Hinweis
Das Elektronikmodul mit der Gerätekategorie 2G dürfen
Sie im explosionsgefährdeten Bereich der Zone 1
einsetzen.
An die Eingänge des Elektronikmoduls dürfen Sie
Sensoren der Gerätekategorie 1G, 2G und 3G für die
Zone 0, 1, und 2 sowie Gerätekategorie 1D, 2D und 3D
für die Zone 20, 21 und 22 anschließen.
Montieren
Gefahr
Unter Umständen entstehen bei Montage-Arbeiten
zündfähige Funken oder unzulässige
Oberflächentemperaturen. Montage nie unter
Explosionsbedingungen durchführen!
•Beachten Sie beim Montieren die Installations- und
Errichtungsvorschriften nach EN 60 079-14.
•Das Elektronikmodul muss in Zone 1 in ein Gehäuse mit
Schutzart Ex e montiert werden.
•Das Gerät darf nur in einem Bereich mit einem
Verschmutzungsgrad von höchstens 2 gemäß IEC 60664-
1 verwendet werden.
•Das Gerät muss in Zone 2 in einem geeigneten Gehäuse
installiert werden, das einen Schutzgrad von mindestens
IP54 gemäß IEC 60079-7 bietet

Verdrahten des Terminalmoduls TM-IM/EM, TM-EM/EM
•Beachten Sie beim Verlegen der Kabel und beim
Verdrahten die Installations- und Errichtungsvorschriften
nach EN 60 079-14 sowie landesspezifische Vorschriften.
•Bei der Verdrahtung müssen Sie auf strikte Trennung von
eigensicheren und nicht eigensicheren Leitungen achten.
Sie sind in getrennten Kabelkanälen zu führen.
•Die eigensicheren Stromkreise des Elektronikmoduls sind
untereinander und von Erde getrennt zu verlegen.
Beachten Sie die Installations- und Errichtungsvorschriften
nach EN 60 079-14.
•An das Terminalmodul dürfen Geber aus Zone 0, Zone 1,
Zone 2 sowie Zone 20, Zone 21, Zone 22 und dem
sicheren Bereich angeschlossen werden. Die
Anschlussbelegungen des Elektronikmoduls finden Sie im
Handbuch „SIMATIC Dezentrale Peripherie ET 200iSP“.
•Die sicherheitstechnischen Daten (Maximalwerte) der
Geber/ Aktoren müssen an die entsprechenden
Maximalwerte des Elektronikmoduls angepasst sein. Die
Maximalwerte der Geber/ Aktoren finden Sie in den
zugehörigen Ex-Bescheinigungen. Nach EN 60 079-14 gilt:

Bestücken
•Überprüfen Sie das Elektronikmodul auf Beschädigungen!
Sie dürfen nur unbeschädigte Elektronikmodule auf das
Terminalmodul stecken.
•Beim erstmaligen Stecken eines Elektronikmoduls rastet
das Kodierelement auf dem Terminalmodul ein. Dadurch
wird das Stecken eines falschen Moduls verhindert. Diese
mechanische Kodierung darf nicht verändert werden.
•In Zone 1 und Zone 2 ist das Ziehen und Stecken des
Elektronikmoduls im laufenden Betrieb erlaubt. Das
Gehäuse
(Ex e / IP 54) in der sich die ET 200iSP befindet, darf dabei
nur kurzzeitig geöffnet werden (siehe Handbuch „SIMATIC
Dezentrale Peripherie ET 200iSP“).
•Bei der Konfigurierung der ET 200iSP müssen Sie die
zulässige Anzahl der Elektronikmodule beachten (siehe
Handbuch „SIMATIC Dezentrale Peripherie ET 200iSP“,
Kapitel 3.6).
Inbetriebnahme
•Bei der Inbetriebnahme müssen die nationalen
Vorschriften beachtet werden.
•Bei Funktionskontrollen müssen Sie die Richtlinien nach
EN 60 079-17 beachten. In dieser Norm sind die
Verordnungen der internationalen Norm nach
IEC 60 079-17 enthalten.
Für die Verwendung in den USA und Kanada
Das Control Drawing für das ET 200iSP-System wird mit dem

be used in zone 1 hazardous areas.
Sensors with device categories 1G, 2G and 3G for zones
0, 1, and 2 as well as device categories 1D, 2D and 3D for

Installation
Danger
It is possible that sparks or impermissibly high surface
temperatures may occur during installation. Never perform
an installation under explosive conditions!
•When performing the installation, observe the EN 60079-
14 regulations.
•The electronic submodule must be mounted in Zone 1 in
an enclosure with the Ex e degree of protection.
•The device may only be used in an area with a degree of
pollution of up to 2 according to IEC 60664-1.
•In Zone 2, the device must be mounted in an enclosure
providing a degree of protection of at least IP54 according
to IEC 60079-7

