SCOTT MOTOSPORTS GOGGLE
SCOTT would like to congratulate you on the purchase of this motors-
port goggles. Please read the instructions carefully and contact your local
dealer or retailer if you need further information. SCOTT motorsport gog-
gles have been developed in order to ensure the best possible precondi-
tions for unrestricted comfort during your motorsport activities.
•I. STORAGE
Whenever possible please store and transport your SCOTT goggles in the
bag or box designed for this purpose. Only by doing so you can be cer-
tain that your goggles lens will remain undamaged for as long as possible.
Please also note that the goggles should not be stored in places where
they will be subject to high levels of radiating heat. Storage in tempera-
tures above 50°C is not recommended !
•II. INSPECTION
Inspect the goggles before the beginning of a season or after a fall to
ensure the goggles is still intact. The lens must not be split, the strap
must be securely fastened to the frame and the frame should not have
any cracks. In the event that any such damage is found the defective part
must be replaced. To guarantee an optimal fit, adjust the strap to the size
of your helmet. Only original SCOTT spare parts may be used. Scratched
or damaged lenses have to be replaced and must not be used again.
•III. CLEANING AND CARE
Depending on the model the lenses have a hydrophilic (anti-fog) coat-
ing, which prevents from fogging. It is therefore important to proceed in
accordance with the following directions :
1- In the event of slight soiling the goggles can be cleaned sufficiently
using the storage bag or a damp cloth.
2- In the event of heavy soiling the lens can be cleaned under running
water and with a little soap. Please make sure that the wet lens is not
wiped but that the water is merely shaken off and dabbed with a soft,
clean cloth. Wiping can destroy the anti fog coating. This can also
occur if paper towels are used.
3- Particular care should be taken with mirrored lenses. Please ensure that
there are no dust particles on the lens or the cleaning cloth when cleaning.
4- We advise strongly against the use of solvents.
5- Do not wash SCOTT motorsport goggles in the washmachine.
6- It is essential for the lens to be changed if it can no longer be guaran-
teed to work properly and provide good protection because of soiling,
mechanical wear and tear or improper usage.
7- Goggles lifespan : This product has a limited lifespan and for optimum
safety SCOTT recommends replacing your product three (3) years
after purchasing date.
•IV. CHANGING THE LENS
1- Remove the defect lens from the frame by pulling the nose section
away from the lens and removing the lens from each of the mounts.
2- In order to insert the new lens begin at the nose section of the goggles.
Press the nose section together and insert the lens into the groove so
that the mounts engage.
3- Now continue with the lower edge of the lens and insert it fully into the
frame. Ensure that the notches actually engage with the mounts.
4- Repeat the process on the upper edge of the goggles moving towards
the centre.
5- If all the notches have now engaged with the frame then insert the last
in the centre of the frame.
6- Check that the lens is located securely in the groove. If this is not the
case then apply slight pressure to cause it to engage.
7- Please note that ideally the lens should be changed at room tempera-
ture so that the frame is sufficiently pliable.
Should you need a new lens please make a note of the model name,
marked inside the frame, and order the relevant replacement lens from
your specialist retailer.
•V. SAFETY AND RANGE OF APPLICATION
Our lenses correspond to optic class 1 in accordance with EN 1938 : 2010.
Every lens provides 100 % protection against UVA / UVB rays up to 380 nm
(our patented Amplifier lenses even provide protection up to 400 nm).
Only original SCOTT lenses fulfil these requirements. The lenses do not pro-
vide protection against hard or sharp objects. These are not safety goggles.
Depending on the type, our lenses have different light reduction or transmis-
sion values. This product it not a toy; it is a piece of sports equipment and
was developed and intended for sports purposes. SCOTT Sports SA will not
accept liability for any damage caused by improper use of the goggles.

•VII. STANDARDS
Only filterclass 0 lenses are suitable for use in conditions of darkness or
poor visibility. You will find the filter class on the midtop of the lens. The
purpose of the motorsport goggles is to protect you from wind, dust,
humidity and harmful rays of the sun. Moreover, these goggles are not
suitable for protec-tion against artificial light. They are not intended for
use as paintball- or safety goggles. This goggles is not suitable for snow-
mobile usage. SCOTT assumes no liability in this regard.
Protective goggles for all motorbike and moped activities with the excep-
tion of formal races and competitions.
Accessories, such as nose guard, tear-off films or work lenses can be
obtained from specialist retailers.
NB : Only use original accessories, as only they will ensure an exact fit and safety.
Please keep this instruction brochure in a safe place.

When used properly, it is assured that :
1- No injuries will be caused by sharp edges or protruding elements on
the goggles.
2- The eyes will be protected against harmful UV rays.
3- The motorsport goggles – presuming correct selection of size and cor-
rect fitting of the adjustable head strap – will protect against draughts
(airflow), dust, gravel and humidity.
4- Sufficient air circulation is guaranteed through the foam-covered opening.
5- The lens is optically accurate.
6- The lenses meet impact-resistance standards and withstand a blow of
60 m/s with a Ø 6 mm steel ball.
•VIII. ACCESSORIES
If you plan to use the goggles with accessories, such as : nose guards, face
masks, works film systems, tear-offs and replacement lenses… We rec-
ommend to use only SCOTT products. Please refer to the dedicated leaf-
lets for installation and use of the accessories. SCOTT Sports SA will not
assume liability for any damages caused by use of non-SCOTT accessories.

