Wartungsarbeiten oder Reparaturen sind erforderlich, wenn das Netzkabel oder der Stecker
beschädigt Ist, wenn Flüssigkeit oder andere Gegenstände in das Geräteinnere gefallen sind,
wenn das Gerät im Regen gestanden hat, sich nicht erwartungsgemäß verhält oder wenn es
gefallen ist.
• Verwenden Sie ausschließlich Originalzubehör.
• Bei Betrieb des Gerätes in einer vom Hersteller nicht vorgesehenen Art und Weise kann der
vom Gerät unterstützte Schutz beeinträchtigt sein.
BETRIEBSBESTIMMUNGEN UND
BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG
• Das Gerät ist ausschließlich zur Geräuschdämmung von Ultraschallbädern bestimmt.
• Das gedämmte Ultraschallbad darf keine gefährlichen berührbaren Teile besitzen.
• Das Gerät muss auf einer ebenen, horizontalen Fläche aufgestellt werden.
• Die Abluft muss ungehindert strömen können. Der hintere Luftauslass muss mindestens 15
cm von anderen Objekten entfernt sein.
• Der Lüfter muss sich frei drehen können und darf nicht blockiert werden.
• Das Gerät darf nur in sauberen und trockenen Räumen verwendet werden.
• Das Gerät darf nicht über 30°C Umgebungstemperatur und nicht über 80% Luftfeuchte
betrieben werden.
• Die Innentemperatur darf 50°C nicht überschreiten.
• Während Transport und Lagerung sollten folgende Wertbereiche nicht längere Zeit über- bzw.
unterschritten werden:
Transport: Temperatur: -20-60°C, Luftfeuchte: 5-90%
Lagerung: Temperatur: 10-40°C, Luftfeuchte: 10-80%
• Falls sich nach dem Auspacken Kondenswasser bildet, muss eine Akklimatisierungszeit von
mindestens 2Stunden abgewartet werden.
• Das Gerät muss von leicht entflammbaren und brennbaren Flüssigkeiten ferngehalten
werden.
• Falls eine Flüssigkeit in die Elektrik des Gerätes eindringen sollte, ist es sofort außer Betrieb
zu setzen und muss von einem Fachmann überprüft werden.
• Es sind die Unfallverhütungsvorschriften des Verbandes der gewerblichen
Berufsgenossenschaften für elektrische Anlagen und Betriebsmittel zu beachten.
• Eine Reparatur des Gerätes darf nur vom Fachmann durchgeführt werden.

Netztrennvorrichtung:
Das Steckernetzteil dient als Trennvorrichtung. Um das Gerät vollständig vom Netz zu trennen,
entfernen Sie das Steckernetzteil von der Steckdose. Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Netzteil
jederzeit zugänglich ist.
Dämmung:
Umweltfreundliches Recyclingmaterial, öl- und wasserbaweisend. Entflammbarkeit erfüllt
FMVSS 302 bzw. DIN 75200

Beistelltisch zur leichteren Zugänglichkeit
Wenn das System auf einem Tisch mit 80cm Standardhöhe aufgebaut ist kann es insbesondere
bei den größeren Modellen USBB-L und USBB-XL für kleinere Personen schwierig sein das
Ultraschallbad zu befüllen. Hierfür bieten wir einen niedrigeren Beistelltisch mit den Maßen
610x800x620mm (BxTxH) an.

