入为越深入锁合越能发挥防漏功能。
2）以上工具适度锁紧配件，勿仅以手力锁合，将可发挥优良之防漏功能。

Adding Drummed Grease:
1）Loosen the grease gun head to separate it from the gun barrel.
2）Pull the driven handle at the rear of the grease gun completely to the bottom of the gun barrel, and then pull it into the locking
device at the bottom of the grease gun barrel obliquely to the side.
3）Unscrew the cap of the drummed grease, completely put the drummed grease into the gun barrel, and tear the other seal end of
the drummed grease.
4）Screw on the gun head but not too tight. Press and hold the locking piece at the rear of the barrel to push the driven handle straight
into the barrel.
5）Pull the driven handle to the bottom and push it back to its original position under no-load condition. Repeat this several times until
grease is squeezed out.
6）Tighten the barrel and push the driven handle into the barrel.
★Make sure that the bottom of the grease drum is inserted into the grease drum, and the edge of the grease drum is not damaged
or squeezed. Otherwise, the rubber plug of the grease drum cannot be inserted into the grease drum, and the grease cannot be
squeezed out. If this happens, please correct the above mistakes. Only if all the above things are corrected can the grease drum be
opened by the grease gun.
★Remember not to reuse used empty grease drums.
★Appropriate addition of some grease or other lubricating oil to the grease gun is conducive to the use and lubrication of the grease
gun.
Note:
The filter screen of the gun head is used to prevent particles from entering the grease gun and causing damage to the grease
gun during repeated use.
Adding Bulk Grease:
1）Loosen the grease gun head to separate it from the gun barrel.
2）Dip one end of the grease gun head into the grease drum, hold the grease gun tightly with one hand, and pull the driven rod with
the other hand from behind to ensure that the opening of the grease gun is always immersed in the grease to prevent air from
entering.
3）Install the grease gun head, press and hold the locking piece at the rear of the barrel to push the driven handle into the barrel.
Problematic Situation:
Problem:
The grease gun operates normally, but no grease is discharged from the grease port.
Reason:
The grease gun contains air, which causes the phenomenon of empty shoot, and prevents grease from being discharged.
Resolution:
1）Pull the driven handle back to the appropriate position at the tail of the gun barrel. Press the vent hole on the gun head with one
hand, and press the locking piece at the tail of the gun barrel with the other hand to push the iron core pull handle into the gun
body.

2）Or pull the driven handle back to the appropriate position at the tail of the gun barrel, unscrew the gun head and barrel, and push

3）Try to shoot the grease gun several times. If grease cannot be discharged, repeat the above actions 2-3 times until the grease is
discharged visually and normally.
4）Lock the gun head and barrel.

This phenomenon is relatively common while using bulk grease:
Question:
There is grease leakage at the locking position of fittings at the grease outlet of the grease gun.
Reason:
Fittings are not properly locked.
Resolution:
1）The thread at the grease outlet of the grease gun is skew thread, which adopts excellent special leak-proof design. The deeper it is
screwed in, the more excellent leak-proof function it can play.

3）Probieren Sie mal die Fettpresse aus. Wenn das Fett noch nicht austritt können, wiederholen Sie die obigen Schritte 2-3 Mal, bis das
Fett austritt.
4）Verriegeln Sie die Spitze und das Magazin.
5）Drücken Sie die Entlüftungstaste vorsichtig, bis das Fett austritt.
Dieses Phänomen tritt häufiger in Fett als Bulkware auf:
Problem:
Am Verschluss des Fettpressenauslasses tritt Öl aus.
Grund:
Das Zubehör ist nicht richtig verriegelt.
Lösung:
1）Das Zahnmuster des Fettpressenauslasses ist ein schräger Zahn. Es handelt sich um eine spezielle, auslaufsichere Ausführung. Je
tiefer die Verriegelung, desto dichter kann die Funktion ausgeführt werden.
2）Die oben genannten Werkzeuge eignen sich zum ordnungsgemäßen Verriegeln der Armaturen. Verwenden Sie nicht nur die
Handverriegelung, da diese eine hervorragende Dichtigkeit gewährleistet.

Заправить бочечным тавотом:

потом накренять рукоятку влево ивтянуть её взаконтренное устройство.
3）Вывернуть крышку бочечного тавота, полностью вылить тавот втрубу прессмаслёнки, убрать
сшивку на другом конце бочечного тавота.
4）Предварительно завинтить наконечник прессмаслёнки. Сдвигать ведомую рукоятку прямо втрубу
прессмаслёнки, нажав фиксированную шайбу на хвостовике трубы прессмаслёнки.
5）При условии холостого хода перемещать рукоятку ведомую до нижней части ивернуть её в
исходное положение, повторять несколько раз, до выпрессовки тавота.
6）Навинтить трубу прессмаслёнки, сдвигать ведомую рукоятку втрубу.
★Обеспечьте, что нижняя часть трубы вставлена всамую трубу тавота, ина крае трубы отсутствие
повреждения исмятия. Ато резиновую заглушку невозможно вставить втрубу тавота, вконце
концов тавот выпресоовать не получается. Если бы случилось свышеуказанным случаем, то
исправите вышеуказанные ошибки, итолько при этом прессмаслёнка может выпрессовать тавот и
нормально работает.
★Запрещается повторно применять используемый пустой бак.
★Добавление тавота исмазки других сортов должным образом впрессмаслёнку способствует
смазывать иэксплуатировать её.
Внимание :
фильтровая сетка на прессмаслёнке защищает её от попадания частицы во внутреннюю
полость, посторонние частицы могут привести кповреждению прессмаслёнки.
Заправка разливным тавотом:
1）Вывинтить наконечник прессмаслёнки иотсоединять его от трубы прессмаслёнки.
2）Одной рукой держать прессмаслёнку, другой рукой тянуть ведомую тягу, смочив один конец
наконечника втрубу тавота, обеспечить, что выход прессмаслёнки постоянно остаётся втавоте во
избежание попадания воздухом впрессмаслёнку.
3）Установить наконечник прессмаслёнки, нажав фиксированную шайбу на хвоставике трубы,
сдвигать ведомую рукоятку втрубу.
Возможные вопросы вэксплуатации:
Вопросы:
правильно выполнить работы спрессмаслёнкой, но на выходе прессмаслёнки отсутствие вытечи
тавота.
Причина:
вполости прессмаслёнки имеется воздух, образуется так называемое явление навикации, на основе
этого невозможно выпрессовать тавот.