werden entwickelt, um für Sie die bestmöglichen Voraussetzungen für
uneingeschränkte Leistung und Komfort beim Motorsport zu schaffen.
•I. LAGERUNG
Bewahren Sie Ihre SCOTT-Brille wenn immer möglich in den dafür vor-
gesehenen Behältern (Kartonbox / Brillenbeutel) auf. Nur so haben Sie
die Gewissheit, dass die Brillenscheibe möglichst lange unversehrt bleibt.
Außerdem sollten Sie die Brille nicht da aufbewahren, wo sie hoher Wär-
mestrahlung ausgesetzt ist. Eine Aufbewahrung in einer Umgebung von
über 50°C ist nicht zu empfehlen !
•II. ÜBERPRÜFUNG
Prüfen Sie vor Saisonbeginn oder nach einem Sturz ob die Brille noch
intakt ist. Die Scheibe darf nicht gespalten sein, das Band muss fest mit
dem Rahmen verbunden sein, und der Rahmen sollte keine Risse aufwei-
sen. Andernfalls muss der defekte Bestandteil ausgetauscht werden. Um
eine optimale Passform gewährleisten zu können, verstellen Sie das Band
mittels Bandschieber soweit bis es auf den Helm passt. Es dürfen nur ori-
ginal SCOTT-Ersatzteile verwendet werden. Zerkratzte oder beschädigte
Scheiben sind umzutauschen und nicht mehr zu verwenden.
•III. REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE
Je nach Modell sind die Scheiben mit einem hydrophilen Belag (Anti Fog)
beschichtet, welcher das Anlaufen der Scheibe verhindert. Es ist deshalb
wichtig, dass Sie gemäss folgenden Hinweisen vorgehen :
1- Bei leichter Verschmutzung reicht die Reinigung mit dem Aufbewah-
rungsbeutel oder einem feuchten Tuch aus.
2- Bei stärkerer Verschmutzung kann die Scheibe unter fliessendem Was-
ser mit wenig Seife gereinigt werden. Beachten Sie, dass die nasse
Scheibe nicht abgewischt, sondern das Wasser nur abgeschüttelt und
mit einem weichen, sauberen Tuch abgetupft wird. Durch das Abwi-
schen kann die Anit Fog Beschichtung zerstört werden. Dasselbe kann
auch bei der Verwendung von Papiertaschentüchern geschehen.
3- Bei verspiegelten Scheiben ist besondere Vorsicht geboten. Achten Sie
darauf, dass während der Reinigung keine Staubpartikel auf der Schei-
be oder auf dem Reinigungstuch sind.
4- Verwenden Sie keinerlei Lösungsmittel zur Reinigung.
5- SCOTT Motorsportbrillen dürfen nicht in der Waschmaschine gewa-
schen werden.
6- Die Scheibe muss ausgewechselt werden sobald einwandfreie Funkti-
on und Schutz durch Verschmutzung, mechanischer Abnützung oder
unsachgemässem Gebrauch nicht mehr gewährleistet sind.
7- Lebensdauer der Brille : Dieses Produkt hat eine begrenzte Lebensdau-
er, daher empfiehlt SCOTT für ein Optimum an Sicherheit das Produkt
drei (3) Jahre nach Kaufdatum zu ersetzen.

•IV. AUSWECHSELN DER SICHTSCHEIBE
1- Die defekte Scheibe aus dem Rahmen entfernen, indem Sie den
Nasenbereich von der Sichtscheibe wegziehen und die Scheibe aus
den einzelnen Halterungen lösen.
2- Für das Einsetzen der neuen Scheibe beginnen Sie am besten bei der
Nasenpartie der Brille. Drücken Sie die Nasenpartie zusammen und
stecken Sie die Scheibe in die Rille, sodass die Halterungen einrasten.
3- Fahren Sie nun mit dem unteren Scheibenrand fort und setzen Sie die
Scheibe vollständig in den Rahmen ein. Stellen Sie dabei sicher, dass
die Kerben auch wirklich in den Halterungen einrasten.
4- Das Gleiche am oberen Brillenrand gegen die Mitte hin wiederholen.
5- Wenn bis jetzt alle Kerben im Rahmen eingerastet sind, setzen Sie nun
die letzte in der Mitte des Rahmens ein.
6- Kontrollieren Sie ob die Scheibe überall fest in der Führung sitzt. Falls
nicht, durch leichtes Nachdrücken einrasten lassen.
7- Beachten Sie bitte, dass die Scheibe idealerweise bei Raumtemperatur
gewechselt wird, damit der Rahmen weich genug ist.
Sollten Sie eine neue Sichtscheibe benötigen, merken sie sich den Modellna-
men, welcher im Rahmen gekennzeichnet ist (siehe Position “5” hinter der Sicht-
scheibe), und beziehen Sie die passende Ersatzscheibe durch ihren Fachhändler.
•V. SICHERHEIT UND VERWENDUNGSZWECK
Unsere Scheiben entsprechen der optischen Klasse 1 nach EN 1938 : 2010.
Jede Scheibe bietet 100 % Schutz vor UVA / UVB Strahlen bis 380 nm (unse-
re patentierten Amplifier Scheiben sogar bis 400 nm).
Diese Anforderungen erfüllen nur original SCOTT-Scheiben. Die Scheiben
bieten keinen Schutz vor harten oder spitzen Gegenständen. Es handelt
sich nicht um eine Sicherheitsbrille. Unsere Sichtscheiben weisen je nach
Typ, eine unterschiedliche Lichtreduzierung bzw. Transmission auf. Dieses
Produkt ist kein Spielzeug, sondern ein Sportgerät und wurde entwickelt
und ist vorgesehen zur Sportausübung. SCOTT Sports SA schliesst jegli-
che Haftung für etwaige Schäden, die durch unsachgemässe Nutzung der
Brille entstehen, bzw. entstanden sind, aus.

