► Select Foamer Cleaning. .
► Removethemilkstoragecover.
► Machines without drainage:
 Placeasuitablecontainerundertheoutlet
(capacity:±1litre).
► Machines with drainage:
 Movetheoutlettothelowestposition.
► Followtheinstructionsonthetouchscreen.
► Mixcleaningagentandcoldwaterinasuit-
ablecontainer.
► Whenthe firstprocess hasfinished fillthe
containerwith±400mloffreshwater.
► Placethemilkhose(includingnozzle)into
thecleaningsolution.
► Followtheinstructionsonthetouchscreen.
Foamer cleaning
(option: fresh milk):
► Placethemilkhose(includingnozzle)into
thecleaningsolution.
► Followtheinstructionsonthetouchscreen.

Never reach into the machine during the automatic cleaning and keep away from the beverage outlets! Risk of injury due to
scalding! Never use force, strong pressure or sharp objects on the Touch Screen!
Machines with water tank:Fillthetankwithfreshwatertothemarkindicated.Duetotheoptionsweoffer,yourmachineanddisplay-screens
maylookdifferent(picturesareonlyexamples).Always follow the instructions on the touch screen!

► Pressonthereleaselever(locatedonthe
reverseside)ofthecombi-outlet.
► Thefoamerheadwillbeejectedautomati-
cally.
► Rinse the parts thoroughly under running
(hand)warmwater.
► Re-installtheparts.
► Dismantlethefoamerhead.
► Placetheparts(togetherwiththemilkhose)
for±30minutesinasolutionofhotwater
andcleaningagent.
General:
► Wipe the machine surfaces with a damp
(paper)tissueafterthecleaningprocess.
Do not use any abrassives!
Brewer cleaning
(all machines):
► Menuselection:see 1- 3.
► Select Cleaning prog. .
► Make a selection in the following menu
(switchoff/resumeoperation).
► Followtheinstructionsonthetouchscreen.
► Machines without drainage:
 Placeasuitablecontainerundertheoutlet

► Machines with drainage:
 Movetheoutlettothelowestposition.

Mixer rinsing
(option: topping):
Follow hygiene regulations according to HACCP!
Extract from HACCP:
• Neverrellmilkcontainer.Alwaysthrowleftoversaway.
• Alwayscleanthemilkcontainerbeforellingitwithfreshmilk.
• Fillupwithfreshmilk,chilledto3°C-5°C,justbeforerestartingthemachine.
• Use pasteurized or ultra high temperature treated (UHT) milk! Do not use raw milk!
The milk must be homogonised!
• Foroptimumhygieneuseamilkcooler(optional)tomaintainmilktemperature.
• Ifequippedtherefrigerator/cool-ingunit(optional)mustbecleanedatleastonceaweek!
