1.1 Allgemeine Hinweise
Die angegebenen Abbildungen befinden sich
am Anfang der Montageanleitung.

1.3 Bestimmungsgemäße Ver-
wendung
Die Umgehungsleitung wird zum Anschluss
eines Druckluft-Kältetrockners oder eines
zusätzlichen Behälters benötigt. Sie eignet
sich für alle Varianten des Mobile Air System.
1.4 Sicherheitshinweise
Sicherheitshinweise in der Bedienungsanlei-
tung des Kompressors beachten!
1.5 Vorbereitung
1. Vor Arbeitsbeginn Kompressor am EIN/
AUS-Schalter ausschalten.
2. Spannungsversorgung unterbrechen.
3. Kompressor drucklos machen.
1.6 Umrüstung
Demontage
1. Gummimatte abnehmen (Bild 1a).
2. Vier Schrauben des Abdeckblechs lösen
und Abdeckblech abnehmen.
3. Seitenblech aushängen.
4. Verschraubungen lösen (Bild 1b) und
Druckrohr abnehmen.
Montage
1. Umgehungsleitung mit Druckrohr und
Winkel verschrauben (Bild 1c).
2. Abdeckblech auflegen und verschrau-
ben.
3. Gummimatte auflegen.

2.1 General information
All the relevant illustrations appear at the be-
ginning of the assembly instructions.
2.2 Scope of delivery
– Bypass line
– Assembly material
2.3 Conventional use
The bypass line is required for connecting a
compressed air cold dryer or additional ves-
sel. and is compatible with all versions of the
Mobile Air System.
2.4 Safety instructions
Observe the safety instructions in the in-
struction manual for the compressor!
2.5 Preparation
1. Before starting work, switch off the com-
pressor at the ON/OFF switch.
2. Disconnect the power supply.
3. Depressurise the compressor.
2.6 Modification
Disassembly
1. Remove the rubber mat (Fig. 1a).
2. Unscrew the four screws on the cover
plate and remove the plate.
3. Detach the side plate.
4. Unscrew the screw fittings (Fig. 1b) and
remove the pressure pipe.
Assembly
1. Screw the bypass line to the pressure
pipe and angle (Fig. 1c).
2. Place cover plate in position and secure.
3. Place rubber mat in position.

3.1 Généralités

3.3 Consignes d'utilisation
La conduite en dérivation sert à raccorder un
sécheur frigorifique à air comprimé ou un ré-
servoir supplémentaire. Elle est compatible
avec toutes les versions du Mobile Air Sys-
tem.
3.4 Consignes de sécurité
Se conformer aux consignes de sécurité con-
tenues dans le mode d'emploi du
compresseur !
3.5 Préparatifs
1. Avant de commencer, éteindre le com-
presseur en actionnant l'interrupteur ar-
rêt/marche.
2. Couper l'alimentation électrique.
3. Mettre le compresseur hors pression.
3.6 Modification
Démontage
1. Retirer la natte en caoutchouc (fig. 1a).
2. Dévisser les quatre vis de la tôle de re-
couvrement, puis retirer la tôle de recou-
vrement.
3. Décrocher la tôle latérale.
4. Débrancher les raccords (fig. 1b) et reti-
rer le tuyau de refoulement.
Montage
1. Visser la conduite en dérivation avec le
tuyau de refoulement et l'équerre
(fig. 1c).
2. Poser la tôle de recouvrement et la vis-
ser.
3. Remettre la natte en caoutchouc.

