1 . BEWAHREN SIE DIESE ANWEISUNGEN SORGFÄLTIG AUF – Diese Bedienungsanleitung enthält wichtige
Sicherheits- und Gebrauchsanweisungen für das Ladegerät.
2. Lesen Sie vor der Benutzung des Ladegeräts alle Anweisungen und Warnhinweise, die an (1 ) Ladegerät, (2) Akku
und (3) Akkuwerkzeug angebracht sind.
3. VORSICHT — Um die Verletzungsgefahr zu reduzieren, dürfen nur Spewe-Akkus verwendet werden. Andere
Akkutypen können platzen und Verletzungen oder Sachschäden verursachen.
4. Nicht aufladbare Batterien können mit diesem Ladegerät nicht aufgeladen werden.
5. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Spannung der Stromquelle mit der auf dem Typenschild des Ladegeräts
angegebenen Spannung übereinstimmt.
6. Laden Sie den Akku nicht in Gegenwart von brennbaren Flüssigkeiten oder Gasen.
7. Setzen Sie das Ladegerät weder Regen noch Schnee aus.
8. Tragen Sie das Ladegerät niemals am Netzkabel, und reissen Sie niemals daran, um es von der Steckdose zu
trennen.
9. Trennen Sie das Ladegerät nach dem Laden oder vor jedem Versuch einer Wartung oder Reinigung von der
Stromquelle. Ziehen Sie immer am Stecker, niemals am Kabel, um das Ladegerät von der Stromquelle zu trennen.

1 3. Dieses Gerät ist nicht für den Gebrauch durch Personen (einschliesslich Kindern) mit verminderten körperlichen
oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder mangelnder Erfahrung und Kenntnis vorgesehen, es sei denn, sie haben eine
Betreuung oder Unterweisung im Gebrauch des Gerätes von einer Person erhalten, die für ihre Sicherheit

Aufladen:
1 . Schliessen Sie das Ladegerät an eine geeignete Wechselstromquelle an. Die Ladekontrolllampe blinkt wiederholt
in Grün.
2. Richten Sie den Akku auf die Führung des Ladegerätes aus und führen Sie ihn bis zum Anschlag ein. Die
Kontaktabdeckung des Ladegerätes wird durch Einschieben des Akkus geöffnet und durch Herausziehen des Akkus
geschlossen.
3. Wenn der Akku eingesetzt wird, leuchtet die rote Ladekontrolllampe auf, und der Ladevorgang beginnt mit einer
kurzen elodie zur Bestätigung des Tons, der den Abschluss des Ladevorgangs meldet.
4. Wenn der Ladevorgang beendet ist, wechselt die Ladekontrolllampe von Rot auf Grün, und eine lange elodie wird
abgegeben, um den Abschluss des Ladevorgangs zu melden.
5. Die Ladezeit ist je nach der Temperatur (1 0°C – 40°C), bei welcher der Akku geladen wird, und dem Zustand des
Akkus (z.B. neuer oder längere Zeit unbenutzter Akku) unterschiedlich.
6. Nach dem Laden nehmen Sie den Akku aus dem Ladegerät heraus, und trennen Sie das Ladegerät vom
Stromnetz.
HINWEI :
● Das Spewe-Ladegerät 1905509 ist nur zum Laden von Spewe-Akkus vorgesehen (siehe Tabelle unten). Verwenden
Sie es auf keinen Fall für einen anderen Zweck oder zum Laden von Akkus anderer Fabrikate.
● Falls die Ladekontrolllampe in Rot blinkt, liegen folgende Akkuzustände vor, und der Ladevorgang beginnt unter