•VII. NORMEN
Bei Dunkelheit oder schlechter Sicht dürfen nur Scheiben mit Filterklasse 0
verwendet werden. Die Filterklasse finden Sie mittig auf der Scheibenoberseite.
Der Zweck der Motorsportbrille ist es, Sie vor Wind, Staub, Feuchtigkeit,
und schädlichen Sonnenstrahlen zu schützen. Die direkte Betrachtung
der Sonne ist zu unterlassen. Ausserdem ist die Brille nicht für den Einsatz
gegen künstliche Strahlungsquellen geeignet. Es handelt sich weder um
eine Paintball- noch um eine Sicherheitsbrille. Diese Motorsportbrille ist
nicht für den Snowmobile Sport geeignet. SCOTT übernimmt in diesem
Zusammenhang keine Haftung. Schutzbrille für alle Motorrad- und Mope-
daktivitäten ausser offiziellen Rennen und Wettbewerben.
Zubehör wie Noseguard und Abreisfolien bzw. Works Scheiben sind im
Fachhandel erhältlich. Achtung nur Originalzubehör verwenden nur diese
gewährleisten exakte Passform und Sicherheit.
Bitte bewahren Sie die Instruktionsbroschüre sorgfältig auf.

Bei bestimmungsgerechter Verwendung ist sichergestellt, dass:
1- Keine Verletzungen durch scharfe Kanten oder hervorstehende Teile an
der Brille auftreten.
2- Die Augen vor schädlicher UV-Strahlung geschützt werden.
3- Die Snowmobilebrillen – korrekte Wahl der Grösse und Einstellung des
längen verstellbaren Kopfbandes vorausgesetzt – gegen Zugluft (Fahrt-
wind), Schnee und Eispartikel schützt.
4- Eine ausreichende Luftzirkulation durch die mit Schaum abgedeckten
Öffnungen gewährleistet ist.

5- Die Sichtscheiben optisch korrekt sind.
6- Die Sichtscheiben die Anforderungen der Schlagfestigkeit erfüllen und
einen Beschuss von 60 m / s mit einer Ø 6 mm Stahlkugel überstehen.
•VIII. ACCESSOIRES
Wenn Sie planen die Brille mit Accessoires wie : Nasenschutz, Gesichtsmas-
ken, WORKS Filmsystemen, Tear-Offs oder Ersatzscheiben zu verwenden,
empfehlen wir, nur SCOTT-Produkte zu benutzen. Bitte beachten Sie die
speziellen Broschüren für die Installation und Verwendung des Zubehörs.

Vous venez d’acheter un masque motorsport SCOTT et nous vous en félici-
tons. Avant d’en faire usage et pour une utilisation optimale, veuillez prendre
connaissance attentivement des instructions. Contactez votre revendeur le
plus proche pour plus d’information. Les masques motorsport SCOTT ont
été conçus pour vous assurer un confort sans limite au cours de votre acti-
vité sportive, en vous offrant les meilleures conditions préalables possibles.
•I. RANGEMENT
Rangez, si possible, votre masque SCOTT dans le sac ou la boîte prévus à
cet effet. Vous préserverez ainsi l’écran de votre masque pour qu’il reste sans
dommage, aussi longtemps que possible. Notez également que les masques
ne doivent pas être rangés près d’une source de chaleur. Le rangement dans
des endroits où la température dépasse les 50°C n’est pas recommandé.
•II. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
Examinez le masque avant de débuter la saison et après une chute, pour
vous assurer que son état est toujours intact. L’écran ne doit pas être fis-
suré, le bandeau doit être fermement attaché au cadre et le cadre ne doit
avoir aucune fissure. Si l’un de ces éléments est défectueux, veuillez le
faire remplacer chez votre revendeur. Pour garantir une tenue optimale,
ajustez le bandeau à la taille de votre tour de tête. Seules les pièces de
rechange SCOTT doivent être utilisées. Les verres griffés ou endommagés
doivent être remplacés et ne doivent plus être utilisés.
•III. NETTOYAGE
En fonction du modèle, l’écran a un revêtement hydrophile anti-buée qui
empêche la condensation. Il est néanmoins important de respecter les ins-
tructions suivantes :
1- En cas de légères salissures, il suffit de nettoyer le masque à l’aide du
sac de rangement ou d’un tissu humide.
2- En cas d’importantes salissures, l’écran peut être nettoyé sous l’eau
courante avec un peu de savon. Il est préférable de ne pas essuyer
l’écran mouillé, mais de le secouer pour évacuer les gouttes d’eau, puis
de le tamponner avec un chiffon doux et propre. Essuyer le masque
peut détruire les propriétés anti-buée de l’écran. Cela peut également
se produire avec un papier essuie-tout usagé.
3- Un soin particulier doit être apporté aux écrans-miroirs. Avant le net-
toyage, assurez-vous qu’aucune poussière susceptible de créer des
rayures ne soit présente sur l’écran ou sur le chiffon.
4- Nous recommandons de ne pas faire usage de solvants.
5- Ne lavez en aucun cas les masques motorsport SCOTT à la machine à laver.
6- Il est nécessaire de changer l’écran si son état ne garantit pas un fonc-
tionnement optimal et une bonne protection, en raison de salissures,
d’une usure mécanique ou d’un usage inapproprié. L’écran est à jeter
avec les ordures ménagères.
7- Durée de vie du masque : Ce produit a une durée de vie limitée. Pour
une sécurité optimale, SCOTT recommande de remplacer votre produit
trois (3) ans après la date d’achat.
•IV. CHANGEMENT DE L’ÉCRAN
1- Enlevez l’écran défectueux du cadre en tirant sur la partie nasale et
dégagez l’écran de la monture.
2- Pour insérer le nouvel écran, commencez par la partie nasale du
masque. Tirez sur cette partie et dans le même temps, insérez l’écran
dans la rainure, pour que la monture s’y engage.
3- Ensuite, continuez avec le bord inférieur de l’écran et insérez-le com-
plètement dans le cadre. Assurez-vous que les encoches soient bien
engagées dans la monture.
4- Répétez l’opération avec le bord supérieur du masque en avançant
vers le centre.
5- Une fois toutes les encoches correctement engagées dans les crans de
la monture, insérez la dernière au centre du cadre.
6- Vérifiez que l’écran soit correctement enfoncé dans la rainure. Le cas
échéant, effectuez une légère pression pour l’engager plus profondément.
7- Il est recommandé de changer l’écran à température ambiante, pour
que le cadre soit suffisamment flexible.
En cas de changement d’écran, veuillez relever le nom du modèle inscrit
à l’intérieur du cadre et commander l’écran de rechange correspondant
chez un revendeur spécialisé. Vous trouverez également la catégorie du
filtre UV en haut de l’écran, au milieu.
•V. SÉCURITÉ ET CHAMP D’APPLICATION
Nos écrans sont conformes à la catégorie optique 1, selon les tests
EN 1938 : 2010. Chaque écran offre une protection à 100 % contre les
rayons UVA / UVB jusqu’à 380 nm (la teinte « Amplifier » brevetée protège
même jusqu’à 400 nm).
Seuls les écrans SCOTT originaux bénéficient de ces éléments. Les écrans
ne protègent pas des chocs avec des objets durs ou tranchants. Il ne
s’agit pas de lunettes de sécurité. Les types d’écrans que nous proposons
offrent différents niveaux de diffusion ou de réduction de la luminosité.
Ce produit n’est pas un jouet, mais un équipement sportif destiné unique-
ment aux activités sportives. SCOTT Sports SA décline toute responsabi-

