tow hook, chassisframe or similar

22.When moving a load, slowly
take up the wire rope slack until
it becomestaut. Stop, recheck
all winching connections. Be
sure the hook isproperly seated.
If a nylon sling isused, check the
attachment to theload.
23.When using your winch to move
a load, place the vehicle trans-
mission in neutral, set vehicle
brake, and chock all wheels.
24. DO NOT USE THE WINCH TO
HOLD LOADSIN PLACE.
Use other meansof
securing loads such
astie down straps.
25.USEONLY FACTORY APPROVED
SWITCHES, REM OTE CONTROLS
AND ACCESSORIES. Use of non-
factory approved components
may cause injury or property
damage and could void your
warranty.
26.DO NOT MACHINE ORWELD

structural integrity of the winch
and could void your warranty.
