CHARGE DE PILE USB 18650
Le système ProTac HL®5-X USB est expédié avec une pile Li-Ion USB
18650 avec un port de charge intégré.
Remarque : Charger complètement les piles avant la toute
première utilisation.
Pour charger la pile USB 18650, insérer la fiche micro-USB dans le con-
necteur près de l’extrémité positive de la pile. La pile peut rester branchée
dans le câble micro-USB en continu, il n’y a pas de risque de surcharge.

FONCTIONNEMENT GÉNÉRAL
La lampe ProTac HL®5-X USB/ProTac HL®5-X est munie d’un interrupteur

pression) et maintenir ; cliquer pour verrouiller sur « on » ;
cliquer à nouveau pour « off ».
Accès aux autres programmes
La lampe ProTac HL®5-X USB/ProTac HL®5-X est munie d’un interrupteur
programmable TEN-TAP®permettant à l’utilisateur de sélectionner un des
trois programmes différents. Pour passer au programme suivant, en com-
mençant par la position « Off », taper sur l’interrupteur rapidement à 9 re-
prises (en moins de 0,4 seconde par pression) et le maintenir enfoncé à la
10è reprise. Continuer de maintenir l’interrupteur jusqu’à ce que la lampe
s’éteigne (approximativement 1 seconde), puis relâcher l’interrupteur.
Les programmes disponibles sont High-Strobe-Low (programme par
défaut d’usine), High uniquement ou Low-Medium-High.

ACHTUNG: Die ProTac HL®5-X USB/ProTac HL®5-X liefert in der
einen starken Lichtstrahl. Beim Betrieb über längere Zeit wird sie,

BATTERIE ACHTUNG: BRAND-, EXPLOSIONS- UND VERBRENNUNGSGE-

ACHTUNG:

EINLEGEN/HERAUSNEHMEN DER BATTERIEN
Zu betreiben mit einer wiederaufladbaren 18650er-Batterie oder zwei
CR123-Batterien. Schrauben Sie die Endkappe ab und entnehmen Sie die
leere(n)Batterie(n). Legen Sie (eine) frische Batterie(n) mit dem Pluspol
voran ein, setzen Sie die Endkappe wieder auf und schrauben Sie sie fest.
LADEN DER BATTERIE 18650 USB
Das System ProTac HL®5-X USB wird mit einer USB-Li-Ionen-Batteries
des Typs 18650 mit eingebautem Ladeanschluss ausgeliefert.
Hinweis: Laden Sie die Batteries vor dem ersten Gebrauch voll auf.
Zum Aufladen der USB-Batterie des Typs 18650 stecken Sie den
Mikro-USB-Stecker in die Buchse in der Nähe des Pluspols der Batterie.
Die Batterie kann ununterbrochen am Mikro-USB-Kabel angeschlossen
bleiben. Die Gefahr einer Überladung besteht nicht.

Die Ladedauer beträgt bei Verwendung von Streamlight-Netzteilen und “Y”

ALLGEMEINE BEDIENUNG
Der ProTac HL®5-X USB/ProTac HL®5-X hat einen programmierbaren
Schalter mit Tasterfunktion (leicht drücken oder antippen) und Dauer-Ein
(bis zum „Klick“ drücken). Der Strahler wird werkseitig mit dem standard-
mäßigen Hell-Stroboskop-abgeblendet-Programm ausgeliefert.
• Hell: Antippen und halten; zum Einrasten bis zum „Klick“ drücken; zum
Ausschalten noch einmal drücken, bis es klickt.
• Stroboskop: Kurz hintereinander zweimal antippen (innerhalb von 0,4
Sekunden) und halten; zum Einrasten bis zum „Klick” drücken; zum
Ausschalten noch einmal drücken, bis es klickt.
• Abgeblendet: Kurz hintereinander dreimal antippen (innerhalb von 0,4
Sekunden) und halten; zum Einrasten bis zum „Klick” drücken; zum
Ausschalten noch einmal drücken, bis es klickt.
Einschalten anderer Programme
Der ProTac HL®5-X USB/ProTac HL®5-X hat einen programmierbaren
TEN-TAP®-Schalter, mit dem der Benutzer drei verschiedene Programme
auswählen kann. Um zum nächsten Programm zu schalten, tippen Sie den
Schalter bei ausgeschaltetem Strahler 9 Mal kurz hintereinander an (jew-
eils innerhalb von 0,4 Sekunden) und halten ihn beim 10. Mal angetippt.
Halten Sie den Schalter weiter gedrückt, bis das Licht ausgeht (etwa 1
Sekunde), und lassen Sie ihn dann los.
Verfügbare Programme sind Hell-Stroboskop-Abgeblendet (Werkseinstel-
lung), Nur hell oder Abgeblendet-mittelhell-hell.
Streamlights eingeschränkte lebenslange Garantie
Streamlight garantiert, dass dieses Produkt während eines gesamten