•VII. NORMES
Seuls les verres de la classe 0 conviennent à une utilisation dans l’obscuri-
té ou dans une mauvaise visibilité. Vous trouverez la catégorie du filtre UV
en haut de l’écran, au milieu. Les masques motorsport sont adaptés pour
tous types de sports motorisés, tels que les courses de motos, motos des
neiges et quads. Les masques motorsport ont pour objectif de vous pro-
téger du vent, de la poussière, de l’humidité et des rayons du soleil. Par ail-
leurs, ces masques ne conviennent pas pour une protection contre des
rayons lumineux artificiels. Ils ne sont pas destinés à une utilisation en tant
que masque de paintball ou de sécurité et n’ont pas d’écran correctif. Ce
masque n’est pas conçu pour la pratique de la motoneige. SCOTT décline
toute responsabilité à cet égard.
Masques de protection destinés à toutes les activités moto et cyclomo-
teur, à l’exception des courses et des compétitions officielles. Les acces-
soires tels que le Noseguard (protecteur nasal) et le film de protection
amovible, ou plutôt l’écran Works, sont disponibles dans le commerce.
Attention, utilisez uniquement les accessoires d’origine. Seuls ces acces-
soires garantissent un réglage précis et une sécurité stricte.

Dans des conditions normales d’utilisation, il est garanti que :
1- Aucune blessure ne peut être provoquée par des bords coupants ou des
éléments tranchants sur le masque.
2- Les yeux sont protégés contre les rayons UV dangereux.
3- Les masques de motoneige, dans la mesure où leur taille a été choisie cor-
rectement et que le bandeau est correctement ajusté au tour de tête, pro-
tègent des courants d’air (vent relatif), de la neige et des particules de glace.
4- Une circulation de l’air suffisante est garantie grâce aux aérations com-
blées de mousse.
5- L’écran est de très bonne qualité optique.
6- Les écrans répondent aux exigences de résistance aux chocs et résistent
à une pression de 60 m / s avec une bille en acier de 6 mm de diamètre.
•VIII. ACCESSOIRES
Si vous envisagez d’utiliser les masques avec des accessoires, tels que : pro-
tections de nez, masques faciaux, WORKS Film System, Tear-Offs et écrans
de remplacement. Nous vous recommandons d’utiliser uniquement des pro-
duits SCOTT. Veuillez vous référer aux manuels dédiés pour l’installation et
l’utilisation des accessoires. SCOTT Sports SA n’assumera aucune respon-
sabilité pour tout dommage causé par l’utilisation d’accessoires non-SCOTT.

rivenditore o il vostro distributore. Le maschere SCOTT sono state svilup-
pate per assicurare il miglior comfort possibile mentre siete in moto.
•I. CUSTODIA
Se possibile tenete la vostra maschera SCOTT nell’apposita sacca o con-
tenitore. In questo modo sarete sicuri che le lenti rimarranno intatte il più a
lungo possibile. Vi chiediamo di tenere lontano le vostre maschere da fonti
di calore. Temperature maggiori di 50°C non sono consigliate !
•II. CONTROLLO
Prima di ogni gara o dopo una caduta della maschera controllatela per
assicurarvi che sia ancora intatta. Le lenti non devono essere rotte, l’elasti-
co deve essere fissato saldamente alla montatura e la montatura non deve
essere rotta. Nel caso in cui troviate questi tipi di danni dovrete sostituire il
pezzo danneggiato. Per garantire un’ottima aderenza al viso regolate l’ela-
stico in relazione al vostro casco. Si consiglia vivamente di usare solo par-
ti di ricambio originali SCOTT. Le lenti rigate o danneggiate devono essere
sostituite e non devono essere riutilizzate.
•III. PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
A seconda del modello le lenti hanno un rivestimento idrofilo (anti-
appannamento) che vi protegge dalla nebbia. E’ molto importante segui-
re le seguenti istruzioni :
1- Nel caso in cui la maschera sia leggermente macchiata di fango è suffi-
ciente pulirla con un panno umido.
2- Nel caso in cui la maschera sia pesantemente macchiata di fango, le
lenti possono essere pulite direttamente sotto acqua corrente utilizzan-
do come detergente del sapone neutro. Assicuratevi quindi che le len-
ti umide non siano asciugate, non strofinate con un panno, l’acqua deve
essere scrollata e tamponata con un panno soffice e pulito. Strofinando
la lente potrebbe rovinarsi. Questo può succedere anche nel caso in cui
vengano usati tovaglioli di carta.
3- Le lenti specchiate devono essere usate con particolare attenzione.
Assicuratevi che non ci siano granelli di polvere sulle lenti e anche sul
panno quando le pulite.
4- Vi consigliamo vivamente di non usare solventi.
5- Non lavare le maschere SCOTT in lavatrice.
6- E’ essenziale che le lenti vengano cambiate nel tempo perché non pos-
sono assicurare le prestazioni iniziali.
7- Durata di vita della maschera : Questo prodotto ha una durata limitata e
per una sicurezza ottimale SCOTT raccomanda di sostituire il prodotto
dopo tre (3) anni dalla data di acquisto.

