Suppressor SEL-310 „Komar“ is designed to protect leakage of acoustic information by full
and (or) partly suppressing useful sound signal trying to record a mobile recording devices (such as
cellular phones, tablets and e.t.c), radio transmitting and special wired technical means and various
type of microphones by generating the interference in ultrasonic range, affecting directly on the
membrane of the microphone.

ATTENTION!!!
It is FORBIDDEN to bring the ultrasound emission on the distance closer than 70 cm to the
ear.
It is FORBIDDEN to use the equipment people younger than 18 years old.
It is FORBIDDEN to add any changes to the integrated circuit protection and power supply,
due to large battery power capacity
PARTS OF CONTROL
NOISE – indicator of turning the noise interference.
BAT. – indicator of switching on the device and battery charge.
POWER – MINI USB socket connection of external source of power supply.
ON/OFF. – button switching ON/OFF the device power supply.
RC – indicator of signal receiver from RC..
RESET – reset button of the device for factory settings.
А – button switching off the noise interference.
В – button switching on the noise interference.
SWITCHING ON-OFF THE DEVICE
In order to turn ON the device, press and hold 3 sec. button POWER., till the sound signal
goes on. Simultaneously switching on the device power source turns on the noise interference,
which is affirmed through blue color indicator.
In order to switch OFF the noise interference is performed by pressing the A button on the
remote control RC. By this, indicator “NOISE” stops glowing and the device goes into standby
mode. Turning on noise interference again is being performed by pressing the B button on the
remote control RC.
In order to turn OFF the device press and hold 6 sec. button POWER till the sound signal goes
on.

With a low level of battery charge indicator BAT., will glow red colour. For battery charge, it
necessary to connect the charging equipment, included to the delivery set, corresponded to socket on
the device. During the battery charging process the indicator BAT., glows red colour. When the
battery is fully charged the indicator BAT., will change to green colour.
Battery charge indication:

- ORANGE-charged 50%,
- RED-discharged.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
ULTRASONIC EMITTERS ARE DIRECTIONAL, THEREFORE, IN ORDER TO EFFECTIVELY
SUPPRESS SOUND RECORDING DEVICE, IT IS NECESSARY TO DIRECT THE DEVICE
WITH EMITTERS TOWARDS THE SUPPRESSED OBJECT, AVOIDING OBJECTS BETWEEN
THE SUPPRESSOR AND SOUND RECORDING DEVICE.
DUE TO TECHNOLOGICAL LIMITATIONS, SOME RECORDER DEVICES CAN NOT BE
SUPPRESSED, WHICH IS NOT A MALFUNCTION OF “SEL-310 KOMAR”
INFORMATION ABOUT PRECIOUS METALS
Supressor SEL-310 „Komar“ does not contain any precious or rare-earth metals.
WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS
Warranty terms of usage – 12 months from day of sale. Life operating time – 5 years. In case,
of device failure during the warranty time the owner have the right for warranty repair. In case of
seals damage, mechanical housing and crontrol component part damages, the user looses the right
for warranty and the repairs are performed on the owners expenses.
