Important safety instructions
READ CAREFULLY AND STORE FOR FUTURE USE.
• This appliance may be used by children 8 years of age
and older and by persons with physical, sensory or mental
impairments or by inexperienced persons, if they are
properly supervised or have been informed about how to
use of the product in asafe manner and understand the
potential dangers.
• Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning
and maintenance performed by the user must not be
performed by unsupervised children.
• If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced in
aprofessional service centre in order to prevent
adangerous situation. It is forbidden to use the appliance
with the power cord damaged.
• Children younger than 3 years of age should be prevented
from accessing the appliance unless they are under
constant supervision.
• Children between the ages of 3 and 8 may only turn
this appliance on/off if it has been placed or installed in
its intended normal operating position and if they are
supervised or have been instructed in the safe use of the
appliance and understand the potential hazards. Children
between the ages of 3 and 8 must not insert the plug into

the socket, regulate or clean the appliance or carry out
maintenance by the user.
CAUTION:
Certain parts of this product may become very hot
and cause burns. Special attention should be paid
when children and handicapped people are present.
WARNING:
Do not cover. To prevent overheating, do not cover
the heater.
• The heater must not be located just below the power
socket.
• Do not use this heater with aprogramme, timer, remote
control system or any other component that switches the
heater on automatically as there is arisk of fire if the heater
is covered or improperly positioned.
• Do not use the appliance in the near vicinity of abath,
shower or swimming pool.
• Do not use the appliance if it has fallen.
• Do not use the appliance if there are visible signs of
damage.
• Use the appliance on astable and horizontal surface. Do
not use it mounted on awall.
WARNING:
Do not use the appliance in small rooms if they are
occupied by persons who are unable to leave the
room on their own, unless permanent supervision is
provided.

WARNING:
To reduce the risk of fire, keep textiles, curtains or
any other flammable material at adistance of at
least 1 m from the air outlet.
• Before connecting the appliance to apower socket, check that the nominal voltage on the appliance'srating label matches the electrical voltage in
the socket.
• Do not connect the appliance to an extension cord or two way adapter.
• The appliance is designed for use in households, offices and similar types of areas.
• Do not use the appliance in very dusty or humid rooms such as laundries or bathrooms, in areas where chemicals are stored, in industrial
surroundings or outdoors!
• This appliance is not intended to be mounted on awall.
• Do not place the appliance on unstable surfaces such as carpets with very long and thick fibres.
• Free space of at least 100 cm in front of the appliance and 50 cm behind the appliance must be maintained while it is running to ensure sufficient
air circulation.
• Do not subject people or animals to the direct flow of hot or cold air for an extended period of time. It may negatively affect their health.
• Never insert any objects through the front grill for the outflow of air or the back grill for the inflow of air. Aelectrical short circuit could occur, afire
might be started or the appliance may be damaged.
• To avoid potential injury by electric shock do not submerge any part of this appliance in water or any other liquid and do not touch the appliance
with damp or wet hands.
• Always turn off the appliance and disconnect it from the power socket if you will not be using it or before cleaning.
• Do not leave the appliance running while you sleep.
• When cleaning the appliance, do not submerge it in water or wipe it with awet cloth.
• To avoid damaging the power cord, do not excessively bend or twist it.
• Ensure that the power cord does not come into contact with hot surfaces or sharp objects.
• Do not disconnect the appliance from the power socket by pulling on the power cord. This could damage the power cord or the power socket.
• Disconnect the cord from the power socket by gently pulling the plug of the power cord.
• Do not use the appliance if it is not working correctly, if it has been damaged or has been submerged in water. To avoid the danger of injury by
electrical shock, do not repair or modify the appliance yourself. Have all repairs or adjustments of the appliance performed at an authorised service
centre. By tampering with the appliance you risk voiding your legal rights arising from unsatisfactory performance or quality warranty.

BEFORE USING
• Before first use, remove the appliance and its accessories form the
packaging and remove all promotional labels and tags. Check that
neither the appliance nor any of its components is damaged.

CONTROLLING THE HEATER
Turning On the Heater
• Place the appliance on aflat, firm surface well away from the mains
socket.
• Insert the power plug into apower socket.
• Turn the main power switch (A6), located at the bottom rear, to
position I(on). The heater will switch to the standby mode. In standby
mode, the display will show the ambient temperature.
• Press the button to turn the heater on.
Note:
Aslight odour may be felt when the fan is first turned on or
after an extended period where it has not been used. This
event will go away after ashort while.
Turning Off the Heater
• If you are not going to use the heater, press the button and the
heater will turn off. Turn the main power switch to “0” position. Unplug
the power cord from the mains socket.
Note:
When the heater is turned off with the button,
the fan will run to cool the internal components for
about 30seconds. It will then turn off. This is anormal
occurrence. Before unplugging the power cord, wait until
the fan has stopped.
Fan Mode
• When the button is switched on, the heater will start in fan mode.
The indicator will light up on the display. Inthis mode the air is
not heated. The air flow will therefore be cold and you can use the
appliance to cool the room.
Power Setting
• The POWER button is used to set the power. Press the POWER
button once toset the low power. The indicator will light up on the
display.
• Press the POWER button again to set high power. The indicator
will light up on the display.
• Pressing the POWER button again will stop the heater from heating.
Temperature Setting
• The +/- buttons are used to set the temperature. Press them again
to set the temperature between 10 and 49 °C. The set temperature is
shown on the display.
• If the ambient temperature reaches the set temperature or will be
higher, the heater will stop heating. The indicator will light up on
the display.
• If the ambient temperature drops 2°C below the set temperature, the
heater automatically starts on low power; if the temperature drops
4°C below the set temperature, the heater automatically starts on high
power. The power setting indicator lights up on the display.
Timer Setting
• The TIMER button is used to set the timer. Press it repeatedly to set
the time after which the heater will turn off. The indicator will light
up on the display. You can set the timer time from 1 to 12 hours. The
set time is shown on the display.
Rotation Function
• To turn the heater from side to side, press the SWING button. Press the
SWING button again to turn off the rotation.

