Wir danken Ihnen für den Kauf dieses Gerätes der Marke Suntec Wellness. Bitte lesen Sie die
Bedienungsanleitung aufmerksam, bevor Sie das Gerät in Betrieb nehmen. Bitte bewahren Sie diese
Bedienungsanleitung zum späteren Nachschlagen auf.
Sicherheitshinweise
Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und
darüber und von Personen mit reduzierten
physischen, sensorischen oder mentalen
Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und/oder
Wissen benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder
bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes
unterwiesen wurden und die daraus resultierenden
Gefahren verstanden haben. Kinder dürfen nicht mit
dem Gerät spielen. Reinigung und Benutzer-
Wartung dürfen nicht durch Kinder ohne
Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt werden. Kinder unter
3 Jahren ohne permanente Aufsicht müssen daran
gehindert werden, auf das Gerät zugreifen zu
können. Kinder ab 3 Jahren und unter 8 Jahren
dürfen das Gerät nur unter der Voraussetzung ein-
und ausschalten, dass das Gerät in seiner
vorgesehenen Gebrauchslage positioniert oder
installiert, sie bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs
des Gerätes unterwiesen und beaufsichtigt werden
und die möglichen Gefahren verstanden haben.
Kinder ab 3 Jahren und unter 8 Jahren dürfen das
Gerät nicht an die Steckdose anschließen, es
regulieren, reinigen oder die Wartung durchführen.
1. Um Verbrennungen zu vermeiden, berühren Sie
bitte nicht die heißen Oberflächen des
Heizkörpers, wenn dieser in Gebrauch ist. Bitte
halten Sie brennbare Stoffe, wie Vorhänge und
andere Einrichtungsgegenstände mindestens
0,9m von der Vorderseite des Heizkörpers, von

den Seiten und der Rückseite fern.
2. Äußerste Vorsicht ist geboten, wenn der
Heizkörper von Kindern, in der Nähe von Kindern
oder Behinderten verwendet wird, wenn der
Heizkörper im Betrieb oder unbeaufsichtigt ist.
3. Bitte nicht außerhalb von Gebäuden verwenden.
4. Dieser Heizkörper ist für die Nutzung in
Badezimmern, Waschküchen oder ähnlichen
Bereichen innerhalb von Gebäuden vorgesehen.
Bitte stellen Sie den Heizkörper niemals dort auf,
wo er in eine Badewanne oder in einen
Wasserbehälter fallen könnte.
5. Dieser Heizkörper verfügt über heiße und
lichtbogen- oder funkenbildende Teile im
Inneren. Bitte nutzen Sie diesen nicht in
Bereichen, in denen Gas, Farbe oder
entzündbare Flüssigkeiten verwendet oder
gelagert werden.
6. Bitte führen Sie keine Fremdkörper ein und
verhindern Sie, dass diese in irgendwelche
Lüftungs- und Luftauslassöffnungen gelangen, da
dies zu einem elektrischen Schlag oder Brand
führen oder den Heizkörper beschädigen kann.
7. Bitte stecken Sie den Heizkörper aus, wenn
dieser nicht benutzt wird. Um den Heizkörper
auszustecken, ziehen Sie bitte den Stecker aus
der Steckdose oder schalten Sie den
Hauptstrom ab.
8. Von einer Verwendung von Verlängerungskabeln

wird abgeraten, da diese überhitzen können und
eine Brandgefahr darstellen. Falls dennoch ein
Verlängerungskabel genutzt werden muss, muss
der Leiterdraht innerhalb des Kabels mindestens
1mm im Durchmesser dick sein und die
Nenngröße darf nicht unter 10A liegen.
9. Bitte verlegen Sie das Kabel nicht unter
Teppichen und bedecken Sie das Kabel nicht
mit Brücken, Läufern oder ähnlichen Objekten.
Bitte verlegen Sie das Kabel in weniger
frequentierten Bereichen und an Stellen, an
denen nicht auf das Kabel getreten wird.
10.Bitte betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn das
Stromkabel, der Netzstecker oder das Gerät
Schäden aufweisen. Ist eine Reparatur
notwendig, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihre
Verkaufsstelle.
11.Bitte schließen Sie den Heizkörper
ausschließlich an vorschriftsmäßig geerdete
Steckdosen an.
12.Bitte verwenden Sie den Heizkörper nur wie in
dieser Gebrauchsanweisung beschrieben. Jede
andere Nutzung, welche nicht vom Hersteller
empfohlen ist, kann zu Bränden, elektrischen
Schlägen oder Personenschäden führen.
13.Bitte verwenden Sie diesen Heizkörper nicht mit
einem Programmierer, Timer oder jeglichem
anderen Gerät, welches den Heizkörper
automatisch einschaltet.