•IV. RICAMBIO DELLE LENTI
1- Rimuovere la lente difettata dalla montatura togliendo l’area del naso
dalle lenti e di conseguenza le lenti da ogni apertura.
2- Per inserire la nuova lente si comincia dall’area del naso. Spingere l’area
del naso e inserire la lente nella scanalatura in modo tale da incontrare
ogni apertura.
3- Continuate con il bordo inferiore della lente e inserire completamente nel-
la montatura. Assicuratevi che l’intaglio (incavo) si incontri con le aperture.
4- Ripetere il processo con il bordo superiore della maschera muovendosi
verso il centro.
5- Se tutte le aperture sono incastrate nella montatura, inserite la lente nel
centro della stessa.
6- Accertatevi che la lente sia salda nella scanalatura. Nel caso in cui la lente
non sia salda esercitate una piccola pressione per far sì che si incastri.
7- La lente deve essere cambiata a temperatura ambiente in modo tale
che la montatura sia sufficientemente flessibile.
Se avete bisogno di una nuova lente prendente nota del modello all’in-
terno della montatura e ordinate il pezzo di ricambio dal vostro rivendi-
tore specializzato.
•V. SICUREZZA E GAMMA DI APPLICAZIONE
Le nostre lenti sono conformi alla Classe ottica 1, ai sensi della EN 1938 : 2010.
Tutte le lenti offrono una protezione al 100 % contro raggi UVA / UVB fino a
380 nm (le nostre lenti brevettate Amplifier fino a 400 nm).
Solo le lenti originali SCOTT soddisfano questi requisiti. Le lenti non pro-
teggono da oggetti duri o appuntiti. Non sono concepite come maschere
di sicurezza. Ogni tipo di lente da noi fornita offre una differente riduzio-
ne della luce o livello di trasmissione. Questo prodotto non è un giocatto-
lo, ma si tratta di un’attrezzatura sportiva sviluppata e prevista per l’alle-
namento sportivo. SCOTT Sports SA declina qualsiasi responsabilità per
eventuali danni causati da un uso improprio della maschera.

Solo le lenti appartenenti alla classe 0 sono adatte a condizioni di buio
o con poca visibilità. Potete trovare la classe di riferimento sulla lente.
Lo scopo delle maschere da motocross è di proteggere da vento, polve-
re, umidità e da raggi solari. Non sono adatte come protezione contro le
luci artificiali. Non sono concepite come maschere di sicurezza. Questa
maschera non è adatta all’uso in motoslitta. SCOTT non si assume alcuna
responsabilità al riguardo.
Occhiali di protezione per tutte le attività su motociclo e ciclomotore
eccetto le corse e le competizioni ufficiali.
Gli accessori come il noseguard e le pellicole o i dischi sono disponibili
presso i punti vendita specializzati. Si raccomanda di utilizzare unicamente
accessori originali in quanto solo questi garantiscono precisione e sicurezza.

