IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
The bike has been designed for home use only. Please note the following safety precautions:
1. Read all instructions before assembly & operation.Assemble the bike exactly as per
the instructions contained in this manual.
2. Check all screws, nuts & other connections before using the bike.
3. Use the bike only for its intended use as described in this manual.
4. Use a suitable base, such as a rubber mat, under the bike and keep the area around
the bike clear of dirt and obstacles.
5. Keep children & pets away from the bike at all times.
6. Only one person at a time should use the bike. (max weight:100kg)
7. Always use the bike on a dry, clear & level surface. Do not use it outdoors or near
water or excessive moisture.
8. Always remove water or moisture from the bike before & after use.
9. Keep all hands & feet away from any moving parts.
10. Do not insert any objects into any of the openings on the bike.
11. Before using the bike clean it thoroughly, do a comprehensive & proper warm up.
12. Always wear appropriate workout clothing & shoes when exercising & do not wear
robes or other clothing that could become caught in the bike.
13. Close supervision is necessary when used by children, invalids or disabled persons.
14. If dizziness, nausea, chest pains, or any other abnormal symptoms are experienced
while using the bike, STOP the workout at once & CONSULT A PHYSICIAN
IMMEDIATELY.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. NOTICE:
A. Make sure there is enough space before installation.
B. Confirm all of the components are all-ready before installation. ( refer to previous product
exploded view which indicates the name and the location of the components).
C. Use the provided tools or the special self-contained tools to install。
2. Assembly Instructions:
Step 1:
Screw Front and Rear Bottom Tube(2&3) to Main Frame(1) with Screw(4),Spring Washer(32) and
Washer(6).

Step 2:Lock the Pedal Plate(83) and L&R Pedals(10L/R) on the L&R Pedal Weld(9L/R) with
Bolt(11),Washer(6),Nylon Nut(12).
Step 3:
Screw L&R Swing Rod(29L&R) to Main Frame(1) with Long Axis(49),Screw(33),Spring
Washer(32),Washer(31) and D Washer(30).
Screw Connect Metal(25) to L&R Pedal Weld(9) with Bold(26) and Sleeve(27)

Step 4:
Screw L&R Handlebar (34L/R) to L&R Swing Rod(29L/R) with Bolt(35),Washer(36) and Nut(37)

Step 5:
Set up the Mid Handlebar Weld(39) and screw it with Screw(42).
Screw the Middle Handlebar(86) to Mid Handlebar Weld(39) with Screw(87),Washer(36),Nut(37).
Step 6:
Connect the Monitor wire(41) and Sensor Wire(80),Hand Pulse Sensor Wire(90).
Screw Monitor(41) to Mid Hand Weld(39) with Screw(84).
Screw Bottle Holder(89) to Mid Hand Weld(39) with Screw (92).

EXERCISE MONITOR INSTRUCTION MANUAL
KEY FUNCTION
●This key lets you to select and lock on to a particular function you want.
SCAN→TIME→SPEED→DIST→CALORIES(CAL)→TOTAL DIST(ODO)→PULSE RATE
●Pressing and hold with 3 seconds to reset the value to zero(without ODO).
SLEEP MODE
●The system sleep mode automatically when the sensor has no signal
input or no keys are pressed for approximately 4 minutes.
●The system turns on when the MODE key is depressed or a signal input from
the sensor, in the system sleep mode.
FUNCTION:.
1. SCAN : Display automatically changes according to the next diagram every 6 seconds.
TIME→SPEED→DIST→CALORIES(CAL)→OD →PULSE RATE
2. TIME : The total working time will be shown when starting exercise.
3. SPEED: The current speed will be shown when starting exercise.
4. DISTANCE : The distance of each workout will be shown when starting exercise.
5. CALORIE : The calorie burned will be shown when starting exercise.
6. ODO(if have): The distance with all of the workout will be shown when starting exercise. If the battery is
replaced, the value returns to zero.
7. PULSE RATE: The current pulse rate will be shown when starting exercise.

EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS

This stage helps get the blood flowing around the body and the muscles working
properly. It will also reduce the risk of cramp and muscle injury. It is advisable to do a few
stretching exercises as shown below. Each stretch should be held for approximately 30
seconds, do not force or jerk your muscles into a stretch - if it hurts, STOP.