14.Bitte nutzen Sie den Heizkörper nicht in Bade- oder
Duschkabinen oder in Schwimmbecken.
15.Der Heizkörper darf sich nicht unmittelbar unter
einer Steckdose befinden.
16.Um wegen der Brandgefahr eine
Überhitzung zu vermeiden, verhindern Sie
bitte die Abdeckung des Heizkörpers.
17.Bitte versuchen Sie nicht das Gerät selbstständig
zu reparieren, auseinanderzubauen oder in sonst
einer Weise zu verändern.
18.VORSICHT: Um eine Gefahr aufgrund eines
versehentlichen Wiedereinschaltens des
thermischen Abschalters zu vermeiden, darf dieses
Gerät nicht über ein externes Schaltgerät, wie z.B.
einem Timer betrieben werden oder an einem
Stromkreis angeschlossen sein, welcher vom
Stromversorger regelmäßig ein- und abgeschaltet
wird.
19.Zur Vermeidung von Stromschlägen tauchen Sie
bitte das Gerät, Kabel und Netzstecker niemals in
Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten ein.
Warnung: Um Überhitzung zu vermeiden,
decken Sie das Gerät bitte nicht ab!

Dieser neue Typ von Heizkörpern nutzt ein MIKATHERMISCHES Heizelement. Diese neueste und
marktführende Technologie nutzt Strahlungsenergie: Das Gerät heizt Objekte und Wände in seiner

VERPACKUNG ENTFERNEN
Bitte lesen Sie diese Anweisungen vor Nutzung dieses Heizkörpers durch
1. Bitte entnehmen Sie den Heizkörper aus der Verpackung.
2. Bitte entfernen Sie das Styropor und diePlastikverpackungen.
3. Inhalt:
• 1 Beutel mit 1 Wandhalterung, 4 Schrauben, 4 Dübel für dieWandmontage,
• 2 Wandhalterungen für die untere Wandmontage und dazugehörigeSchrauben.
• 4 Schrauben zur Befestigung der Streben.
4. Bitte bewahren Sie die Verpackung zur Lagerung des Heizkörpers bei Nichtnutzung oder
während der Sommerphase auf.
AUFBAU DER STREBEN
Bitte schrauben Sie die Streben mithilfe der 4 Spezialschrauben an den Heizkörper. Dies muss vor
der Montage des Heizkörpers an der Wand durchgeführt werden.
MONTAGE DER UNTEREN WANDHALTERUNG
Bitte schrauben Sie die 2 unteren Wandhalterungen an die Unterseite des Heizkörpers. Bitte
verwenden Sie hierfür die 2 kleinen Schrauben und ziehen Sie diese fest an.
MONTAGE
Der Heizkörper muss mindestens 0,7 m vom Boden montiert werden und kein Gegenstand
(z.B. ein Regal) sollte weniger als 1 m von der Oberseite des Heizkörpers aufgebaut werden. Wir
empfehlen die Montage des Heizkörpers im Badezimmer mindestens 0,6 m von der Dusche
ODER der Badewanne entfernt, siehe Abbildung vorne. Der Abstand von 0,6 m ist ein
vorgeschlagener Abstand; der eigentliche Abstand von der Dusche und der Badewanne sollteder
nationalen Norm eines jeden Landesentsprechen.
Nachdem die Streben und die Wandhalterungen befestigt wurden, können Sie die folgenden Schritte
zum Aufbau des Heizkörpers an der Wand vornehmen.