A SCOTT gostaria de felicitá-lo pela compra destes óculos para despor-
tos motorizados. Leia com cuidado as instruções e contacte o seu agente
ou revendedor se necessitar de mais informações. Os óculos SCOTT para
desportos motorizados foram desenvolvidos a fim de assegurar as melho-
res pré – condições possíveis para um conforto irrestrito durante as suas
actividades motorizadas.
•I. ARMAZENAMENTO
Sempre que possível guarde os seus óculos SCOTT no saco ou caixa
especialmente desenhado para esta finalidade. Só assim poderá ter a
certeza que as lentes dos seus óculos permanecerão intactas durante o
maior tempo possível.
Atenção : os óculos de protecção não devem ser armazenados em luga-
res sujeitos a níveis elevados de radiação de calor. Não é recomendado o
armazenamento a temperaturas acima de 50 °C !
•II. INSPECÇÃO
Inspeccione os seus óculos antes do início de época ou depois de uma
queda para se certificar que os seus óculos estão intactos. A lente não
pode estar estalada, a fita deve estar firmemente presa a estrutura. Tam-
bém a estrutura não deve estar danificada. Se verificar alguma destas
situações, a parte defeituosa deverá ser substituída pelo seu revendedor.
Para garantir um óptimo encaixe, ajuste a fita ao tamanho do seu capace-
te. Só podem ser utilizadas peças SCOTT para a reposição/substituição.
As lentes riscadas ou danificadas deverão ser substutuídas.
•III. LIMPEZA E MANUTENÇÃO
Depende do modelo das lentes, se tem ou não revestimento hidrófilo
(anti-fog), que impede o embaciamento. Assim, é importante proceder de
acordo com as seguintes instruções :
1- No caso de sujidade leve, os seus óculos podem ser limpos com a aju-
da do seu saco ou com um pano húmido.
2- No caso de muita sujidade, a lente pode ser limpa com água corrente
e um pouco de sabão. Certifique-se que a lente molhada não é enxu-
gada. Deverá apenas sacudir a água e passar um pano macio e limpo.
O acto de limpar pode remover o revestimento anti-fog. Isto também
pode ocorrer se utilizar toalha de papel.
3- Deverá haver um cuidado especial se as lentes forem espelhadas. Certifique-
-se que não há partículas de poeira na lente ou no pano quando as limpar.
4- Não Recomendamos o uso de solventes.
5- Não lave os seus óculos na máquina de lavar roupa.
6- É essencial a lente ser substituída se não puder ser mais garantidos o
seu correcto funcionamento e a protecção por causa da sujidade, do
desgaste, de danos ou uso impróprio. Coloque os seus óculos danifica-
dos no contentor de lixo domestico.
7- Vida útil dos óculos : Este produto tem um tempo útil de vida limitado e
para optimizar a segurança SCOTT recomenda substituir o seu produ-
to três (3) anos após a data da compra.
•IV. MUDAR A LENTE
1- Retire a lente defeituosa da estrutura puxando para fora a parte da estru-
tura que encaixa no nariz e removendo a lente de cada uma das saliências.
2- Para introduzir a nova lente comece pela parte da estrutura que encai-
xa no nariz. Pressionando-a, introduza a lente na ranhura para encaixar
nas saliências.
3- Continue com a borda inferior da lente e introduza-a inteiramente nas
estrutura. Assegure-se de que os entalhes encaixam nas saliências.
4- Repita o processo com a borda superior dos óculos, de fora para dentro.
5- Com todos os entalhes encaixados na estrutura, introduza a última
parte central da estrutura.
6- Certifique-se que a lente está firmemente encaixada. Se não for o caso,
pressione ligeiramente para que encaixe.
7- Note que, idealmente, a lente deve ser substituída à temperatura
ambiente de modo a que a estrutura esteja suficientemente maneável.
Se necessita de uma nova lente, anote o modelo, marcado dentro da estru-
tura, e encomende a lente para substituição ao seu revendedor especiali-
zado. Poderá encontrar a classe do filtro na parte central superior da lente.
•V. SEGURANÇA E APLICAÇÃO
As nossas lentes enquadram-se na classe óptica 1 de acordo com EN 1938 : 2010.
Cada lente oferece uma protecção a 100 % contra raios UVA / UVB (até

Apenas as lentes de classe de filtragem 0 são apropriadas para uso em
condições de fraca luminosidade. Encontrará a indicação da classe de
filtragem na lente. Os óculos de protecção são para todo o tipo de des-
portos motorizados tais como andar de moto de duas rodas, de moto
de neve e de moto 4. A finalidade dos óculos de protecção é protegê-lo
do vento, da poeira, da humidade e dos raios prejudiciais do sol. Não são
recomendados para paintball nem são óculos de segurança. Estes óculos
não são appropriados para a prática de mota de neve. SCOTT não assu-

SCOTT le felicita por la compra de esta máscara SCOTT motorsport.
Antes de usarla y para una utilización óptima, le rogamos lea atentamen-
te las siguientes instrucciones. Las máscaras motorsport SCOTT se con-
cibieron para garantizarle una comodidad ilimitada durante su actividad
deportiva, ofreciendole las mejores condiciones posibles.
•I. ALMACENAMIENTO
Conserve siempre sus gafas SCOTT en la funda prevista para tal fin. Solo
así tendrá la certeza de que el cristal de las gafas se conservará intacto
el mayor tiempo posible. Además, evite conservar sus gafas en lugares
expuestos a radiaciones térmicas elevadas. No se recomienda conservar
las gafas en ambientes con temperaturas superiores a 50°C.
•II. INSPECCIÓN
Compruebe que su máscara estée intacta antes del comienzo de tem-
porada o después de una caída. El cristal no debe estar rayado, la cinta
debe estar fijamente unida a la montura y ésta última no debe tener nin-
guna grieta. En caso contrario, se debe sustituir la parte defectuosa de las
gafas. Para poder garantizar una adaptación óptima, ajuste la cinta hasta
que quede completamente fijada a su cabeza o casco. Solo deben utilizar-
se piezas de repuesto SCOTT originales. Los cristales rayados o dañados
deben ser reemplazados, no deben ser utilizados de nuevo.
•III. LIMPIEZA Y CUIDADO
Segun el modelo, el cristal está provisto de un revestimiento hidrófilo
(antivaho) que impide que se empañe. Por este motivo es importante que
siga las siguientes indicaciones:
1- En caso de suciedad superficial basta con limpiar las gafas con ayuda
de la funda.
2- Si la suciedad es persistente, puede limpiar el cristal con agua y un
poco de jabón. Procure no fregar el cristal si está húmedo; sacuda el
agua primero y séquelo con un trapo suave y seco. Al fregar el cristal
se podría dañar el revestimiento. Esto mismo podría ocurrir si se utili-
zan pañuelos de papel.
3- Se ruega tener especial cuidado en el caso de cristales azogados.
Compruebe que no haya partículas de polvo en el cristal o en el trapo
mientras esté limpiando sus gafas.
4- El uso de disolventes está totalmente desaconsejado.
5- Nunca laven las máscaras SCOTT motorsport a máquina.
6- Es necesario cambiar los cristales si su estado no garantiza un funcio-
namiento óptimo o una buena protección, debido a manchas, a un des-
gaste mecánico o a un uso inadecuado.
7- Duración de vida de las gafas : Este producto tiene una vida útil limi-
tada para una seguridad óptima y SCOTT recomienda reemplazar su
producto tres (3) años después de la fecha de compra.

