Placethesaunafloorinthe
desiredlocation.Itis
necessarytopositionthe
flooroutfromyourwallsfor
assemblyandmovethe
saunafollowingassembly.
Ensurethatthewiresarestandingup
straighttoallowforinstallationoffront
wall.

Ifyouareworkinginarestrictivespace,itisrecommendedtoplace
thebackwallbehindthesaunafloorbeforeconstructingthesauna.

Liftthefrontwallintopositioncarefullyloweringthebottomofthewallinto
thechannelonthefloorbase.Centrethefrontwallonthefloorbase.

Liftoneofthesidewalls(leftorright)intopositionwedgingthebottom
ofthewallintothechannelinthefloorbase.

ConnectSideWallandFrontWall
Cinchthesidewallandthefrontwalltogetherbyapplyingpressureonthe
outsideofthesidewallwithyourkneewhileassistantgentlypushesthe
edgeoffrontwallwiththeirfoot.
Slidethesidewallupwardapprox.3/4”withlefthandwhileholdingthe
frontwalldownwithyourrighthand.

The2setsoffastenersforthewalls
willconnectwhenthesidewallis
raisedsufficiently.
Slidethesidewalldownwhile
continuingtocinchthetwowalls
together.
Afterloweringthesidewall,checktoensurethatbothsetsoffasteners
haveconnectedbylookingatthecornerinsideofthesauna.Itispossibleto
connectonesetoffastenersandmisstheother.Ifthereisanobviousgapin
thecornerbetweenthetwowallsthefastenershavenotconnectedandthe
raisingandloweringprocedurewillneedtoberepeated.

Connectthebackcornersoneatatimebyraisingthebackwalland
slidingitdownontothesidewalltoconnectthefasteners.Whilelifting
andloweringthebackwallwitonehandholdthesidewalldownwith
oppositehand.Assistantstabilizestheoppositebackcorner.

Removepanelsfromtherooftoaccesselectricalconnections
beforeinstallingtheroof.
PreparetheSaunaRoof
Ensurethattheelectrical
wireprotrudingfromthetopofthe
frontwallisflippedtotheoutside
ofthesauna.

InstalltheSaunaRoof
Lifttheroofupandovertopofthesaunawalls.Ifyouareinstallingthe
saunainarestrictivespaceandareunabletowalkdownthesidesofthe
saunas,itmaybenecessaryforonepersontogoinsidethesauna.
Theroofisacapthatfitsovertheoutsideofthewalls.Hookthetwoback
cornersoftheroofoverthewallsthenlowertherooftowardthefrontofthe
sauna.

Beforeloweringtheroofatthefrontitisnecessaryto
feedthewireupthroughtheholeinthesaunaroofas
pictured.
Thisiseasiestaccomplishedwithonepersonholding
theweightoftheroofwhiletheotherfeedsthe
wirethroughthehole.
Whenthewireisfedentirelythroughtheroof,lower
roofintoplacetakingcarenottopinchthe
wirebetweentheroofandthefrontwall
RemoveSideWallHeater
Guards
Thewoodenlatticeworkin
frontoftheheatersis
referredtoastheheater
guard.Theseareheldon
withstrongmagnets.Itis
necessarytoremovethe
heaterguardsfromthetwo
sidewallsinordertoinstall
thesaunabench.
