Attach the Arms* to the Stretchers using separate hardware received
in arm box.


 


For full size frames, use the shorter slats for the back deck. Queen size frames use the same size slats on both decks.
Use the longer rails for the back deck

Put a 30mm bolt through the counter-sunk holes at the
end of each slat and then into the pre-drilled holes on
the back deck support boards. Repeat this for all of the
slats and tighten all bolts securely.
You can use a power driver with the clutch set on low
to snug up the bolts after you hand start them. Finish
tightening them by hand only.

For full size frames use the longer slats on the seat deck. Queen size frames use the same size slats
for both decks.

Put a 30mm bolt through the counter-sunk holes at the
end of each slat and then into the pre-drilled holes on the
seat deck support boards. Repeat this for all of the slats
and tighten all bolts securely.
You can use a power driver with the clutch set on low to

tightening them by hand only.

When connecting the decks, either
rotate the foot on each side of seat
deck 180 degrees or rotate the foot
perpendicular to the seat deck.

Please notice correct side of foot to attach foot connector board to foot.

Keep the feet snugly
attached to the seat
deck!
Frame in bed
position After pushing up the
mattress, lift the seat
deck into a vertical
position.
Push the foot connector all the way in so that
the foot connector rests on the side end caps
and locks the feet in place.
With one hand lightly push the
seat deck down while pulling
on the top of the mattress with
the other hand or the strap and
push the seat deck back and
down until it locks in place.
PLEASE NOTE:
Temperature and humidity can affect the tightness of
you frame. It is important to periodically check all
connections for tightness. We have included a 13mm
open-end wrench and a 5mm Allen-head key to use
to keep the feet snugly attached to the Seat Deck End
Caps for proper operation.