Kühlsystem:
● Dieses Ladegerät ist mit einem Kühlgebläse für erhitzte Akkus ausgestattet, um die Leistung des Akkus zu
verbessern. Das vom Kühlgebläse erzeugte Laufgeräusch ist normal und stellt kein Anzeichen für eine Störung des
Ladegerätes dar.
● Eine gelbe Lampe blinkt in den folgenden Fällen als Warnsignal.
‒ Störung des Kühlgebläses
‒ Unvollständige Kühlung des Akkus, z.B. bei Verstopfung mit Staub
Der Akku kann trotz der gelben Warnlampe weiter aufgeladen werden. Aber in diesem Fall ist die Ladezeit länger als
gewöhnlich.
Überprüfen Sie das Laufgeräusch des Kühlgebläses und die Ventilationsöffnungen an Ladegerät und Akku, die sich
manchmal mit Staub zusetzen können.
● Wenn die gelbe Warnlampe nicht blinkt, ist das Kühlsystem in Ordnung, selbst wenn kein Laufgeräusch des
Kühlgebläses vernehmbar ist.
● Halten Sie die Ventilationsöffnungen an Ladegerät und Akku stets sauber, um einwandfreie Kühlung zu
gewährleisten.
● Falls die gelbe Warnlampe häufig blinkt, sollten Sie die Produkte zwecks Reparatur oder Wartung einsenden.
Anpassungsladung:
Eine Anpassungsladung kann die Lebensdauer eines Akkus dadurch verlängern, dass in jeder Situation automatisch die
optimalen Ladebedingungen für den Akku gesucht werden. Unter folgenden Bedingungen erfordert der verwendete Akku
eine wiederholte „Anpassungsladung“, um schnelle Erschöpfung zu verhüten. In diesem Fall leuchtet die gelbe Lampe
auf.
1 . Nachladen eines Akkus bei hoher Temperatur
2. Nachladen eines Akkus bei niedriger Temperatur
3. Nachladen eines voll aufgeladenen Akkus
4. Übermäßiges Entladen eines Akkus (fortgesetztes Entladen eines bereits erschöpften Akkus.)
Die Ladezeit eines solchen Akkus ist länger als gewöhnlich.

2. Avant l’utilisation du chargeur, lisez toutes les instructions et tous les avertissements appliqués au chargeur (1 ), à

nettoyage. Tirez toujours sur la fiche, jamais sur le câble, pour séparer le chargeur de la source de courant.
1 0. Posez le câble de secteur de façon à ce que personne ne marche ou ne trébuche dessus et qu’il ne soit exposé à
aucune autre influence ou sollicitation nuisible.
11 . N’exploitez pas le chargeur avec un câble ou une fiche de secteur endommagé(e). Si le câble ou la fiche est
endommagé(e), faites remplacer la pièce endommagée par un point de service clients Spewe autorisé afin de
prévenir tout danger.
1 2. N’utilisez ou ne démontez pas le chargeur, si ce dernier a subi un choc violent, s’il a été laissé tomber ou s'il a été
endommagé de quelque autre façon que ce soit, mais apportez-le à un technicien du service après-vente qualifié en
la matière. Un mauvais usage ou un mauvais assemblage peut constituer la cause pour des chocs électriques ou un
incendie.
1 3. Cet appareil n’est pas prévu pour l’utilisation par des personnes (y compris des enfants) qui sont restreint(e)s de par
leurs capacités physiques ou mentales ou ne disposant pas des connaissances ou de l'expérience suffisante, sauf si
ces personnes ont été instruites dans l’utilisation de l’appareil par une personne qui est responsable de leur
sécurité.
1 4. Des enfants doivent être supervisés, afin de s’assurer qu’ils ne jouent pas avec le chargeur.
1 5. Ne chargez pas l’accumulateur sous des températures ambiantes EN-DESSOUS de 1 0°C ou AU-DESSUS de 40°C.
Si la température de l’accumulateur se situe en-dessous de 0°C, il se peut que le processus de chargement ne
démarre pas.
1 6. Le chargeur ne doit pas être raccordé à un transformateur élévateur, à un générateur ou à une prise de courant à

Charger:
1 . Raccordez le chargeur à une source de courant à courant alternatif appropriée. Le témoin lumineux de chargement
clignote en vert de manière répétitive.
2. Orientez l’accumulateur par rapport au guidage du chargeur et insérez-le jusqu’en butée. Le protège-contact du
chargeur est ouvert par insertion de l’accumulateur et est fermé en retirant l’accumulateur.
3. Une fois que l’accumulateur a été inséré, le témoin lumineux de chargement brille en rouge et le processus de
chargement commence avec une brève mélodie aux fins de confirmation de la tonalité qui signale la conclusion du
processus de chargement.
4. Une fois que le processus de chargement est terminé, le témoin lumineux de chargement passe de rouge à vert et
une mélodie prolongée est émise, afin de signaliser la conclusion du processus de chargement.
5. La durée de chargement varie en fonction de la température (1 0°C – 40°C), à laquelle l’accumulateur est chargé, et
en fonction de l’état de l’accumulateur (par ex. accumulateur neuf ou inutilisé pendant une période prolongée).
6. Après le chargement, vous sortez l’accumulateur du chargeur et vous débranchez le chargeur du réseau électrique.
REMARQUE:
● Le chargeur Spewe 1 905509 est uniquement destiné au chargement d’accumulateurs Spewe (voir tableau ci-
dessous). N’utilisez en aucun cas le chargeur à une autre fin ou pour le chargement d’accumulateurs d’autres
fabricants.
● Si le témoin lumineux de chargement clignote en rouge, les états d’accumulateur suivants sont donnés, et il se peut
que le processus de chargement ne démarre pas.
‒ L’accumulateur a été retiré d’un outil utilisé peu avant, ou alors l’accumulateur a été laissé à un endroit
qui était exposé au rayonnement solaire direct pendant une durée prolongée.
‒ L’accumulateur a été laissé à un endroit exposé à de l’air froid pendant une durée prolongée.
Si l’accumulateur est trop chaud, le processus de chargement commence uniquement après que la soufflerie de
refroidissement intégrée dans le chargeur Spewe ait refroidi l’accumulateur. Le processus de chargement
commence seulement après que la température de l’accumulateur ait atteint un niveau permettant le chargement.
● Si le témoin lumineux de chargement alterne entre clignotement en vert et en rouge, alors il y a un
dysfonctionnement et l’accumulateur ne peut pas être chargé. Il se peut que les contacts du chargeur ou de
l’accumulateur soient encrassés, ou alors l’accumulateur est usé ou endommagé.