4.1 Indicaciones generales

4.3 Uso previsto
El conducto de derivación se necesita para
conectar un secador frigorífico de aire com-
primido o un depósito adicional. Es válido
para todas las variantes del Mobile Air Sys-
tem.
4.4 Indicaciones de
seguridad
Observar las indicaciones de seguridad que
aparecen en el manual de instrucciones del
compresor.
4.5 Preparativos
1. Antes de empezar a trabajar, desconec-
tar el compresor con el interruptor de co-
nexión/desconexión.
2. Interrumpir la fuente de alimentación.
3. Descargar la presión del compresor.
4.6 Reequipamiento
Desmontaje
1. Quitar la estera de goma (fig. 1a).
2. Soltar cuatro tornillos de la chapa pro-
tectora y retirarla.
3. Descolgar la chapa lateral.
4. Soltar las uniones atornilladas (fig. 1b) y
retirar el tubo de presión.
Montaje
1. Atornillar el conducto de derivación con
el tubo de presión y el codo (fig. 1c).
2. Colocar la chapa protectora y atornillar-
la.
3. Colocar la estera de goma.

5.3 Toepassing conform de be-
palingen
De omloopleiding is nodig voor aansluiting
van een persluchtkoeldroger of een extra
tank. Het is geschikt voor alle uitvoeringen
van het Mobile Air systeem.
5.4 Veiligheidsaanwijzingen
Veiligheidsinstructies in de gebruiksaanwij-
zing van de compressor aanhouden!
5.5 Voorbereiding
1. Compressor voor aanvang van de werk-
zaamheden via AAN/UIT-schakelaar uit-
schakelen.
2. Voedingsspanning onderbreken.
3. Compressor drukloos maken.
5.6 Ombouw
Demontage
1. Rubberen mat verwijderen (Fig. 1a).
2. Vier schroeven van de afdekplaat los-
draaien en afdekplaat afnemen.
3. Zijplaat verwijderen.
4. Schroefverbindingen losdraaien (Fig. 1b)
en drukbuis verwijderen.
Montage
1. Omloopleiding met drukbuis en hoek
vastschroeven (Fig. 1c).
2. Afdekplaat plaatsen en vastschroeven.
3. Rubberen mat plaatsen.

Przewód obejściowy potrzebny jest do
podłączenia osuszacza chłodniczego lub do-
datkowego zbiornika. Pasuje on do wszyst-
kich modeli centrum sprężonego powietrza
Mobile Air System.

Należy zawsze stosowaćsiędo wskazówek
bezpieczeństwa zawartych w instrukcji
obsługi sprężarki!
6.5 Przygotowanie
1. Przed rozpoczęciem pracy należy

nika WŁ./WYŁ.
2. Odłączyćzasilanie.
3. Zniwelowaćciśnienie w sprężarce.
6.6 Przezbrojenie
Demontaż
1. Zdjąć matęgumową(ilustracja 1a).
2. Wykręcićcztery śruby z pokrywy, a
następnie jązdjąć.
3. Odczepićbocznąblachę.
4. Wykręcićzłączki (ilustracja 1b) i zdjąć
rurętłoczną.
Montaż
1. Skręcićza pomocąśrub przewód obejści-
owy z rurątłocznąi kątownikiem
(ilustracja 1c).
2. Nałożyćpokrywęi skręcićza pomocą
śrub.
3. Nałożyćmatęgumową.

7.3 Использование по
назначению
Обходной трубопровод требуется для
подсоединения осушителя хладагента или
дополнительного ресивера. Он подходит
для всех моделей передвижной
пневматической установки.
7.4 Правила техники
безопасности
Соблюдайте правила техники
безопасности, изложенные вруководстве
по эксплуатации компрессора!
7.5 Подготовка
1. Прежде чем приступить кработам,
выключите компрессор выключателем.
2. Отключите подачу питания.
3. Сбросьте давление вкомпрессоре.
7.6 Переоборудование
Демонтаж
1. Снимите резиновый коврик (рис.1a).
2. Выверните четыре винта защитной
пластины иснимите её.
3. Снимите боковую облицовку.
4. Ослабьте винтовые соединения
(рис.1b)иснимите напорную трубу.
Монтаж
1. Соедините обходной трубопровод с
напорной трубой иуголком (рис.1c).
2. Установите защитную пластину и
вверните крепёжные винты.
3. Положите резиновый коврик.
