Important safety instructions
READ CAREFULLY AND STORE FOR FUTURE USE.
• This appliance may be used by children 8 years of age
and older and by persons with physical, sensory or mental
impairments or by inexperienced persons, if they are
properly supervised or have been informed about how to
use of the product in asafe manner and understand the
potential dangers.
• Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning
and maintenance performed by the user must not be
performed by unsupervised children.
• If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced in
aprofessional service centre in order to prevent
adangerous situation. It is forbidden to use the appliance
with the power cord damaged.
WARNING:
Do not cover. To prevent overheating, do not cover
the convector. This appliance must not be placed
just below apower socket.
WARNING:
The appliance must not be used if the glass plates
are damaged.

• Do not use this appliance in the immediate vicinity of
abath, shower or swimming pool. Children younger than
3 years of age should be prevented from accessing the
appliance unless they are under constant supervision.
• Children between the ages of 3 and 8 may only turn
this appliance on/off if it has been placed or installed in
its intended normal operating position and if they are
supervised or have been instructed in the safe use of the
appliance and understand the potential hazards.
• Children between the ages of 3 and 8 must not insert the
plug into the socket, regulate or clean the appliance or
carry out maintenance by the user.
• CAUTION:
Certain parts of this product may become very hot
and cause burns.
• Special attention should be paid when children and
handicapped people are present.
• Do not use the appliance if it has fallen.
• Do not use the appliance if there are visible signs of
damage.
• Use the appliance on astable and horizontal surface or
attached to awall, if applicable. Follow the instructions
inthis user'smanual to install the appliance. Toinstall the
appliance on the wall, use only the supplied bolts, or the
bolts recommended andapproved by the manufacturer.

• This appliance is designed for household use only.
• This appliance is not intended to be used outdoors or for commercial purposes, such as on aconstruction site.
• Before connecting the appliance to apower socket, make sure that the rated voltage on the rating plate matches the voltage of the socket to which
you want to connect it.
• Connect the appliance only to aproperly grounded socket. Do not connect it to an extension cord or splitter.
• Do not handle the appliance or its power cord if you have wet hands.
• Do not use this appliance in abathroom, laundry room or inrooms with increased humidity, or place it in aplace where it could spill or come into
contact with splashing water.
• Do not place the appliance in the vicinity of an open flame.
• Do not use the appliance in dusty rooms or areas where explosive or flammable substances such as gasoline, paints, aerosols, etc. are used or
stored, or where explosive or toxic fumes may be present, or in industrial environments.
• Do not place the appliance on tilted or unstable surfaces such as carpet with thick long fibres, sofa, etc. Place the appliance only on ahorizontal, dry,
clean, smooth and stable surface.
• Do not insert any objects into the holes of the appliance. Aelectrical short circuit could occur, afire might be started or the appliance may be
damaged.
• During operation, free space must be provided around the appliance. Leave at least 1 m of free space in front of the appliance andat least 0.5 m of
free space on its sides.
• We do not recommend using the appliance in aroom with an area of less than 6 m2.
• This appliance must not be used with aprogrammer, timer, remote control system or any other component that switches the appliance
automatically as there is arisk of fire if the appliance is covered or incorrectly positioned.
• Increased attention andsupervision must be paid when the appliance is used near animals.
• The appliance must not be left unattended while inoperation. Do not leave the appliance inoperation when you are drowsy or asleep.
• Do not use the appliance todry clothes.
• Use the On /Off button to turn off the appliance, then move the main switch to position 0 (off). Then disconnect the power cord from the power
socket.
• Always turn off the appliance and disconnect it from the power socket when not in use, when left unattended, before moving, cleaning or servicing.
Do not move the appliance during operation. Allow the appliance to cool down before moving, cleaning or servicing.
• Keep the appliance clean. Perform the cleaning in accordance with the instructions in the Cleaning and maintenance chapter. Do not perform any
maintenance on the appliance other than the cleaning described in the Cleaning and Maintenance chapter.
• To prevent potential injury by electric shock, do not submerge this appliance or its power cord under water or any other liquid.
• Position the power cord so that it does not trip or touch hot surfaces or sharp objects. Do not place it under acarpet, rug, etc.
• When disconnecting the appliance from the power socket, always pull the plug, not the power cord. Otherwise, damage to the power cord or the
socket may occur.
• Do not use the appliance if it malfunctions, has been dropped on the floor, immersed in water or damaged in any way. Take it to an authorised
service centre for inspection or repair.
• Never repair or modify the appliance yourself. To avoid the possibility of adangerous situation, entrust all repairs to an authorised service centre. By
tampering with the appliance, you expose yourself to the risk of losing your legal rights regarding faulty performance or warranty for quality.
• The manufacturer is not responsible for any damages caused by the incorrect use of this appliance.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Before first use, remove the appliance and its accessories form the
packaging and remove all promotional labels and tags. Check that neither
the appliance nor any of its components is damaged.

