Hinweis: Um diese Boxen vakuumieren zu können, benötigen
Sie ein SOLIS Vakuumiergerät mit Schlauchanschluss.
1. Füllen Sie die saubere, trockene Lunchbox mit den Lebens-
mitteln. Lassen Sie zum oberen Rand mindestens 3 cm frei.
Achten Sie darauf, dass der Rand der Box sowie der Deckel
sauber und trocken sind, eventuelle Feuchtigkeit oder
Lebensmittelreste, die durch die inliegenden Lebensmittel an
den Rand der Box gelangt sind, sollten mit einem Küchenpa-
pier entfernt werden.
2. Verschliessen Sie die Box mit dem Deckel, so dass sie rund-
um fest verschlossen ist.
3. Nehmen Sie den Schlauch, welcher an einem Ende mit
einem Vakuum-Adapter mit einem runden Gumminoppen
ausgestattet ist. Am anderen Ende befinden sich zwei über-
einander gesteckte Adapter (Abb. 1).
4. Je nach Schlauchanschluss Ihres Vakuumiergerätes stecken
Sie entweder den weissen Adapter mit kleinem Anschluss-
stück in den Schlauchanschluss Ihres Vakuumiergerätes,
oder Sie nehmen diesen Adapter ab und verbinden den
darunter befindlichen Adapter mit grossem Anschlussstück
mit dem Schlauchanschluss Ihres Vakuumiergerätes. Je nach
Gerätetyp sind die Anschlussöffnungen unterschiedlich,
deshalb stehen Ihnen beide Adapter-Typen zur Verfügung
(Abb. 2).
5. Pressen Sie nun den runden Gumminoppen des Vakuum-
Adapters auf das graue Ventil im Deckel. Drücken Sie die
„Canister“- resp. „Canister Switch“-Taste Ihres Vakuumier-
gerätes. Die Luft in der Box wird über das Ventil und den
Vakuum-Adapter entzogen, in der Box entsteht ein Vakuum
(Abb. 3).
6. Sobald sich das Gerät abschaltet, können Sie den Vakuum-
Adapter vom Ventil nehmen, das Vakuum in der Box wird
gehalten.
• Zum Öffnen: Drücken Sie einfach den runden Knopf im
Deckelventil von zwei Seiten zusammen und das Vakuum in
der Box entweicht (Abb. 4).


REINIGUNG
• Nach Entnahme der Lebensmittel sollte die Box und der
Deckel sorgfältig von Hand in warmen Spülwasser mit
einem weichen Schwamm gereinigt werden. Anschliessend
Box und Deckel mit klarem Wasser nachspülen und mit
einem Tuch trocknen.

• Alternativ dazu können die Boxen (jedoch nicht der Schlauch
oder die Adapter) im Geschirrspüler gereinigt werden.
• Wir empfehlen, die Box geöffnet liegen zu lassen, bis Deckel
und Box komplett trocken sind.
• Achtung: Benutzen Sie keine aggressiven oder scheuernden
Reinigungs- oder Lösungsmittel. Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt
mit spitzen Gegenständen, um die Box bzw. den Deckel
nicht zu beschädigen.
• Achten Sie immer darauf, dass aus gesundheitlichen Grün-
den die Box und der Deckel vor jeder Wiederverwendung
absolut sauber sein müssen. Bitte beachten Sie alle Hinwei-
se, die in der ausführlichen Anleitung zu Ihrem Vakuumier-
gerät aufgeführt sind.

s  MODE D’EMPLOI
Remarque : Pour pouvoir mettre sous vide ces boîtes, vous avez
besoin d’un appareil à emballer sous vide SOLIS disposant d’un
raccordement pour tuyau.
1. Remplissez la boîte repas propre et sèche avec les aliments.
Ne remplissez pas de trop la boîte en laissant au moins 3 cm
de libre entre les aliments et le rebord supérieur de la boîte.
Prenez soin que le rebord de la boîte ainsi que le couvercle
soient propres et secs. Eliminez éventuellement avec du
papier absorbant l’humidité ou les restes alimentaires qui
auraient pu se déposer sur le rebord de la boîte lorsque vous
l’avez remplie.
2. Refermez la boîte avec le couvercle de manière à ce qu’elle
soit hermétiquement fermée.
3. Prenez le tuyau qui possède sur une extrémité un adaptateur
pour emballage sous vide avec un picot rond en caoutchouc.
Sur l’autre extrémité se trouvent deux adaptateurs emboîtés
l’un dans l’autre (ill. 1).
4. Selon le raccordement pour tuyau de votre appareil à embal-
ler sous vide, vous devez soit raccorder l’adaptateur blanc
avec la pièce de connexion de petite taille dans le raccorde-
ment pour tuyau de votre appareil ou retirer cet adaptateur
et relier l’adaptateur qui se trouve en-dessous avec la pièce
de connexion de grande taille au raccordement pour tuyau
de votre appareil. Les orifices de raccord sont différents
selon le type de votre appareil, c’est pourquoi les deux sortes
d’adaptateur sont fournies (ill. 2).
5. Enfoncez ensuite le picot rond en caoutchouc de l’adap-
tateur d’emballage sous vide sur la valve grise située sur le
couvercle. Appuyez sur la touche « Canister » ou « Canister
Switch » de votre appareil à emballer sous vide. L’air qui se
trouve dans la boîte est alors absorbé à travers la valve et
l’adaptateur d’emballage sous vide, la boîte est alors sous
vide (ill. 3).
6. Dès que l’appareil est éteint, vous pouvez retirer l’adapta-
teur d’emballage sous vide de la valve, la boîte est mainte-
nue sous vide.
• Pour ouvrir : Appuyez simplement sur les deux côtés
du bouton rond situé sur la valve du couvercle et le vide
s’échappe de la boîte (ill. 4).