Методика решения:
1） Тянуть назад ведомую рукоятку на подходящее место на хвостовике трубы, одной рукой нажать
выхлопное отверстие на наконечнике прессмаслёнки, адругой рукой сдвигать тягу сердечникав
ствол прессмаслёнки, нажав фиксированную шайбу на хвостовике трубы.
2）Или тянуть назад ведомую рукоятку на подходящее место на хвостовике трубы, вывинтить
наконечник итрубу прессмаслёнки, нажать фиксированную шайбу на хвостовике трубы,
перемешать тягу сердечника вствол прессмаслёнки.
3）Попробуйте несколько раз прессмаслёнку, если тавот ещё не выльет, повторяйте указанные
работы 2-3 раза до вытекания тавота визуальным осмотром.
4）Навинтить наконечник итрубу прессмаслёнки.
5） Легко нажать кнопку выхлопную до вытекания тавота иразжать руку.
Указанный случай чаще появляется при применении
разливного тавота:
Вопросы:
Утечка на замкнутом месте блоков на выходе прессмаслёнки.
Причина:
не проводится умеренная затяжка блоков.
Методика решения:
1） Зубы на выходе прессмаслёнки являются наклонной конструкцией, данная конструкция
эффективно предотвращает утечку, чем глубже ввинтить, тем лучше действовать на эффект
антиутечки.
2）При умеренной затяжке блоков указанными инструментами вслучае затяжки от руки （не только
от руки）, антиутечка будет улучшить.

4）건을 재웁니다 . 단 꽉 조이지 않습니다 . 건 바디 끝부분의 고정판을 눌러 손잡이를 바디 속에 밀어 넣습니다 .
5）무부하 상태에서 손잡이를 밑부분까지 당겼다가 다시 원래 위치로 복귀시킵니다 . 그리스가 나올 때까지 해당
동작을 반복합니다 .

상황이 발생하였다면 상술한 오류를 시정해야 합니다 . 그렇게 해야만 오일 건으로 그리스를 사용할 수 있습
니다 .
★
이미 사용했던 빈 오일 통을 재사용해서는 안됩니다 .
★오일 건 속에 적당한 양의 오일 혹은 기타 윤활유를 넣으면 오일 건의 사용에 유리하고 윤활 작용을 합니다 .
주의 :
오일 건 필터는 중복 사용 과정에서 입자가 들어가 파손되는 것을 방지하기 위한 것 입니다 .
낱개 포장 그리스 주입 :
1）오일 건 헤드를 열어 바디와 분리합니다 .
2）오일 건 헤드의 한쪽 부분을 오일 통에 넣은 후 한 손으로 오일 건을 잡고 다른 한 손으로는 방아쇠를 당겨 오
일 건 입구가 시종 오일 속에 잠겨 있도록 확보하여 공기가 들어가는 것을 방지합니다 .
3）오일 건 헤드를 조립해 넣고 바디 밑부분의 고정판을 눌러 손잡이를 바디에 밀어 넣습니다 .
문제가 발생하였을 경우 :
문제 :
오일 건의 조작이 정확하지만 오일이 나오지 않습니다 .
원인 :
오일 건 내에 공기가 있어 오일이 나오지 못합니다 .
해결 방법 :
1）손잡이를 오일 건 바디 밑부분의 적당한 위치로 잡아 당긴 후 한 손으로 오일 건 헤드의 배기구를 누르고 다
른 한 손으로는 건 파이프 끝부분의 고정판을 눌러 철심 당김 장치를 바브 내에 밀어 넣습니다 .
2）혹은 손잡이를 바디 끝부분의 적당한 위치까지 당기고 오일 건 헤드와 바디를 느슨하게 풀며 바디 끝부분의
고정판을 눌러 철심 당김 장치를 바디 내에 밀어 넣습니다 .
3）오일 건을 몇 번 테스트합니다 . 만약 오일이 나오지 않는다면 오일이 나올 때까지 2~3 회 반복합니다 .
4） 오일 건 헤드와 바디를 꽉 조입니다 .
5）배기 버튼을 누르며 오일이 나오면 손을 뗍니다 .

2）상의 공구로 부품을 적당하게 재워야 하며 수동 외 기타 방법을 사용하면 우수한 유출 방지 기능을 발휘합니
다 .

Adicione a graxa em barril:

Razão:

Soluções:

3）Tente disparar na pistola de graxa algumas vezes, se ainda não consegue descarregar a manteiga, repita as ações mais de 2-3

Qustões:

Razão:
O acessório não está travado adequadamente.
Soluções:
1）O padrão de dentes da saída da pistola de graxa é um dente inclinado, é um um excelente design especial à prova de vazamentos,

ます。
4）ヘッドがきつくならないよう締めます。本体の端末部のロックプレートを押してハンドルを直接に本体内に
押します。
5）無負荷状態でハンドルを下部までに引いてから元に戻します。グリースが出るまでに数回繰り返します。
