Colocación
Enganchar la cinta dual lock
proporcionada con el
detector en el centro del
casco tal y como se muestra
en la imagen.
Presionar con fuerza durante
unos 20 segundos.
Enganchar el detector
orientando la flecha hacia
la parte frontal del casco
sobre la cinta Dual lock
apretando hasta su
completa sujeción.

Abrir la tapa e insertar las pilas
tal como indica la serigrafía del
portapilas.

Puesta en marcha
Apretar TEST y comprobar que aparece
la señal acústica intermitente
y que el LED VERDE de
encendido se mantiene encendido.

Entrada en funcionamiento
El dispositivo pasa automáticamente de modo reposo a
modo de alerta, excepto cuando se colocan las baterías
por primera vez. En este caso se debe pulsar el botón de
test para que se encienda.
Funcionalidad básica
Cuando el operario se aproxima hacia un campo eléctrico
comprendido entre 10kV - 66kV y sobrepasa una distancia
aproximada de 1m para 10 kV y 3m para 66kV, el detector
mantiene una señal acústica que indica al operario que se
encuentra en una zona de peligro. Hasta que no se aleja
de la fuente de tensión no cesa la alarma.

Indicación batería baja
El dispositivo consta de un sistema de chequeo
de comprobación de baterías.
Si se presiona el botón de test y las baterías se
encuentran próximas a estar agotadas, el dispositivo
emite un sonido continuo hasta la extracción y
reemplazo de ellas.
En modo alerta pero sin alarma cuando el nivel de
batería es bajo, avisa de manera acústica con 2 pitidos
seguidos y repetibles cada 5 segundos.
Si no se reemplazan en un intervalo breve de tiempo
el detector emitirá un pitido continuo hasta la extracción
y/o reemplazo de ellas.
En modo alerta con alarma por proximidad a un campo
eléctrico, cuando el nivel de batería es bajo, avisa de
manera acústica con intermitencias lentas.
Si no se reemplazan en un intervalo breve de tiempo
el detector emitirá un pitido continuo hasta la extracción
y/o reemplazo de ellas.

Test
Pulsar el botón de test y comprobar que
aparece la señal acústica y que el
LED verde permanece encendido.
Es necesario hacer el test siempre que se
pongan pilas nuevas y al ponerse el casco.

Retirar siempre que sea posible
las baterías.

Mantenimiento
Mantener el detector de ausencia de tensión limpio.
Transportar y almacenar en el estuche entregado con
el dispositivo.
Evitar todo tipo de golpes, en el caso de caída, rotura o
detección de cualquier anomalía, contacte con SOFAMEL,
S.L. para su posterior revisión, reparación o calibración.
El verificador, aunque esté almacenado, debe ser
verificado y calibrado por el fabricante después de un
periodo máximo de 6 años.

Este dispositivo no es un sustitutivo de ningún
procedimiento y/o elemento de seguridad ya
existente, se trata de un complemento adicional de
seguridad.
Garantía
La garantía es de 24 meses a partir de la fecha de venta,
y está sujeta a un uso adecuado del detector.

Placement
Fasten the dual lock tape
provided with the
detector in the central
part of the hard hat, as
shown. Press firmly for
around 20 seconds.
Fasten the detector with
the arrow facing to the
front of the hat on the
dual lock tape by
pressing firmly until it is
fully secured.

Operating mode
The device automatically enters rest mode except when
installing batteries for the first time. In this case the test
button must be pressed to switch the device on.
Basic operation
When the operator approaches an electric field between
10kV and 66kV and exceeds an approximate distance of
1m for 10 kV and 3m for 66kV, the detector emits a sound
to warn that the operator is in a danger area. The alarm will
not stop until the operator moves away from the voltage
source.

Low battery indicator
The device includes a battery checking system.
When pressing the test button, if the batteries are close
to empty, the device emits a continuous sound until
they are removed and replaced.
In alert mode, but without an alarm when the battery
level is low, it emits a warning sound of two beeps
every five seconds. If the batteries are not replaced
within a certain short period of time, the detector will
emit a continuous sound until they are removed and/or
replaced.
In alert mode with alarm for proximity to an electric field,
when the battery level is low, it emits a warning sound
of slow beeps. If the batteries are not replaced
within a certain short period of time, the detector will
emit a continuous sound until they are removed and/or
replaced.

Test
Press the test button and check that the
sound signal appears, and that the
green LED light remains lit. The test
needs to be run whenever new batteries
are installed and the hard hat is put on.

in use.

Maintenance
Keep the voltage detector clean.
Transport and store the device in the supplied briefcase.
Prevent any blow. In case of fall, break or detection of
any anomaly, contact SOFAMEL, S.L. for its inspection,
repair or calibration.
Even if it is stored, the voltage detector should be
checked and calibrated by the manufacturer after a
maximum of 6 years.

This device is not a substitute for any existing safety
procedures or elements, and should be used as an
additional safety device.
Warranty
Subject to proper use of the detector, our warranty
extends for 24 months from sale.
