安装说明
安装参考：见 Page 13 & 14
安装工具：手枪钻 x1, 膨胀螺丝，螺栓，螺母若干 ( 建议 M10)，扳手，螺丝刀等其他安装固定的小工具。
备注：安装完毕后，及时检验设备是否正常工作。
WG7033F & WG7033FY 可固定于地面，应对墙体不方
便安装的情况下，配置脚踏推手，水盆等。独特设计的喷头提
供了较低速率的出水，起泡器和微孔独立出水，提供了更加柔
和的水流同时冲洗面部和脸部。整个紧急洗眼和冲淋设备完全
符合美国国家标准协会的 ANSI Z358.1-2014 和澳洲标准 AS
4775-2007.
符合美国国家标准协会颁发的 ANSI Z358.1-2014 的标准及 OSHA 29 CFR 1910.151（C）.
使用说明
●按照说明书正确安装复合式洗眼器，工作在具有危害品的场所需配置洗眼器，确保使用者可以在
10s 内到达紧急设备
●设备放置的地方须有明显标识便于识别，且该处场所光线较好
●冲洗液须达到饮用水标准，且供水水压 210kPa, 供水量不小于 30LPM( 建议水温 16-38℃)
●工作人员须在工作场所进行关于如何正确操作紧急设备的指导和培训
●受到伤害的人员须进行至少 15 分钟的冲洗
●使用完毕后，关闭设备，然后立即在其他人员的帮助下求助医护人员或其他专业人士，及时进行医
疗救助

● WG7033F 配置更加耐用的不锈钢水盆，抗腐蚀性能优异。

Model WG7033F & WG7033FY pedestal mounted eye/face wash features pedestal,stay-open valve
and eye/wash nozzle heads,water bowl. Zero velocity point provides more comfort and control for
effective sweeping hazardous contaminants away from the face and eyes using a soft aerated stream
for eye wash and independently angled face wash stream for optimum coverage. Standards Licensed
to the internationally recognised standard ANSI Z358.1-2014 and are compliant with AS4775-2007 for
Emergency Eyewash and Shower equipment.

● For WG7033FY,water bowl and showerhead are high-visibility yellow and made of AES plastic
which
have high weather resistance properties,high rigidty and high tenacity.
● For the most durable water bowl and showerhead in WG7033F,select stainless steel(304SS) which
stands up to corrosion and aggressive impact.

Instuctions
● Be assembled and installed in accordance with instructions and adjacent to the employees who may
be exposed to hazardous materials so that it take an individual less than 10 seconds to reach the
nearest ermegency facility
● Be located in an area identied with a highly visible sign and the area around the facility is well-lit
● The delivered ushing uid is suitable for drinking,and the water ow is less than 30LPM at a ow
pressure of 210kPa.(water temperature:16-38℃)
● Employees shall be instructed in the location and proper use of emergency eyewash and shower
equipment.
● The injured individual should proceed to the unit and ush eyes and face for the required 15-minute
period
● Closing the emergency facility after use,and ask for the a physician or other appropriate professional
with others'help immediately.

Note:The emergency facility shall be inspected to work normaly.