•IV. CAMBIO DE PANTALLA
1- Retire el cristal defectuoso de la montura procurando apartar la zona para
la nariz del cristal y soltar éste último de los soportes de uno en uno.
2- Para colocar el nuevo cristal, comienze por la parte nasal de la másca-
ra. Presione la zona para la nariz e introduzca el cristal en la ranura has-
ta que los soportes encajen.
3- Continúe ahora con el borde inferior del cristal y colóquelo completa-
mente en la montura. Asegúrese de que las muescas también encajan
realmente en los soportes.
4- Repita la operación desde el borde superior de la máscara avanzando
hacia el centro.
5- Una vez encajadas todas las muescas, coloque, por último, la que se
encuentra en el centro de la montura.
6- Compruebe que el cristal ha encajado en la guía por todos los lados. En
caso contrario, presione ligeramente hasta que encaje.
7- Por favor, tenga en cuenta que el cristal debe cambiarse preferente-
mente a temperatura ambiente para que la montura esté suficiente-
mente flexible.
En caso de que necesite un nuevo cristal, anote el nombre del modelo,
indicado en la montura y adquiera el cristal de recambio apropiado a su
comerciante especializado.al medio.
•V. SEGURIDAD Y AMBITO DE APLICACION
Nuestros cristales cumplen la clase 1 de la Norma EN 1938 : 2010 de Pro-
tección Ocular. Cada cristal ofrece una protección del 100 % contra los
rayos UVA / UVB hasta 380 nm (y nuestro cristal patentado Amplifier
incluso hasta 400 nm).
Estos requisitos solo los cumplen los cristales SCOTT originales. Las gafas
no ofrecen protección contra objetos contundentes o en puntal. No se tra-
ta de unas gafas de seguridad. Nuestros cristales ofrecen una reducción
en la transmisión de luz o una transparencia distintas dependiendo del
tipo. Este producto no es un juguete sino un artículo deportivo, y ha sido
desarrollado y está previsto para su uso en el ejercicio de deporte.
SCOTT Sports SA rechaza cualquier responsabilidad por posibles daños
resultantes de un uso indebido de las gafas.

•VII. NORMATIVA
Solo las lentes perteneciendo a la clase 0 son adaptadas a un uso en con-
diciones de oscuridad o poca visibilidad. Podra encontrar la clase de fil-
tro encima del cristal. Las máscaras motorsport tienen por objetivo pro-
tegerles del viento, del polvo, de la humedad y de los rayos del sol. Estas
máscaras motorsport no son apropiadas para la protección contra la luz
artificial. No se destinan a una utilización como máscara de paintball o de
seguridad. Esta máscara no es adecuada para el uso de motos de nie-
ve. SCOTT no asume ninguna responsabilidad en este sentido. Máscara
de protección para cualquier actividad motorizada, con excepción de las
carreras y competiciones oficiales.
Los accesorios como el protector nasal y el visor, o cualquier otra pieza de
cristal, están disponibles en tiendas especializadas.
Procure utilizar siempre accesorios originales para conseguir la correcta
colocación y seguridad.

3- Las gafas de motos de nieve le protegerán de las corrientes de aire
(viento en contra), la nieve o partículas de hielo. Para ello se presupo-
ne una correcta elección de la talla y un ajuste adecuado del largo de la
banda ajustable para la cabeza.
4- Contará con la suficiente circulación de aire a través de los orificios
recubiertos de espuma.
5- Los cristales son correctos en cuanto a su óptica.
6- Los cristales responden a las exigencias de resistencia a choques y resis-
ten a una presión de 60 m/s con una bola en acero de 6 mm de diámetro.
•VIII. ACCESORIOS
Si planea usar la máscara con accesorios, tales como: protectores nasales,
máscaras de cara, works film systems, tear-offs y lentes de reemplazo…
Recomendamos usar solo productos SCOTT. Consulte los folletos dedi-
cados para la instalación y el uso de los accesorios. SCOTT Sports SA no