INSTALACIÓN/EXTRACCIÓN DE LAS PILAS
Utiliza una pila recargable 18650 o dos pilas CR123. Desenrosque la base
y extraiga las pilas agotadas, inserte pilas nuevas, extremo negativo en
primer lugar, vuelva a colocar la base y apriete.
CARGA DE PILAS DEL USB 18650
El sistema USB de la ProTac HL®5-X se envía con una pila de ión-litio para
el USB 18650 con puerto de carga integrado.
Nota: Cargue las pilas completamente antes de usarla por primera vez.
Para cargar la pila del USB 18650, inserte el micro enchufe USB en el
conector cerca del extremo positivo de la pila. La pila puede dejarse
enchufada en un micro cable USB continuamente, no existe peligro de
sobrecarga.
Indicadores de carga LED
• Cargando...el LED rojo está encendido.
• Cargado...el LED verde está encendido.

FUNCIONAMIENTO GENERAL
La ProTac HL®5-X USB/ProTac HL®5-X cuenta con un interruptor
programable con funcionamiento momentáneo (pulsación o toque ligero)
y funcionamiento activo constante (pulse hasta oír un chasquido).
La linterna se envía de fábrica en el programa Alto-Estroboscópico-Bajo
predeterminado.
• Alto: Pulse y mantenga pulsado el interruptor; haga clic para
mantenerla encendida; vuelva a hacer clic para apagarla.
• Estroboscópico: Pulse dos veces rápidamente (no deben transcurrir
más de 4 milésimas de segundo entre cada una) y mantenga apretado

Acceso a otros programas
La ProTac HL®5-X USB/ProTac HL®5-X dispone de un interruptor
programable de diez pulsaciones TEN-TAP®que permite al usuario selec-
cionar uno de entre tres programas diferentes. Para cambiar al siguiente
programa, comenzando desde la posición de apagado, pulse el interruptor
con rapidez 9 veces (no deben transcurrir más de 4 milésimas de segundo
entre cada pulsación) y mantenga pulsado el interruptor la décima vez.

batteries, chargers, switches and electronics which have a 2 year warranty
with proof of purchase. THIS IS THE ONLY WARRANTY, EXPRESSED

WARNING: Use of light in “strobe” mode may cause seizure in persons
with photosensitive epilepsy.
CAUTION: The ProTac HL®5-X USB/ProTac HL®5-X provides a
powerful beam. When operated for a long time, it will get uncomfort-
ably warm. This is NORMAL and is not a defect. Any LED flashlight of
similar size and performance will produce similar amounts of heat during
operation. The only way to reduce operating heat is to SIGNIFICANTLY
lower the output, or increase the size of the flashlight. While this heating
may trigger the drop reflex if an unattended hot light is picked up, the
temperature does not present a burn hazard. When used tactically for
short periods of time to clear a room, check for intruders, etc., heating will
not be a problem.
BATTERY WARNING: FIRE, EXPLOSION, BURN HAZARD

WARNING:
The ProTac HL®5-X USB/ProTac HL®5-X utilizes a high Lumen LED that can
get very hot. Never place the flashlight face down against a flat surface or
against any flammable object. Transport or store the flashlight in a way that
minimizes the chance it can accidentally be turned on.
BATTERY INSTALLATION/REMOVAL
Uses two 18650 rechargeable batteries or four CR123 batteries. Unscrew
the tail cap and remove depleted batteries, insert fresh batteries positive
end first, replace and tighten tail cap.
18650 USB BATTERY CHARGING
The ProTac HL®5-X USB system ships with two 18650 USB Li-Ion batteries
with integrated charge ports.
Note: Fully charge batteries before first use.
To charge the 18650 USB batteries, insert the micro-USB plugs into the
connectors near the positive end of the battery. The batteries may be left
plugged into the micro-USB cable continuously, there is no danger of
overcharge.
LED Charge Indicators
• Charging…Red LED is on.
• Charged…Green LED is on.
Charge time is approximately 5 hours when using Streamlight AC adapters
and “Y” USB cable.
GENERAL OPERATION
The ProTac HL®5-X USB/ProTac HL®5-X features a programmable switch
with momentary operation (light press or tap) and constant on operation
(press until click). The light is shipped from the factory in the default
High-Strobe-Low program.
• High: Tap and hold; click to lock on; click again for off.
• Strobe: Fast double-tap (within 0.4 seconds) and hold;
click to lock on; click again for off.
• Low: Fast triple-tap (within 0.4 seconds per tap) and hold;
click to lock on; click again for off.
Accessing Other Programs
The ProTac HL®5-X USB/ProTac HL®5-X features a TEN-TAP®program-
mable switch allowing the user to select one of three different programs.
To change to the next program, starting from the “Off” position, tap the

