1.1 Brief Intro uction
COUNTIS M13 energy-meter “with a white back-lighte LCD screen for perfect rea ing” are use to
measure single-phase like resi ential, utility an In ustrial application. The unit measures an isplays
various important electrical parameters; provi e a RS485 communication port for remote rea ing an
monitoring. Bi- irectional energy measurement makes the unit a goo choice for solar PV energy metering.
The compact esign an DIN rail installation provi es an easy an economical solution for your metering
eman .
COUNTIS M13 equippe with 2 channels of pulse output. The pulse constant, pulse wi th an output unit
is configurable. Built-in interfaces provi es RS485 Mo bus RTU outputs, RS485 high-spee communication
supports the highest communication rate of 9600 bps, it is an i eal choice for power energy monitoring.
Configuration is passwor protecte .

COUNTIS M13 is a multi-functional single phase energy meter, esigne for power system, public facilities,
in ustrial applications an resi ential power monitoring nee s. It can also be use in AC charging pile,
solar photovoltaic an other occasions. Its complete communication function makes it very suitable for
real-time power monitoring systems.

3.1 Display an Operation
3.1.1 Display
When the meter is powere on, the meter will initialize an o self-checking

3.1.2 Button Definition
In measurement mo e: Click the button, the LCD isplay will scroll
the measurements；
In Set mo e: Click the button to Switch the menu of the same level
or increase the number of igits; Long press to get out of set-up
menu an return to the menu of the previous level.
In measurement mo e, Click the button: unlock/lock,
communication setting function; long press to enter setting mo e;
In setting mo e, Click the button to move cursor (The cursor is the
number bit that is flickering in setting state); Long press for the
menu item selection confirmation an parameter mo ification
confirmation.
3.2 Measurement
Click the button, the LCD isplay will scroll the measurements.
