Lay one Top-Bottom (1) flat on floor, with side
having the most holes facing up. (Routed channel
will be at back of unit.)

1
Secure two center Dividers (4) to both Top-
Bottoms (1) with four Confirmat Bolts (5), using
the included Hex Wrench. This is the Divider
Assembly referenced in STEP 6.

IMPORTANT!

Do not over-tighten screws or it will damage the pre-drilled holes;
snug fit is adequate.

Insert dowels on Dividers (4) into holes on Top-
Bottom (1). Make sure raw edges of Dividers (4)
are facing toward channel on Top-Bottom (1).
Press firmly into place.

Position other Top-Bottom (1) on top of assembly,
with channel facing down and aligned with channel
on other Top-Bottom (1). Align holes on Top-
Bottom (1) with dowels on Dividers (4). Press
firmly into place.

Lay one End (2) flat on floor, with side having the
most holes facing up. IMPORTANT: Edgebanding
seam must be on the bottom of the unit when
assembly is complete.

Insert dowels on one end of Divider Assembly
from Step 4 into holes on End (2). Press firmly
into place.

Slide Back (3) into channels on Top-Bottoms (1).
Seat firmly against End (2).

Position other End (2) on top of assembly, so
dowels on Top-Bottoms (1) align with holes on
End (2). Make sure edgebanding seam on End
(2) is facing bottom of unit. Edgebanding seam
on both Ends (2) must be facing same direction.
Press firmly into place.

Carefully turn unit over, so other End (2) is facing
up.
STEP

Repeat Step 9 to secure End (2) to Top-Bottoms
(1).

Carefully stand unit upright. Make sure
edgebanding seams on Ends (2) are on bottom of
unit.
