Identify Left End (3), Right End (1) and Top-
Bottoms (2). Note that routed channels along
back edges will all face interior of unit for
installation of Back (4).

1
With front edge of Left End (3) resting on floor,
insert dowels on one Top-Bottom (2) into holes on
Left End (3), making sure channels are oriented
correctly, as shown. Press firmly into place.

Carefully position assembly with Left End (3) flat
on floor, and dowels on Top-Bottoms (2) and
Fixed Shelf (8) facing up.

Slide Back (4) into channels on Top-Bottoms (2)
and Left End (3). Make sure pre-drilled holes on
Back (4) align with back edge of Fixed Shelf (8).
If they do not align, remove Back (4), rotate 180°,
reinsert and check alignment. Seat firmly into
place.

Secure Left End (3) to Top-Bottom (2) with two
Confirmat Bolts (21), using the included Hex
Wrench.

Repeat Steps 2 & 3 with other Top-Bottom (2)
and Fixed Shelf (8). Be sure to correctly identify
these parts. Top-Bottom (2) has a routed channel;
Fixed Shelf (8) does not.

Insert dowels on TK-Stringers (7) into upper and
lower holes on Left End (3). Top Stringer (7) will
be at upper back of unit; bottom Stringer (7) will
be at lower front of unit (for toe kick). Press firmly
into place.

Position Right End (1) on top of assembly, with
channel facing down, so holes on Right End (1)
align with dowels on Top-Bottoms (2), Fixed
Shelf (8) and Stringers (7) AND Back (4) fits into
channel on Right End (1). Press firmly into place.

Secure Right End (1) to Top-Bottoms (2) and
Fixed Shelf (8) with six Confirmat Bolts (21).

Carefully stand unit upright.
STEP

Identify Door (6) and remaining hardware as
shown on pages 1 and 2. Also, decide which
side Door (6) will be mounted to, since it can
be attached to open either way. (Left hinge
orientation depicted in following steps.)

Secure Back (4) to Fixed Shelf (8) with Back
Screws (20). (Phillips screwdriver not included.)
IMPORTANT! Make sure Back Screws are
centered on Fixed Shelf and inserted straight
into Shelf. This is necessary to prevent Back
Screws from protruding through and damaging
Shelf surface.

Attach Hinge Plates (16) to inside face of Left
End (3), making sure front edge of each Hinge
Plate (16) is facing toward front edge of unit
(reference DETAIL A).

With Hinges (15) fully extended into the open
position, insert them into routed cutouts on Door
(6), using a soft mallet and striking over the screw
heads. IMPORTANT! Take care not to remove
hinge once it is started; otherwise, pre-drilled
holes may become damaged.

Mount Lock Body (9) to inside of Door (6) with
four Lock Screws (12), making sure deadbolt is
facing closest edge of Door (6).

Insert two Door Bumpers (14) into small holes on
outside corners of Door (6).

Mount Door (6) to Hinge Plates (16). NOTE:
Hinges need to be opened when attaching doors
to mounting plates. Starting with bottom Hinge
(15), press hinge in from front to back. Pop back
edge of hinge in, while holding other hinges close
to matching Hinge Plates (16). Repeat for other
Hinges (15).

Insert Adjustable Shelves (5) into Shelf Clips
(19) by putting into unit diagonally and resting one
end on one set of clips, then lowering other end
into place on other set of clips.

Mount Lock Catch (11) to Right End (1) with two
Lock Catch Screws (13).

Insert Shelf Clips (19) into aligning holes on each
End (1 & 3).

Mount Pull (17) to Door (6) with two Pull Screws