INSTALLATION
You can use the convector as aportable heat source (racks must be
installed) or you can mount it on the wall (racks must be unscrewed).
Warning:
Always make sure that the power plug is
disconnected from the power socket before any
installation.
Installing the Racks
• Place ablanket or other soft surface on the floor. Place the convector
upside down on the blanket.
• At the bottom of the convector, holes are drilled on each side.
Align these holes with the holes in the racks anduse the supplied
self-tapping screws to screw them to the bottom of the convector.
Tighten thoroughly. Check that the racks are correctly attached to
the convector anddo not move. Turn the convector over andcarefully
place it on the ground.
Wall Installation
• Before installing the convector on the wall, it is important to check that
there are no wires, ducts, pipes, etc.
• Before installation, also make sure that the installation site is
asufficient distance from the power socket.
• The convector must be installed at least 15 cm above the ground,
50cm from the ceiling and have afree space of 50 cm on each side.
The convector must always be installed horizontally. All electrical
work must be performed by aqualified electrician. The convector
must not be installed behind doors or outdoors.
Warning:
Use only the supplied set of dowels andscrews for
installation. Never use dowels or screws that have
adifferent diameter, different specifications, andthat
are not approved by the manufacturer as suitable for
the installation of this type of product.
1. Remove 4brackets, 6 expansion bolts and6screws from the
package.
2. Attach the 2brackets to the wall at the distance shown in Figure D1.
3. Attach 2 brackets to the bottom of the convector – see figure D2.
4. Hold the convector from the side andplace it on the brackets on the
wall.

USING THE CONVECTOR
Turning On/Off
• Prior to using for the first time, check that the voltage in your power
socket corresponds to the voltage on the rating plate.
• Insert the mains cord plug into apower socket.
• Switch the main power switch to position I(on). The convector
switches to standby mode, an audible warning sounds andthe Wi-Fi
icon lights up on the control panel and the current room temperature
is displayed.
• Press the button to turn the convector on.
• When you switch on the convector for the first time, or when you
have switched it off with the main switch, the convector will start in
eco mode, the temperature will be set to 28 °C and the icon will
light up.
• The next time the convector is switched on, it will start inthe last
mode set.
• When you have finished using it, press the button briefly and the
convector switches to standby mode. To completely turn it off, switch
the main power switch to the “0” position (off) and unplug the power
cord from the power socket.
Note:
There may be aslight odour or faint smoke when the
convector is first used or after it has not been used for along
time. This is quite normal and will soon disappear.

