TRACTOR CONNECTION
1. Hydraulics
Red pipe > Supply (35-40lpm)
Blue pipe > Return (Free flow return!!)
2. Electrics
A. Connect 12V supply to 3pin plug
B. Connect wrapper harness to controller

ENTERING THE WORKING POSITION
1. Switch on controller using the red switch
2. Enter the Auto Park Sequence
A. Press the Down arrow to get to the Auto Park Sequence
B. Press Enter
C. Press and hold the Unfold drawbar button until End is
displayed.
3. Install the 2 rolls of film
4. Set the Auto Load paddle into the
working position (if using Auto Load).
The 1400V wrapper will now be in the working position

OPERATION
1. Drive into the bale until the Auto load
paddle contacts the bale.
2. The bale will then be loaded,
wrapped, and unloaded

3. The bale will be wrapped and

ENTERING THE TRANSPORT POSITION
The 1400V wrapper will now be in the transport position.
1. Remove the 2 rolls of film and place them
on the film roll holders. IMPORTANT!!
2. Enter the “Auto Park Sequence”
A. Press the down arrow to get to “Auto
Park Sequence”
B. Press Enter
C. Press and hold the “Fold Drawbar”
button until “End” is displayed.

R6 –Start Automatic Wrapping

or „A“
Power On/Off / Emergency Stop

L4 –Slow reverse arm

The RF (Radio Frequency) remote is required if you wish to operate the
1400V wrapper statically