SCHRITT I: Bitte markieren Sie die Position der linken oder der rechten Schraube mithilfe eines
Bleistifts an der Wand (ca. 1,5 m vom Fußboden entfernt).
SCHRITT II: Bitte bohren Sie ein Bohrloch.
SCHRITT III: Bitte schlagen Sie die Dübel in die Bohrlöcher.
SCHRITT IV: Bitte schrauben Sie die Wandhalterung locker an die Wand.
SCHRITT V: Bitte markieren Sie das andere Bohrloch auf gleicher Höhe des ersten Bohrlochs an der
Wand und in einem Abstand von ca.138 mm.
SCHRITT Vl: Bitte bohren Sie das zweite Bohrloch.
SCHRITT VII: Bitte schlagen Sie einen weiteren Dübel in das Bohrloch.
SCHRITT VIII: Bitte schrauben Sie beide Wandhalterungen fest an.
SCHRITT IX: Bitte montieren Sie den Heizkörper an die Wandhalterung. Bitte markieren Sie die
Positionen der Bohrlöcher (links und rechts) der unteren Wandhalterungen mithilfe eines Bleistifts.
Bitte nehmen Sie den Heizkörper dann von der Wandhalterung.
SCHRITT X: Bitte bohren Sie beide Bohrlöcher.
SCHRITT XI: Bitte schlagen Sie beide verbliebenen Dübel in die Bohrlöcher.
SCHRITT XII: Bitte befestigen Sie den Heizkörper an der Wandhalterung und schrauben Sie die
beiden verbliebenen Schrauben der unteren Wandhalterung fest.
BETRIEB
Bitte lesen Sie diese Anweisungen vor Nutzung dieses Heizkörpers durch.
1. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass der Hauptschalter auf „AUS” steht.
2. Bitte stecken Sie das Stromkabel in eine passende Steckdose. (Die Nenngröße darf nicht
unter 10A liegen).
3. Bitte drücken Sie den Hauptschalter auf „EIN“. Halten Sie bitte die Tasten „MODE“ und „SET“ 10
Sekunden lang gedrückt, um die Programmierung zurückzusetzen (Dieser Schritt muss nur bei
der Erstinbetriebnahme für das Einschalten getätigt werden).
4. Bitte nutzen Sie die Tasten „SET“, „+“ und „-“, um die aktuelle Uhrzeit und den Tag einzustellen.
Mithilfe dieser Tasten können Sie auch das Wochenprogramm zum Ein- bzw. Ausschalten des
Gerätes sowie Zieltemperatur bestimmen.
Bsp.: Programmierung am Sonntag „Sun“, Einschaltzeit „ON“ 7:30 Uhr, Ausschaltzeit„OFF“
10:00 Uhr, Zieltemperatur beträgt 20°C
5. Bitte drücken Sie die Taste „MODE“, um den Modus auszuwählen:
•Manueller Modus:
Das Display zeigt ein Handsymbol an. Die voreingestellte Zieltemperatur
beträgt 22°C. Bitte stellen Sie Ihre gewünschte Zieltemperatur mithilfe der
Tasten „+“ und „-“ entweder auf 5°C (Anti-Frost-Funktion) oder 10°C-32°C ein.
Ist die Raumtemperatur niedriger als Ihre Zieltemperatur, schaltet sich die
Heizung ein. Ist die Raumtemperatur höher als die Zieltemperatur, schaltet sich die Heizung
aus. Das Heizen wird fortgeführt, sobald die Raumtemperatur mind. 3°C niedriger als die
Zieltemperatur ist.
•Programm-Modus:
Das Gerät aktiviert das gespeicherte Wochenprogramm.
•Auto-Modus:
Im Auto-Modus wird wie im Programm-Modus das gespeicherte
Wochenprogramm aktiviert. Zusätzlich wird die Einschaltzeit automatisch an die
Differenz zwischen Raum- und Zieltemperatur angepasst, um zur eingestellten
Zeit die Zieltemperatur schneller zu erreichen:
Ist die Raumtemperatur 5°C niedriger als die Zieltemperatur, schaltet sich das Gerät 30 min.
vor der programmierten Einschaltzeit ein.
Ist die Raumtemperatur ab 6°C niedriger als die Zieltemperatur, schaltet sich das Gerät 60 min.
vor der programmierten Einschaltzeit ein.

