9. Mounting presostat for electric heater safety
When you will install duct electric heater it is necessary to mount a pressure sensor or presostat for
safety reason. This presostat check if there is enough air velocity over supply fan, so that heat will not
be stayed on electric heater and burn nearby regulation elements.
On FGT010 is minimum air velocity 550 m3/h. Presostat must be set on 70 Pa.
On FGT015 is minimum air velocity 750 m3/h. Presostat must be set on 120 Pa.
On FGT022 is minimum air velocity 1100 m3/h. Presostat must be set on 250 Pa.
You will have place for mounting presostat near electric cabinet (marked with red rectangle picture
below) and connect it with pressure hose + from sensor to + on pressure from supply fan and – from
sensor to – on pressure from supply fan. Electric connection is show on page 10.

10. Possible alarms:
Before the start up, there will be an alarm because we do not have Terminal 3 and 4 from the electric
heater connected to the Terminals 29 and 30 in the electrical cabinet.
If we have connected the terminals then the reason is that maybe we forgot to configure to NC
contact in the menu:
If the alarm is active when the unit is running for some time, there will be an error electric heating is
overheated.
If the screen shows (picture bellow) the alarm ''Returned'', this means that the fault was removed
but the alarm was not confirmed. There was too hot in area of electric heater and automatic
thermostat disconnect power supply to contactor. Solution is that you need to increase airflow in
case if you have set point under minimum airflow:
To confirm an alarm press OK button and enter the password ''1111'' and ''Acknowledge''.
If the alarm is active and there is no ''Returned'' written then is probably still too hot in area of
electric heater. Wait 15min and if sign ''Returned'' appear then use solution from above.
If there is still alarm active after 15min then is probably triggered manual thermostat and its need to
be reset manually. If manual thermostat is OK and it’s still alarm then is something wrong with the
wire connection between terminal 29 and 30 from electric cabinet to terminal 3 and 4 to electric
heater.
DO NOT SET THE ALARM TO ''BLOCK'' STATUS whit this we block alarm. When an error will appears
in system, it will not be displayed. This will possible damaged the system and the components or
there could be a fire outbreak!
