SYMBYX Neuro
User Guide
General Specifications

Your SYMBYXNeuro is warranted to be free of defects in
material and workmanship under normal personal use. This
warranty is limited to a period of two years from the purchase
date. Within this period, repairs or exchange of parts that are
deemed necessary by SYMBYX will be provided free of charge.
This warranty does not cover the following:
Misuse, abuse or alteration to the product
Damage caused by accident or neglect
Service or repairs made by unauthorised persons
Commercial use: the warranty is one
year from purchase date
We are not responsible for any incidental,
special, or consequential damages
resulting from the use of this product.

Treatment Time
Your device is pre-programmed to run automatically
for a full 24 minutes. This includes 12 minutes of
red light followed by 12 minutes of infrared light.
Frequency of Use
Use SYMBYX Neuro 5 times per week. Use once per
day only, at a broadly similar time. SYMBYX recommends
first thing in the morning unless you are experiencing
interrupted sleep. If so, last thing at night would be
preferable. During the first two weeks of treatment
please use SYMBYX Neuro 2–3 times only, building
up to 5 times per week in the subsequent weeks.

be lightweight and maximise airflow. If, however, you

Charging Your SYMBYX Neuro Battery
1. Connect the battery pack 3to the charging cord 4.
2. Insert the charging cord into your home power outlet
and turn the battery pack 3to ON to start charging.
Before Starting Treatment
Position the SYMBYX Neuro on your head with
the velcro straps in the front. The straps should fit
comfortably across your forehead roughly between
the eyes and your hairline. Adjust the velcro
straps so that the SYMBYX Neuro fits snugly.

After Each Treatment Session
We recommend to disconnect the battery 3from the
helmet and reconnect it to the charger 4after
each treatment so that it is recharged and ready for
the next treatment.
Battery Care & Cleaning
The battery 3needs to be fully charged before treating
(i.e when the battery is turned on, the 5 green lights on
the side of the battery should be lit).
To char ge device, plug the bat ter y 3into the
charger 4. Ensure the charger 4is connected to a
power source, this will be indicated by a green light on
the charger itself.
To commence charging the battery please ensure the
battery is switched ON (O= off; I= on).
To clean the SYMBYX Neuro wipe gently with 70%
alcohol or antiseptic wipes, or a soft dry cloth. Do no
use abrasive cleaners. Do not submerge the helmet in
liquid or cover with any material during use.
Store in a dry, dust-free location away from direct
sunlight between 10ºC—40ºC.
The SYMBYX Neuro helmet includes 20 pastic diode
lens covers fitted. Do not tamper with or remove these
at any stage.
Treatment Protocol
1. Connect helmet lead 1to the connector
cord 2to the battery 3.
2. Place and fit the SYMBYX Neuro snugly on your head.
3. Turn the button ON via the switch on top of the bat ter y
pack 3(O= off; I= on). You will hear one long beep.
Your helmet will test the red-light for 2 seconds
followed by the infrared light for 2 seconds. Note:
Once the SYMBYX Neuro is switched on there is no
need to do anything. Your treatment will commence
automatically and conclude after 24 minutes.
4. The first 12 minutes of red-light treatment will
then automatically be followed by 12 minutes
of infrared light. You will hear two audible
beeps at the 12 minutes (or half way) mark.
5. After 24 minutes of treatment your SYMBYX Neuro
helmet will aubibly beep and flash five times in order to
inform you that the treatment session has concluded.
6. Turn the batter y off via the switch (O= off).
If You Want to Pause Mid-Treatment
If you wish to stop treatment at any time, simply turn the
battery off via the switch on the top of the battery pack 3
(O= off; I= on) and remove the SYMBYX Neuro from your
head. When you turn the SYMBYX Neuro back on, the
treatment will start again from the beginning for 24 minutes.
