ofPCB. So, itisallowedtoapplytothelead-freesoldering whilenottoapplytootheruses.

Functionintroduction: PCB willgointotheconveyorfromthebuffer.Thesprayerwillspraytheflux on
thebottomofPCBandthePCBgoesintothepre-heater.Thesolderpotwill solderthePCBtoweldthe
componentsstronglywiththebasicboardand thenthePCBwill go intothecooler.Atlast,thePCBwill
outputfromtheconveyor. Thewholeprocess isunderthecontrolofcontrolsystemandall parameterscanbe
presetonthe display.

1. Switchoffthepowersupplybeforeconnectingordisconnecting thewiresonterminalof
powersupply, terminalsofearthwire, andterminalsofcontrolcircuit.
2. Donottouchtheterminalsofcontrolpanelorthejointsofoutercomponentsevenifthe
machinestopsbutthesystemcanbesetautomaticallyswitchandtheouterpowerturnson.
Switchoffthepowersupplybeforechecking themachinestopping.
3. Besurethatthegroundingisingood condition.
4. Besurethatthepowersupplyhasbeenswitchedoff atleastfor5minutesbeforechecking
theinnercomponentsbecausesomedevicessuchasinverter,UPS,DCpoweranddriveretc
mayunderthehighvoltage.
5. Switchoffthepowersupplyifthereisnonecessitytousethemachineforalongtime.
Otherwise,itmayresult inmalfunctionorelectricshock.
6. BesurethattheratedvoltageisequaltothatofACpowerbeforeswitching onthepower

referto2.3forgettingthespecificationofpowersupply.
2. Thesoldering systemshouldnotbeonrununderoverload（preheatzoneand solderpot
surpass thepresetvalue）.Otherwise,itmayshortenthemachinelife.
3. DotheMeggerexperimentaccordingtothe technique statedin “MeggerExperiment”.
4. Usethecreepagebrakerwithhigh frequencycountermeasurewhenthemachineworksunderthe
creepagecircuitincreasebecauseoftheusing oftransducerand othercomponentsand eventheouter
creepagebrake maywork.
5. UPSshouldbeonwhentheequipmentworks. TheequipmentcanconnectwithUPSautomaticallywhen
thecreepagehappens.Alsowecanconveyorthemachinemanuallyandoutputthecomponentsfromthe
ovenbodytoavoidthedamage.（option）
6. Thecomputercannotbeusedforotherpurposes,butonlyapplytothissoldering system.
Donotmodifyordeleteanydatafile,systemfileandbatchfileintheharddisk.
7. Press “Exit”onStartbuttonforendinguptheoperationofcomputer,thesystemwillshow
themessageof “Youcanturnoffthecomputernow”,you canturnoff thepowersupplyat

3.1Preparationbefore Installation
InstallationRequirement
1. Locatethemachineonaflatfloor,dryandventilative.
2. Theoperationtemperatureshouldbe5~40℃.
3. Itshouldapplyto3phases,5wires,380Vandsteady-going powersupplyunderrated
currency.
4.Itshouldapplytotheindustrialairsupplyof5-7Bar.
Note:Adoptseparationmeasurementifthereisepicentrearound theequipmentinordernottoeffectits
normalusing.
3.2Installation
3.2.1Disassembly
Takeoutthepiecesfromthewrapperaccordingtothepackinglistoftheequipment.Ifthereisany
damage, beingaffectedwithdampormissingpartsetc, pleasecontactwithourcompanytosolve itintime.
3.2.2: WarningofWiring
1. Switchoff thepowersupplyandairsupplybeforethewiringworkproceeds.
2. Donotteardownthesealduringwiring toavoidthesundriesfalling insidetheindustrialcomputer
andinverteretcwhilethesealshouldbetorndownduringoperation togiveouttheheatafterthe
wiringworkhasbeencompleted.
3. Verifying ifallelectricterminalsareloosenedbecauseoftheunavoidablewobbleand
shakeduring transportation.If yes,pleasetightentheloosenedterminals.
4. Donottakeoffanysafetyswitchorcancelanysafetyfunctiononmachineatwill.
5. Doelectrificationtestafterwiring workhasbeencompleted.Turnoffall switcheson
soldering systemfirstlyandbesurethatthevoltageandcapacityofouterpowersupply
canmeettheneedsofthissoldering system. Thendo theperformancetestbyturning off
theswitchaccordingtotheprinciplefrom bigtosmall.
6. Therearewarning labelsforthewiring anddonottearanywarning label.Thereshould
bewarningsignsoneverypartwithdanger,withelectricity,high temperature,high

Belowaretheterminalsinsidethecontrolpanelofsoldering system.Theusershould
proceedthewiring aspertheElectricLayout.
3.2.4: StandardWiring
TheusershouldprovidetheACpowersupplywith3phases,5wires,380Vand50Hzand
everyphaseshouldapplyto80Aandconnectswith16mm2wiresof5cores.Thecablethatis
markedwithNo.,willfixontheXPterminalsthroughtheinlet.Thecopperwireshould
connectwiththeterminalsandtightenthecopperwirewithpincers.Pleaserefertotheabove
sketch. Thesolderingsystemwill notworkandthescreenofcomputerwilldisplaythewarning
signalsofphasemissingorphasewrongif1phaseor2phaseshasnotconnectedwithpower
supplyorthesequenceof3phasesisincorrect.Checkifthevoltageof3phasesisproperor
exchangethesequence of3phasesfordoublecheckafterturning offthepowersupply.

3.2.5: InstallationSteps
1. Openthewoodencaseand locatethemachineonthefloor,checkthearticlesand thefittingsincase
accordingtothepacking listtofind whetherit saccordancewiththelist.Ifnot,contactwithour
company.
2. Loadthefeed-inconveyorinthemachine(twosetsofconveyor:leftoneandrightone),theadjustment
partsrefertochapter4.4.1-4.4.3inthemanual.
3. InstallationofExhaustPipe, refertothefigure.
4. Pushthesolderpotintothemachine, installwell thetrucklesofsolderpottilltoadjustthesolderpot
smoothly.
5. Turnonpowerandairsupply,adjusttheairpressure toabout5Bar.
3.2.6: FinalCleaning
Cleanthemachinethoroughlyafterinstallation.
Note:Donotwipethemachinewithcorrosiveliquidtoavoidcorrodingthepaintingand
silk-screenpattern.
