treadmill on a flat level surface wit access to a 1 a 230-volt, 10-amp grounded outlet wit only
t e treadmill plugged into t e circuit.
DO NOT USE AN EXTENSION CORD UNLESS IT IS A 14AWG OR BETTER, WITH ONLY ONE
OUTLET ON THE END: DO NOT ATTEM T TO DISABLE THE GROUNDED LUG BY USING
IM RO ER ADA TERS, OR IN ANY WAY MODIFY THE CORD SET.

Do not operate treadmill on deeply padded, plus or s ag carpet. Damage to bot
carpet and treadmill may result.
Do not block t e rear of t e treadmill. Provide a minimum of 3 1/2 feet clearance
between t e rear of t e treadmill and any fixed object.
Keep c ildren under t e age of 13 away from t is mac ine. T ere are obvious pinc
points and ot er caution areas t at can cause arm.
Keep ands away from all moving parts.
Never operate t e treadmill if it as a damaged cord or plug. If t e treadmill is not
working properly, call your dealer.
Keep t e cord away from eated surfaces.
Do not operate w ere aerosol spray products are being used or w ere oxygen is being
administered. Sparks from t e motor may ignite a ig ly gaseous environment.
Never drop or insert any object into any openings.
Do not use outdoors.
To disconnect, turn all controls to t e off position, remove tet er cord, t en remove t e
plug from t e outlet.
Do not attempt to use your treadmill for any purpose ot er t an for t e purpose it is
intended.
T e pulse sensors are not medical devices. Various factors, including t e user’s
movement, may affect t e accuracy of eart rate readings. T e pulse sensors are
intended only as exercise aids in determining eart rate trends in general.
Use andrails provided; t ey are for your safety.
Wear proper s oes. Hig eels, dress s oes, sandals or bare feet are not suitable for use
on your treadmill. Quality at letic s oes are recommended to avoid leg fatigue.
T is appliance is not intended for use by persons wit reduced p ysical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge.
Before beginning t is or any exercise program, consult a p ysician. T is is especially
important for persons over t e age of 35 or persons wit pre-existing ealt conditions.
Close supervision is necessary w en t is appliance is used by, on, or near c ildren,
invalids, or disabled persons.
Remove tether cord after use to prevent unauthorized treadmill operation.