очки производства SCOTT были разработаны с учетом обеспечения макси-
мального уровня комфорта во время езды на мотоцик ле.
•I. ЧЕХОЛ
По возможности храните ваши очки SCOTT в специальном чехле или мешоч-
ке. Это позволит сохранить линзы невредимыми более длительный срок, и
они прослужат вам как можно дольше. Рекомендуется держать очки вдали от
источников тепла. Температура хранения не должна превышать 50°С!
•II. КОНТРОЛЬ
Перед любой гонкой или после падения необходимо проверить целостность
очков. Линзы не должны быть сломанными, резинка должна быть прочно за-
креплена в оправе, а сама оправа не должна быть поврежденной. Если встре-
чается хотя бы один из вышеуказанных случаев, необходимо заменить повре-
жденную деталь. Чтобы очки отлично прилегали к лицу, отрег улируйте резинку
с учетом размеров вашего шлема. Компания настойчиво рекомендует исполь-
зовать исключительно оригинальные запасные части SCOTT. Поцарапанные
или поврежденные линзы подлежат замене, и их нельзя больше использовать.
•III. ОЧИЩЕНИЕ И УХОД
В зависимости от модели очков линзы мог ут иметь гидрофильную обработку
(против запотевания), которая предоставляет защиту от тумана. Очень ва жно
правильно следовать инструкциям :
1- Если очки слегка загрязнились, достаточно прочистить их влажной тканью.
2- Если же очки сильно загрязнились, их можно промыть под проточной водой с
нейтральным моющим средством. Не вытирайте влажные линзы тканью. Подо-
ждите, пока вода не стечет, и только после промокните остатки воды мягкой и
чистой салфеткой. Если линзы тереть, они могут повредиться. Это может про-
изойти при использовании бумажных салфеток.
3- При обращении с зеркальными линзами требуется особое внимание. Проверь-
те, чтобы при очистке линз на них и салфетке не было гранул пыли.
4- Настойчиво рекомендуем вам не использовать растворители.
5- Не мойте очки SCOTT в стиральной машине.
6- Очень важно своевременно менять линзы, так как они не могут постоянно
поддерживать изначальные характеристики.
7- Срок службы очков : Продукт с ограниченным сроком службы. Для опти-
мальной безопасности SCOTT рекомендует замену продукта через три (3)
года с момента покупки.
•IV. ЗАМЕНА ЛИНЗ
1- Выньте поврежденную линзу из оправы. Для этого протолкните носовую
дужку, чтобы освободить линзы, после чего выньте линзы из гнезд.
2- Для вставки новой линзы необходимо начинать с носовой дужки. Нада-
вите на носовую дужку и вставьте линзу в щель так, чтобы она правильно
пришлась на каждое отверстие.
3- Продолжите работу с нижним краем линзы, полностью вставляя ее в опра-
ву. Убедитесь в том, что выемка правильно находит на отверстия.
4- Повторите то же самое с верхним краем очков, продвигаясь в сторону центра.
5- Если все отверстия попали в оправу, вставьте линзу в центр оправы.
6- Проверьте, чтобы линза прочно была вставлена в паз. Если линза вставлена
непрочно, слегка надавите на нее, чтобы она правильно закрепилась в оправе.
7- Линза должна заменяться при комнатной температуре для того, чтобы
оправа была достаточно гибкой.
Если вам необходима новая линза, запишите модель, которая указана с вну-
тренней стороны оправы, после чего закажите запчасть у специализирован-
ного продавца.
•V. БЕЗОПАСНОСТЬ И ДИАПАЗОН
ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ
Линзы нашего производства относятся к классу 1 в соответствии с требо-
ваниями норматива EN 1938 : 2010. Все линзы обеспечивают 100 % защиту от
воздействия лучей UVA / UVB (до 380 мм ; запатентованная краска amplifier
защищает до 400 мм).
Только оригинальные линзы SCOTT удовлетворяют этим требованиям. Линзы
не защищают от твердых или острых предметов. Это не защитные очки. В за-
висимости от типа, линзы имеют разные показатели светопередачи. Продукт

Защитные очки для всех видов деятельности на мотоцик ле и мопеде, за ис-
ключением гонок и официальных соревнований.
Такие принадлежности, как защита носа, пленки или диски можно приоб-
рести в специализированных магазинах. Рекомендуется использовать ис-
ключительным образом оригинальные принадлежности, так как только они

この度は SCOTT モータースポーツゴーグルをお買い上げいただきありがとう
ございます。本使用説明書をよくお読みください。さらに詳しい情報を必要とさ
れる場合は、お近くのディーラーまたは小売店にお尋ねください。SCOTT モー
タースポーツゴーグルは、運転時の快適さを保証するように設計されています。
•I. 保管
SCOTT ゴーグルは、できるだけ専用のバッグまたはボックスに保管してくださ
い。この方法でのみ、ゴーグルのレンズを長い期間、無傷の状態に保つことがで
きます。ゴーグルは、熱源の近くに保管しないでください。 気温が 50℃ を超え
る場所での保管は推奨できません！
•II. 点検
各競技シーズの開始前、またはゴーグルを落としたりしたときは必ず点検を行
い、傷が無いことを確認してください。レンズは割れていないこと、またストラッ
プはフレームにしっかりと固定され、そしてフレームに破損 があってはいけませ
ん。このような傷や不具合がある場合は、その部分を交換する必要があります。
顔 に 最 適 に フィット さ せ るた め に は 、ご 使 用 の ヘ ルメット に 合 わ せ て スト ラップ
を調整してください。スペアパーツは、SCOTT 純正のもののみ使 用されること
を強く推奨します。ひっかき傷がついたり破損しているレンズは必ず交換し、絶
対に再利用しないでください。
•III. お手入れについて
モデルにもよりますが、レンズは親水性 (曇り止め) コーティングが施され、霧か
ら保護しています。 そのため次の指示に従ってください。
1- ゴーグルが泥で汚れた場合は、湿らせた布で拭き取るだけで充分です。
2- 泥の汚れが極めて著しい場合は、レンズは中性せっけんを使用して洗い、流水
で洗い流してください。濡れたレンズは、布でこすって拭かないでください。レ
ンズを振って水を切り、柔らかい清潔な布で叩くようにして拭いてください。
こすって拭くと、レンズを損傷する場 合があります。またペーパータオル の使
用 も 同 様 に 、損 傷 を 招 く 場 合 が あ り ま す 。
3- ミラーレンズを使 用してい る場 合 は、取 扱いには 特に注 意してくださ い。レン
ズを清掃する際には、レンズや使用する布に塵粒が付着していないことを確
認してく ださ い 。
4- 溶剤は絶対に使用しないでください。
5- SCOTT モータースポーツゴーグルを洗浄器で洗浄しないでください。
6- レンズを適時に交換することは極めて重要です。そうでないと、当初の性能を
保 証 す るこ と が 難し くな りま す。
7- ゴーグルの耐用年数 : では、お求めいただいた本製品がお客様の安全を充分
に確保できる期間は3年と考え、ご購入後3年を経過した製品は新しいものと
交 換 す ることを 推 奨して いま す。
•IV. レンズの交
1- 欠陥のあるレンズをフレームから取り外します。このとき、先ず鼻の部分を取
り外し、次にそれぞれの開口部から外します。
2- 新しいレンズをはめ込むには、鼻の部分から入れてください。.鼻の部分を押し
てレンズを溝に入れ、それぞれの開口部に合わせるようにします。
3- 次にレンズの下部を完全にフレーム内に収めます。ノッチが開口部に合うこと
を 確 認 してくだ さ い 。
