A Removable hair filter
•To remove sucked-in dust and hair from the hair filter, you can remove the hair
filter by gently turning it to the left. Do this only if the appliance is unplugged.
Use a brush to clean the hair filter. After cleaning, put the hair filter back in place
and lock it by turning it to the right. Only place the hair filter on the hair
dryer when dry! The appliance must only be used with the hair filter in
place! Regularly cleaning the hair filter greatly increases the life span of the hair
dryer.
B Cold air button
•Use the cold air button to increase the fullness and tone of your hair and to sta-
bilise your hairstyle. We recommend using the cold air button after drying and
brushing your hair.
C Heat toggle switch
•Use the upper toggle switch to choose from 3 different heat settings: cold, warm
and maximum heat. Please refer to the description given in the section “Switch-
ing the appliance on and setting heat and motor speed” on the next page.
D Motor speed and ON/OFF toggle switch
•Use the bottom toggle switch to choose between low and high motor speed
resp. switch the appliance off. Please refer to the description given in the section
“Switching the appliance on and setting heat and motor speed” on the next
page.
E Suspension loop
•The practical suspension loop can be used to store the hair dryer safely and
saving space.
F Styling nozzle
•Use this nozzle to accurately point the jet of hot or cold air at single strands of
hair or quickly dry your hair. The styling nozzle can also used while brushing.
G Power cord with detangler
•The detangler prevents the power cord from twisting and tangling up while the
hair dryer is in use.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•Always pull the plug before cleaning the appliance. Keep the appliance away
from water and keep it safe from dust, dirt and lint. Regularly remove and clean
the hair filter with a soft brush. After cleaning, reinstall the hair filter. Use only a
slightly damp cloth to wipe the appliance clean and dry it afterwards with a soft
cloth.
OVERHEATING PROTECTION
•The appliance is equipped with a safety thermostat and the heating element
automatically switches off if it overheats. The motor keeps running to cool the
heating element. After a short break, the heating element switches back on auto-
matically. You should still make sure that the air inlets and outlets are completely
free from dust and lint and, if necessary, clean the appliance with a dry cloth.
