INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Thank you for purchasing the My Fun Tub by Summer Infant. This 3-stage tub is designed to grow with
your little one from newborn, to infant and toddler stages of bathing. The battery operated submarine
sprayer toy provides an element of fun to each bath, and can even be used in the adult tub when the time
comes!

WARNING
Drowning Hazard: Babies have drowned while using infant bath tubs and slings.
To prevent drowning:
• Stay in arm’s reach of your baby.
• Never rely on a toddler or preschooler to help your baby or alert you to trouble.
Babies have drowned even with other children in or near bath tub.
• Babies can drown in as little as 1 inch of water. Use as little water as possible to bathe your baby.
• Use in empty adult tub or sink.
• Keep drain open in adult tub or sink.
• NEVER bathe baby until you have tested the water temperature. ALWAYS check water temperature before placing child into tub.
• Bath water should be between 90°F and 100°F (32.2°C and 37.8°C).
• This product is not a toy. DO NOT allow children to play with it.
Fall Hazard: Babies have suffered head injuries falling from infant bath tubs and slings.
To prevent falls:
• Place tub only in adult tub or sink.
• Never lift or carry baby in tub and/or sling.
• Never use on uneven or elevated surfaces.
• NEVER leave children unattended.
• Discontinue use of product if damaged, broken, or disassembled.
BATTERY WARNING
• Do not mix old and new batteries.
• Do not mix alkaline, standard, or rechargeable batteries.
• Remove batteries when product is stored for long periods of time or when batteries are exhausted.
• Dispose of exhausted batteries according to instructions.
• Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
• Batteries are to be inserted with correct polarity.
• CAUTION: Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect type.
• Keep all batteries away from children.

suction cup.

to the tub in the 4 designated
spots beneath the rim of
the tub.

when child can sit up unassisted.

NOTE: We recommend using the newborn sling with babies 0-6 weeks. As your baby
grows, transition child to the padded, reclined backrest, using the contoured hump in
the tub for positional support. When baby learns to sit unassisted, use the large toddler
seating area at the foot of the tub. The high backrest, soft foam pad and contoured
hump will provide extended support during bath time.

• Newborn Sling: Rinse sling with clean, warm water and mild soap. Air dry.
• Tub: Clean with a damp cloth, mild soap, and clean warm water.
• Make sure all screws on the battery compartment are tight.
• Do not use product if any components are damaged.
• Remove batteries before any long storage periods.

Pull plug

Place tub
securely on the
oor of an adult tub.

IMPORTANT: Shift tub to one side as far as it will go and push down rmly to
conrm tub stability. Shift tub in the opposite direction as far as it will go and
push down rmly to reconrm tub stability.
Use notch on the tub’s
base to secure to the
divider on double sinks.
Seat the base of the tub
into a single sink.
CAUTION: ALWAYS test for a secure t in
the sink before placing baby in tub.

If your sprayer is not working, follow the below steps:
1. Turn sprayer o.
2. Straighten out hose (Figure A) and submerge both ends of the sprayer just
beneath water level (Figure B). Be sure to keep the hose straight and submerged
during this process.
3. Turn sprayer on with both ends submerged, sprayer should start to produce
bubbles. Once bubbles are visible, the sprayer is ready for use.
4. Turn sprayer o and mount to tub wall (Figure C).
5. Once mounted, turn on sprayer for regular use.
NOTE: It may take a few seconds for the sprayer to produce bubbles.
For best use, DO NOT overbend the hose.
To remove the sprayer from the tub:
1. Pull tabs on suction cup (Figure D) to release from tub wall.
