UNPACKING
Unpack the device carefully. Make sure there are no accessories left in the box. Check up the
device for damages; if the product was damaged during transportation, address the firm which
carried out the delivery; if the product functions incorrectly, address the dealer at once.
ATTENTION!
Do not switch on acoustic system immediately after you bring it in a room from environment with
negative temperature!
Unpacked acoustic system should be placed in conditions of room’s temperature at least 4 hours.

1. INTRODUCTION
C2-15 Multimedia Speaker System 2.1 (MSS) designed to play music and sound games, movies
etc. The subwoofer has built-in power amplifier, due to which it can be connected to virtually any
audio source (CD/DVD-player, TV, PC, etc.) without using an additional power amplifier. There is
remote control in package.
2. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
•To avoid electric shock do not open MSS and do not perform repairs by yourself.
•Do not allow circuit of wires (including grounded ones) between speakers, power amplifier or
ground, for it causes damage of power amplifier output stage.
•Do not put foreign objects inside the holes of MSS. Make sure that needles, hair pins, coins,
insects etc. do not get inside.
•Protect MSS from high humidity, water and dust. Do not locate it in areas with high
level of humidity and dust.
•Protect MSS from heating: do not locate it near a heat source or expose to direct sunlight.
•Do not use gasoline, alcohol or other solvents when cleaning, since they may damage stained
surface of MSS. Clean it with dry soft cloth only.
•If MSS does not operate, unplug it and refer to service personnel.

5. LOCATING
•Place speakers symmetrically to the listener at the distance not less than one meter. Subwoofer
emits non-directional sound, therefore it can be located in any place of the room, where it will sound
to the best advantage.
•Place speaker system far away from TV sets, as insignificant image distortion in supersensitive
monitors and TV sets is possible.

7. REMOTE CONTROL
Installation of batteries inside remote control
• Open battery compartment on rear panel of remote
control.
• Install batteries from the set matching polarity.
• Close battery compartment.
Notes:
• Use remote control at an angle not less than
30 degrees at a distance not less than 7 meters.
• Direct remote control at infrared receiver display
on subwoofer.
• If remote control is not working, check for bat-
teries and replace discharged batteries for new
ones.
• Pull out batteries from remote control, if you are
not going to use them for a long time (more than a
week).

C2-15 Multimedia Speaker System can be connected to virtually any audio source: DVD/CD, PC
sound card, etc. (see fig. 4 below).
• Before connecting make sure that speaker system is switched off. Then connect built-in acoustic
cables to outputs on the rear panel of subwoofer (see connection diagram above).
• To connect speaker system to audio source, stereo signal cable mini-jack to mini-jack (stereo
jack Ø 3,5 mm) should be used. Insert one end of the cable into the audio input on the rear panel of
subwoofer, and insert the other end of the cable into audio source input (stereo jack Ø 3,5 mm).
Notes. Sound is directly dependent on accuracy and reliability of the cable connections.
Recommended to use cables that are supplied complete with speakers.
• To connect speaker system to CD/DVD-players, stereo signal cable mini-jack (Ø 3,5 mm) to
2*RCA (not included) should be used; its RCA jacks should be connected to outputs of
DVD/CD-players. If such a cable is not available, use adapter mini-jack (Ø 3,5 mm) to 2*RCA
(optional).
• Insert plug of power cable j(see fig. 2) on rear panel of subwoofer into the socket.
• Shift POWER On/Offswitch into ON position ion rear panel of subwoofer.
• Adjust volume level to its minimum by turning VOLUME control knob bon the front panel of
subwoofer counterclockwise as far as it would go.
• Adjust volume level by turning VOLUME control knob bon the front panel of subwoofer or by
pressing buttons VOL+ or VOL- don remote control (see fig. 3).
• Adjust treble level by turning TREBLE control knob con the front panel of subwoofer or by
pressing buttons TRE+ or TRE- bon remote control.

10. TROUBLE SHOOTING
If none of the above methods can not solve the problem, please seek professional advice at your
nearest service center. Never attempt to repair the product yourself.
Problem
MSS does not
turn on.
No sound.
There is too quiet
sound of speakers.
Distortion of
sound.
Sound is produced
by one of the
channels only.
Remote control is
not working.
Cause
MSS is not connected to the mains outlet.
Power switch is off.
Volume level is set at minimum value.
Improperly connected audio source.
Volume level is set at minimum value.
Large amplitude of the input signal.
Improperly connected speakers to audio
source.
The battery is discharged.
There is direct sunlight.
Obstacle between remote control and
subwoofer receiver.
Solution
Check the connection.
Turn on the switch.
Adjust volume control knob.
Connect audio sources correctly.
Adjust volume control knob.
Turn down source volume
and MSS volume.
Check the connection of
speakers.
Change battery for new one.
Change location of subwoofer or
remote control.
Change the subwoofer or remote
control location.
• Adjust bass level by turning BASS control knob aon the front panel of subwoofer or by pressing
buttons SUB+ or SUB- con remote control.
• MUTE feature allows to turn off/on sound of speaker system. To turn on sound, press MUTE
button aon remote control.
Notes:
• If speaker system has not been used for a long time, please mind to switch off POWER i
(position OFF) on subwoofer rear panel and pull out its plug jfrom the socket.
• To enhance sound quality, use Line-Out output of sound card.