Wiring the TM-IM/EM, TM-EM/EM terminal submodule
•When laying the cable and connecting the submodule,
observe the regulations in EN 60079-14 plus any
applicable national regulations
•In wiring the submodule, you must strictly separate the
intrinsically safe lines from the non-intrinsically safe. They
must be laid in separate cable ducts.
•Each of the intrinsically safe circuits in the electronic
submodule are to be laid separately and should not be laid
together with the ground wires. When performing the
installation and setup, observe the EN 60079-14
regulations.
•Sensors from Zone 0, Zone 1, Zone 2 as well as Zone 20,
Zone 21, Zone 22 and the secured area may be connected
to the terminal submodule. The terminal assignment of the
electronic submodule can be found in the "SIMATIC
Distributed I/O ET 200iSP" manual.
•The safety data (maximum values) for the
sensors/actuators must be adjusted to the electronic
submodule's corresponding maximum values. The
maximum values of the sensors/actuators can be found in
the associated ex certificates. In accordance with EN
60079-14, the following applies:

Assembly
•Check the electronic submodule for damage. Only connect
undamaged electronic submodules to the terminal module.
•The first time that an electronic submodule is inserted, the
coding element on the terminal submodule will snap in,
which prevents the insertion of an incorrect submodule.
This mechanical coding may not be changed.
•In Zone 1 and Zone 2, the electronic submodule may be
inserted and removed during operation. The enclosure (Ex
e / IP 54) in which the ET 200iSP is found may only be
opened briefly for this purpose (see the "SIMATIC
Distributed I/O ET 200iSP" manual).
•In configuring the ET 200iSP, you must consider the
permissible number of electronic submodules (see the
"SIMATIC Distributed I/O ET 200iSP" manual, Chapter
3.6).
Commissioning
•The relevant national regulations must be observed when
commissioning the system.
•When checking the functionality of the equipment, observe
the EN 60079-17 guidelines. This standard includes the
regulations found in the international standard
IEC 60079-17.

Danger

boîtier à protection Ex e.
•L’appareil ne peut être utilisé que dans une zone avec un
degré de pollution 2 maximum selon IEC 60664-1.
•En zone 2, le module électronique doit être monté dans un
boîtier ayant au moins la protection de degré IP 54 selon
IEC 60079-7.

Câblage du module terminal TM-IM/IM, TM-IM/EM
•Lors de la pose des câbles et du câblage, respectez les
consignes d'installation et de mise en place figurant dans
EN 60 079-14 et les réglementations nationales en
vigueur.
•Au moment du câblage, il faut veiller à séparer de manière
stricte les câbles à sécurité intrinsèque des autres. Ils
doivent être posés dans des chemins de câbles séparés.
•Les circuits à sécurité intrinsèque du module électronique
doivent être posés séparément les uns des autres et de la
terre. Respectez les consignes d’installation et de mise en
place figurant dans EN 60 079-14.
•Il est possible de raccorder au module terminal des
capteurs placés dans les zones 0, 1, 2, ainsi que dans les
zones 20, 21, et 22 et dans la zone sûre. Vous trouverez la
description du brochage du module électronique dans le
manuel "Périphérie décentralisée SIMATIC ET 200iSP".
•Les données de sécurité (valeurs maximales) des
capteurs/actionneurs doivent être adaptées aux valeurs
maximales du module électronique. Les valeurs maximales
des capteurs/actionneurs se trouvent dans les
certifications Ex correspondants. Conformément à
EN 60 079-14 :

Montage
•Vérifiez que le module électronique n’est pas
endommagé ! Ne connectez en aucun cas des modules
électroniques endommagés au module terminal.
•Lors de la première connexion d'un module électronique,
les éléments de détrompage se verrouillent sur le module
terminal. Cela empêche le montage d'un module non
conforme. Il ne faut pas modifier ce détrompage
mécanique.
•Dans les zones 1 et 2, la déconnexion et la connexion du
module électronique pendant la marche sont autorisées.
Dans ce cas, il ne faut pas ouvrir longtemps le boîtier
(Ex e / IP 54) dans lequel se trouve l'ET 200iSP
(voir manuel "Périphérie décentralisée SIMATIC
ET 200iSP").
•Lors de la configuration de l'ET 200iS vous devez tenir
compte du nombre autorisé de modules électroniques
(voir manuel "Périphérie décentralisée SIMATIC
ET 200iSP", chapitre 3.6).
Mise en service
•À la mise en service, il faut respecter les réglementations
nationales en vigueur.
•Lors des contrôles de fonctionnement, vous devez
respecter les directives selon la norme EN 60 079-17.