NETTOYAGE
• Nous vous conseillons de nettoyer soigneusement la boîte
et son couvercle à la main dans de l’eau de vaisselle chaude
avec une éponge douce après avoir retiré les aliments. Rin-
cez ensuite la boîte et le couvercle sous de l’eau claire et
séchez-les avec un chiffon.
• Vous pouvez également laver les boîtes dans le lave-vaisselle
(toutefois pas le tuyau ou les adaptateurs).

• Nous vous recommandons de laisser les boîtes ouvertes
jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient complètement sèches ainsi que les
couvercles.
• Attention : N’utilisez pas de produits de nettoyage et de
détergents agressifs ou récurant. Evitez tout contact avec
des objets pointus afin de ne pas endommager la boîte ou
le couvercle.
• Prenez soin pour des raisons sanitaires que la boîte et le
couvercle soient absolument propres avant de les réutiliser.
Veuillez respecter toutes les consignes indiquées dans le
mode d’emploi détaillé de votre appareil à emballer sous
vide.

Nota: Per mettere sottovuoto questi contenitori, è necessaria
una macchina per sottovuoto SOLIS con attacco per tubo.
1. Inserire gli alimenti nel contenitore porta pranzo pulito e
asciutto. Lasciare almeno 3 cm fino al bordo superiore. Assi-
curarsi che il bordo del contenitore e il coperchio siano puliti
e asciutti, eventuali residui di umidità o cibo che sono giunti
sul bordo del contenitore a causa degli alimenti all’interno,
devono essere rimossi con carta da cucina.
2. Chiudere il contenitore con il coperchio in modo che sia ben
sigillato.
3. Prendere il tubo, dotato a un’estremità di un adattatore per
sottovuoto con una sporgenza rotonda in gomma. All’altra
estremità ci sono due adattatori sovrapposti (Fig. 1).
4. A seconda del collegamento del tubo della vostra macchina
per sottovuoto, inserire l’adattatore bianco con connettore
piccolo nel raccordo del tubo della vostra macchina per
sottovuoto, oppure rimuovere questo adattatore e collegare
l’adattatore sottostante con connettore grande al raccordo
della vostra macchina per sottovuoto. A seconda del tipo di
dispositivo, le aperture di connessione sono diverse, motivo
per cui sono disponibili entrambi i tipi di adattatore (Fig. 2).
5. Premere ora la sporgenza rotonda in gomma dell’adattatore
per sottovuoto sulla valvola grigia nel coperchio. Premere il
tasto “Canister“ risp. “Canister Switch” sulla macchina per
sottovuoto. L’aria nel contenitore viene rimossa tramite la
valvola e l’adattatore per sottovuoto, nel contenitore viene
creato un vuoto (Fig. 3).
6. Non appena il dispositivo si spegne, è possibile rimuovere
l’adattatore per sottovuoto dalla valvola, mantenendo il
vuoto nel contenitore.
• Per aprire: Basta spingere da due lati il pulsante rotondo
nella valvola del coperchio e il vuoto nel contenitore fuorie-
sce (Fig. 4).


PULIZIA
• Dopo aver rimosso gli alimenti, il contenitore e il coperchio
devono essere accuratamente puliti a mano in acqua sapo-
nata tiepida con una spugna morbida. Quindi risciacquare il
contenitore e il coperchio con acqua pulita e asciugare con
un panno.
• In alternativa, il contenitore (ma non il tubo o gli adattatori)
può essere lavato in lavastoviglie.

• Si consiglia di lasciare il contenitore aperto finché il coper-
chio e il contenitore sono completamente asciutti.
• Attenzione: Non utilizzare detergenti o solventi aggressivi
o abrasivi. Evitare il contatto con oggetti appuntiti per non
danneggiare il contenitore o il coperchio.
• Per motivi di salute, assicurarsi sempre che il contenitore e il
coperchio siano assolutamente puliti prima di ogni riutilizzo.
Si prega di osservare tutte le disposizioni che sono elencate
nelle istruzioni dettagliate della vostra macchina per sotto-
vuoto.

