To block milk system:
► Pressthe[ ] button.
► Placethecleaningcontainerintotherefrig-
erator 1and leave the door open..
► Placethehose 2in the cleaning container.
► Pressthe[ ] button.
Cleaning is running!

Wait, until the display shows:

Dosage:
Daypure: 100 ml
Water: added by the machine!
With DECAF cover detection:
► OpenDECAFcover.
► Insertonecleaningtabletwithin 15 seconds.
► CloseDECAFcover.
Without DECAF cover detection:
► Insertonecleaningtablet.
► Pressthe[ ] button.
The display shows:

hot water rinsing
► Placeacontainerunderthesteamwand.
► Pressthe[ ] button to start the rinsing.
Attention Hot steam!
Machines with steam; with activated steam
boiler rinsing:
► Continuewithstep 3.
If no milk products were dispensed:
Cleaning is running! (duration: re-

Machines without steam; with deactivated
steam boiler rinsing:

► Carry out steps 1to 11 with the weekly
cleaning agent.
Dosage:
Weekpure: 100 ml
Water: added by the machine!

► Remove and wash drip grid under warm,
running water.
► Cleantriptraywithadamptissue.
► Placethedripgridbackin.
► Cleanexternalsurfaceswithadamptissue.
Do not use any abrasives!
► Dismantlethefoamerheadandwashitun-
der warm, running water.
► Removeresidueswithabrush.
► Mountthefoamerheadandplaceitbackin.
► Placethetubesbackontothefoamerhead
(don‘t forget the spring!).
► Removethesteamwand.
► Dismantlethesteamoutletandinsertitina
container with cleaning solution.
Dosage:
Daypure: 50ml
Water: 500ml
Insert the steam outlet parts for
± 10 minutes into the solution!
Machines without steam:
► Continuewithstep11 .
Machines with steam:
► Continuewithstep 9.
Only with Autosteam:
► Cleanthetemperatureprobewithadamptis-
sue.
► Remove the steam outlet parts from the
cleaning solution and rinse them under
warm, running water.
► Mountthesteamoutlettogetherandplaceit
back onto the machine.
► Pressthe[Steam]button±5timesshortly
to remove residues from the steam outlet.

► Usepasteurizedorultrahightemperaturetreated(UHT)milk!Donotuserawmilk!Themilkmustbehomogonised!
► Ifequipped,therefrigerator/coolingunit(optional)mustbecleanedatleastonceaweek!