1.Down Stretch
Bend your knees slightly and body slowly, let
your back and shoulders relax, and try to
touch your toes.Keep it for 10 ~15
seconds,repeat 3 times.
2. Hamstring Stretch
Sitting on a clean cushion,then bend your
right foot.Place your left foot against the
inner thigh of your right foot. Try to touch
your toes 。Keep it for 10 ~15
seconds,repeat each foot 3 times .
3. Calf and Foot Stretching
Stand and place both hands on a wall or a
tree,one foot behind.Keep the behind foot
stand and it’s heel on the floor,then tilt to
the wall or tree.Keep it for 10 ~15
seconds,repeat each foot 3 times .
4 Quadriceps Stretch
Place your left hands against a wall or a desk
to aid your balance.Then grasp your ankle
with your left hand and pull your foot toward
your buttocks. Keep it for 10 ~15
seconds,repeat each foot 3 times .
5. Groin Stretch
Sit with your knees flexed and soles of feet
together.Hold your ankles and bend at your
hips.Keep it for 10 ~15 seconds,repeat 3
times.

This stage should last for a minimum of 12 minutes though most people start at about 15~20 minutes.
After times, you can increase training strength. After exercising for a period of time, your heart rate will
be close to the “target zone”(shaded part) in the graph as shown below. Note: Getting in a better shape
will not happen overnight and will require working out consistently.

This stage is to let your Cardiovascular System and muscles wind down. This is a repeat of the warm up
exercise e.g. reduce your tempo, continue for approximately 5 minutes. Then repeat the exercise
phase,please be careful not to force or jerk your muscles.
When using elliptical fitness exercises, please don't increase training intensity arbitrarily. It may sprain
your leg muscles, which means you can't continue exercising for a long time.

Adjusting the Tension Control can change the resistance of the equipment, the higher resistance the
harder it is to step. Users can use this to find a suitable speed.

8. Toujours retirer l'eau ou l'humiditédu vélo avant et après son utilisation.
9. Maintenir les mains et les pieds àl'écart de toutes pièces mobiles.
10. N'insérez aucun objet dans les ouvertures du vélo.
11. Avant d'utiliser le vélo, nettoyez-le soigneusement ; faites un échauffement complet et
adéquat.
12. Portez toujours des vêtements et des chaussures appropriés pour l'entraînement et ne
portez pas de peignoirs ou d'autres vêtements qui pourraient se prendre dans le vélo.
13. Une surveillance étroite est nécessaire lorsque le vélo est utilisépar des enfants, des
invalides ou des personnes handicapées.
14. En cas de vertiges, de nausées, de douleurs thoraciques ou de tout autre symptôme
anormal lors de l'utilisation du vélo, ARRÊTEZ immédiatement l'entraînement et

INSTRUCTIONS D’ASSEMBLAGE
1. AVIS :
A. Assurez-vous qu'il y a suffisamment d'espace avant l'installation.
B. Confirmez que tous les composants sont prêts avant l'installation. ( se référer àla vue
éclatée du produit précédent qui indique le nom et l'emplacement des composants).
C. Utilisez les outils fournis ou les outils spéciaux autonomes pour l'installation
2. Instructions d'assemblage :
Étape 1 :
Visser les tubes inférieurs avant et arrière (2 et 3) au cadre principal (1) avec la vis (4), la
rondelle élastique (32) et la rondelle (6).

Étape 2:Verrouiller la plaque de pédale (83) et les pédales L&R (10L/R) sur la soudure de pédale
L&R (9L/R) avec le boulon (11), la rondelle (6), l'écrou en nylon (12).
Étape 3:
Visser la barre oscillante L&R (29L&R) au cadre principal (1) avec l'axe long (49), la vis (33), la rondelle
élastique (32), la rondelle (31) et la rondelle D (30).
Vis pour connecter le métal (25) àla pédale L&R soudée (9) avec la vis (26) et la douille (27)

Étape 4:
Visser le guidon L&R (34L/R) àla tige pivotante L&R (29L/R) avec le boulon (35), la rondelle (36) et
l'écrou (37)

Étape 5:
Installez la soudure centrale du guidon (39) et vissez-la avec la vis (42).
Visser le guidon central (86) àla soudure du guidon central (39) avec la vis (87), la rondelle (36),
l'écrou (37).
Étape 6:
Connectez le câble du moniteur (41) et le câble du capteur (80), le câble du capteur de pouls
manuel (90).
Visser le moniteur (41) àla soudure manuelle moyenne (39) avec la vis (84).
Visser le porte-bouteille (89) àla soudure àmi-main (39) avec la vis (92).