Note: A SOLIS vacuum sealer with hose port is required to vac-
uum seal these boxes.
1. Fill the food into the dry, clean Lunch Box. Leave at least
3 cm free up to the upper edge. Make sure that the edge of
the box as well as the lid are clean and dry. Potential wet-
ness and residues of the inlying food that might have gotten
onto the edge of the box should be removed with a paper
towel.
2. Close the box with the lid so that it is firmly sealed all
around.
3. Take the hose which is equipped on one end with a vacuum
adapter with a round rubber knob. On the other end, there
are two adapters plugged together (fig. 1).
4. Depending on the hose port of your vacuum sealer, plug
either the white adapter with the small connecting piece
into the hose port or remove the adapter and connect the
other adapter beneath it with the large connecting piece
to the hose port of your vacuum sealer. Depending on the
appliance type, the connection ports are differently sized,
therefore your are provided with both adapter types (fig. 2).
5. Now, press the round rubber knob of the vacuum adapter
onto the grey valve in the lid. Press the “Canister” resp.
“Canister Switch” button on your vacuum sealer. The air
in the box is extracted through the valve and the vacuum
adapter, a vacuum is formed in the box (fig. 3).
6. Once the appliance switches off, you can take the vacuum
adapter off of the valve, the vacuum in the box is held.
• To open: Simply squeeze the round button in the lid valve
from two sides. The vacuum in the box escapes (fig. 4).


CLEANING
• After removing the foods, the box and the lid should both
be carefully cleaned by hand in warm dish water with a soft
sponge. After that, rinse the box and the lid with clear water
and dry both parts with a towel.
• Alternatively, the boxes (not the hose or the adapters, how-
ever) can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
• We recommend leaving the open boxes out until lid and box
are completely dry.
• Caution: Do not use any aggressive or scouring detergents
or solvents. Avoid contact with sharp objects to prevent
damage to the box resp. the lid.

Aanwijzing: om deze lunchboxen te vacumeren is een SOLIS-va-
cumeermachine met slangaansluiting nodig.
1. Vul de schone en droge lunchbox met levensmiddelen. Laat
minstens 3 cm tot de bovenrand leeg. Let erop dat de rand
van de lunchbox en het deksel schoon en droog zijn. Vocht
en levensmiddelresten die door het plaatsen van levensmid-
delen aan de rand zijn achtergebleven, moeten met keuken-
papier worden schoongeveegd.
2. Sluit de lunchbox met het deksel zodat deze rondom goed
is gesloten.
3. Pak de slang die aan een uiteinde met een vacuümadapter
met ronde rubberen noppen is uitgerust. Aan het andere
uiteinde bevinden zich twee op elkaar liggende adapters
(afb. 1).
4. Naargelang de slangaansluiting van uw vacumeermachi-
ne steekt u de witte adapter met klein aansluitstuk in de
slangaansluiting van uw vacumeermachine of verwijdert u
deze adapter en sluit u de andere adapter met groot aan-
sluitstuk aan op de slangaansluiting van uw vacumeerma-
chine. Omdat de aansluitopeningen verschillen naargelang
het apparaattype worden beide adaptertypes meegeleverd
(afb. 2).
5. Druk nu de ronde rubberen noppen van de vacuümadapter
op het grijze ventiel in het deksel. Druk op de knop "Canis-
ter" of "Canister Switch" op de vacumeermachine. De lucht
in de lunchbox wordt via het ventiel weggezogen en er
wordt een vacuüm in de lunchbox gecreëerd (afb. 3).
6. Zodra de machine uitschakelt, kunt u de vacuümadapter
van het ventiel halen. Het vacuüm in de lunchbox wordt
gehandhaafd.
• Openen: druk de ronde knop op het dekselventiel van
beide kanten samen en het vacuüm in de lunchbox ver-
dwijnt (afb. 4).


REINIGING
• Na gebruik moeten levensmiddelen worden verwijderd en
moeten de lunchbox en het deksel zorgvuldig met een
zachte spons in warm afwaswater worden gereinigd. Spoel
vervolgens de lunchbox en het deksel met schoon water en
droog ze met een doek.
• De lunchboxen (echter zonder slang of adapter) kunnen ook
in de vaatwasser worden gereinigd.

• We raden u aan om de lunchbox open te laten tot lunchbox
en deksel helemaal droog zijn.
• Let op: gebruik geen agressieve of schurende reinigings- of
oplosmiddelen. Vermijd het contact met scherpe voorwer-
pen om de lunchbox en het deksel niet te beschadigen.
• Om gezondheidsredenen moeten de lunchbox en het deksel
voor hergebruik absoluut schoon zijn. Volg alle aanwijzin-
gen die in de uitgebreide gebruiksaanwijzing van uw vacu-
meermachine staan.