ystème de refroidissement:
● Ce chargeur est équipé d'une soufflerie de refroidissement pour accumulateurs réchauffés, afin d’améliorer la
puissance de l’accumulateur. Le bruit de fonctionnement émis par la soufflerie de refroidissement est normal et ne
représente pas un signe de dysfonctionnement du chargeur.
● Une lampe jaune clignote en tant que signal d’avertissement dans les cas de figure suivants.
‒ Dysfonctionnement de la soufflerie de refroidissement
‒ Refroidissement incomplet de l’accumulateur, par en cas d’obstruction par de la poussière
algré la lampe d’avertissement jaune, le chargement de l’accumulateur peut être poursuivi. ais, dans ce cas de
figure, la durée du chargement est plus longue que d’habitude.
Contrôlez le bruit de fonctionnement de la soufflerie de refroidissement et les orifices de ventilation au chargeur et à
l’accumulateur, qui peuvent parfois être obstrués par de la poussière.
● Si la lampe d’avertissement jaune ne clignote pas, alors le système de refroidissement est en ordre, même si aucun
bruit de fonctionnement de la soufflerie de refroidissement n’est audible.
● aintenez toujours les orifices de ventilation en état propre sur le chargeur et l’accumulateur, afin d’assurer un
refroidissement irréprochable.

Chargement d’adaptation:
Un chargement d’adaptation peut prolonger la durée de vie d’un accumulateur, de façon à ce que les conditions de
chargement optimales pour l’accumulateur sont recherchées automatiquement pour chaque situation. Sous les
conditions suivantes, l’accumulateur utilisé exige une « charge d’adaptation » cyclique, afin de prévenir un épuisement
rapide. Dans ce cas, la lampe jaune s’allume.

1 0. Posizionare il cavo di rete in modo che nessuno lo calpesti o inciampi, e che non sia sottoposto ad altri influssi o
pesi che possono danneggiarlo.
11 . Non azionare il caricabatteria con un cavo di rete o una spina di rete danneggiati. Se il cavo o la spina sono
danneggiati, chiederne la sostituzione al Servizio clienti Spewe per non correre dei rischi.
1 2. Non usare né smontare il caricabatterie se ha subito un forte urto, se è caduto o se è stato danneggiato altrimenti,
ma portarlo a un tecnico qualificato del Servizio clienti. Un utilizzo o un assemblaggio errato possono causare
scosse elettriche o incendi.

Ricaricare:

NOTA BENE:

Se la batteria è troppo calda, il processo di ricarica inizia solo dopo che la ventola di raffreddamento inserita nel
caricabatteria Spewe ha raffreddato la batteria. Il processo di ricarica inizia solo dopo che la temperatura della
batteria ha raggiunto un livello per cui la ricarica è possibile.
● Se la spia di controllo ricarica lampeggia alternativamente in verde e in rosso, significa che c’è una disfunzione e la

Controllare se la polvere ostacola il movimento della ventola (si capisce dal ronzio) o intasa le feritoie di ventilazione
sul caricabatteria e sulla batteria.
● Se la spia di avvertimento gialla non lampeggia, il sistema di raffreddamento è a posto, anche quando non si sente il
ronzio della ventola.
● Tenere pulite le feritoie di ventilazione sul caricabatteria e sulla batteria in modo che la ventola di raffreddamento
funzioni senza problemi.
● Se la spia di avvertimento gialla lampeggia spesso, spedire il prodotto ai tecnici autorizzati per farlo riparare o
sottoporlo a manutenzione.
Carica di condizionamento:
La carica di condizionamento può estendere il ciclo di vita della batteria cercando in automatico le condizioni di
ricarica ottimali per la batteria in ogni situazione. Nelle seguenti situazioni la batteria usata richiede una ripetuta
carica di condizionamento” affinché non
si usuri rapidamente. In questo caso si accende la spia gialla.
1 . Ricarica della batteria ad alta temperatura
2. Ricarica della batteria a bassa temperatura
3. Ricarica di una batteria completamente carica
4. Eccessiva ricarica di una batteria (una batteria giù usurata continua a scaricarsi)
Il tempo di ricarica di tale batteria è più lungo del normale.

