Active Noise Compensation
General Description
The HMEC 45 is a very lightweight and comfortable open pilot’s head-
set (boomset) with NoiseGard™ active noise compensation. Different
connector and powering versions are available to suit every conceivable
cockpit configuration.

Noise reduction of approx. 10 dB – consequently ATC signal can
be decreased
j
Lightweight, with soft ear pads
j
Two-piece adjustable headband ensures a secure fit
j
Boom microphone with noise-compensated electret capsule
j
Adjustable microphone boom can be turned through 350° and
thus be worn on either side
j
FAA and JAA TSO approval C 57 a and C 58 a
j
Delivery includes: 1 HMEC 45 headset, 1 MZW 45 windshield
1 MZQ 2002-1 cable clip