ÜBERSICHT
INSTALLATION
• Platzieren Sie die Schallschutzhaube an dem Ort an dem das Ultraschallbad verwendet
werden soll und versorgen Sie sie mit dem beiliegenden Steckernetzteil mit Strom.
• Öffnen Sie die Haube indem Sie den oberen Griff nach hinten schieben und positionieren Sie
das Ultraschallbad auf dem Lochblechboden.
• Führen Sie das Anschlusskabel durch eine der beiden rückseitigen Gummimembranen.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Lüfter der Schallschutzhaube funktioniert. Betätigen Sie dazu den
Schalter an der Rückseite. Der Lüfter muss sich frei drehen können und der Lauftauslass darf
nicht blockiert sein. Die Schallschutzhaube ist nun fertig installiert und das Ultraschallbad
kann in Betrieb genommen werden.
BETRIEB
Verwenden Sie Ihr Ultraschallbad laut Gebrauchsanweisung des Herstellers. Sollten Sie die
Heizung des Ultraschallbades verwenden, achten Sie bitte darauf die Absaugung mit dem
Schalter an der Rückseite der Einhausung in Betrieb zu nehmen.
WARTUNG
Zur Reinigung der Oberfläche benutzen Sie ein weiches, feuchtes Tuch.
Kontrollieren Sie jeden Monat die Funktion des Lüfters und überprüfen Sie ob das Schutzgitter
frei von Staub und anderen Verunreinigungen ist. Je nach Umgebungsbedingungen kann
dieshäufiger oder seltener nötig sein.

• Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus
has been damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has
been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to
rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
• If the apparatus is used in a manner not specified by the manufacturer the protection
provided by the equipment may be impaired.
OPERATING CONDITIONS AND CONVENTIONAL
USAGE
• The box is exclusively designed as a noise reduction device for ultrasonic baths.
• The ultrasonic bath may not have tangible dangerous parts.
• The box must be installed on an even and horizontal surface.
• The exhausted airflow must be able to stream unhindered. The rear air discharge opening
must be distant from other objects at least 15 cm.
• The fan must be able to turn free and may not be blocked.
• The box may only be used in clean and dry areas.
• During transport and storage temperature and humidity must be within the following range:
Transport: Temperature: -20 to 60°C (-4 to 140°F), humidity: 5 to 90%
Storage: Temperature: 10 to 40°C (50 to 104°F), humidity: 10 to 80%
• The box may not be operated above 30°C / 86°F ambient temperature and above 80%
humidity.
• The inner temperature of the box may not exceed 50°C / 122°F
• If condensation water is formed after unpacking the box, an acclimatisation period of 2 hours
must be adhered prior to installation.
• The box must be kept away from easily inflammable and combustible liquids.
• If a liquid should penetrate the electrical part of the box it is to be set immediately out of
operation and must be checked by a specialist.
• The valid accident guarding regulations according to each country must be considered.
• A repair of the box may be accomplished only by a specialist.

Disconnecting device:
The wall power supply serves as the disconnecting device. To completely disconnect the
equipment from the electric supply network disconnect the wall power supply. Please assure
that the wall power supply is accessible at all times.

Side table for easy accessability
Especially with the larger models USBB-L and USBB-XL accessibility for smaller people is
difficult when the system is set up on a table with standard height. For this purpose we offer a
lower side table with the dimensions 610x800x620mm (WxDxH).

OVERVIEW
INSTALLATION
• Place the noise reduction box at the position where the ultrasonic bath will be operated. Plug
the wall power supply into a wall outlet and the plug on the cord to the jack on the back of
the noise reduction box.
• Open the noise reduction box by pushing the upper handle backwards and position the
ultrasonic bath inside the noise reduction box.
• Feed the power cord of the ultrasonic bath through one of the two rubber feedthroughs on
the back
• Make sure that the fan is working. To do so turn on the switch on the back panel. Please
make sure that the fan is not blocked and is at least 5cm (2") away from the wall or other
equipment. The noise reduction box is now ready to use and the ultrasonic bath can be
powered and operated.
OPERATION
Use your ultrasonic bath as described in the users manual. If the heater of the ultrasonic bath
is used, the fan must be turned on.
MAINTENANCE
To clean the surface please use a soft and moist tissue.
The function of the fan should be checked every month. Also the fan guard must be checked if
dust or other sorts of pollution could block the air flow. Depending on ambient conditions, this
may be necessary earlier or.
