Hose Reel SafetyPrecautions
1．Useproper eyeprotection whenassembling and using thehosereel
2．Keepchildrenawayfromtheworkarea
3．Personalinjuryand/orequipmentdamagemay resultif propersafety
precautionsarenotobserved.
4．Ensurethatreelisproperlyinstalledbeforeconnectinginputandoutput
hoses.
5．Bleedfluid/gaspressurefrom system beforeservicingreel.
6．Beforeconnectingreeltosupplylineensurethatpressuredoesnotexceed
maximum workingpressureratingofreel.

7．Remember,evenlowpressureisverydangerousandcancausepersonal
injuryor death.
8．If aleak occursinthehoseorreel, removesystem pressureimmediately
9．Ensurethatreel, hose, and equipmentbeingserviceareproperlygrounded.
10．If reel ceasestounwindorrewind,removesystem pressureimmediately.
11．Donotpullorjerkon hose.
Installation
Fittingthe bracket fig1）
FixbracketAtothehousereel
Impress the6screws, fixingtheminsequence.
ThenapplytheplasticplugsBinthefree holes.
Hose reel installation
Priortomountingthehosereel, ensurethatthesupplylinepressuredoesnot
exceedthemaximum workingpressureofthehosereel.
Unpack andinspectreel fordamage.Turnbyhand tocheck for smoothoperation.
Check for completeness.
Position thereelonthefloor,wall orceiling.Secureintoplaceusingfour

Operation
1.Check reelforcorrectoperationbyslowlypullingoutthehose.A “clicking”
noisewill beheardeveryhalfrevolutionofthedrum.
2.Tolatch thereel, pull outthehoseandallowittoretractafterhearingthefirst
second or third “click”.
3.Tounlatch, slowlypulloutthehoseuntilthe “clicking”noisestops,thenletthe
cableretract untilthecablestopperrestsagainstthecableguide.

4.If necessary,adjustspring tension on reelby addingorremoving wrapsof
hosefrom spool,onewrapsat atime, untildesiredtension isobtained.Add
wrapstoincreasetension.Removewraps todecreasetension.
Note:Toavoiddamagetothereel, alwaysholdontothecablewhileitis
rewinding.
Maintenance
Makesurethehoseisinproper workingorder andthattheinsulation isnotcut or
wornasthiscouldrepresent ahazardand jeopardize operation.
Clean thehosewithaclothdippedinwarmwatertoremovedirt ordepositsand
ensurecorrectrewinding.
Donotusedetergentsorsolventswhich couldproveincompatiblewith
cable-windermaterials.
If theeventofhavingtoperform maintenanceon theelectrical,mechanicalparts
orreplacethecable, contact anauthorizedafter-saleservicecenter.
Dismantlingoftheunitby unskilled personalcouldprovehazardous;therisk
involvedmainlyconcernthepreloadedsprings.
LimitedWarranty
1.Themanufacturerwarranteesthishosereel against defectsinmaterialand
craftsmanship,foraperiodof 12monthsfrom dateof purchase.
2.Manufacturer’sliabilityislimitedtoreplacementorrepairof defectivematerial
withinthewarrantyperiod,whenreturnedfreight prepaidtothe distributoror
theirdesignatedservicedepot.
3.Thewarrantydoesnotcoverdamagecausedbyaccident, misuseorfaulty
installation.
4.Thereelmustbeinstalledandmaintainedincompliancewiththeinstructions.
