Software/ Hardware Installation for Windows 98SE
1. Insert the driver in the CD-ROM drive and double-click on "Win98 Driver"
2. Double-click on "Set-up" and follow the instructions to complete the installation
3. After the installation has been completed, connect the MP3 player and you will now see two removable disks in ‘My Computer’

Inserting the Battery
If the MP3 Player is not being used for some time, we recommend that the batteries are
removed in order to prevent leaking or corrosion of the batteries.
Switching on the MP3 Player (Key 13)
The MP3 Player is switched on by pressing 'key 13'.
If the block key has been pressed, all functions are switched off. Consequently the MP3 Player cannot be switched on.
Switching off the MP3 Player (Key 13)
The MP3 Player is switched off by pressing 'key 13' for 2 seconds.
Play, Pause (Key 9)
The MP3 song can be played by pressing 'key 9'. If you press this key again, the ‘Pause’function is activated.
Recording (Key 12)
Use ‘key 12’to start recording. The built-in microphone is used to record.
Deleting MP3 Songs
Press ‘key 9’to delete an MP3 song. Next press ‘key 11’for 2 seconds. You will then be asked to confirm deletion.
Volume Control (Keys 14 and 15)
Use ‘key 14’and ‘key 15’to adjust the volume level.
Block Key (Key 4)
If you press ‘key 4’, all keys on your MP3 Player will be blocked. Even the on/off keys will be blocked.
Connect to PC (Position 7)
If you have connected the USB cable to your PC and you are downloading MP3 Songs, the ‘PC Connected’icon will appear on your display.
You cannot use your MP3 Player while this procedure is being carried out.
MMC/SD Card
If you want to insert a Secure Digital or Multi Media Card (SD/MMC), you must first switch off your MP3 Player. This is to prevent any
damage occurring.
NOTE:
Never disconnect the USB cable while downloading. This can damage the Flash Memory. If the battery is almost empty, the battery icon on your
display will start to flash. The MP3 Player will then automatically switch off.
