Milk frother
Dear Customer,
Before using the appliance, please read the
following instructions carefully and keep this
manual for future reference. e appliance
must only be used by persons familiar with
these instructions.
Important safety instructions
Do not use the appliance unless the whisk
head is fully submerged in the liquid.

with the appliance.
Caution: Keep any packaging materials
well away from children – such materials
are a potential source of danger, e.g. of
suocation.
Caution: Any misuse can cause severe
personal injury. No responsibility is
accepted if damage results from improper
use, or if these instructions are not
complied with.

In order to comply with safety regulations
and to avoid hazards, repairs to electrical
appliances must be carried out by qualied
personnel. If repairs are needed, please
send the appliance to one of our customer
service departments. e addresses can be
found in the appendix to this manual.
Batteries
Should the frothing process not lead to the
desired results, or if you experience a decrease
in the operating speed, this indicates that the
batteries need to be replaced. To access the
battery compartment, unlock the cover and
remove it. Always ensure correct polarity
alignment when inserting new batteries. e
unit is designed for use with standard ‘R6/
AA’-type 1.5V batteries. For best results, we
recommend using standard batteries. e
use of rechargeable batteries may result in a
reduced amount of milk froth.
Remember to protect our
environment. Never dispose of old
batteries in your domestic garbage.
Old batteries must be disposed of through
the local ‘special garbage collection points’.
During extended periods of non-use,
always remove the battery from the battery
compartment.
Before using for the rst time
Before the appliance is used for the rst
time, or aer extended periods of non-use, it
should be thoroughly cleaned as described in
the section General Care and Cleaning.
Operation
We recommend the use of milk with a high
protein content.
– Half-ll a suitable, long container (eg glass


or cup) with milk. Do not pre-heat the
container.
– Insert the whisk head, ensuring that it is
fully immersed, and press the operating
button. Keep it pressed until the milk is
thoroughly frothed. During frothing, the
whisk head should be moved in a circular
motion.
– Use a spoon to spread the milk froth over
the coee.
General Care and Cleaning
e whisk head is permanently attached and
cannot be removed. Aer use, the head can be
easily cleaned by dipping it into warm water
and briey pressing the operating button.
Clean the head thoroughly aerwards. For
safety reasons, the housing of the appliance
may not be treated with water or any other
liquids; it may be wiped with a slightly damp
cloth.
Disposal
Do not dispose of old or defective
appliances in domestic garbage;
this should only be done through
public collection points.
Guarantee

in materials and workmanship for a period
of two years from the date of purchase.
Under this guarantee the manufacturer
undertakes to repair or replace any parts
found to be defective, providing the product
is returned to one of our authorised service

been modied, repaired or interfered with
by any unauthorised person, or damaged
through misuse.

and tear, nor breakables such as glass and

rights you may have as a consumer under
applicable national legislation governing
the purchase of goods. If the product fails
to operate and needs to be returned, pack it
carefully, enclosing your name and address
and the reason for return. If within the
guarantee period, please also provide the
guarantee card and proof of purchase.