REMOTE CONTROL
Inserting Batteries into the Remote Control
1. Remove the battery holder from the bottom of the remote control.
2. Insert abattery type CR2025 (3 V) into the holder. Ensure correct
polarity. Battery is not included.
3. Insert the battery holder back into the remote control.
• To use the remote control, point it at the heater. The maximum
signal range is 5 m. If you place the remote in such away that the
transmission of the signal is blocked by barrier, the signal may not be
transmitted at all.

Note:
If you will not be using the remote control for an extended
period of time, remove the batteries from the remote control.
Never put batteries in afire, short-circuit or damage them
in any way. Dispose of them in an environmentally friendly
manner at the end of their useful life. Never dispose of
batteries in municipal waste.
The principle of controlling the heater by remote control is the same as
the one described in the chapter “Controlling the Heater”.
AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF SAFETY FUNCTION
• The ceramic heater is equipped with afuse that automatically shuts
it off if it is knocked over. This fuse performs asafety function and
prevents adangerous situation from arising.

CONTROL THROUGH THE Sencor HOME APP
This heater can be controlled via the Sencor HOME application.
Download the app to your smartphone, register and control the convector
via the app. If you already have the app installed, add the heater to your
devices.
Adding the Convector to the List of Devices via Bluetooth
You can add the heater to the Sencor HOME app by pairing via Bluetooth.
1. Turn on the Bluetooth function on your mobile phone.
2. Turn on the heater.
3. Open the app and on the app'shome page, click the “+” icon in the top
right corner of the screen.
4. The device itself will offer the “Add Device” option.
5. Click on “Add Device” and the app will automatically guide you
through adding it.
Note:
If the Bluetooth connection fails or is not possible, make
sure there are no solid obstacles between your phone and
the heater and that the two devices are close together.
Adding the Heater to the Device List via QR Code
• You can also add your heater to the Sencor HOME app using the QR
code below. On the app'shome page click the “+” icon and on the add
device screen, click “[–] Scan QR Code” in the top right corner. After
scanning the QR code, you will be prompted to select aWi-Fi network.
Select the network, enter your password andclick “Next”.
• You will be prompted toreset the device. Press and hold the SWING
button for 3 seconds. The Wi-Fi indicator light is blinking. This means
that the heater is ready to be paired. Instructions can also be found on
the application screen.
• Inthe app, confirm that the (Wi-Fi) light is flashing and click on “Next”.
• Click on “Connect”. Then, in the Wi-Fi settings on your mobile device,
connect the Wi-Fi to theheater. Then go back to the app andwait for
the heater to pair.
• In the list of devices on the main screen, click on the heater icon to
enter the heater controls.

Manually Adding the Convector to the List of Devices
• On the main screen, click on “Add device” or “+” inthe upper right
corner andclick on “Add device”.
• Ascreen with appliance categories and alist of appliances will appear.
• Click on “Heating” and select the model of the heater from the list of
products.
• On the next screen you will be prompted to select aWi-Fi network.
Select the network, enter your password andclick “Next”.
• You will be prompted toreset the device. Press and hold the SWING
button for 3 seconds. The Wi-Fi indicator light is blinking. This means
that the heater is readyto be paired. Instructions can also be found on
the application screen.
• Inthe app, confirm that the (Wi-Fi) light is flashing and click on “Next”.
• Click on “Connect”. Then, in the Wi-Fi settings on your mobile device,
connect the Wi-Fi to theheater. Then go back to the app andwait for
the heater to pair.

OVERHEATING PROTECTION
• If the temperature of the heater is too high due to an unsuitable
environment in which it is used or due to improper use, the power
supply will be automatically interrupted and the heater will stop
working. We recommend disconnecting the power cord plug from the
power outlet and letting it cool completely. You will then be able to use
the heater again.

THERMAL PROTECTION
• The ceramic heater is equipped with adouble safety thermal
protection – areversible and non-reversible thermal protection. The
reversible thermal protection will shut down the heater should it
overheat or malfunction. You will be able to use it again as soon as the
heater temperature drops.
• The non-reversible thermal protection is installed in case the
reversible thermal protection fails. If the heater overheats, malfunctions
or fails for any other reason, the non-reversible thermal protection will
completely shut down the heater and it will not be possible to turn it
on. In this case, please contact an authorised service centre.
• The most common reason for overheating is accumulated dust or
dirt on the rear grille andon the front grille. Regularly remove dirt
with avacuum cleaner. Always switch off the heater before cleaning,
unplug the power cord from the mains socket and allow it to cool
down completely.
• The heater is not equipped with asensor to control the exact
temperature, so it cannot be used as an insulating device when storing
animals or flowers.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
• Ensure that the appliance is turned off and that it has cooled down
before cleaning it.
• Clean the appliance using asoft dry cloth. Regularly remove dirt from
the front and rear grille. You can also use avacuum cleaner to remove
dirt. However, always make sure that the heater is turned off, the
power cord is unplugged from the socket and the heater is completely
cooled.
• Do not use chemicals or abrasive cleaning products for cleaning.
Otherwise the surface of the appliance may be damaged.

Warning:

Long-term Storage
• If you will not be using the appliance, store it in adry, clean place out
of children'sreach. Allow the appliance to cool down before storing.
