Filter Replacement
Please check the filter condition regularly and change it every 6 months.
1. Screw out the purifier base. 2. Remove the old filter and install the new one.
A: Please confirm whether the power cord is connected normally.
A: Please shut it down and unplug the power plug immediately.
A: Please shut down the purifier immediately and unplug the power plug. Carefully
pour out the internal water, and dry it in the ventilation place for more than 24
hours.
If it still can't work normally, please contact our customer service or ask the
professional to handle it.