Operating Mode Selection
To change the operating mode, use the / buttons to select one of
the operating modes:
• Eco mode: the icon lights up
• Comfort mode: the icon lights up
• Anti-freeze mode: the icon lights up
Temperature Setting
• Press button until the numeric display flashes. Use the /
buttons to set the desired temperature. Once the numeric temperature
value stops flashing, the settings you have made are saved.
• You can set the temperature in the range from 5 to 50°C.
• The heating element of the convector will be put into operation, the
display will show the current temperature and the icon will light up.
Note:
During use, the icon will be turned on andoff, depending
on when the convector heating element is turned on or off.
This is anormal occurrence.
Note:
The temperature cannot be set inthe anti-freeze mode.
Timer Setting
• While the convector is on, press the button until the icon
flashes.
• Use the / buttons to set the time after which the heating
element switches off. As soon as the numeric value stops flashing,
the setting you have made is saved. The current temperature will be
shown on the display, the icon will light up and the countdown
will start.
• You can set the timer time from 1 to 24 hours.
• As soon as the set time has elapsed, the convector heating element
automatically switches off and the convector stops heating.
Child Lock
• The child lock function allows you to lock the control panel and
prevents accidental changes to your settings.
• To turn on the lock function, press andhold button until the
icon is lit. The control panel will be locked and all control buttons will
be inoperative.
• To cancel the lock function, press and hold the button until the
icon turns off.
Dimming the Display
• Long press the button and the display will turn off. Pressing any
button will turn the display on again.
Open Window Detection
• The convector is equipped with asensor that alerts you if awindow
is open.
• To turn on the open window function, press andhold the button for
5 seconds, the icon will appear on the display.
• To turn off the open window function, press and hold the button for
5 seconds until the icon disappears.
• In all modes (comfort andeco mode), if the temperature drops
by4°C within 20 minutes, the open window sensor fuse is activated
and causes the convector'sheating element to switch off and the
convector stops heating. The icon will start flashing on the display.
Unlock the control panel if it was locked. Switch off the convector with
the button to reset the sensor. Then switch the convector on again.
Thermal Protection
• The appliance is equipped with athermal fuse that automatically
switches it off if it overheats.
• If this situation occurs, switch off the appliance and disconnect it from
the mains socket. Then let it cool for at least 15 minutes.
• Before putting the appliance back into operation, check that its
openings are not blocked.
• If you are unable to put the appliance into operation, please contact an
authorised service centre.
Anti-freeze Protection
The convector is equipped with an anti-freeze protection in case of very
low temperatures. If the ambient temperature drops below 5°C, the
convector switches on at full power until the ambient temperature rises
above 7°C. Then it switches off.

REMOTE CONTROL
Inserting Batteries into the Remote Control
1. Remove the battery holder from the bottom of the remote control.
2. Insert abattery type CR2025 (3 V) into the holder. Ensure correct
polarity.
3. Insert the battery holder back into the remote control.
To use the remote control, point it at the heater. The maximum signal
range is 6 m. If you place the remote in such away that the transmission
of the signal is blocked by barrier, the signal may not be transmitted at all.
Note:
If you will not be using the remote control for an extended
period of time, remove the batteries from the remote control.
Never put batteries in afire, short-circuit or damage them
in any way. Dispose of them in an environmentally friendly
manner at the end of their useful life. Never dispose of
batteries in municipal waste.
The principle of operating the convector by remote control is the same as
that described in the chapter “Using the Convector”.

CONTROL THROUGH THE Sencor HOME APP
• This convector can be controlled via the Sencor HOME application.
• Download the app to your smartphone, register and control the
convector via the app. If you already have the app installed, add the
convector to your devices.
Adding the Convector to the List of Devices via Bluetooth
You can add the convector to the Sencor HOME app by pairing via
Bluetooth.
1. Turn on the Bluetooth function on your mobile phone.
2. Switch on the convector.
3. Open the app and on the app'shome page, click the “+” icon in the
top right corner.
4. The device itself will offer the “Add Device” option.
5. Click on it and the app will automatically guide you through adding
it.
Note:
If the Bluetooth connection fails or is not possible, make
sure there are no solid obstacles between your phone and
the convector and that the two devices are close together.
Adding the Convector to the List of Devices via QR Code
• You can add the convector to the Sencor HOME app via the QR code
below. On the app'shome page, click the “+” icon and on the add
device screen, click “[-] Scan QR Code” in the top right corner. After
scanning the QR code, you will be prompted to select aWi-Fi network.
Select the network, enter your password andclick “Next”.
• You will be prompted toreset the device. Hold down the button for
about 3 seconds. The Wi-Fi indicator light is blinking. This means that
the convector is ready to be paired. Instructions can also be found on
the application screen.