INSTALACIÓN/EXTRACCIÓN DE LAS PILAS

y extraiga las pilas agotadas, inserte pilas nuevas, extremo negativo en
primer lugar, vuelva a colocar la base y apriete.
CARGA DE PILAS DEL USB 18650
El sistema USB de la ProTac HL®5-X se envía con una pila de ión-litio para
el USB 18650 con puerto de carga integrado.
Nota: Cargue las pilas completamente antes de usarla por primera vez.
Para cargar la pila del USB 18650, inserte el micro enchufe USB en el
conector cerca del extremo positivo de la pila. La pila puede dejarse
enchufada en un micro cable USB continuamente, no existe peligro de
sobrecarga.
Indicadores de carga LED

• Cargado...el LED verde está encendido.

FUNCIONAMIENTO GENERAL
La ProTac HL®5-X USB/ProTac HL®5-X cuenta con un interruptor
programable con funcionamiento momentáneo (pulsación o toque ligero)
y funcionamiento activo constante (pulse hasta oír un chasquido).
La linterna se envía de fábrica en el programa Alto-Estroboscópico-Bajo
predeterminado.
• Alto: Pulse y mantenga pulsado el interruptor; haga clic para
mantenerla encendida; vuelva a hacer clic para apagarla.
• Estroboscópico: Pulse dos veces rápidamente (no deben transcurrir

Acceso a otros programas
La ProTac HL®5-X USB/ProTac HL®5-X dispone de un interruptor
programable de diez pulsaciones TEN-TAP®que permite al usuario selec-
cionar uno de entre tres programas diferentes. Para cambiar al siguiente
programa, comenzando desde la posición de apagado, pulse el interruptor
con rapidez 9 veces (no deben transcurrir más de 4 milésimas de segundo
entre cada pulsación) y mantenga pulsado el interruptor la décima vez.

CAUTION: The ProTac HL®5-X USB/ProTac HL®5-X provides a
powerful beam. When operated for a long time, it will get uncomfort-
ably warm. This is NORMAL and is not a defect. Any LED flashlight of
similar size and performance will produce similar amounts of heat during
operation. The only way to reduce operating heat is to SIGNIFICANTLY
lower the output, or increase the size of the flashlight. While this heating
may trigger the drop reflex if an unattended hot light is picked up, the
temperature does not present a burn hazard. When used tactically for
short periods of time to clear a room, check for intruders, etc., heating will
not be a problem.

BATTERY INSTALLATION/REMOVAL
Uses two 18650 rechargeable batteries or four CR123 batteries. Unscrew
the tail cap and remove depleted batteries, insert fresh batteries positive
end first, replace and tighten tail cap.
18650 USB BATTERY CHARGING
The ProTac HL®5-X USB system ships with two 18650 USB Li-Ion batteries
with integrated charge ports.
Note: Fully charge batteries before first use.
To charge the 18650 USB batteries, insert the micro-USB plugs into the
connectors near the positive end of the battery. The batteries may be left
plugged into the micro-USB cable continuously, there is no danger of
overcharge.
LED Charge Indicators
• Charging…Red LED is on.
• Charged…Green LED is on.
Charge time is approximately 5 hours when using Streamlight AC adapters
and “Y” USB cable.
GENERAL OPERATION
The ProTac HL®5-X USB/ProTac HL®5-X features a programmable switch
with momentary operation (light press or tap) and constant on operation
(press until click). The light is shipped from the factory in the default
High-Strobe-Low program.
• High: Tap and hold; click to lock on; click again for off.
• Strobe: Fast double-tap (within 0.4 seconds) and hold;
click to lock on; click again for off.
• Low: Fast triple-tap (within 0.4 seconds per tap) and hold;
click to lock on; click again for off.
Accessing Other Programs
The ProTac HL®5-X USB/ProTac HL®5-X features a TEN-TAP®program-
mable switch allowing the user to select one of three different programs.
To change to the next program, starting from the “Off” position, tap the
