PROVIDED UNDER LICENSE AND PATENT PENDING
This is a legally binding document between SodaStream Industries Ltd. or its
affiliates (“SodaStream”) and the consumer regarding the right to use a
SodaStream CO2 Quick Connect Cylinder (the "Cylinder").
The Cylinder is proprietary to SodaStream, patent pending and protected by
other intellectual property rights. Further, to protect users’ safety and health,
various directives and regulations govern and regulate the use, refilling,
maintenance, retesting and repair of the Cylinder. SodaStream possesses the
legally required knowledge and expertise to be responsible for strict legal
compliance that can only be guaranteed if the Cylinder is maintained,
examined, retested and refilled by it. Thus, the Cylinder remains the property of
SodaStream and is provided under License.
1. When empty, please return the Cylinder to either SodaStream or an
authorized SodaStream distributor in exchange for a full Cylinder, for the
price of the gas refill only. This License will continue to bind the use of each
subsequent Cylinder.
2. Refilling an empty Cylinder by third parties may infringe SodaStream's
intellectual property rights, including patents and other proprietary rights,
may be risky and may violate certain laws. SodaStream only warrants the
safety of Cylinders refilled by it, bearing a SodaStream tamper proof valve
seal. You may not remove or change any proprietary notice appearing on
or accompanying the Cylinders.
3. If you return the Cylinder to SodaStream or an authorized SodaStream
distributor, without exchanging it for a full one, you will be entitled to a return
fee of 2 Euros or local equivalent.
4. The Cylinder, together with this User License, may be transferred to a third
party provided the third party agrees to be bound by the conditions and
ownership rights expressed herein. Possession of this User License proves
the right of its holder to use one Cylinder under the terms herein.

TILLHANDAHÅLLS UNDER LINCENS OCH ÄR PANTENTANSÖKT
Detta är ett juridiskt bindande dokument mellan SodaStream Industries Ltd. eller dess
dotterbolag (SodaStream) och konsumenten om rätten att använda en SodaStream Quick
Connect CO-cylinder (“Cylinder”).
Cylindern ägs av SodaStream, är föremål för patentansökan och är skyddad av andra
immateriella rättigheter. För att skydda användarnas säkerhet och hälsa reglerar olika direktiv
och förordningar användning, påfyllning, underhåll, omtestning och reparation av Cylindern.
SodaStream har den kunskap och expertis som krävs enligt lag för att ansvara för strikt rättslig
efterlevnad. Detta kan endast säkerställas om flaskan underhålls, undersöks, testas om och
fylls på av dem. Därför förblir Cylindern SodaStreams egendom och tillhandahålls under licens.
1. Tom Cylinder ska lämnas tillbaka till antingen SodaStream eller en auktoriserad
SodaStream-distributör, och du får en full Cylinder i retur, till kostnad för endast
gaspåfyllningen. Denna licens gäller för varje påföljande Cylinder.
2. Påfyllnad av tredje part av en tom Cylinder kan innebära intrång I SodaStreams immateriella
rättigheter, inklusive patent och andra äganderättigheter. SodaStream ansvarar bara för
säkerheten för Cylindrar som företaget själva fyller på, vilka bär en manipuleringssäker
ventiltätning från SodaStream. Du får inte ta bort eller ändra något meddelande om
äganderätt som visas på eller medföljer Cylindrarna.
3. Om du returnerar Cylindern till SodaStream eller en auktoriserad SodaStream-distributör
utan att byta ut den mot en full Cylinder har du rätt till en returavgift på 2 Euro eller likvärdig
lokal summa.
4. Cylindern, tillsammans med denna användarlicens, kan överföras till tredje partförutsatt att
tredje part samtycker till att vara bunden av de villkor och äganderättigheter som anges i
detta dokument. Innehav av denna användarlicens bevisar innehavarens rätt att använda
en Cylinder enligt villkoren i detta dokument.