6. Do not charge the battery in the presence of flammable liquids or gases.

8. Never carry the charger by the cable and never pull at the cable to unplug it from the socket.
9. Disconnect the charger from the mains after each charge or before attempting any servicing or cleaning. Always pull
at the plug and never on the cable to disconnect the charger from the mains.
1 0. Route the mains cable in such a way that nobody will step on it or trip over it. Ensure that it is not exposed to other
detrimental influences or stresses.
11 . Do not operate the charger with a damaged mains lead or plug. If the cable or charger is damaged, ensure the
damaged parts are exchanged by an authorised Spewe service agent to avoid possible hazards.
1 2. Do not use or dismantle the charger if it has been subjected to a heavy impact, has been dropped or otherwise
damaged, instead pass it to a qualified customer services technician. Improper use or assembly can cause electric
shocks or fires.
1 3. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical or mental capability, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
1 4. Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the charger.
1 5. Do not charge the battery at room temperatures BELOW 1 0 °C or OVER 40 °C. If the battery temperature is below 0
°C, the charging process may not start.
1 6. The charger must not be connected to a step-up transformer or to a DC socket.
1 7. Ensure that the charger air vents are not covered or otherwise blocked.

Charging:
1 . Connect the charger to a suitable AC power source. The charge control light flashes several times in green.
2. Align the battery with the charger guide and insert it to the stop. Inserting the battery opens the charger contact
cover and pulling the battery out closes it again.
3. On insertion of the battery, the red charge light lights up and charging begins with playing a short melody, which also
confirms the end of the charging process.
4. At the end of the charge process, the charge light changes from red to green and a long melody plays indicating the
end of the charging process.
5. The time required for charging is dependent on the temperature (1 0 °C – 40 °C) and the battery condition (e.g. new
battery or battery that has been unused for a long period of time).
6. After charging, remove the battery from the charger and unplug the charger from the mains.
NOTE:
● The Spewe charger 1 905509 is only intended for charging Spewe rechargeable batteries (see table below). Do not
use it under any circumstances for any other purpose or for charging of rechargeable batteries of other brands.
● If the charge light flashes red, the following battery conditions may be present and charging may not commence.
‒ The battery has been taken from a recently used tool or the battery has been left in a place exposed to
direct sunlight for a long time.
‒ The battery has been left for a long time in a place exposed to cold air.
If the battery is too hot, charging will only begin after the cooling fan integrated into the Spewe charger has cooled
the battery down. The charging process only starts once the battery temperature has reached a level that allows
charging.
● If the charge control light flashes consecutively green then red, a disturbance is present and the battery cannot be
charged. It is possible that the charger or battery contacts are dirty or that the battery is worn or damaged.
The following Spewe Li-ion batteries may be charged with the Spewe charger 1905509!
Cooling system:
● This charger is equipped with a cooling fan for hot batteries to improve the performance of the battery. The
running noise caused by the fan is normal and does not indicate a malfunction of the charger.
● In the following cases, a yellow light flashes as warning signal.
‒ alfunction of the cooling fan
‒ Insufficiently cooled battery, e.g. clogged with dust
Regardless of the yellow warning light, the battery can still be charged. However, in these cases the charge time is
prolonged.
Check the running noise of the fan and the ventilation openings on the charger and rechargeable battery, which at
times can become clogged with dust.
● If the yellow warning light does not flash, the fan is OK, even if no fan running noise can be heard.
● Always keep the ventilation openings clean on the charger and battery, so that undisturbed cooling is guaranteed.
● If the yellow warning light is flashing often, send the products in for repairs or servicing.
Adaptation charge:
An adaptation charge can extend the life expectancy of a rechargeable battery in so far that it automatically searches for
the optimal charge conditions for the battery in any situation. Under the following conditions the battery requires a
repeated “adaptation charge” to avoid quick depletion. In this case, the yellow light comes on.
1 . Recharging a battery at high temperature
2. Recharging a battery at low temperature
3. Recharging a fully charged battery
4. Extreme discharge of a rechargeable battery (continued discharge of an already depleted battery).
The charging time is longer than usual for such a battery.