Anti-Frost-Funktion
Hiermit wird die Raumtemperatur über dem „Gefrierpunkt“ gehalten. Bitte stellen Sie die Temperatur
im manuellen Modus auf 5°C ein. Ein Rohrbruch aufgrund von Eis wird dadurch vermieden.
Benutzerwarnungen:
• Falls Sie mehrere Stunden das Haus verlassen, erwägen Sie bitte eine Reduzierung der
Temperatureinstellung.
• Falls Sie mehrere Geräte in einem Raum haben, betreiben Sie diese bitte nicht gleichzeitig.
Dadurch erreichen Sie eine gleichmäßige Temperatur ohne Steigerung des
Stromverbrauchs.
• Wenn Sie einen Raum belüften, schalten Sie das Gerät bitte ab.
REINIGUNG
1. Bitte schalten Sie den Heizkörper vor der Reinigung ab, ziehen Sie den Stecker und lassen Sie
den Heizkörper abkühlen.
2. Bitte tauchen Sie das Stromkabel und den Stromstecker oder den Heizkörper nicht in Wasser
oder eine andere Flüssigkeit. Bitte gießen Sie kein Wasser oder eine andere Flüssigkeit über
den Heizkörper.
3. Bitte nutzen Sie einen Staubsauger, um Staub und Flusen aus dem Metallrost des Heizkörpers
zu entfernen.
4. Bitte wischen Sie den Heizkörper mit einem trockenen Tuch ab, um Staub zu entfernen und mit
einem feuchten (nicht nassen) Tuch, um Streifen zu beseitigen.
5. Bitte wenden Sie keine Reinigungsmittel, aggressives Reinigungspulver oder Polituren jeglicher
Art auf dem Heizkörper an, da diese die Lackierung beschädigen können.
LAGERUNG
Bitte lagern Sie den Heizkörper an einem kühlen und trockenen Ort. Um zu vermeiden, dass Staub
und Schmutz in den Heizkörper gelangen, verwenden Sie die Verpackung, um das Gerät zu lagern.
Wenn der Heizkörper nicht regelmäßig genutzt oder unbedeckt gelagert wird, kann der Heizkörper
bei seinem ersten Gebrauch kleine Mengen an Rauch und/oder Geruch erzeugen. Dies ist normal;
es ist auf die Ansammlung von Feuchtigkeit und Staub auf dem Heizelement zurückzuführen.
BITTE PRÜFEN SIE DEN HEIZKÖRPER VOR EINER REPARATUR
Heizkörper heizt nicht
1. Bitte prüfen Sie, ob der Heizkörper ein- oder ausgeschaltet ist.
2. Bitte prüfen Sie, ob sich der Thermostat-Regler in der höchsten Positionbefindet.
3. Bitte prüfen Sie, ob irgendein Gegenstand das Gerätbedeckt.
Heizkörper läuft nicht
1. Bitte prüfen Sie, ob das Stromkabel in eine Steckdose gestecktwurde.
2. Bitte prüfen Sie, ob die Stromversorgung im Haus funktioniert oder die Hauptsicherung intakt
ist.
3. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass der Hauptschalter eingeschaltet ist.
4. Bitte prüfen Sie, ob sich der Thermostat-Regler in der höchsten Position befindet.
(Bitte vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Leuchtanzeigeleuchtet).
Falls der Heizkörper nach den vorangehenden Prüfungen noch immer nicht funktioniert, wenden Sie
sich bitte an Ihren Fachmarkt. Alle Reparaturen müssen von zugelassenem Personal eines
anerkannten Einzelhändlers vorgenommen werden.
Wichtig: Jeder Missbrauch des Geräts führt zur Unwirksamkeit der Garantie. Reparaturen, welche
unvorschriftsmäßig und von unqualifizierten Personen durchgeführt werden, können zu ernsthaften
Konsequenzen für den Nutzer führen.

HINWEISE ZUM UMWELTSCHUTZ
EG-Konformitätserklärung
• Möchten Sie das Gerät reklamieren, so können Sie das binnen 24 Monate ab Kaufdatum (Quittung) tun.
• Ein kostenloser Ersatz oder eine kostenlose Reparatur ist bei vorheriger unsachgemäßer
Produktmanipulation ausgeschlossen.
• Defekte an Verschleißteilen, Verbrauchsmaterialien, ebenso wie Reinigung, Wartung oder Austausch
besagter Teilesind folglichkostenpflichtig.
• Falls Sie eine Reklamation durchführen wollen, so bringen Sie bitte das gesamte Gerät in der
Originalverpackung und mit Kaufbeleg zu Ihrem Händler. Für eine zeitnahe und bequeme
Serviceanmeldung besuchen Sie ferner unsere Internetseite www.suntec-wellness.de und erfahren Sie
mehr.
• Ohne Kaufbeleg erfolgt grundsätzlich keine kostenlose Reparatur oder ein Austausch.
• Für den Fall, dass der Reklamationsfall analog unserer Service Bestimmungen erfolgt, so werden alle
Defekte des Gerätes oder des Zubehörs aufgrund von Material- oder Herstellungsfehlern durch
kostenlose Reparatur oder, nach unserem Ermessen, durch Austausch des Gerätesbeseitigt.
• Die Beschädigung von Zubehörteilen führt nicht automatisch zu einem kostenlosen Austausch des
gesamten Gerätes. Kontaktieren Sie in diesen Fällen bitte Ihren Fachhändler. Glasbruch oder Bruch von
Plastikteilen ist immerkostenpflichtig.
• Der Fachhändler oder Reparaturservice kann nach Ablauf der Garantie Reparaturen kostenpflichtig
durchführen.

