Assemblyprocedure
1. Prepare location and place all unit boxes near location sight. Performaninventory
check beforebeginning, to becertain all components are availableforinstallation.
2. Secure baseplateflanges to basesurface.
3. Assembleeverygroupofarch.
4. Begin frameassemblywith frontend arch, firstinteriorarch, purlins, etc.
5. Add to assembleother groups ofarches.
6. Install main cover overframe.
7. Install end cover over end panels.

instructions!

Maintenance andcare
Annuallyormoreoften, the unit shouldbecompletelyinspected internallyand externallytomake
certain the unit remainsproperlyinstalled and secured .Particularattention should be paid to:
Hardware-check all carriageboltsand hardwareconnectors tobe certaintheyareinplace and
tightened.
Weathertrends,the unit willstrainagainstthe baseplateflange underwindyconditions,pegs
hardware, connectiontoframemembers shouldbe maintained tightanddepthofpegsshouldbe
checkedto be certain theyremain deeplyand firmlyset.
SnowAccumulation -All snowaccumulation on themaincovershouldbe removed assoonas
possible. Tap the main coverfromthe inside with a broomorsoft brush to clearcover.
MainCoverLacing-the polyrope thatsecuresthe maincovertothe bottomrail ofthe frame
assemblyshouldbe checked, and adjusted asneeded. The tension on the maincovershouldbe
uniformfromend andside toside. Ropeendsmustbe tied offontotheframemembers atthe ends
on each side.
Cleaning -coverand doors can be cleaned with a mixture oflightdetergentand water.Asoft bristle
brushwiththe mixturecan be used toloosen anyharddirt,mold, orbuildup on the cover.After
cleansing, the covershouldbe rinsed thoroughlytoavoidanychemicalreaction fromresidual
detergent.Allowing dirt anddebris tositon coveroveran extended timewilldamage cover
irreparably.
