å Assemble your unit on a carpeted floor or on the empty
carton to avoid scratching your unit or the floor.
å Push four HIDDEN CAMS (R2) into the ENDS (A and B).
Then, insert the metal end of a CAM DOWEL (S2) into
each HIDDEN CAM.

5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (BB) through holes #1 and #3.

å Fasten the CASTERS (T and U) to the BOTTOM (D). Use
fourteen BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (AA).
å Fasten the BOTTOM (D) to the ENDS (A and B). Use four
BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (Y).
å NOTE: Two of the BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS
will go through the SWIVEL CASTERS (T) and into
the ENDS.

å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Lay the
BACK (E) over your unit.
å Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (E).
Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make
it "square".
å Fasten the BACK (E) to your unit using the NAILS (CC).
The NAILS should be 5-1/2" apart, 1-1/2" from the
corners, and 1/4" in from the edges.

Step 6
å Fasten the LARGE DRAWER SIDES (D48 and D49) to the
LARGE DRAWER BACK (D78). Use four BLACK 1-9/16"
FLAT HEAD SCREWS (30S).
å Slide one of the DRAWER BOTTOMS (D716) into the
grooves in the LARGE DRAWER SIDES and LARGE
DRAWER BACK.
å Repeat this step for the other drawer.