carefully. Keep it for later reference and hand it over to its new owner, if you give the appliance to another person.
Safety Precautions
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8
years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory and mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not
be made by children without supervision.
Children of less than 3 years should be kept away
unless continuously supervised.
Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years
shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that
it has been placed or installed in its intended normal
operating position and they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved.
Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years
shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or
perform user maintenance.
1. To avoid burns, do not touch the hot surfaces of the
heater when it is in use. Use handle when moving
this heater. Keep combustible materials, such as
drapery and other furnishings at least 3 feet (0.9m)
from the front of the heater and away from the side
and rear.
2. Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is
used by children, near children or invalids
whenever the heater is operating or unattended.

3. Do not use outdoor.
4. This heater is intended for use in bathrooms, laundry
areas or similar indoor locations. Never put heater
where it may fall into a bathtub or other water
container.
5. This heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts
inside. Do not use in an area where gasoline, paint
or flammable liquids are used or stored.
6. Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any
ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an
electric shock, fire, or damage the heater.
7. Always unplug heater when not in use. To
disconnect heater, remove plug from outlet or
disconnect the power from the mains.
8. Using of extension cord is not recommended as it
may overheat and cause a risk of fire. However, if
an extension cord has to be used, the conductor
wire inside the cord must be at least 1mm in
diameter and rate not less than 10A.
9. Do not run cord under carpet and do not cover cord
with throw rugs, runners, or the like. Place the cord
away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped
over.
10. Please refrain from further usage if the power cord,
power plug or the appliance are damaged and
contact your seller.
11. Connect the heater to properly grounded outlets
only.
12. Use this heater only as described in this manual.

REMOVE PACKAGING
Please read all the instructions before using this heater
1. Take out the heater from giftbox.
2. Remove the polyfoam and polybag.
3. Inside are: 1 bag with 1 Mounting Support, 4 screws, 4 Mounting Anchors for wall mounting
4. 4 screws to fix the rails. Save the packaging for storage when the heater is not been used or
in summer season.
RACKS INSTALLATION
Screw the rails on the heater using the 4 special screws. It has to be done before the installation of the
heater on the wall.
LOWER WALL MOUNTING SUPPORT INSTALLATION
In the same polybag than the screws, there are 2 metal parts to fix at the bottom of the rear of the heater. Use
the 2 small screws, tighten firmly.
INSTALLATION
Heater has to be mounted minimum 0.7m from the floor and no object (e.g. Shelf) should be placed within
1m from the top of the heater.
We recommend to install the heater in the bathroom area at least 0.6m away from shower OR bathtub as
shown in the picture (volume 3). The figure 0.6m is a suggested distance; the actual distance from the
shower and bathtub should follow national standard in eachcountry
Once the racks are mounted, you can start the following steps to install the heater on the wall.
STEP I: Mark the left or right screw hole position using a pencil on the wall (about 1.5 meter from floor)
STEP II: Drill a hole
STEP III: Hammer the screw anchor into the hole
STEP IV: Screw lightly the mounting support on the wall
STEP V: Mark another screw hole on the wall at the same level than the first one and at a distance of 138mm
approximately
STEP Vl: Drill second hole
STEP VII: Hammer another screw anchor into the hole
STEP VIII: Screw tightly the mounting support
STEP IX: Install the heater on the mounting support. Using a pencil, mark the screw holes (left and right)

positions for the lower wall mounting support. Then remove the heater from the wall mounting support.
STEP X: Drill both holes.
STEP XI: Hammer the 2 remaining anchors into the holes.
STEP XII: Install the heater on the wall mounting support and screw tightly the 2 remaining
screws of the lower wall mounting support.
OPERATION
Please read all the instructions before using this heater.
1. Please make sure the power switch is on “OFF” position.
2. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. (Rating is not less than10A)
3. Please press the main switch to "ON". Press and hold the "MODE" and "SET" buttons for 10 seconds
to reset the programming (this step only needs to be done during the initial start-up for switching on).
4. Please use the "SET", "+" and "-" buttons to set the current time and day. You can also use these
buttons to set the weeklyprogram for switching the unit on and off, as well as the target temperature.
Example: Programming on Sunday"Sun", switch-on time "ON" 7:30 h, switch-off time "OFF" 10:00 h,
target temperature 20°C
5. Press the button “MODE” to select the operationmode:
• Manual mode:
The display shows a hand symbol. The preset target temperature is 22°C.
Please use the "+" and "-" keys to set your desired target temperature to either
5°C (anti-frost function) or 10°C-32°C. If the room temperature is lower than
your target temperature, the heating switches on. If the room temperature is
higher than the target temperature, the heater turns off. Heating continues as soon as the
room temperature is at least 3°C lower than the target temperature.
• Program mode:
The unit activates the saved week program.
• Auto mode:
In auto mode, the saved week program is activated in the same way as in
program mode. In addition, the switch-on time is automatically adjusted to the
difference between the room temperature and the target temperature in order
to reach the target temperature more quickly at the set time:
If the room temperature is 5°C lower than the target temperature, the unit switches on 30
minutes before the programmed switch-on time.
If the room temperature from 6°C is lower than the target temperature, the unit switches on 60
min. before the programmed switch-on time.
Anti Frost Function
It will keep the room temperature above “Freezing Point”. Please set the temperature to 5°C in manual mode.
This prevents pipe breakage due to ice.
User Advice:
• If you will be away for several hours, consider reducing the temperaturesetting.
• If you have several appliances in one room, do not let them operate simultaneously. Therefore you
will obtain a more homogeneous temperature without increasing your electricity
consumption.
• When you are airing a room, switch off the appliance.
CLEANING
1. Before cleaning, turn off the heater, unplug the power cord and allow the heater to cool down.
2. Do not immerse power cord and plug or heater in water or other liquid. Do not pour water or other
liquid over the heater.

3. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and lint on the metal grid of theheater.
4. Wipe the heater with a dry cloth to remove dust and a damp cloth (not wet) to clean off strains.
5. Do not use detergents, abrasive cleaning powder or polish of any kind on the body of
the heater, as these can damage thefinish.
STORAGE
Store the heater in a cool dry place. To prevent dust and dirt getting in the heater, use the old packaging to
repack the unit.
If the heater is not used regularly or if it is store uncovered, the heater may produce small amounts of smoke
and/or smell upon first use. This is normal; it is due to the accumulation of humidity and dust on the heating
element.
CHECK THE HEATER BEFORE REPAIRING
Heater not warm
1. Check if the heater is turned on or not?
2. Check the Thermostat Control Knob is on maximum position ornot?
3. Check if any objects are covering the unit or not?
Heater not operating
1. Check if the power cord is plugged into an electrical outlet or not?
2. Check if the electrical supply in the house or the main fuse is working ornot?
3. Make sure the power switch is on.
4. Check if the Thermostat Control Knob is on maximum position. (Ensure the light indicator is on)
If after following the above checks the heater is still not operating please contact the manufacturers’ service
agent. All repairs must be referred to authorized personnel from authorized retailer.
Important: Any tampering with the appliance will invalidate the warranty. Repairs carried out improperly and
by unqualified persons may have serious consequences for theuser.
• You can claim the device within 24 months from date of purchase (receipt).
• A free replacement or repair will be excluded from prior improper product handling.
• Defects in wear parts, consumables, as well as cleaning, maintenance or replacement of said parts are
therefore with costs.
• If you want to make a complaint, please bring the entire device in its original packaging and with proof of
purchase to your dealer. For a timely and convenient service register, visit our website www.suntec-

• Without a proof of purchase, generally there will be no repair or replacement.
• In the event that the complaint case is analogous to our terms of service, all defects of the device or its
accessories due to material or manufacturing defects will be eliminated by repair or, at our discretion,
replacing the unit.
• The damage of accessories does not automatically lead to a free exchange of the whole device. In these
cases, please contact your dealer. Glass breakage, or breakage of plastic parts are always to charge.
• The dealer or repair service can perform the repair after the expiration of warranty against charge.
This product must not be disposed of via normal household waste after its service life, but must be
taken to a collection station for the recycling of electrical and electronic devices. The symbol on the
product, the operating instructions or the packaging indicates such disposal procedures. The
materials are recyclable in accordance with their respective symbols. By means of re-use, material
recycling or any other form of recycling old appliances you are making an important contribution to
the protection of our environment.
